Best burger ever! I live four hours away, and I still make a point to stop here whenever I come even remotely close to Novato. Pro tip: Get the garlic tots!

The best veggie burger ever. They also cook the various kinds of fries right without a sog. This is not a place to go for saving money or losing weight, but it is the place to go for a delicious burger.

Best burger in Novato. Far BETTER than a burger chain, delicious shakes, and fries. My fave is the swiss burger with american cheese and grilled jalapenos/onions.

These burgers are the best! They are made from free range cows and everything here is 100% fresh. I had the Chipotle Crunch burger, I honestly love spicy food so I could of used more spice. However, they have a solution for that Habanero Cheese😁 I will need to add that next time. All in all, excellent customer service and excellent food. The mini corn dogs are a favorite for my kiddos

Great food, friendly owners and staff! They offered outdoor seating so we could walk over with our dog, also provided us with a bowl of water for the mutt! The shakes and frozen lemonade really made the hot day bearable.

Stopped by here for my work lunch, and it blew me out of the water; the California burger was hefty in size but I didn't feel greasy or gross after finishing it all! Well worth its price and I know if I come out this way, I'll be eating here again!

Extended family members who live in Novato say it's the best food in town. My family's experience there supports this assessment. Don't let the hole-in-the-wall location fool you. The burgers are A-class, substantial but not huge, with some tasty specialty options. You won't regret getting a large order of the buffalo Bleu cheese fries and/or garlic fries to share. We kept eating them until we had no room left to eat more.

One of the best burgers I ever had. This is a family operation and they always welcome you with a smile. Burgers, ribs and pulled pork are excellent. And the garlic fries are addictive. Very clean place and quick service.

JJ's is a great burger place. They offer a wide variety of options beyond burgers, as well as some unique burger creations. The burgers are hand made, fresh as can be, and flame grilled to perfection. I loved my chipotle crunch burger with habanaro cheese, and I always have their tater tots (but the fries are excellent too). The owners are very friendly and extremely interested in how you liked the food, and the place is usually spotless. They are not open on Sundays, so plan accordingly.

I've been going here for years now (since they opened) by far the best burger around the North Bay. Hands down the best. 6years later and it's changed hands now called FBI burgers used to be J.J's but these guys moved in and still have some really good burgers and shakes..

Husband picked up the FBI for me, no guac with extra chipotle sauce, with cheese fries. So good! The burger was actually cooked how I requested, jalapeños fresh, and fries still crispy! Will get again!

And ......I was just about there when I spotted FBI BURGERS, and thought I'd give them a try. I got two oldschool hotdogs with mustard and mayo just so I could get a good grasp of the quality of the buns and the hotdogs, and all I can say is WOW! The buns were fresh, soft and pillowy, the all beef dogs were cooked perfectly and had that hard to find natural casing snap with every bite, they were Amazing! 5 stars all day long. ☆☆☆☆☆

The owner is a super nice man, who is often times at the register taking your order and exchanging small talk, and his son, one of them anyways, is behind the grill making everything to order. I always prefer to support locally owned businesses if I can, much better to support someone raising a family, than a corporate company. Give them a try next time you're in the area!

My girlfriend and I had dinner tonight at FBI Burgers in Novato, California, and the experience was amazing. We both ordered burgers and fries, and everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The burgers were juicy, perfectly cooked, and made with quality ingredients you can really taste. The fries were crispy and seasoned just right—simple but done really well. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. You can tell they take pride in their food and service. If you’re anywhere near Novato and want a great burger and fries, FBI Burgers is definitely a spot worth checking out. My girlfriend and I will definitely be back.

Gluten free buns! Vegan Beyond Burger option! Good stop for a quick lunch during our 11-hour drive.

Got a regular hamburger and it was really good. Bun bigger, thicker, soft and fresh. Beef patty was thick and more than a quarter. A little over-done. Pickles, tomatoes; onions and lettuce if I wanted. I added condiments. Chocolate shake was really good too. Over 8 oz. and really thick, pure, and freezing cold. Total bill $15, but it was worth it. Very good ingredients. Staff fast, pre order online. Pickup friendly and easy. I'll be back.

Meh... For me, there wasn't anything setting this place apart. I took my kid here, got a few things and a chicken salad. The chicken was burnt and the salad greens smelled like they've been in a refrigerator for a long time. Being that it's so close to home, I really wanted to love it but it was just so so for me.

Very disappointed and won't try again. The ratings looked great that's why we gave it a try. Small portions and high prices. The vanilla milk shake was delicious.

This place is over-hyped. I wanted the burgers to amazing. I wish the patty was thicker, cooked at medium-rare, and I could actually taste the blue cheese (it barely had any).

I would've given this place 4 maybe 5 stars if I was only reviewing the food as the burger and fries were delicious! Unfortunately, I cant say anything about the sweeter side.of.the menu as I ordered an oreo cookie milkshake for $6 plus tax that I never received.....I was extremely disappointed when we arrived home with our food from JJs Burgers and the milkshake had NOT been included. $6 for a milkshake I didn't even get to taste was upsetting but the quality burger helped improve my disappointed. What didn't help was that we ordered the food at the end of the night about 45 minutes before closing and by the time we got our food and drove home the joint was near cloing time so I called JJs immediately and of no one answered. I called back 5 or 6 times in a row but no one ever answered. The following afternoon, I called to inquire about what happened to my milkshake and get a refund (or better yet my milkshake!) and when JJs staff answered I told them what had happened and instead of offering an apology, a refund or my milkshake! Instead, the grouchy man on the other end of the line, barked at me that he couldn't hear me, that there was too much noise and rudely hung up! I was parked in my car, by myself when I called JJs, the loud background noise was on their end not mine. I tried calling back once more and again no answer just like the night before. I felt scammed, does this happen to every last patron of the night because they know its almost closing and can get away with it or was this just a simple mistake and bad timing on my part? I'm not sure I'll ever know the answer to that as its very unlikely I will return anytime soon if ever. Great customer service is almost as important as great food but if I had to choose one over the other the food would always win but the poor service has left such a bad taste in my mouth that Im.not sure the food is worth it! Whats sad is the place used to be called Henry's burgers years ago and it was one of our favorite little burger joints so when I saw it had been reopened under a new name and owner I had high hopes it would be just as good......

Ordered and was told "10-15 minutes". It took 35 mins, and the place was empty. Below average veggie burger (but I guess I should have ordered the Beyond or Veg Grilled Chik'n). Onion rings were so greasy that I couldn't finish them. Fries were great, which is why it's 2 stars and not 1. Won't return.

Ordered a bacon cheese burger and there was no bacon . Had a couple bites to realize it wasn’t in it. Went back to let them know and he offered me $2 back or bacon on the side. I guess? DO NOT GO HERE! Bad food, terrible service. Literally rude and didnt refund me after the food was so bad. YOU WOULD THINK FOR EXPENSIVE FOOD EITHER THE SERVICE OR THE FOOD WOULD BE DECENT( MARCO RUINED MY DAY) ..MY 4TH TIME HERE AND DEFINITELY MY LAST.
