I want to say thank you to pit for delivering my food, my bf said he could add the tip after but we couldn't so I want to leave a good review and hope to get him next time so we can. I felt so bad thank you so much. I realized I had leftover change but he already left

I just want to say thank you to roman who delivered my pizzas tonight. A very sweet and nice man! Loved that we bonded over sports and he shared a very cool pin with me! He was a great reminder that there are really nice people out there! I hope he continues to thrive in work and his personal life! Hes the best on the team!

This is the best pizza location I have ever tried in the valley. Comparing to other valley locations. This location has the best customer service. Gerry and crew are very friendly and helpful. They are attentive to who is walking in the door and acknowledge their presence. If you are there to order, they hand you a menu. The pick-up window is also monitored closely. I rarely spend more than 5 minutes there. The oven is constantly pushing out food, and the place is popular and busy.

Dominos is the best. I never have a problem with take out or delivery. I love the pizza tracker and the points you earn. They are pretty popular, so just know there will be a wait. Otherwise all good

Average pizza place. It's a 50/50 if you're going to have a good experience. Sometimes the orders are correct and on time. Sometimes they aren't. I feel like they are usually worried only about the delivery orders. Food you get will taste good even if it isn't what you ordered. Parking is okay.

This dominos is not what used to be, the he pizza is super thin and almost no cheese. There is no difference between Domino’s and Little Caesars. For the price difference I will go with Little Caesars since the quality is now the same. only 5 small pieces of Jalapeños, really?

Called in an order for pick up. They asked weird questions like do I have the correct address to where they are to having to wear a mask, also exact change since I was paying cash. Must have a lot of idiots ordering pizza from them.

There was a time where I ordered a week straight from this dominoes in Sylmar and honestly whoever is behind the phone is totally unprofessional and rude and it’s not the same person during this whole week he had to be at least three different people it is horrible they hang up on you I hope you don’t call backThey also lie to you about how long it would take for delivery obviously because they do not want to deliver one guy told me delivery was up to two hours if I’d like to wait and I said yes and he said are you sure two hours is a long time and I said yes and I literally got my pizza in 20 minutesi give one star for that early delivery actually ima add another star because of the warm pizza

Every time we use the dominoes app, the app tells us "Hey! Pizza's done!" Then I come to this store to pick it up, "Sorry your pizza isnt done yet." Dont know if the disconnect is in the app or the store employees. Either way, boo.

We ordered a flat bread and a hand tossed pepperoni along with chicken alfredo pasta for dinner. The flat bread was burnt. Tasted like burnt cardboard. The hand tossed pizza was so hard and no sauce. It was so disgusting! You can do better domino's!! For your prices, take a little pride in your food you're putting out!

So far the food has been good...what I find troubling is Customer Service. I tried to place an order online and their online system kept returning an Error message. I called the store #8242 and a female with heavy Spanish accent answered. As I was telling her what was the issue, she put me on hold and didn't come back. THAT IS SO RUDE..!!!

I don't know if it's the app or the store. Everytime I order from here on the app my pizza is either missing or not ready, even though the app says it's ready. I am never greeted here when I walk in. I have asked an employee once why would my pizza say ready when you he's claiming it's still in the oven and he ignored me. The times that it's not there, the employees always ask if ordered at this location.... I think this might be the last time that i order from this location and from domino's in general.

Incomplete delivered items. Ordered pizzas, pasta, breads , salad and extra dipping sauces. The salad was missing, and no dipping sauces that's supposed to come with the bread. Also ordered extra sauces but it did not arrive as well. Can a Domino's rep please explain this?

Terrible delivery time, forgot items on my order and were extremely rude when I called to inquired about my missing items. Giving a time of 30-45 min. to deliver the missing items and display very little concern with the order error. Completely unacceptable customer service and will not be calling any further. A complete disappointment and will be contacting the district office to further my complain.

Do not try to order pizza from here for pick up through the app thinking you will be able to walk in and skip the line. I placed an order through the app thinking I could show up when it was ready and pick up my order. Instead I was told to get outside in line despite explaining the app pick up. I was never greeted or said hello you have to wait in line. Anthony the employee just told me rudely to go outside without listening to me. I called the store after 15 minutes of waiting in a large line of more than 10 people. He told me again to wait in line. Interestingly enough a minute after my call a woman brought a pizza out to me in line. I will not be returning here and I do not recommend this location. There is a Pizza Hut down the street anyway.

The employees were throwing forks into pasta boxes as if they were mad. The employee at register touched pizza with bare hands right after using the register without washing hands first. The tracker app said food was ready but employee said it wouldn't be ready for another 5 minutes. None of the 5 boxes of pasta I ordered were labeled. Had to open all the boxes to see what was in them... Not everyone was going to eat at the same time so that was annoying. I asked for pizza to be "pie cut" but was cut in squares. I called and was on hold for over 16 minutes. That's why I rated it 1 star.

Pizza is ok, wings were drowned, not tossed, in sauce. No matter the deal tho I need to double think my decision before ordering again. Gave it a year, came back today...placed order for 5:00, card was charged. Apparently when you change the time, the system updates the order for the next day, even tho your confirmation says today. Give us 15 mins. Not ready. Give us another 15 mins. No one ultimately cares Not coming back.

Waited 40 minutes for a pepperoni pizza and wings. I go pick up my order and they say 5 more mins for my order just to make me wait another 20 minutes to say that they never made my wings to begin with and to wait another 10 minutes for my whole order. Short staffed or not they had nothing to say about their mistake and the service is horrible. I will not be ordering from this dominos again. You guys are terrible.

Less than 1 star really!!! This was the absolute worst service I have ever had from a dominos restaurant. It ws a delivery, and according to the Dominos Delivery Tracker my food arrived at 8:45. At 9:00 I called the store and got no answer. I looked up corporate to request a refund and found no contact info to do so. Then at at 9:50 the delivery guy arrived . I asked where he had been since he was over 30 minutes later than the tracker stated. He had no response. The food was cold or lightly warm at best. Items were missing. I will never order from this location ever again and I suggest you look elsewhere, too.

Unless you want your order to be wrong 3 times and wasting your money and time. Don’t come here! Staff is extremely slow and very careless with the orders. The manager says he will correct the order by giving you another pizza but seem to f*caked up the order AGAIN! Horrible management, I’d rather walk across to Little Caesar’s knowing it will always be hot and ready. Horrible service would not recommend. There’s actually a shakeys nearby!

Had the worst service placed a order at 3:28 pm online for delivery. Saw the whole timing online it was perfect withing 30min I should have been receiving my order. But no an hour in a half had past by, so I called the location and I spoke to a employee by the name Eric or Roy. And I explain what was happening, he tells me oh I see your your pizza driver should be arriving any minute now to your home. I had no problem waiting but a additional half an hour has pass which is now 5pm I call back speak with Ruby, and she says there is no record of a order being placed in my name. I give her additional information she ask and then says oh you placed it for carry out. She was really rude told me to hold while she spoke with the manager. Then tells me I can place a new order for you but u got to wait 45 min and pay additional for delivery. So I told her I wanted to cancel and I wanted my money back with attitude she firmly says OK you will get it within 5 to 10 days and hangs up on me. Now what kind of training is Domino's Pizza giving the employees. Never again will I order from here.

This was a carryout order. Went to pick up my order, paid for it and waited. Cashier told me that my order wasn't made because they didn't have one of my pizza's which was gluten free. No one called me to advise that they did not have gluten free crusts. IF you do NOT have what the customer is asking for, a courtesy call would be nice so I don't waste my time/gas and drive to pick up an order that wasn't even ready. Need better customer service, in my opinion. Not ordering from this place again.

They are not prompt/respectful of time. My online order for Carryout said it was ready -after the 10 minute I waited to talk to someone at the window the guy kept “huhing and whating” because he had his air pods on. I died why was he wearing them if he couldn’t hear his customers with it. His excuse was cause he was a driver. He wasn’t driving he was behind the register. On top of that still waited an additional 10 min. Get it together!!

While trying to pay cashier he mistakenly refunded the order from online. I had paid $10~ with a gift card and only needed to pay $2.80. The cashier became very aggravated when I told him that I was not going to pay for the order again. There whole reason I got dominos was to finish the gift card. I had left the card at home when I had a balance of zero and threw it away. I have a video of the altercation of the employees trying to make me leave for trying to pay my balance of $2.80 but they tryed to get me to pay $13 &. Something cents. I really didn't appreciate the way there were talking to and I felt it insulting to a point where i had asked for a manager to go over the situation so they can recharge the gift card from before. The cashier just waved his arms in the air and mouths the f word. I dont think any one should be treated this way for someone else's mistake. By the time this was all over I had 2 luke warm pizzas that tasted cold. I had to throw them away and get little cezers, because of what happened here. I really enjoyed this restrant and hope I can come back with an apology for the stress this put me through on Halloween.

Why don't you just raise the price a little and give people quality food instead of keeping the same price but use less ingredients. Horrible Food 😳, chicken was soft and soggy not well done like I specifically asked. The meat was old taste very STALE!!! Salad was already premade , packaged and not tasty either it was mostly old lettuce with 3 tomatoes and cheese with 4 croutons . The twist bread was ok . Money down the drain as far as I was concerned. Totally would not recommend . The new system the call center they have someone who takes the order they need someone more efficient because had I not corrected her she would have over charged me and gave me more than I asked for. I was super hungry and the order was almost $35.00 so I tried to eat what I could. But it was NOT FRESH nor GOOD!!

The employee Eddie was very rude and dismissive and did not want to do his job in helping me as I asked if he can ask the workers that are working right now about my credit to see if the young lady remembered because Eddie told me all the employees were working their shift right now. I asked him why he didn’t want to ask them since he was refusing to honor the credit because he couldn’t see it in the notes employees leave in their office for future credits and he responded very rudely “because I don’t want to “. I asked him to then cancel my entire order and that I would like to speak with Jerry the manger because I don’t see why I am having to go through this headache of getting my item which is rightfully mine since my order was wrong to begin with. And now I can’t get my item because the employee forgot to write it down in the system when I asked her and she confirmed it would be in there. The manger Jerry is supposedly not there now so I will have to wait to get this matter resolved.
