We went to hear music and eat dinner last night. Our server's name was Sonny, according to the receipt. She was very attentive and helpful, coming by our table every 10-15 minutes. Excellent and the food was great.

Came here with a large group during the week. I had made a reservation just in case. Turns out we were the only party there all night. The server was quick and efficient. The nachos were okay as well as the tacos, but I would definitely go back for the drinks. We went for a "Taco Tuesday" & they stated they ran out of asada which is disappointing especially for a taco night. If it wasn't for happy hour the bill would have been much more expensive. $7 for a basic taco is a bit outrageous

I love this place the mariachi is amazing and they have solid strong voices I love them but the only thing is that I didn’t get a server so I had to walk to get a drink separate and pay for the drink separate and the food separate so it was 10 for a virgin margarita and 45 for food. So a total of 55 dollars so if you go here my recommendation is eat somewhere else and just go here for drinks because if you don’t drink alcohol like me you will still get charged 45 for the brunch it won’t be less but other than that you will be extremely happy the mariachis are top tier amazing so if you go here go for the mariachi only because you will never be dissatisfied they are amazing.

Troy,jenn made my coppers experience perfect!! They helped me on IG to reserve a table for my birthday at their fun drag show by Samara sin !! I've been to this drag show 4 times and every show has been amazing and entertaining!! There is always different performers!! Please go to coppers for fun hang out or any events they host. The ambience is awesome. The venue is spacious and pretty. The collection is such a fun place to hang out in Oxnard. I also love copper blues has many bathroom stalls so there's never really a line.

There is also a backside patio to chill. Unfortunately, it is a no smoking establishment. Security was also chill so that's a plus. Parking is ample in the back. After the live music, a dj hopped on and got the crowd going. Could definitely see myself coming back.

Although, the food could be better. The tacos were uninspired and lacked a lot of flavor. The lemongrass wings had a nice flavor to them and the southern fried chicken was good though. Waitress was great and checked on us plenty of times

I went out for their Sunday brunch to celebrate a birthday. I was dreading going there as I have had bad experiences in the past. However, thanks to our server Miranda I was finally able to have a good time at Copper Blues. Miranda made sure to check in to all her tables very often and did everything she could to make sure we had a great experience.

I dont really like to leave reviews, but visiting this place twice both did not end the best. The atmosphere is so cool. However, they told my friends to finish their food before coming in, but then when they did they didn’t let them in after the rest of us paid our entry fees. Then they proceeded to ask my friends to vape outside, and then when they walked to vape, they also didn’t let them back in despite the rest of us being inside. Its been twice that this happens, but when we don’t step out they get mad we don’t. It’s sad because the bar is cool, but sucks the second chance was another disappointing experience:/

You can not order anything else except for the brunch with exception to adding tacos and omlets nothing off the menu. There are only 2 waitresses that are good and on top of their tables, the rest you have to flag down for refills. The music is great, that's what you pay for just the music definitely not the food. If you sit at a booth, you can't sit comfortably up against the seat. It's either up at the table or away back on the seat. So sit at a table.

The starter salad was dressed in water, and when we asked for their "selection of dressings" as indicated on the menu, we were told they only had ranch. The chicken sandwich was a freezer tender and the philly cheese steak was incredibly salty, the meat not evenly dispersed throughout the sandwich. Our server was good, the live entertainment was solid, but it's clear why this place isn't busy.

There weren't even any signs to direct us the right way. We had to seat ourselves. Then we were never given menues or asked if we wanted anything to eat. They only cared about whether or not we were going to buy drinks. Was there for a show and the whole two hours we were there nobody served us. Waitresses seamed so uninterested and scattered. Never coming back here again, sadly. It just left a very bad taste on my mouth.

The lead singer of the band tonight started yelling “the south will rise again” on stage. It’s an incredibly offensive and racist place. Response to Laina Jensen- When I complained to the manager on site that evening, she didn’t really seem to care and certainly didn’t care about making it up to me. Only after I made my complaint public was someone apologetic. I will not be contacting you because I will never go back to your establishment. No amount of free drinks or food would make up for that offense.
