Staff didn't know what was in a salad. One customer got her order wrong too. Overall a disappointing trip to this business. 10_23_23 Good food except fries are super salty. The clerk in the grocery section was nice.

On a positive note, I love that when we're in the mood for ice cream, we can do a family treat here very affordably. However, I've experienced multiple issues with their chicken tender meal: More than once I've received tenders that looked more like nuggets. I've also gotten tenders that were undercooked. No one likes having to park (after going through the drive-thru) to go inside and have the unpleasant conversation of asking them to correct these issues, and again, I've had to do so on multiple occasions, so we just don't go very often.

Usually like this location it the last 5 or 6 times I’ve been there the Spanish lady that takes my order is pretty much always in a bad mood and anyone can tell. When I get up to the window, it seems like coworkers tip toe around her. I asked to make a simple change to my order and she gave me a condescending response and I honestly wasn’t that mad but when I got to the window my food was kinda shoved at me. Not cool. Everyone else is cool. Mexican girl cook (with no accent), petite white lady and all the dudes I’ve met up there are respectful and hardworking. It’s obvious she hates working mornings and I understand that but still. I often go there between 8am & 11am. I decided to give my money to the corner store up the street. got me a Gatorade and protein bar, really gonna miss the big country breakfast.

I am a daily regular at this Braum’s & am very very allergic to milk. So much so my throat swells & I have to go to the ER. I like to order my burger WITHOUT cheese & it is almost always made with cheese melted on my burger. I have taken it back time & time again however i never get to eat my meal with the rest of my family since I’m always driving back to this store to have it made correctly. It has happened yet again. When I go back to exchange my burger I am normally I am met with a ton of attitude so I’m not going back today. Jenn is amazing & always is but Kim is very rude & has a lot of attitude. She seems very unhappy every time I see her. I really enjoy Braum’s when things go smoothly.

⸻ Subject: Urgent Concern About Employee Conduct – Pantego Braum’s Location Dear District Manager, I am writing to report an incident that occurred at your Braum’s location in Pantego. On [November 10 2025], I visited the drive-through and used the same card I had just used successfully to purchase gas. At the first window, the employee was kind and informed me my card wasn’t working. However, when I reached the second window, the employee named Mariam was extremely rude and unprofessional. She repeatedly tapped my card instead of inserting it, made faces at me, and when I asked politely if she could try inserting it, she continued to act dismissively. When I asked why it wasn’t working, she told me other customers had no issues and implied I didn’t have money on my card. After leaving, I transferred funds with no problem and returned to place my order inside. When I explained the situation to another employee at the counter, Mariam interrupted, raised her voice, and continued to be rude. I also witnessed her taking photos of the declined card screen on her personal phone, which is a serious privacy concern. This experience was embarrassing, disrespectful, and far below the standards I’ve come to expect from Braum’s. I request that this matter be addressed promptly. Employees interacting with customers—especially in stressful situations—should treat everyone with respect and professionalism. Thank you for your attention. My family and I usually enjoy this location, but today the restaurant was full of flies and gnats. The tables aren't being cleaned and the previous customers trash is left for the next person to deal with.

Recent studies show 98% of shoes coming out of fast food paces have fecal matter on them. This establishment allows their employees to sweep near people while they are eating. When we asked politely to stop they continue actually more. Who would eat somewhere that someone is sweeping next to you?

Worst customer service, charged me $1 for a teaspoon of nuts on a double dip sundae. So rude when I asked if they can swap the caramel to hot-fudge and I hate it. Management team should carefully consider some reforms at this branch

I order a hamburger with no onion, when I get our order it's a cheeseburger with no onion. I asked the manager to remake it, and this time, it was a hamburger WITH onion. I asked the manager a second time to remake it. Finally, the third burger was the way I wanted it, but by then the fries were cold. We are sitting there at the table, three bites into the third burger when this cockroach crawls from under the table onto the table as we're sitting there eating. We threw everything away and walked out. We really wanted ice cream for dessert, but there was no way. The girl who took our order was super sweet even after the manager yelled at her.

Got home after ordering a double bacon cheeseburger and one of the patties was still completely raw in the middle. This place is usually pretty solid but this was awful
