This location is always so busy no matter what day of the week it is. I feel like there are only two people working at a time. And if you don’t mobile order and plan accordingly you’ll probably wait at least 20 minutes for your food with 10 other people in that tiny room. I’m pretty sure the turnover rate is high cause I’ve never seen the same person work there. Management needs to better staff their shifts to accommodate their customers and support their staff. With all this being said I have never been unsatisfied with the food here. I receive good topping portions, and my pizza is never underdone. Management needs to better support their staff.

Graet pizza, I'd order for pickup, and when I arrived, I was a little bit busy, but it isn't a reason to be rude. No greetings, no acknowledgment of customers present at the lobby, it's seems this employee doesn't want to be there 😕. And I drive quite a bit of miles to get there, cause at this store, for some reason, the pizza its tastes better from others' locations, the portions are right, the amount of pizza sauce its right, it's seems to me, someone knows what his doing, and when I said I drive to this place, to get and idea I leave by Saticoy St and Lankershim Blvd.. what I said is show some smiles, get some customers service a good experience at this location, that's all. I won't let today experience affect my loyalty to this location 💯

Five pizzas for the family, one wasn't cut at all, we had to cut. Others weren't cut all the way. Some were like double slices, large. One slice has a hair baked into the slice, that slice was thrown away.

To whom it may concern I order on app 4 orders of pizza puffs when I came in I had to wait another 15 minutes cause they didn't make them all at once. Some of the pizza puffs were smashed and on top of waiting extra time the food was cold We were at Little Caesars on van nuys and glenoaks in pacoima California. Just sitting in waiting for the food 2 of the workers were to busy talking each other then pay attention to the front to see it was getting crowded and had one person maybe 16 working front and they were getting busy don't know were the manager was I have never seen disorganized place other people who came were getting upset if I was in charge believe me it would be better organize plus my granddaughter found hair in her food and it was the girl who was working on them. I stopped to get just 2 regular pepperoni pizzas the cashier did not seem to like her job she told a person in front of me that it would take 40 minutes for a pizza he wanted then it was my turn and she was rude she also told me it would take 25 minutes I said it was fine but when in reality it was like less then 15 minutes cashiers like that will run your customers away horrible service front end.

You're better off going to a different pizza place. The pepperoni pizza is got was burnt. On top of that I waited a extra 15 minutes. They were extremely short staff and you could hear a football game being played in the back. Management needs to do a better job.

This place is getting bad I place my order at 8:00 pm on 06/01/25 I when to pick it up at 8:20 pm and my order wasn't ready on till 8:50 pm and.my pizza was.burn especially the pepperoni burn crust and the bottom of the pizza bad services because the employees were having bad attitude with customers

The closing shift girl handed me my pizza upside down! My three meats pizza tasted so old like if they got a hot & ready pizza that had been sitting there for a while and just added bacon and sausage to it. The bread was so dry and hard it wasn’t fresh at all I can literally grab it and it’s staying together. I had a bad experience, they were messing with me 9/20/24 at 10:25 pm
