I've been going there for a very long time. Love the stuff. Very friendly. After a few years of me not going they still remember my orders
My favorite burgers world wide and I've been all around the US and some other countries, cant beat In n out, I like the fact the ingredients are fresher than other fast food chains, especially the fires where you see them make them right then and there, love the whole retro burger joint atmosphere it always has, feels like a family business, so I'd rather wait a bit longer if I know the flavor and quality will be the best, I like this location as its close to work, would recommend to anyone wanting quality over quantity.
I the drive thru was kind of slow but that’s because they have less workers there since it’s a smaller location but the burgers are great.
Two drive through windows. Get in left lane or right lane. Left lane is better if you have a passenger in the front seat to exchange $ and food. The lines move quickly. Overall always happy with In-N-Out. There is an outdoor window to walk up to, but you have to stand near loud smelly cars while ordering and waiting. No indoor seating.
Love coming here, the burgers are always hot and the shakes are really good too!!!

Love the double drive through original style this location has. Our visit was great. Fast friendly service, accurate order, and packaged for in car enjoyment. The presentation quality and temperature were consistent with the great In And Out experience. The fries were hot and fresh. I like their brewed iced tea.
I only come here since the vet is close by but I prefer this location than the one by Universal Studios. This location has a separate parking lot for their associates and the associate who helped take my order asked me later if I needed any refills on my drinks (he also asked the other customers too). I love the hospitality at this location.
This location is always busy, but the drive-thru runs smoothly. Two lanes the left is usually faster since the right loops around further. We ordered from the secret menu: • Neapolitan shake • Animal Style grilled cheese • Animal Fries • Roadkill Fries (tasty combo of Animal Fries topped with a burger patty) Everything was hot, fresh, and flavorful. We usually take it to go, and it’s always packed well. Tip: Ask for extra spread perfect if you like extra cheesy fries. Solid service, tasty food In N-Out never misses!
Food was good and fresh but not much of a location to eat more of drive thru, sitting is limited with Benches outside.
The lady who took my order was so kind and sweet, I had a very special order I am vegetarian and I need gluten-free She accommodated the gladly so sweetly very pleased. And it turned out perfect delicious. It tastes especially delicious because the order was received so kindly ❣️❣️❣️
My first time trying out this franchise. New experience and I was amazed. Lady who took the order explained me all the details about the food and helped me to order,super friendly and smiling. Love going to this in & out its smaller there is some areas to eat out side they have a walk up window with two drive thru lanes. I always enjoy the food here. Animal fries with a 3x3 w/grilled onions and a lemonade for me.

Honestly all the workers had a bad Attitude.... We paid for Animal style & we got regular. I wish we would have seen it at In-N-Out Burger cause we really were very Dissappointed....
I would give in-and -out 5 stars, but this branch is Super Slow. Considering they're on a very busy area, I think the staff here is over worked. Management needs to upgrade, refresh and take care of this location. For any, the drive through causes traffic and it's a safety issue because the line of cars going for the drive thru spills by the street. I would rather go to other locations than this one. Trust me, you'll be waiting longer if you go to this branch.
