The wings are very undercooked very disappointed! We got half pineapple and they couldn’t even do that right. Do better dominos. When we got there we had to wait additional time because they forgot to add our Parmesan bites we were exiting because we saw the five star review photos at the restaurant but then became very disappointed.

I’ve been ordering from this location for a couple years now and they’ve never disappointed. Order has always been right, fresh, and the service is outstanding. Employees are very professional and courteous. Thank you!
Great people, very nice! They ran a note to another business nearby so i didn't have to drive 100 miles! When I'm on town, I'll gladly eat here.
Occasionally I have a particular order so they get it right about 95% of the time which is pretty good. Five stars anyway. I've had to change my tipping from 20 to 15 because of Kalipoяиia policies. I really hope it helps the worker. We shall see. I shall continue to order from Domino's. If I don't get what I thought I was going to get they always make it right they Rock
Fast, and the pie is always cooked perfectly so build your own for for optimal flavour. They have never screwed one up unlike Ojai P!zza K!tchen which is closer & twice the cost.
Dominoes has improved their bland pizza from what I remember. My daughter and I enjoy watching the pizza tracker. It's nice to know the name of the cook and the driver using the app. Unfortunately the gluten free pizza tastes like cardboard; but better than the alternative of no pizza at all!
Take and go or delivery only. I miss being able to eat there, but their NY crust with marinara sauce, extra pepperoni, extra Italian sausage, extra cheese and Feta cheese is the best.
We live just right outside the boundaries for delivery for this location. So if we order late at night, we will just use Circle Ks address next door, and they will just walk our pizza over and deliver to our car. The other night, I had lost my car keys and couldn’t make it to Circle K when they were ready, but Jason from Dominos called me, saying he was just about off his shift, and offered to deliver our food to the house, even though it’s out of their delivery boundary. I gotta admit, that’s the kind of person that will keep me going back as a loyal customer. Small acts of kindness make a huge impact and employees like that who do just a little extra, just to be nice make the whole experience a more positive one! Jason should get a raise for easily being a 5 star employee.

Usually pretty good quality, I get mine without garlic on the crust and 9/10 times they remember. The staff has been friendly when my family or I have interacted with them and the manager is always very apologetic when there's an error and offers to remake it or gives a coupon. I worked food service for years and I know mistakes happen, so I think they are doing a great job.
Apparently they discontinued the Parmesan Cheese and the Red Peppers. Not a good move for us that like them. Pretty sad to see Domino's cutting corners on their menu. I have had great service from our local Domino's before this.
Domino's pizza has improved vastly over the last several years. The online ordering experience is OK but there are some issues with finding the coupons. It is not the easiest website to navigate. Once you do find the coupons then it's a little bit better. But they don't make it really evident that the coupons are right there. But then again you have to realize that I'm not 18 any longer. So therefore navigating sites is not as easy as it once was. I guess once you hit 60, "that's it", you're done. Nothing is easy any longer... Just sayin...

Does Dominos NEVER TURN THE OPEN SIGN ON AT NIGHT ANYMORE? I ORDERED TWO NIGHTS AGO WENT TO PICK UP, AND IT LOOKED LIKE IT WAS CLOSED. I ALMOST DIDN'T GO IN.

I would’ve said this is a 5 star place in the past, but as of today, absolutely terrible, missing the most basic concepts of customer service, after an incorrect order. I got the food so I guess that’s something, even if it was wrong, paid for extra sauce, got NO sauce, guy on the phone is arguing with me that he personally made the pizza and put the sauce. Where is the sauce bro?! (See picture) In the future, when you done effed up, just accept it and move on, could’ve ended the issue, “sauce is missing” and he says “ok, our bad, let me send out the correct version”. NOT making up his own world of physics and explains; he put the sauce on and the bread and the cheese absorbed the sauce, and “maybe I didn’t see the EXTRA on the sauce”. Ok then, conversation over; you already admit you messed up, the rest is just semantics of you trying to dodge responsibility. Next time just accept that you made a mistake, fix it, and there’s a 5 star review instead of 2

Only reviewing because I’ve had multiple experiences with incorrect orders, delivery showed up with completely deconstructed sandwich (like nothing even in it? Did the driver drop it or something?), I cannot eat cheese & about 50 percent of the time they remember to get my order correct. App doesn’t update points. The cookie brownie is about the only thing they can seem to get right with each order. Jeeze. Customer service in the past has said they’d send out replacement orders & just never did. I came to the store to wait there for my order & they were so rude. No one WANTS to return for the correct order so why do I feel like I’m being treated like I’m out of my mind trying to get the correct order? I wish I could just eat cheese like the rest of yall but unfortunately for them I’m not okay with paying for an intentional stomach ache on my own dime & time. Lame.

I ordered food tonite waited for over an hour when I literally live not even a half a mile from this place and then they told me it delivered it on the tracker they said they tried to call me and said they couldn't deliver it because I asked for them to bring change $100 which is all I had... Domino's Pizza will never have my service again
Watched my elderly grandma try to place an order over the phone, got an AI who did not understand anything she was saying, finally got a live representative and she continued to bombard her with questions about adding on stuff to the order when she was struggling to just tell them what she wants. Good job Domino's
I've gone to this Dominos for 8yrs and has been great, but the last few months have been terrible, I usually order thin crust and a Philly cheese steak last two times both has been burnt, and this time forgot to put an item on pizza. When u said something to the cashier she just shrugged. Don't think I'll be going back.
This store SUCKS. It's less than a mile from me, and took over an hour to deliver one pizza. I tipped 30%, and the pizza was delivered cold with no explanation. I then tried to call the store repeatedly, and their automated phone system kept on hanging up on me. I'll never order from this business again
I called because I received a coupon in my email and it wasn't working on my phone so they told me to come into the store. I was told the manager would be able to verify that I had the email coupon for a free pizza and would be able to grant me the free pizza. I drove all the way there and the manager Jerry was excessively rude and very very unprofessional. I know it's Domino's Pizza but still there should be some type of professionality and taking care of loyal customers. I will not be coming back ever again.
