Very lucky to have a restaurant in Liverpool like Francesca's. The customer service has done a complete 180 over the last couple years and they are great. I recommend, the chicken riggies, riggies wings, or my new favorite the tomato pie.

I cannot express how much my family loves this restaurant. We moved away and if I’m driving through Syracuse I’m stopping and getting my Riggies! Amazing food made with love and staff that immediately feels like family. 10/10 recommend if you’re in the area.

I think I found my go to place when I go to the Syracuse area! The food is excellent. I recommend the Chicken Parm and the Lasagna. Good size portions too! I love the fact that you pay first and they have a soda fountain (no waiting for refills). Take home containers are on a table so you do not have to ask the staff for a container. Due to these 3 things, you will save time during your visit.

Francesca's downtown and their takeout location in Liverpool is always spot on! They have the best of everything and most especially the Utica Greens! We love the downtown location in the summer with the beautiful outdoor venue and in the winter you can't beat the takeout! Our favorite place!

I was fresh off work starving like marvin and decided to pull up to Francesca’s pizza and Italian kitchen in Liverpool, MAAN! let me tell you, best decision ever!!! Not only was the ladies at the counter nice they were excellent with the service. I ordered the chicken riggies and there new flavor of wings called “Carolina Gold” mixed with hot and as you can see i ididnt even have time to take a photo before i devoured my plate! 10 out of 10 flavors 10 out of 10 service, i need to go back now and re order again. Whenever I’m home, eating Utica greens is a top priority. This is the appetizer but the generous portion size could work as an entree for most. I requested it spicy, and it has the perfect amount of heat - definitely quite a bit of kick, but not so much to the point of it being unenjoyable.

WOW, I am so happy we ordered. We ordered what we thought would be 4 meals, but they delivered more like 8-10 . Everything is delicious, and I say that with a real Sicilian grandmother. We will definitely be ordering again, just not so much because none of us could finish our dinner 😁 if I wasn't craving lasagna, I would have gotten the buffalo chicken dip calzone. Absolutely amazing.

The pizza was perfect! I ordered two slices, two garlic knots, two drinks, and a small antipasto salad for less than $20. Service was friendly and fast. The atmosphere was nice, with several seated customers I could not hear their conversations. The lighting is soft, giving it a little intimate feel.

Great place to get some killer pasta and great pizza! Expect a wait especially when they send out their specials through text! But worth the wait.

On two consecutive days, I savored exceptional cuisine at this establishment, captivated by its remarkable quality. On the first day, I indulged in a classic cheese pizza, which was nothing short of delectable. On the second day, I opted for a combination of vodka Riggs, and vodka pizza, which emerged as one of the finest pizzas I have ever tasted. I highly recommend Francesca’s pizza.

As someone who’s native to Long Island, the pizza doesn’t get better than this. Garlic knots garlicky and not overcooked like most places. Marinara came hot, not cold. The sauce was well developed. Pizza had structure and cooked to perfection. It’s the little details, and Francescas nailed it. Thank you!

This was a pleasant surprise. Great Italian family restaurant. Limited seating and only one shared washroom. Takeout is a good option. All menu items we tried were great. Bring your own wine! They have a corkscrew and no corking fee. No option to buy wine at the restaurant though, so if you don't bring your own you're out of luck.

Super fast service and delicious food. We waited 5 minutes to order and waited 10 minutes for our food. When you walk in, you order at the counter, they give you a number, and you choose a table to sit at. Food is then brought to your table. Francesca's was super busy, but they ran like a perfectly wound clock. People would come in for takeout, plus people were dining in. The tables would be cleaned as people left, and there wasn't anyone waiting more than 10 minutes. This restaurant is amazing, and we will definitely be coming back. I only regret not knowing about Francesca's sooner!!

Absolutely... delicious. You go in and order then take a table. They bring you delicious garlic bread and then will bring your food over. Its a great mix between "fast" food and sit down! Food was so so so yummy and came super quick!

Everything about this place is great. They are fast and the food is top notch. The woman taking the dine in orders and the woman running the food were on their A game tonight. I would say I can't wait to come back but I live in NC and only here for three days. I would totally be a regular if I was local.

My food was amazing! I got the hot wings and pizza that was half pepperoni and cheese. The pizza was perfect and the wings were amazing! I told the lady over the phone that when I asked for extra crispy wings last time they weren’t as crispy as I wanted them to be, so she made sure that wasn’t the case this time and they turned out just the way I like them! Arrived with a large group and it was packed so we were prepared for a wait (FYI it’s seat yourself but they do take reservations), but to our happy surprise food started coming out quick and hot. Everyone’s food was delicious, service was quick and attentive, and portions were so big everyone had leftovers. Definitely recommend the vodka Riggies. Always worth the visit !

I ordered delivery because I was staying at a hotel in the area. I've never ordered from this restaurant before. The menu online has different prices, old prices. I ordered the chicken and broccoli with alfredo sauce on rigatoni, it's now 17.99. But it's a huge order! I think I'm going to make three meals out of it! The chicken is very tender, the sauce is really creamy and good, it's a lot of sauce though! I also ordered the garlic bread come here it comes in a small loaf already sliced. Good. I asked for some Parmesan cheese on the side, they didn't forget it! Often times places forget the Parm when I ask for it. I paid with my card and asked her to put a 20% tip on it for me. I was very happy that she actually put the tip on the subtotal of the food, and not the total after food, delivery fee, and tax! Sometimes places do a tip on top of all those other fees. So I was very happy that they didn't do that! Thanks Francesca's! I'll order from you again. Next time I'll order pizza!

Update: Most recent visit was amazingly delicious and faster than ever! I'm always impressed at the speed of which the food comes out. I also really appreciated the activity on the floor this time. The staff was active at tables cleaning up and getting people take home containers while the place was busy. It wasn't always like this, but it made the experience even better. Enjoy!! This is fast food Italian and it's fantastic. The garlic bread and knots, smothered as it should be in garlic and butter, they are amazing!!! The pasta always seems to be cooked perfectly and both the marinara and vodka sauces are uniquely delicious. I don't think it's possible to be disappointed in any of the food made here, every experience has been wonderful. The selection of pizza during lunch is impressive as well, something for everyone. The inside is a small relaxed setting to enjoy your meal or you can always pick up or have something delivered!!

Overall good food and nice staff. But they are consistently late on pick up orders. Every time I order for pickup they are usually 10/15 minutes behind the estimated pickup time, to over an hour one time. It was nuts. If the service was a bit better I’d give them 5 stars because the food is always delicious.

It isn't really a sit down feeling type place,but the family and I did, and I must say the service was fairly quick for such a busy night there. My family enjoyed the cheese pizza, a nice thin style crust. My chicken riggies were pretty good,mayyybe in my top 5. I'd get food there again for sure,but I might order to go instead.

Food was excellent. My complaint is that my meal came out right away and my wife's 20 minutes later. Since I did want each of us to eat alone I waited. My food got cold. I sent it back to be warmed up. There was no problem and everyone was very nice, even gave us the option of a free dessert or reduction of the bill. I would think they would have coordinated better so we could eat together. That happens in most restaurants.

We ordered 2 meatball subs, and one had 3 meatballs . The other had only 2. I didn't like that there were no prices listed. $36.00 for 2 subs they did come with the soda and garlic bread. They did have some pizza special that were good prices.

This location sees far more take out meals than dine in ones. The interior is not that inviting, think college food hall. The food, however is great and the portions wonderful. You must try the Utica Greens and the Chicken Riggies at some point. They make some of the best. For a fine dining experience try the original restaurant closer to downtown.

A no frills Italian restaurant/pizza joint with reasonable prices. Really what every neighborhood needs. I only ordered slices and garlic knots that we're pretty good. They do serve some Italian dishes that looked quite good when I saw them coming out to other tables. They do have seating but it is limited especially due to COVID. Entering the restaurant it wasn't entirely clear if I just go pick a seat or if they seat you. Turns out you order and they bring it out to you so neither thought was correct. I recommend giving this a try but do not expect fine dining. I think they have a sister restaurant in the Little Italy area of Syracuse that is a little more fancy pants.

Atmosphere is not the best but will do for a quick lunch. Unfortunately the staff has been quite unpleasant on our last visits to get take out. Not sure I thought it was just a one time thing but no. They do get busy I understand but if you just fake it. Try to make customers feel like they want to return.

The pizza had a good crust—crispy on the edges, soft on the inside—and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. Lovely place with solid menu of Italian American classics. Reasonably priced. Wasn't my favorite vodka sauce, felt it lacked the pancetta sharpness and the chicken had a weird texture in some spots. Chicken Francaise however is the best that I have had in Syracuse. Overall had a great experience with the staff and would give another chance food wise.

My wife and I ordered an antipasto salad dressed with balsamic vinaigrette to share. We enjoyed it with the complimentary bread that was delivered to our table while we waited for our pasta dishes.The red sauce on the Chicken Parmesan was amazing. Very forward tomato flavor and nicely seasoned. The sauce on the Chicken Riggies was a bit too thick for my taste, perhaps too much added Parmesan cheese. But the taste was good and the chicken was tender. Next time, we'll try some pizza slices. I've never seen such a large choice, maybe 10-12 options. When you order slices they put them in the pizza oven to reheat. That's better than keeping them under a hot lamp where they can dry out. Of course, they'll cook you a whole fresh pizza to order if you have the time.

The food here is tremendous. But every time we order delivery for a party or a little get together, it always shows up late. One time, I ordered at noon for delivery at 6:15. It was only 3 pizzas. It didn't show up till 7:15. This last time, I ordered it for 5:45, didn't show up till 6:15. I guess I will have to order it an hour before I need it to arrive.

SMALL SIZE.... It's been a while since I've been here. So, surprised the chicken fingers for $10.99 were more like nuggets which five might barely be the size of 2 normal fingers and overdone. Parmesian sub was 7.5 inches for $12.99. Mild wings were plain with a little sauce you have to roll all the wings in. The dessert was forgotten and hubby had to go back for. Stopped by this place for some pizza and pasta while on a road trip. We got the steak and cheese pizza which wasn’t very good. The meat was dry and kind of tasted freezer burned :/ and the sauce drizzled on the pizza tasted like horseradish which I wasn’t a fan of (weird combo). For pasta, I ordered the stuffed ravioli with vodka sauce. The sauce was good! The ravioli wasn’t bad but it was quite doughy and had more dough than cheese filling.

The food is fair for the price. Since it's all counter service with QR code menus, it's a bit difficult to gauge how much you're spending. They have gluten free options which is nice.

Not only was my order 45 minutes late than the time I set for pick up while ordering online, the service was slow, ignoring everyone standing at the counter, and my chicken wings were nowhere near extra crispy with barely any wing sauce because it had all leaked into the bag. Our pizza wasn't warm, and we went to pick it up before I was ever notified that it was ready so it should not have been sitting on a counter for more than a few minutes. We both enjoyed the look of the pizza but looks were deceiving and we are both nauseous after eating it. I'm wondering if we accidentally received a pizza meant for someone much earlier in the day or perhaps yesterday? The salad was extremely overpriced - a wegman's large would have been cheaper and fresher with more variety for the same type. I'm disappointed as I had heard good things about this particular pizza.

First you forget to actually make my pickup order and make me wait another 30 minutes past when my order said it was ready to pick up. Then, you have the audacity to charge $2.75 for toppings when this (attached picture) is what you consider to be the appropriate amount of toppings to put on a pizza. Are you kidding me? What a joke. Unfortunately, our most recent experience was extremely disappointing. The order arrived wrong on a very busy Friday night before Christmas. We were understanding about the wait and were told a corrected order would arrive in 35 to 40 minutes, but it took well over an hour. When I called to check on the status, the response felt dismissive rather than helpful, and the person who answered was rather rude. When the food finally arrived (2.5 hours after we ordered), the quality was a big letdown. The garlic knots were noticeably smaller and hard as a rock, the gnocchi was mealy and fell apart, and the lasagna was soggy and overly greasy. This was nothing like the food we had come to expect. Very disappointing experience overall, especially from a place we used to really enjoy

Ordered sheet pizza and 36 wings for a family get together. Order was ready on time and fair priced. However, we were very disappointed with the food itself. The wings were over cooked and dried out and the pizza didn't have enough sauce and was too crispy around the edges.

My food was 30 minutes late. When I got home I thought it'd be fresh out the oven. But my food was warm. It was like it was done but it was just sitting in the back for a half hour.

You get there and there is no menu?? You look up and see a menu with no price???? Then you have to scan the code to your phone for the menu and here is the biggest catch all the prices are wrong and 4 dollars more to each item!!? You think it's about $60 then turns into $79...idk update the menu?!?! The food is good just prices are wrong on website and there actual menu they tell everyone!!!!!! Very misleading !!

Where do I start. I tried to order for pick up a few months ago, and for some reason, they gave my order to door dash. Now, I have never ordered anything on doordash, nor do I have an account. I tried picking up said order, and I was told a door dash driver had my food. They don't have my address, so how would I get it? After a confrontational argument, they reluctantly made my wings. I enjoyed my wings from here, so I tried to order some again. I spoke to two different people before I was rudely hung up on. I don't know how you were raised, but if you think you can disrespect people and not get disrespected back you have the wrong one. Customer Service here is garbage. Owners must be a joke.

Chicago deep dish, absolutely horrible, completely unbalanced!!! Customer service was that of people that weren’t compensated justly. Smh. Reviews were decent and I gave it a shot but I’m reviewing one item. Chicago was so unbalanced I made an attempt to combine ingredients to make it somewhat acceptable. DO NOT order food from this dump. We were at a softball tournament in Syracuse and ordered 12 pizzas for our team at a price tag of $312. 6 pizzas were delivered and the girl who answered the phone told us it was our problem. Her excuse was that a new girl entered it incorrectly. And then she said we were out of luck. The pizza sucked anyway. DO NOT order from this garbage dump of a business. The customer service was worse than the food.

Ordered pizza, was given no estimate re: time of pickup. Called 20 minutes later and was told it would be 10 more minutes…. At a hour and 10 minute mark, they offered a refund … in exchange for not actually making the pizza ?? It took an hour and 20 minutes to get a pizza for PICK UP - not delivery. Pickup. … how is a business unable to give a more accurate estimate of how long a PIZZA will take to be ready? 30 minutes somehow became 80 (??) Pizza was fine.

Worst place, have the worst customer service, wanted to argue with me on the phone, I called and said delivery and gave them my address and they wanted to say oh it’s out of our area but you have done it before and then proceed to say oh it was probably because we were slow and then continue argue with me more and tell me maybe next time I should use door dash or Uber Eats. My question is why even deliver to where I live when it’s out of your jurisdiction. Whoever took my phone call today learn better customer service(:
