Great coffee Service was great and hardly a wait through the drivethru

Everyone was friendly, service was fast. Food was hot place was clean.Can't ask for much more.

I have been to a few Tim Horton's in my days....this one has ALWAYS made my order right fresh & delicious......conveniently located just off 490 E in East Rochester.

I have been to many Tim's, even one in Afghanistan, and this one ALWAYS has pleasant employees, a clean environment, and amazing food and coffee!

Fast service at this busy location. Parking lot was almost full when I visited.

The drive threw was line was long so I knew it was a gamble but decided to try my luck. Surprise! The employees moved that line at a great steady pace! My coffee was perfect and the service was even better. Thank you for a good experiance this morning!

I was hungry and wanted to try everything. The coffee was rich and flavorful! We also had omelet bites with spinach and cheese that were delicious! Next time I’ve got my sights set on some donuts and maybe a breakfast sandwich. I have to go back every chance I visit an area that has Tim Hortons. (Likely-NY)

Small and personal. Going there for probably a year and staff still doesn't know how to handle coupons for tax-exempt.

Like most Tim Hortons, it was unkempt and full of crumbs. Had to wipe down a table ourselves. Food was correct, fast, and well-prepared. In general, it was a typical TH experience.

I always stop here before heading back to Buffalo. Coffee is perfect every time and never a long wait.

They seem to run out of everything too early but when I can get it I love their honey dipped donut!

would frequent this tim hortons back in highschool. the 2 for 5 sandwich deal is the best. i do not like their movement towards fresh cracked eggs. while healthier i do not think they taste better.

Food is solid but how do you not carry sour cream donuts. I know you won't carry them if nobody is buying them but they're a staple.

Definitely always a long wait at this location. They need a new speaker or better headsets for the drive thru. I have to repeat my order 4 or 5 times and it's often still wrong. It's sad because it gets alot of business.

Good clean store. Was hoping the grill was still hot since most 24hr US stores keep it live until 10pm, but was informed the store was practicing to shut down by 9pm. It was approximately 8:40 when I was in.

Went here for a coffee date and the service was terrible. We ordered 2 hot chocolate's grabbed a place to sit. 15 minutes later and we still hadn't gotten called up to get our drinks. So he went up to see what had taken so long. The girl that had taken our order forgot we ordered. Then she went to get our order and she only brought him 1. So he said, I ordered 2. She was like oh I'm sorry. I just wonder how does a person forget we ordered. From 1 second to the next. Strange!!!

Always run out of different items, soup, yogurt, and doesn't matter what day of the week. Staff is less then thrilled to be there.

One of the things qr looked forward to when moving to the area was a French vanilla iced cap. They are not as good as they used to be. Very disappointing.

I love Tim Hortons, but this location usually mess up my order some how. Today's iced cap tasted like it had coke in it and the replacement was just as bad.

The service is always terrible whenever I go, I am a repeat customer and my orders are never done correctly, the workers aren't pleasant at any point when I go there. Over all its always a bad experience. We go there for the convenience, because its closer than the other location. But we will be changing our way for future trips.

Im not a daily coffee drinker but I went to order a med coffee and they give me old lukewarm coffee unstirred. Threw it out soon as I got back to work. Really needed that pick me up smh. Should have stuck with Dunkin' down the street...THEY ARE ALWAYS FRESH.

I’m not sure whether it was a manager or supervisor I was speaking to.. he said his name was Neil? He was very inappropriate and unprofessional and kept giving me the wrong orders after I told him what I wanted shitty costumer service

Worst customer service. Got three different coffees, they gave me without labeling them. When i asked the employee she had an attitude problem.

Not greeted at speaker. Person taking order was not interested in doing their job today. When asked what I wanted they said just pull up. When I told them I had more to the order they said just pull up. After pulling up person seemed unable to stand up and told me the total for what I had partially ordered. There seemed to be some confusion on how to take a drive thru order today. This isn’t the first time sadly, but it will be my last. Cold product, hot food never up to temp and coffees taste like cleaning product. Save your time and find a different Tim Hortons or just go up the street to Dunkin, you will be treated better. Please get better staff.

If it’s any of the stores that deserve to shut down in the Rochester area, it is this one. I had to tell my order twice to them in the drive thru and then once again at the window. They still got our order wrong. This is not the first time my husband and I have had a problem from this location. Will not be coming back.

I live above KB Graphics and used to walk over early in the morning! Now despite all of the fliers on the front door the door is locked! Drive thru only. So I promptly walked down to Dunkin donuts on Washington and had no problem. My new spot for now on!

I will never go to Tim Hortons again in East Rochester. I was seriously insulted by the general manager(Furnanda) there and it was disgusting. Long story short I went through the drive-thru and attempted to use multiple coupons I then realized I was unable to do so, so then I proceeded to tell them that was ok and I would do multiple transactions so I could use multiple coupons. So the woman lets me proceed with my order and I use two coupons at the window I then proceeded to go inside to use my remaining coupon. as I attempt to use the coupon the woman then proceeded to tell me I am not allowed to do so even though the coupon specifies one coupon per transaction. on top of all of this I am holding my five year old son in my arms and she proceeds to tell me why don't you spend the extra dollar and pay full price!? I then informed her that the coupon I was trying to use I was able to do so because it's one coupon per transaction she then says, you know what I'll just give them to you for free because it looks like you can't afford the $2! all while I'm holding my five year old son in my arms,he says to me mommy that was mean. I'm disgusted by the way I was treated and talked down to and that my poor child had to witness such cruelty, I will never come to this establishment again not to mention she also tried to force the customer behind me to use my coupon for me and then proceeded to check him out and refuse me service!!! (If I could give negative stars I would!!!)

Cashier on a power trip over a torn coupon that clearly came from a flyer NOT used!!! I went back out to my car and brought the flyer in she still would NOT honor coupon. Forced me to use a different coupon off the exact same flyer and jept my torn 1 as well. I am new to the area. 1st time at that location. We confirmed the order and they told us to pull up to the window. The person who met us at the window gave us a hard time, arguing with us as we were showing them we paid for this location. Thankfully she got a manager but I will not be visiting this location again.

One of the workers was polite but the other two including the main manager was completely rude and disrespectful. Wow? I ordered a latte made with oatmilk, once I got the drink it tasted like whole milk. I came back and they insisted they used oatmilk but I got so sick from it. I saw this guy with a Nina nametag make the drink, I saw him use normal milk instead of oatmilk and they straight up lied and gaslit me. This location almost always messes up, not worth it.
