Great food, pizza and wings and also steak sandwiches, chicken parm and eggplant sandwich. It was ready on time for pick-up in 25 minutes.. We dined with them before and I'm sure we'll do it again. The prices aren't bad either.. ;)

The food was absolutely delicious. We had Eggplant parm, chicken parm, and Alfredo We each got a huge salad, and two garlic knot rolls. We left with 2 slices of cheesecake. The best meal that we had on our 9 day around the US drive. Service was great as well. Very friendly people!

Consistently outstanding pizza and wings. Pizza night is sacred to me, and I'm here every Friday. EDIT: These guys are the kings of consistency. The pizza is always fresh and delicious. The wings are the best you can take out of a restaurant, every single time. I get mine extra crispy, and they always hit the nail right on the head. I spend half my week counting down to pizza night because of this place. The staff is excellent. Always friendly, quick with a joke, fast, and great at their jobs. Even the floor is squeaky clean in here. And every once in a while, the pizzaiolo Joe will make a batch of homemade bleu cheese that's best in class.

Best Pizza in Liverpool hands down. Been a once a week customer for three years. All of their ingredients are high quality. one perfect example is the sausage. they used slice delicious sausage for there pizza instead of the crumble approach. They do the thin NY style pizza perfectly. they also offer wonderful other menu options. My personnel favorite is the Garlic knots!... but the wings are good too.

We love this pizza shop! We order weekly the employee's are so friendly very professional ( I think they know are address by heart by now) there food is consistently delicious we have never had an issue with an order. I cant say enough good things about Gino and Joe's! You guys are great!

This is our favorite pizza place. They have tons of toppings to choose from, and more than just pizza. The subs and salads are incredible. My son loves there chicken fingers and french fries. My wife loves there calzones. We've never had an issue when we order for delivery. Nothing has ever been forgotten, made wrong, or cold (unless it should be like a salad or cold sub) like other local pizza places.

I couldn't get food! Gave 5 stars, didn't cost me anything, and I had to leave the way I showed up, indigent, cash in pocket and hungry to my core. Apparently I showed up as they were wrapping up the set of the scene for the movie they are filming. I was told they had a building, of some sort, built, before I came to town, out front, and it changed the facade, but I wouldn't have known, I'm passing through at this time in life. Since I was passing through and thought about my need for sustenance, 'I would LOVE a calzone' was my main thought; I had to run errands, on a Thursday, and I'm leaving, I won't be in the State in a few days, I don't know when I will get a chance to try the food (probably never, I'm not one for rejection). I finally get a chance to come up for air and want to eat, and I see, online, they are open until 9 pm. I had 2 hours, so I thought, to place my order before they closed. I don't order online because I don't, I almost called, but thought "Hey, I can just order and wait, nothing is going on, I have time." I drove, out of my way, to pull in to a Circus atmosphere, thinking, wrongly, this place must have bands, or something of a celebration, food must be great with all this hubbub, nope, it was a film set - huge disappointment. No food, just chaos, and like me, empty inside, plus, I was hungry and there's no changing that in a 'closed' restaurant. Not sure I'll bother trying to come here for food the next time I am in town, but I gave it 5 stars because all the locals I told have had a laugh, at my expense, and shared their experience with what they saw, and when they noticed stuff happening. I'm salty because I was told it was good food, but I wouldn't know. No one said "They are doing 'something', call them first." The website didn't say "Closed", or make a mention of ANYTHING happening. When I tell people they were filming a movie, they tell me "I saw they had built . . ." Or "Just last week there was . . ." Some have questioned, "That's what their doing? It's a film set?" So, it's not JUST me.

LET ME TELL YOU!!! if you’re a regular like my client and I are, they’ll recognize you, and your order if you order the same thing like we do MOST of the time. We’re there almost every day. Everything they make is so very yummy and fresh. They put a lot of effort and love into their food and it shows. Highly recommend! They’re also caring towards others, who come in with no money and they’re hungry. They will show love and support, and give a slice to those in need, I’ve seen it. Love this place!!

This place is very friendly and very reliable in terms of service. I only order from here when Joe is cooking pizzas because his food comes out amazing and taste fantastic. I'd only recommend going here if Joe is cooking because no one else there compares and his skills are flawless. They are very family friendly and organized. The prices may be super high but it's worth it. Give my man Joe a raise, guy is the best around when it comes to Italian food. Giuseppe is a great owner and very friendly. Great place for anyone.

Excellent service and great food. It's not fancy, just good. I had the chicken riggies with garlic knots and salad. The salad was fresh, garlic knots chewy, and rigatoni flavorful. Exactly what you want. If you want unpretentious dining with food that tastes delicious, this works.

The food was delicious!!! But that was not the best thing about this restaurant, one of the best customer service experiences in the area. All the employees were very welcoming almost as if I had been coming here all my life. But of course, if there was one employee that truly stuck out and I wish I could remember his name. This was our first restaurant we tried after moving here to New York. I came in with my husband and three boys and unfortunately after the move up here I was very low in cash. I did not have enough to cover our whole bill so I was going to have to have them take some items off, but instead one of the employees decided to pay the difference out of his own pocket so that my children could have everything they had asked for. You do not see many people like this in the world anymore and for that I will forever be grateful and this would probably be our new favorite place to eat as a family.

Placed my order via DoorDash, put a note (which most places don’t allow) asking for extra saucy riggies, and to see if they could possibly add an extra meatball for my sons spaghetti and I would call the establishment directly to pay the extra charge over the phone. (there wasn’t an option to purchase separately) I received my order within 30 minutes, everything was HOT, fresh, saucy, and DELICIOUS! And they even added the extra meatball! I was so impressed. I called and spoke with the manager to make payment and he kindly declined only asking me how the food was and if I liked everything. This was my first time having Gino & Joes, we just moved to the area… but we will definitely order again… and again!! 😊 great food and phenomenal customer service!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. We went for lunch and tried the Chicken Parm and Meatball Parm sandwiches. Hands down the best meatballs, I've ever had. We returned for dinner to get a pizza and salad. The cheese alone made the pizza. Staff was super friendly and we joked around while they made the food. A must try if you are in the area. Visited the Liverpool location tonight after a local foodie recommended it. This was, hands down, EXACTLY what I was looking for in a New York pizza. The garlic rolls were enormous and delicious, and the bruschetta was fresh, cool, and perfect. The Neapolitan pizza was simply amazing. After eating at Gino & Joe's for many years, my family decided to give gift cards as Christmas presents because of how much we enjoy the restaurant. The food is fantastic, and the atmosphere is enjoyable. The location is iconic to the area, and Gino & Joe's can be counted on for Italian favorites whenever hunger strikes. We highly recommend stopping by.

I enjoyed Gino and Joe's. Definitely happy that my friends and I took a chance and tried it. The employees weren't especially friendly, but we're far from mean or rude. The menu items looked splendid and all three of us were satisfied with our selections. It's certainly worthy of a repeat visit if I'm in the area again!

Real Good for a Quick Lunch or Fresh Hot Dinner. My Pizza was good and it worked out good because we were on the go. I stopped with the Safety Director of my Company when we were on the road heading to Jobs to learn about safe practices on Job Sites.

Got pizza to go, and it was delicious! Tue cheese, sauce, and especially the toppings were all excellent! I think the crust was okay, but I definitely plan on coming back! I would rather have all the other elements be excellent than worry much about the crust.

Good classic italian pizza place. Fantastic NY style pizza. Definitely my go to. Only reason I cant give 4 stars is because they have a "4% cash discount", in other words, a 4% credit card fee. Feels like theyre nickle and diming. But ill live with it since the pie is great.

Can’t speak to the service or atmosphere as we got delivery. But the crust and sauce were good. A personal is 12” which is a medium where we are from. Two pizzas, a 2 liter, and a garlic knot (I think that’s what it’s called) very reasonably priced. Highly recommended!!

in my opinion, closest thing to NYC pizza. get the extra large for the extra 2 dollars...way better deal. Update: was my go to. Moved away, and since the prices have gone up. Inflation. The pizza is top notch, THE pizza MAKER IS great. Still think you need to get the extra large for an as close to NYC authentic EXPERIENCE. Can't really speak to the other items on the menu.

Fantastic! A pizza is good when it's hot AND when you eat it the next day... Cold! This pizza passed off both with flying colours! In fact it was TWO pizzas in one(half and half)! Highly recommend the specialty pizza Eggplant Parmigiana. Also ordered the chicken Parm for the kids and a veg sandwich (fresh pickled veggies really good!). Received a couple of 'garlic knots'-like the pizza, the bread is the star! All in all, highly recommended! Very patient and friendly folks at the tiller too!

Decent pizza, though at 18.34 I tend to have expectations. Like thin crust should be thin, not half an inch. If you advertise yourself as authentic pizza, be Italian. Service was a bit bored, not too kind. On the plus side, it was freshly made, tastes better than dominos, and easily fills 2 people.(14 Inch)

Frank's Red Hot sauce is a lazy way to make wings. To be fair, they were crispy and well done. And a refill charge for fountain drinks? AYFKM?

Man, I loved this place! The people, the food, the prices - all added to a great meal. Something recently changed. The style of crust changed, the sauce seems different, the sausage changed... someone even put shaken spices on the pie. I’m disappointed. This now taste like Avacolli pie - and to me, that’s a thumbs down. If you folks hired a new cook - rethink your hire. And get the sausage back you used to use. One more try for me and I’m out. Response: sorry, I love you guys - but the guy who made my pizza was: dark haired and spoke broken English. It was not you. The pie was not the same.

We ordered delivery last night. My wife said that although they sounded very busy, the woman who took our order was very friendly. We ordered a couple of pizzas and garlic wings. I have a family of five and the concensus was that the pizza was pretty soggy. We also ordered an extra hot sauce, two medium sauces, and extra blue cheese. I don't blame them because we like hot food, but my wife and I felt the medium tasted more like mild. I was very disappointed with the blue cheese. I like blue cheese that is thick and has some chunks. This was very watery with very little chunks. It has been a while, but I had ordered previously and had a much better experience with the food in the past.

Always a decent place to eat. Pizza is good too but today 3 slices warmed up (cheese pepperoni,mushroom) 1 of each and a small antipasta came to just under 25$!!!!! I didn't complain. Just paid n tipped. Man is it getting expensive to live lol.

BEWARE MENU PRICES DON'T MATCH REGISTER PRICE. Employee said prices on menu were old and had gone up 4%. Ironically 4% is the maximum allowed percentage to surcharge a customer for credit transactions, I paid cash. They stated they couldn't refund the difference. After I told them they had to honor the publicly viewed price legally they said they couldn't. When i stated yet again they had to. He proceeded to say he was going to keep the food and refund the transaction. So rather than honor the prices posted for a $5 refund he was willing to take a $57 loss in sales. I found it odd that a full refund is possible but a partial isn't. I wanted the food for my family so that wasn't a viable conclusion. I stood my ground and settled on a partial win of a $2 partial refund. I should of held out for the complete difference. As I left the employees were insulting me and someone who i believe was just hanging out there got involved and was equally insulting. I stepped back into the dining room and told that person he had nothing to do with my issue and there was no reason for him to be involved. I more than likely won't be returning. Its a shame because its literally located within my route to and from work. CUSTOMERS KNOW YOUR RIGHTS. DON'T PAY MORE THAN POSTED PRICES. This practice is ILLEGAL and businesses get fined for stuff like this. Food: 3 stars because it wasn't horrible. Service: 2 stars for insulting behavior and over charging at register. Atmosphere: 3 because restaurant appeared clean. Knocked a couple off for insulting behavior by employee's and what appeared to be a loiterer

Food is ok to good. Pizza is decent but the presentation of the pizza is a bit outdated and tends to look a little dry and over exposed to flies, bugs etc. I know the oven is hot and kills the germs or whatever but its 2025 and people are a bit more knowledgeable and awaken to what's right in front of us. Again not saying the food is bad but presentation often times is the best seller. But I will definitely have pizza there from time to time.

This pizza was absolutely mid tier at best. First off, 4 cents shy of $18 bucks for personal size pizza is ludicrous. Secondly, what on Earth is going on with this incredibly thin/crumble like, strange tasting "sausage "... it's like ultra fine shavings, almost like steak sandwich style. Not a fan. Also, the pizza wasn't cut as well as it could have been. I shouldn't have to tear it. Another small complaint is, why can't you folks take partial cash and the rest on card? Pretty novel idea that most places do just fine. Lady answering the phone was pleasant, at least.

Fries were cold, staff wasn't very helpful or seemed like they were happy to be there at all. The cheese on the pepperoni pizza was like rubber.

I called to see how much a cheese pizza was. After 10 minutes of holding, I drove there (still on hold on my cell). The place was almost empty. The girl at the counter took another 5 minutes before asking my order. I hung up my phone after she took the order. 🤦

Not a fan, we had a pizza delivery and the regular cheese we ordered was 3 inches thick as if they had a newby make it for the first time it was more like a pizza cake then a pizza. Going forward only ordering from Francesca’s down the road that place never fails!

Usually this is a good place but today was not that day. Pizza was as good as usual,but the counter girl was not wearing her mask most of the time and the guy in the kitchen was eating right over the window where the finished foods come out. So unless he is the neatest chewer on the planet, some meals going to customers had his crumbs and spit on them. The third employee has just finished drinking a massive amount of caffeine and was bragging about it in front of customers. I will have to give serious consideration if a return trip will be happening ever.

Great customer service. Walked in got 2 pieces of pizza around 12:30. Pizza had hardly any cheese and tasted hours old. cardboard dry. Wings good. Small and way too much hot sause in container. Blue cheese containers were put into the wild g container so I had to wipe off the hot sauce off the small containers.

After a long week at the hospital with my mom in critical care I took the easy route and ordered pizza for dinner. Inadvertently I ordered from Clay instead of Liverpool. The woman with long grey hair and glasses was rude and unhelpful. She didn't offer any assistance let alone compassion. Very disappointed.

Our office frequently orders lunch from this location. The staff is wonderful and friendly and we have always been happy with our food. Today, we ordered two large pizzas and two salads. We were absolutely shocked at the total cost. It was almost $90! We understand that prices have gone up everywhere, but this increase is absolutely ridiculous. We called the restaurant to confirm the charge was correct and were told that they are "under new management who raised all their prices." We will be taking our business elsewhere in the future, which is unfortunate.

Since the new owners took over the prices have gone way up and the quality of the food has gone down. My favorite calzone went from $12 to $15 and the ricotta is watery and not seasoned like it used to be. Wing prices are outrageous. Who charges $17 plus for 10 wings? 2 slices and a soda lunch special went up to almost $10. The only plus side is the amazing staff is still there and taking the heat of the lower quality and higher prices like champs!

I ordered a Stromboli. I got home and thought it was just a little more browned than usual. No t was burnt. The bottom was black. I will not order from the liverpool gino and joes again.

My co-worker and I stopped in for lunch yesterday and ordered subs. The girl taking orders was the only person working (she made subs/salads/warmed pizza, answered the phone, everything) but it took 30 minutes for her to begin making our subs. The subs were bland and we got the impression from the staff that a customer shouldn't order a sub during a lunch rush. The pizza slices looked good but the guy in the kitchen should cover his mouth when he sneezes and learn to wash his hands. There was another guy standing near the counter; as far as I can tell he was just wasting oxygen. I wouldn't recommend this place to a friend.

Possibly the worst turkey sub I have ever had in my life. The turkey and the vegetables were warm and limp. I didn't even want to give it one star, but had to in order to give a review. And it was $13! :(

Went there for lunch with a friend .... wash charged about $9.70 for the $7 two pizza special because I got a bottle soda instead of there fountain soda which came with the deal. Cashier was very rude and condescending when I questioned the price .. The cooks in the back looked like they just got out of prison and wanted to come out and fight me ..btw the pizza crust was so hard it made my gums bleed ... I was actually worried about being roughed up by the employees ... ya this was Liverpool, NY location ... I’ll never go back !

We spent $10 on a caprese salad and it was awful. Little flavor and lettuce was all white. It looks as though they just threw it in a box. I also wouldn’t recommend their gluten free pizzas, so soggy and undercooked. We were so disappointed in this place

First of all not a restaurant! There are two tables and one of which was used as an office! The guy with glasses mean mugged us as soon as we walked in the door and was totally disrespectful and rude, Learn some customer service dude!! They claim to be kid friendly, that's a joke, they will KICK YOU OUT AWESOME! The chick clearly was not trained, we got stromboli it was a straight line wow also took 45 minutes for two pizzas and a straight line you can get better pizza at little caesars! I Will never be back and do not recommend to anyone! Not New York pizza, nasty really! I would give no stars if possible.

I've been in here about 7 or 8 times so far each different times of the day and different days of the week. The food is pretty good for the most part, but if you're expecting courteous, friendly customer service you Won't. Get. It. Here. Each time I've been here, the lady that works there has always been there, and each time when I get there, she's either busy on her phone, or bullshitting with the cook ( even when there is nobody there or ordering anything ahead of me. ) I've usually got the side salad with my pizza or stuffed shells I've usually got, and I don't like green olives or the banana peppers they usually put on it, so I'll ask to have them replaced with cucumbers and black olives, and she rudely tells me ( like today--the last time I'll EVER go to this location again!! ) "No, you can't do that." I would otherwise give this place 4 or 5 stars for their food, but their customer service brings this down to a 1-star. It. Really. Is. This. Bad!!

I have been ordering from Gino and Joes for at least 10 years I have never had a problem before until today the pizza that I got the cheese was all slid over to one side of the pie and I also ordered 10 wings but only got nine. I didn't realize it was hard to count to 10. I called just to get the situation rectified and the original person I talked to didn't know what to do and I said I really didn't mind whatever they wanted to do to fix the situation then somebody else got on the phone and came at me pretty hot was rude and then said the only thing that he could do was to make another pie bring it out and have me return the other one. Which still doesn't fix the fact at all my getting 9 out of 10 wings and why would I want to wait another 45 minutes before having dinner. I never thought I would put in a bag complain about Gino & Joe's but I am very upset!

What a disappointment this place. They have a sign you can see from parking lot that says they can prove they are better than chain pizza 🍕; I am not from the area but I was hoping to try a slice of good pizza N.Y. Style. Usually places have pizzas on display to be preheated by the slice, theirs looks been there for a while. However, took my chances on a piece today for $2.50 plus taxes $2.70. I can say a frozen pizza will taste better than this, even Little Cesar's has more flavor on their sauce. This pizza was tasteless, the crust was okay but it didn't have flavor. A good NY pizza should have basil olive oil etc. Thank God I ordered a slice and not a whole pizza. Waste of money.

This was one of my favorite pizza restaurants in my hometown in Liverpool but as with everything else in today's world something's change. As I was on my way home from a long day at work and a visit to the dentist office I wanted a fish sandwich like no one else can cook but my favorite Pizza restaurant can cook. Okay I walked into the restaurant and the young lady behind the counter and I make eye contact she didn't say hi I'll be right with you she just continued to do what she was doing I started reading the muen looking for the fish dinner found it so I say hi can I have a , she replied with wait a minute . So I waited until she got ready to take my order upon me placing the order she assured me that it would be a while I said ok. I waited 30 minutes for food to only hear her telling the cook that was her's I approached the counter to find out that the cook cooked my fish and the hostess let someone take the fish sandwich. I hate to put this on the restaurant but screen your people before you hire them to work making your money not everyone no or like customer service. Some people just do it because it's a job making a check and tips. I was very disappointed May 30th 2023 4:45-5:15 pm and yes management did give me $20.00 back and my fish was only $18.00 nice guy but I had waited long enough and to be told it would be a long wait from the beginning to only hear that it only takes 10 minutes just disappointed that people still judge others by the color of one's skin.... Sad 😢 & disappointed.

Ordered a chess burger and it had to be the worse burger i ever had. You guys should start trying out ya food before ya hand it to ppl. 0/10 do better!

Made the mistake of stopping here for a quick slice to go again. 2 other customers in the place and it took 10 minutes to warm up a slice of pizza and check me out. Next time I'll head down the road to OIP. Response from the owner Christmas time right??? Where is the spirit of Christmas??? 10 minutes wait and review ??? What a shame…:!!!! The shame is in your reply. There was no reason to make someone wait to check out when you are completing an order that was placed after mine. I don't appreciate my pizza sitting on a counter getting cold in a box while you make a salad directly next to it. Happy Hanukkah.

Wow nickel and dime city here. 2 slices of pie, a ridiculously tiny soda, a garlic knot, and a tiny cup of bbq they charge over a buck for (bottled bbq mins you) cost me 17 freaking dollars. It wasn’t even that great. It was good. I can go to bayberry pixxa plaza and pay half that. Never again. 4 percent cash “discount” scam too lol. No you just want to charge more for credit card and get away with it legally.

This was a 5 star place to me till 8:50 pm today. Pizza cook was rolling his eyes shaking his head and mumbling something negative. He continues to look up at me shaking his head rolling his eyes with a look of disgust. I asked why he has an attitude and negative body language he say "what do you expect coming in 10 min to close". The cashier seemed off set by his behavior but it didn't look like she was surprised with his attitude. This also happened with same guy a few months back and I had kept it to myself. Which Is why I didn't go back in so long. Never again. No one should disrespect any customers the way that cook has.

How dose a restaurant charge you $46 for 10 wings and a pizza and serve wings that look like this they're burnt even the chicken inside the skin is burnt

I don’t know what has happened, but they have gone downhill. Asked for extra cheese on my pizza that was delivered. It was barely covered with cheese- you could see all the sauce through it. Called up to ask if I got the correct pizza cause it hardly had any cheese on it and the really really nice girl who takes the orders asked a gentleman to explain. He got on the phone and said I got the right pizza that it was double cheese and didn’t want to hear anything else. Horrible customer service. This is about the third time that the pizza was not what it used to be. The first few times I just thought maybe somethings off I’ll keep giving them a shot, nope. That was the last straw. I am taking my business elsewhere. Plenty of other places to choose from.

Ordered a large pizza 1/2 Pep and 1/2 cheese…. Was delivered all pepperoni. We ordered 3 Calazones and they normally dress the top with a butter and garlic sauce these were completely dry on top. So I call and the women I talked to was so rude and then she hangs up in my ear! I won’t be back! **** UPDATE **** I contacted the owner/manager and he’s aware he has horrible employees but “it’s the best he can do for now due as he has no one else”. I’m sorry I wouldn’t keep people employed that treated my customers poorly and couldn’t or wouldn’t make food as it was ordered. He offered no refund, no credits, nothing not an even an apology! I will not be going back ever and will definitely warn others of my experience. I get getting people to work is tough right now but keeping employees that are destroying your business and chasing your customers away and then not being empathetic after all we experienced and offered no resolution is a not how you run a successful restaurant and definitely not the way to keep customers happy and coming back! ✌️

Purchased dinner for delivery while visiting family. Pizza was wrong pizza. Was told we could pick up the correct pizza. Why would I pick up anything, I paid for delivery. I asked to just have the money returned and was told they didn’t know how. Decided to pick up the pizza. 10 minutes later get a call that we need to return wrong pizza. No problem except a pice was eaten. (Feeding 8 people who didn’t realize what was going on). Told employee who then stated that we could not get the correct pizza because a piece was eaten. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The prices have gone up , and the pizza has changed. I stopped in for a taste of that Gino and Joes , that I’ve been eating , my whole life. It’s sad to say that the pizza has been sacrificed. I feel , a little bad writing this , because the guy working was so nice. $41 for a medium cheese pizza , salad , and 2 fountain drinks. I should have waited for Amore Pizza instead. I ate 1 slice of the pizza , and left it there. It’s just not the same !!

Chicken wings are a joke I got 💯 legs and dry as jerky. Not one wing. So thanks for the dog food. This is my second time ordering their WINGS. That won't happen again. Maybe the employees get the good stuff.

Well you’d think we’d learn. It was my husband’s birthday and he wanted a deep dish style pizza so we ordered what we thought would be just that. Well not even close. Extremely disappointed especially after spending $55 for pizza and wings and it wasn’t even good. This is the 2nd time this has happened at this pizza joint and they do nothing to make it better to get you to come back. Honestly that’s terrible! Especially in the times we live in. Should be zero stars.
