Cute location, stocked full of great coffee and accessories. The staff is super friendly, and helpful. I came here to pick up some whole bean coffee, a kettle, and filters all in one trip. I am happy with the purchase. I have also brought friends here and they seemed to really enjoy their drinks. I will return again.

Great place located alongside a marketplace with bakery, wine , seafood, dried meat and goods. The pastry and coffee is excellent worth coming here though hard to find parking

Highwire coffee. So much to be said, so few characters. There’s some really good sun in the morning if you sit on the little bench outside of it. The sun heats up the glass window really well so you can lean against it and it feels like your a little kitty cat sun bathing. The mixture of warm sun and cold coffee creates a beautiful juxtaposition of temperature and sensorial experience. Good coffee too. Great street parking if you arrive around 5:10 am. Good coffee.

Love this location! Highwire is already one of my favorite local roasters, but this location is the flagship. Two espresso machines running at full throttle during busy times… and despite the high traffic, they keep everything super clean and well organized. Kudos to the team, always professional, friendly and focused. I also love the Kiosk (would be helpful if you could tilt the screen up) and mobile order options.

The coffee was superb. Including a very nice decaf. Their food menu is just a bunch of carbs like a lot of coffee places. Some proteins and gluten-free would be nice. Regardless superb coffee and very nice biscuits of various sorts.

Excellent coffee. They did nothing wrong, I’m only writing this review because it might be helpful for customers. But I wish they would ask if you want your drink hot or iced. I ordered their strawberry latte and since the description said it was like quick strawberry milk, I assumed it would be an iced drink, because I always drink strawberry milk cold not hot. But then I got the drink and it was hot. Which was totally my fault because I didn’t specify. But I feel like the description could maybe confuse customers, so maybe to help customers out so they don’t order something they don’t want, it could be easier if the barista ask them if they want iced or hot, because I also didn’t realize the default in summer was hot drinks when not specified. But again, this was totally my fault. Nothing wrong with high wire. I love their coffee. Although I do wish the strawberry latte had a bit more strawberry in it because honestly, I got the latte and it just tasted like a normal latte. But because everything is excellent from high wire it still was amazing and I wasn’t upset about it. Anyway, this is more just a suggestion because I know the bees are doing their best and are not doing anything wrong, but sometimes a tricky customer like me comes in and forgets to specify, hot or iced lol

Happened by one morning & felt the need for a cortado so I indulged. I usually utilize coffee I roast at home but from time to time I like to taste whats outside of my personal efforts. The coffee was excellent & service was 1st class. The staff were very friendly, the turnaround time was quick & efficient. I would highly recommend taking in what Highwire has to offer they are a worthy coffee shop☕️😎🤙🏽

I wasn't crazy about my Matcha Latte but overall, the experience was nice.

Second time here - definitely quality baked goods & well crafted drinks. They definitely have a loyal following as you'll see customers basically all the time & expect a wait during peak hours. Friend of mine likes high end matcha & enjoyed the hot matcha latte here, with oatmilk. My latte with oatmilk had a nice coffee aroma and very smooth - very different than the stronger stuff you'll get at Peet's Coffee (which I also like). Worth a visit if you haven't had Highwire. Not much seating (maybe 3 seats at the bar .

High wire recently moved from their Market Hall location to the building next door. My latte was nice but seemed small for $5. The new location was rather sparse and didn’t have much character to it, and I hope they add some decor. You can park in the nearby BART parking for free on weekends.

Great coffee, excellent tea (although you must avoid the tea menu - it’s confusing and the design is not friendly, making it hard to figure out what teas they have). Pastries are very good as well

None to pour, and none was being made. Just no dark roast. I was truly upset. This is a treat for me, and it was very disappointing that they couldn't offer my usual and I don't think I'll be going back to this Highwire on College if they aren't going to always have that dark roast available. Bummer!

We have been to this location a few times. Love the neighborhood! The coffee is unfortunately consistently underwhelming and takes far too long. This last time during a medium busy time, it took 15min for a latte with only 3 people in front of us. The staff is unkind and complain about working right in front the customers. Would not recommend.
