I wanted to get a fish sandwich. It was pretty decent. I'd purchase again.

I came in for dinner and was welcomed right away , my order taker, Cruz, was nice and friendly and after having a bad day he definetely took the time to make me feel welcomed and that goes a long way, secondly after placing my order he offered me if he can get me anything else, i requested ranch & was checked up on also, my food was perfectly coked and hot and fresh!! I recommend this place all the time, nice hardworking people I come once a week and always get good service I was offered to do a survey and redeemed it for a free small fry , after eating a western bacon those fries were good to go along with, the dine was clean and unfortunately they no longer have a playground for my grandkids to come play in Not too many places that offer good customer service & you definitely get what ya paid for

The beyond meat famous star burger is delicious unfortunately for ne I found out it was made from pea protein until after I had already eaten it. Not good for my health bad consequences. Other than that is a great place for getting your flavor palette indulged.

We always get a bunch of their super delicious zuchini rounds in my order & although I do visit other restaurants, their original angus burger is always so much tastier than most other burgers, its just a super delicious all American burger made right with EVERYTHING that's supposed to be in an All American burger & for best flavor! RED onion, mayo, ketchup, mustard & pickles...all these help give it that perfect burger flavor.

I have been going there for lunch almost 6 days a week for a year, I am treated very well and they normally make my orders pretty much just the way I like it.

This Carl's jr. Was okay. Although I found the employees that I dealt with to be rather stoic. Neither of the two people I dealt with seem to be very happy which is no big deal to me, but a little skip in ones step makes the day go by so much nicer. I have their jalapeno double cheeseburger that was on special which I found it be rather yummy!

We buy lits of Carl Jr food. For a quick lunch we buy their 3.99 California Classic burgers. Double meat and all the fixings. Good value. Big Carl is great if your hungry. We just feel the burger patti is much better then McDonalds.

I go to this restaurant probably once every two weeks and the service is aright, very accurate when getting my order in the bag even though I am used to check my order before leaving ,you know experienced from others places. I give four stars because they need to speed up more and let me tell you that around this area are very competitive.

French fries are normally good but this time the fries tasted like it was reheated a few times & somewhat luke warm. At least staff members were attentive and dining room and restroom was clean.

I attempted to explain further all that unprofessional man did was shake his head, give me a dirty look, and walk away. He had no response to the fact that I attempted to call and tried to show him on my phone. He wouldn't even hear it. I was actually going back to that location as this is the 1st time this has happened, and I really dislike mayonnaise. It makes me nauseous. That's why I couldn't even consider the food for any meal .... I suppose this was a sign that I need to go somewhere else.... which at first impression I didn't feel that way. ....Until the other shift leader, Mgr showed how u professional, rude and curt he could be and so much to the point that he reacted the way he did...... I really liked that Carl's jr.... until now Please note that everyone else gets 5 stars and the shift leader that reprimanded the first shift leader in front of me should receive negative stars....I hope his bad day gets better

Drive through quick & pleasant. Outdoor dining tables not cleaned & homeless traffic in what could be a nice place to dine. Food tastey.

TLDR: don’t go to this location! Hey district manager PLEASE do something about the employees at this location, because you seriously have a problem. Today’s visit was indicative of the poor quality employees and/or training that this location has. The doors were locked for dine-in there was no visible signage and a red shirt employee walked right by my mother and I and completely ignored us as we were trying to clearly get her attention as we were confused with the hours of operation/ the dine-in option. She ignored us at the POS-looked at us but did not acknowledge us and as she walked past the doors. Maybe you need new employees. Maybe you need better training. Also DM if you’re also managing the El Camino location in Carlsbad I would probably interview that manager and employees as to what works in their store because the ladies there are absolutely fantastic and actually look like they care about their job and want to work.

I went with my family to get some food, we got there but we realized we didn't have enough money to pay so we were taking some of our order removed, while they removed some of our order, the cooks and the manger were laughing at the fact that we didn't have enough money and our car was making a bit of noise. We cancelled the entire order to get more money but we felt embarrassed and didn't want to eat anymore because we didn't want people to laugh at us. We went back and ordered the same things, and asked if we could talk to the people that were laughing but they said that they couldn't do anything about it. The meat was so hard and dry it barely had flavor

This location needs some help. I'm a creature of habit, and get the same meal everytime I (seldomly) visit this franchise. THIS location, unfortunately, has NEVER gotten my order right. All I do is order a combo meal. No special requests. They get the entire meal wrong. Just don't bother.

Online stated they were open till 11pm. Got to restaurant and hours on door said dining room was open till 9pm, after that drive through only. It was 8:20. They had locked the doors. They said they were closed. Change your hours on your door and online then. Very unprofessional.

I ordered a #4 Double Western bacon cheeseburger combo with criss-cut fries.....got the fries and drink correct, but the burger was something I would never order! I always come to this location because it’s close to home and in the same shopping center where I work. BUT they Never answer the phone. Today, I came after work. Messed up my order and had items missing. I’ve called for the last 30 minutes straight with no answer. It’s traffic time, after a long day at work, the last thing I want to do is drive back.

I went there to get a milkshake tonight, and the shake was alright, until i found a hair at the bottom of it. The hair was darker than mine and shorter so I know it wasn't mine. I just find it gross because I don't know where that hair has been or what it's gone through.

Worse costumer service , employee who took my order was really rude and unprofessional order took forever now it make sense why this place is always empty

I overheard the employees tell each other just cheese and I thought they were talking about a drive through order not realizing it was mine. How are they relying on each others words instead of checking the screens to make sure it’s correct. If the employee had looked at the screen they wouldn’t have messed up my order this time. Yet I asked for two california classic combos and they made one completely plain and one with the ingredients we asked to take off. Do they not check the screens to make sure it’s correct. Absolutely hate this location they can never get anything right it’s as if they don’t get properly trained to do the job. Imaging they barely have workers and are rarely busy they could do they’re job correctly for once.
