The drive-thru is a polite affair, and it's where we say sorry and sip our double-doubles. It's as Canadian as maple syrup-flavored snowshoes, eh?

I have to say this store came along way , it’s very clean always up to par , coffee always fresh donuts sometimes they won’t have the one I want but they always recommend ones that’s available , I’m a regular I come in the evening an I always see Miss E she put a smile on my face & the rest of the customers I bet ,one of the FAVORITE locations the employees are better then before is all i can say! Keep up the great work guys .

I drive for a living and tend to frequent Tim Hortons. Some have really gone down hill. I stopped in to the East Rochester location, it was very quiet, the ladies working(I didn’t get there names), greeted me as I came in the door. Seeing it’s a holiday I assumed they were slow, but they said it just slowed down. I just want to say they both have great customer service, which is hard to come by these days, the store and prep areas were clean as well as the ladies room. Keep up the good work. I know most people tend to post negative reviews more. So here’s a positive!

Good Tim Hortons… hash-browns were a solid 9.2/10 and my ice cap was also good felt like a cool glacier soothing my tiredness by slithering down my throat and my timbits were perfectly glazed like a elephant just absolutely relieved himself perfectly over every single timbit.

The people behind the counter were friendly and helpful, it was my first visit so I had to stop looking at what was being offered on the shelves and look at the menu. I was hungry and wanted to try everything. The coffee was rich and flavorful! We also had omelet bites with spinach and cheese that were delicious! Next time I’ve got my sights set on some donuts and maybe a breakfast sandwich. I have to go back every chance I visit an area that has Tim Hortons. (Likely-NY)

Arrived at 2;32pm. The place closes at 3pm per the sign, and No additional sign on door indicating otherwise. OK, went to Dunkin instead. Nice people inside I'm sure, and I realize they are working hard. This is a criticism of management, not employees. The labor shortage exists, yes. Then change your signage to indicate that you are not doing what you say you will do. Pretend you care about your franchise and your customers. Otherwise, your competitors will eat your lunch.

Whatever happened to courtesy? I drove to the drive-up window and was met with "can I take your order" what happened to, good morning, hello, hi, how can I help you? Then I place my order and at least three times said hash browns. When she gives me the total the hash brown isn't in there. I said "what about the hash browns" "oh yeah". I get to the pick up window, not hello, hi, anything, but I yawn!!! Seriously, wake up. You workers expect to get a minimum 15.00 an hour, and that's the best you can do! What is a customer I expect at least the minimum of courtesy! I handed her my card, not a word, she handed me the food, never a thank you, or come back again, nothing! But her indifference. Tim Hortons West Commercial Street East Rochester you need to do a whole lot better than that! PS. No receipt either.

Frequently go into Tim Hortons on the way into work. While the coffee and breakfast options are always good. The bathroom has been disgusting for the last two weeks. Poop on the floor, same toilet paper on floor and wash basin for over two weeks. I will not be returning to this Tim Hortons because the bathroom represents the whole restaurant.
