Great ice cream great service

The food and ice cream is always great here. It's one of my favorite burgers. They could work a little on better cleanliness for the customers that dine in. Keep in mind that the staff is young and they are learning, try to have a little patience with them

I ordered from drive thru & the young ladies have great customer service! Always friendly & thank you for coming. I was extremely satisfied with the frozen swirl yogurt I got, asked for a cup & lid. It was perfect, no mess & securely closed. The frozen yogurt was put into the cup perfectly! Great job!!!

Great place to eat and chill out. Prompt and polite service i.e. staff are young and polite, without the usual teenage grouchiness you usualy experience. Doesnt have the usual noise and idiots that you find in some burger joints, probably because they play old style easily listening music over the system. Looking around, everyone looks chilled and in no hurry to leave, some people are almost comatose in the corner. A great place for family or kids,, unlike Burger King or McDonald's where you want to get out before the wrong people come in and breathe over you. The manageress was also great. I noticed a free upgrade your drink for a shake deal after I had sat down. I asked about it, even though I had already drunk their soda and she had them make me a complimentary milkshake. Their milkshakes are also fantastic and are available in every flavor ice cream they have. Try the Mexican Chongas Zamoranos, its amazing. This is a great brand with great service and its own farm market in every store.

Just recently went to this Braums twice in one week in the evenings and received friendly customer service. Both times I ordered a soft frozen yogurt in a cone that was the perfect size for $1.50, and deliciously creamy! Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store in Pantego on Park Row Drive is an oasis in a desert of bad locations in Arlington and Euless (based on reviews from said locations). During our visit, the store was clean, the staff were friendly and we greatly enjoyed our ice cream. The other plus to Braum's, other than their multiple flavors of ice cream, crinkled cut fries and awesome Oklahoman burgers is the food store located within each location. Not only can you procure milk but also chips, vegetables/fruits, frozen meals, butter, cheeses, sherbert, ice cream and various meats from chicken, beef, hot dogs, sausage links and breakfast sausage. Come visit this location for a good experience.

Its good but sometimes it feels rushed and you have to repeat multiple times what ice cream you want.

I really enjoyed going here! It was a very affordable meal both ice cream and food. The reason for the 4 and not 5 stars is because they did give us the wrong milkshake and didn't notice until we got in the car because it was togo. And it is kinda claustrophobic inside. The dining area is really cute, but it's where you order at. You can actually see any of the ice cream flavors because there is no room and when you are trying to order food there is just no room. Other than that, it was good!

I love going to Braum's. Their ice cream is the best! However, it would be even better if the staff kept the dining room area cleaner. The tables and booths are often not clean when I come in and still dirty when I leave. That can be a real appetite killer. Just saying.

The staff were very friendly, not easy to say that in many places now days. Food was on par and the option to get a shake instead of fountain drink was nice. Pricing was notably below what I've seen in the last 7 states I've been in. Pleasant surprise

The burger and fries were good. The ice cream was also very good. Only issue is we wanted to pay for the ice cream first eat then come back. The girl was new and didn't know you could do that. Had a bit of an issue getting it but only a small one and one guy was asking if they could charge and I assume manager as the one guy I showed the receipt to to ask for the ice cream got another this other guy involved. But he told him it had been paid for got my ice cream without issues.

The ice cream here is always great and the best reason to go. Their little store can be expensive but has top quality products. The burgers here are pretty good. The meat is top quality, but I'm a mustard guy and have to special request them to make it differently. My wife loves the burgers.

We stop here often for ice cream and this time it was extra special. The service is usually okay, but they had a particular fella that was "over" being there. We watched him squirt chocolate sauce over someones ice cream so much that it ran all over his hand, he was put out that I had to ask for a spoon behind the counter, and the ending was the best. I asked for a lid for my to-go scoop of ice cream. He just slapped the lid on, after seeing that it would not fit, he just walked away. The end......

We love their chicken sandwiches and my husband has to have his banana split fix every once in a while. Ordinarily we don't eat fast food but the chicken sandwich is good here. The ice cream items are MUCH cheaper than Dairy Queen and just as good.

Stop by for a vanilla shake. The shake was nice and smooth like it should be. Did not know one can have scooped ice cream or the frozen yogurt. The large is enough for two people to share. Service was good. It wasn’t too busy

The inside is really clean besides the restrooms. It's probably the classiest braums I've ever been too. The wait wasn't too bad but it was a little hectic and disorganized. On the plus side, the servers were trying their best to do everything they could to make sure the customers got their orders and were helped.

normally I get the big country breakfast actually most of the time I used to go about three times a week but thanks have changed for me so I get there as soon as I can and when I can. today was very disappointing I got the big country breakfast with gravy and the gravy was nothing more than just colored water. Way too thin. when they get it right it's fantastic and one of the best breakfasts around. I do appreciate it thank you well I thought I'd get to change this but I don't again I went today and got the big country breakfast again the gravy was nothing but water. If you can't cook get out of the kitchen. If it happens again I will quit getting breakfast at braum's.

I love Braums and always ordered the double dip sundae, I am taking one star off for the inconsistency of the size of the ice cream, sometimes the scope is so tiny I think it should count as a single scoop.

Braum’s breakfast is so tasty and inexpensive. We order the hot cakes, which are made when you order and delicious and a Big country breakfast plus two large Cherry Limeades. Only $12!

The food here is consistently good and a great value! My husband and I have tried their burgers, chicken tenders, fries, and banana splits, and we’ve been happy every time. The only thing we’ve noticed is that the way banana splits are packaged in the drive-thru can vary depending on who’s working—sometimes they’re not even in a bag. Other than that, the employees are always friendly, and we really enjoy coming here.

We never have the same experience here. Sometimes the guest experience is great, other times you can tell they dont want to be there. Sometimes the food is great and some times its meh. Ice cream scoop portions are NEVER the same.

The burgers, salads, and ice cream are delicious. Their fires used to be excellent, but they've been extremely greasy in the last month, or so. The employees are always pleasant and helpful, but the tables are always dirty. In the last two years, when dining in, I have been unable to find a clean table.

Lived here all my life and while their products are still amazing, the service always leaves something to be desired. Our order is never right, but the ice cream is worth it.

They really need to calm down about the sauces. You should be able to ask for salt and a sauce container at the window without them acting like you are asking for an extra meal.

Food was good staff are young and talked excessively constantly kept forgetting to give us correct order and had to be reminded several times about items forgotten also they charged my buddy for my food cause the cashier was not paying attention to the customer was more involved in the conversation with the other employees.

There's always ice cream. The people that work in Braums have a real don't care indifference to them when helping you.

My wife & come to the drive thru here pretty often. We usually are just getting a shake ,& a malt. Very often, after patiently waiting behind several cars we are told to pull forward & wait for our order, even when there is no one behind us. It's irritating because they are probably just playing games with the timer that measures their speed at the drive thru. Their food is good but service at the drive thru is like McDonalds.

Had to ask for a refund on our tea. Tasted like no one had washed the pot in days (IYKYK). Staff gave refund, but did nothing to correct the problem or offer us tea from another dispenser. Very disappointed.

Braum’s Ice Cream & Dairy Store is always a dependable stop for me when I’m in the mood for a good burger and a malt, and this location still delivers on the food front. The burgers come out hot, juicy, and flavorful, with fresh toppings that give them a notch above typical fast food. The malts remain the highlight—thick, creamy, and balanced just right, with that signature Braum’s taste that keeps me coming back. Where this particular spot doesn’t quite measure up is in the overall service and upkeep compared to other Braum’s locations I’ve visited. The staff gets the job done, but they don’t carry the same friendliness or energy I’ve come to expect. At times the pace feels slower, and small details like cleaning tables or staying on top of restocking get overlooked. The building itself is showing some wear, and while it’s not terrible, it doesn’t have that same fresh, well-kept vibe I’ve noticed at other nearby stores. It doesn’t ruin the experience, but it does stand out when you’re used to higher standards from the chain. That said, the food remains consistent and that’s what matters most. If you’re after a solid burger and one of the best malts around, this Braum’s still hits the mark, even if the location and service aren’t quite at the same level as others

A few nights ago, I purchased hamburger, Fries and drinks. The burgers were not hot and did not seem fresh. The fries were limp and somewhat cold. The coke was flat as well. The best thing of the meal was the shake. It was very nicely made. I will also say the employees were nice and kind. On the other the hand the foodwas a big disappointment.

I ordered a combo meal with a vanilla milkshake. The burger and fries were good but the milkshake was terrible! I took a sip and it was salty! Ive never had a milkshake taste like that! I was so shocked and disgusted. I threw it away obviously. I dont know what those people did but that is not acceptable and I am not happy. That was disgusting and I was afraid they may have did something to the shake! :(

This place is heaven if you love icecreams. Good price, variety of options , Ice creams are creamyer, cheeseer , sweeter than other places I have been to . The difficulty I faced was being Vegetarian , it was hard to find eggless flavors . Especially with Rocky road ice cream, which became my favorite until I realized it has beef gelatin in the marshmallows they use in it. American stores are very dangerous for vegetarians . the workers could not help with veg options much . Also the menu was all in Spanish, which was difficult to get it.

I take my kids here for ice cream quite a bit. The only thing I’ve noticed as of late is that the service has declined. No smiles and I feel like they are annoyed I’m even there. Ordered a medium freeze and it was only filled 3/4 of the way. I overheard the person making it say he needed more ice cream to finish it and when he asked, the girl waved him off and said it was fine. I paid for a medium to get a small. Not a big deal I know but just a bit of customer respect would be good.

Horrible experience. Workers. Awful. Asked for a crispy sandwich combo no tomato, and a medium orange sherbert/vanilla shake. Go to receive the food, wrong shake and wrong meal. Confront them about it they say "they fixed it" to get home and find out it's still the wrong meal. Communication is poor. Service. Is poor. And understaffed. Don't recommend.

Don't get me wrong, I love Braum's but ever since they moved locations they've continuously gone downhill. I'm tired of my burgers looking like something off the McDonald's dollar menu. They don't bother really putting the toppings you've asked for on them. Burnt patties. Unfortunately it's one of the few places to eat nearby.

On a positive note, I love that when we're in the mood for ice cream, we can do a family treat here very affordably. However, I've experienced multiple issues with their chicken tender meal: More than once I've received tenders that looked more like nuggets. I've also gotten tenders that were undercooked. No one likes having to park (after going through the drive-thru) to go inside and have the unpleasant conversation of asking them to correct these issues, and again, I've had to do so on multiple occasions, so we just don't go very often.

Usually like this location it the last 5 or 6 times I’ve been there the Spanish lady that takes my order is pretty much always in a bad mood and anyone can tell. When I get up to the window, it seems like coworkers tip toe around her. I asked to make a simple change to my order and she gave me a condescending response and I honestly wasn’t that mad but when I got to the window my food was kinda shoved at me. Not cool. Everyone else is cool. Mexican girl cook (with no accent), petite white lady and all the dudes I’ve met up there are respectful and hardworking. It’s obvious she hates working mornings and I understand that but still. I often go there between 8am & 11am. I decided to give my money to the corner store up the street. got me a Gatorade and protein bar, really gonna miss the big country breakfast.

I am a daily regular at this Braum’s & am very very allergic to milk. So much so my throat swells & I have to go to the ER. I like to order my burger WITHOUT cheese & it is almost always made with cheese melted on my burger. I have taken it back time & time again however i never get to eat my meal with the rest of my family since I’m always driving back to this store to have it made correctly. It has happened yet again. When I go back to exchange my burger I am normally I am met with a ton of attitude so I’m not going back today. Jenn is amazing & always is but Kim is very rude & has a lot of attitude. She seems very unhappy every time I see her. I really enjoy Braum’s when things go smoothly.

Experienced terrible service at this Braun’s. Ordered in store for carry out. Was given food but no drinks which were a chocolate and a strawberry shake. It took several minutes to get the manager’s attention. She said that I was to get the shakes from the ice cream area even though other orders after me were being served with their drink order. Then I heard her scolding her employees for not having done the in store orders first but there were no apologies to me for what turned out to be an over 10 minute delay. I’m 65 and this is the worst fast food service I have ever experienced. Won’t be going back and intend to contact the corporate office.

I stopped by at 10:00pm and the guy at the market always throws a fit cause he had just mopped and we walk in. If they close at 10:45 why is he mopping at 9:30-10:00pm cause I have seen him mopping as early as 9:30pm. But tonight was something else even telling the guy paying infront of me about people walking on his wet floor and looking at me. Like it’s just a small area I mop that I’m 2 min and with my eyes closed. Brandon if you can’t mop faster so you clock out in time maybe try finding yourself another job buddy!

I had the worst experience at this location! From the moment I pulled in til the time I pull out! Upon parking, I was informed by another customer that was leaving out, that I had parked in throw up in which they had seen a guy regurgitate all over the parking lot area upon their arrival! So i had to RE-Park! When my children and I went in to order, 2 cheeseburger kids meals, in which one of the kids meal were only suppose to have cheese w@ added tomatoes and lettuce NO CONDIMENTS pickles or onions due to allergies, and a regular double cheeseburger meal for my self. Went to be seated to "ENJOY" our meal as a family and things just spiraled out of Control! I set my kids up to start eating and when my daughter bit into her sandwich there were pickles, mayo & onions (allergic) on it. Thank God I always keep a dose of Benadryl in my purse...but anyway...I had to get up and ask for them to remake her sandwich! Once her burger was ready I went to sit down to try to finally "ENJOY" my meal and once I opened and bit into my sandwich I discovered that there was only 1 patty on my sandwich. AGAIN I had to go back to the counter and report yet another mistake! At this point I just wanted to spend time with my kids and eat like a normal family, so I joined them and ate my fries until I was called back to the counter for my REMADE sandwich. Finally I was eating, but my kids were done watching me eat and my son discovered that they hadn't received their toy with their meal... So ONCE AGAIN I had to stop back at the Counter to get their toys! I spent more time at the damn counter than at my table w/ my kids! Then on the way out I WAS about to order my kids ice cream TO GO and this crew was in the middle of a shift change! As I watched this guy pictured JUST walked in for his shift, the Manager immediately asked him to refill the cream in the ice cream machine! He had on No Gloves and didn't get a chance to wash his hands! I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE and I will encourage anyone seeing this post or future guest to RETHINK stopping here!

I feel like I wasted my time and my money. My ice cream was wrong the first time and when they brought me my second ice cream after I had to wait it was disappointing how much less product they put in my mix. I feel like I wasted my time and my money and I’ll go to McDonald’s next time or just make it at home myself. I feel like if you order extra and pay for extra the least they can do is put extra . On 4/25/25 around 9:30 pm wanted the gouda burger and was told they had no gouda so I order a number 3 meal and sandwich the same way and a cherry lime ade the cherry lime ade had no ice in it like was supposed to more liquid and not enough ice to keep it cold. The burgers where put in the microwave to melt the cheeses and the cheese was was stuck to the paper. The cheese and paper made the burger un eatable anf thusly dog food. When I went back to the store the following morning on 4/26 to eat breakfast I asked to speak to the manager. When she took here time to come and here my issue I told her my order number and she say to me that we can not do anything with out a receipt. Then I explained that you can see my credit card statement. I then explained to her that the manager on duty took my order. That when her attitude kicked. And I was going to order breakfast and decided never to spend my money in another Braums restaurant. I have never had any problems with any other braums from Oklahoma city to Dallas TX. I will be contacting the corporate office when I deliver there on Tuesday morning.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a candy bar mix, and the girl that made my candy bar mix gave me a small one. When I asked her nicely to give me a larger one instead of a small one, she called me out saying I should have told her the size in advance. I understand that I could have said that at first, but she could have asked me what size I wanted. Instead of just complain about me not telling her...

Horrible service today went through drive thru order 2 cherry limeades and get straight limeades no cherry or cherry flavor got a chocolate shake the cup was freaking covered with chocolate shake on outside asked for napkins to clean it up she gives 1 napkin I'm like excuse me i need more to clean this mess up she got mad gave me 1 more dang i just spent over 17.00 stingy with a napkin then got a single dip cone and a double dip in cup they were already melting when they handed to us . Only sweet lady was an African American woman that took our payment. She was very nice. I had to give 1 star before I could post so that star is for the sweet lady.

Had an early morning and went in drive thru for breakfast with my family. I asked for a ham and egg sandwich meal with the muffin toasted. They told me the muffins were always toasted but I knew this was not true because every time I order it, it’s not toasted. I said ok can I get it extra toasted please, cashier said ok. My muffin was in fact not toasted, my coffee was lukewarm, and my hash browns were missing(It was a small order and we were the only ones in line so not sure how they missed it…). I understand braums is not a big breakfast place but I at least expect to get what I pay for.

The employees have no rules for dress code? Wearing a mop of dreads that are dirty and nasty with no hair nets while handling people's food. No one says anything about it. Disgusting place to eat at. Avoid at all costs. Blaiming customers are the reason uncleanliness.

Every time I stop they have such a nasty attitude. The person taking orders when I pulled up said “what” when I said excuse me she corrected herself but with an attitude, when giving my order cut me off. The lady who takes my money at both this and the previous visit got an attitude bc I asked about how long the wait would be when they asked me to pulled up (lunch break) she slammed the window! Why? I’m never rude or disrespectful to those that work in hospitality and customer service bc it’s hard dealing with people but service with an uncalled for attitude is not acceptable. Braum’s I will not be back. Thank you

Absolutely disgusting! Bought a breakfast burrito, never again! It was cold, the only thing fairly warm was the egg. I threw it away! Got a sprite with my combo even nastier! Something is wrong with the machine. the food here is not good at all! Gross

Just moved into the neighborhood and gosh this is by far the messiest Braums I’ve ever been too. I don’t come often but my mom does every time she visits and was shocked when she told me it’s so messy inside that she questions the sanitation throughout. And I’m not much of a complainer as long as my food is good. And sure enough my chicken strips were cold and soggy. And today I stopped by to get a milkshake and was given a beat up cup that was extremely sticky I just don’t think this is the type of quality of food/service anyone would expect. Not to say braums is high end but I’d expect at least a minimum level of sanitation and food quality. I believe it has a lot to do with the staff they really don’t care much and give you a bit of an attitude if you question anything. Prob won’t come any time soon but I’ll stop by occasionally and will keep posting if I see issues.

On [November 10 2025], I visited the drive-through and used the same card I had just used successfully to purchase gas. At the first window, the employee was kind and informed me my card wasn’t working. However, when I reached the second window, the employee named Mariam was extremely rude and unprofessional. She repeatedly tapped my card instead of inserting it, made faces at me, and when I asked politely if she could try inserting it, she continued to act dismissively. When I asked why it wasn’t working, she told me other customers had no issues and implied I didn’t have money on my card. After leaving, I transferred funds with no problem and returned to place my order inside. When I explained the situation to another employee at the counter, Mariam interrupted, raised her voice, and continued to be rude. I also witnessed her taking photos of the declined card screen on her personal phone, which is a serious privacy concern. This experience was embarrassing, disrespectful, and far below the standards I’ve come to expect from Braum’s. I request that this matter be addressed promptly. Employees interacting with customers—especially in stressful situations—should treat everyone with respect and professionalism. Thank you for your attention. Recent studies show 98% of shoes coming out of fast food paces have fecal matter on them. This establishment allows their employees to sweep near people while they are eating. When we asked politely to stop they continue actually more. Who would eat somewhere that someone is sweeping next to you?

I order a hamburger with no onion, when I get our order it's a cheeseburger with no onion. I asked the manager to remake it, and this time, it was a hamburger WITH onion. I asked the manager a second time to remake it. Finally, the third burger was the way I wanted it, but by then the fries were cold. We are sitting there at the table, three bites into the third burger when this cockroach crawls from under the table onto the table as we're sitting there eating. We threw everything away and walked out. We really wanted ice cream for dessert, but there was no way. The girl who took our order was super sweet even after the manager yelled at her.
