Super fat burritos. They put so much stuff in it, they had to double wrap it with another tortilla! I should have taken a picture. I feel bad for not capturing the moment on this one. Ive never seen a burrito so big in my life! It took me like 26 hrs to eat it all. It was by far the most impressive burrito ive had in years 😳 😋 👌. They could have put a little more meat too! So the burrito wasnt even as big as it should have been to have proper quantity if you ask me. Staff was friendly and the place is super clean. Open seating and bright lighting. We got or food to go and let me tell you, eating a 6 lb burrito while driving through mountain passes was not a good idea at all. Would not recommend eating from here if you need to eat while driving. These are two hand burritos 🌯 😍 😳. It's not in my hands anymore once I tell them what I want. They know how to wrap a burrito here. That thing held together all the way till the end too. I thought for sure it was gnna burst all over my lap. But it didnt. It was a great experience. Thank you Chipotle for the experience of a lifetime.
I’ve eaten here several times and always have enjoyed a good meal. I get the vegetarian bowl and enjoy picking the exact ingredients I want, which always come in good portions, especially the guacamole. The guacamole is not able to be replicated! I come back just for guac and chips often. Everything tastes fresh and well seasoned. The employees are polite and friendly— no complaints!
Chipotle mashes its guacamole fresh every single morning, using 9% of all the organic avocados available in the U.S. And I love it so very much that I get my guacamole on the side, and then I eat it with a spoon as if it is a dessert pudding. It’s the best!
Staff were very kind and were happy to give us recommendations. Generous portion sizes - more than enough for one hungry person, and I loved the selection of free-refill fresh drinks too! Good seating area, and a good location near the Red Rock Ampitheatre. Open till late as well~ highly recommended!
The food was absolutely delicious if you’re trying to eat healthy chipotle is always the way to go
Food wad great. The team worked hard. The hardest part is the dining room. Tables needed attention and the team need to be refilled along with a good sweep of the floor. We like this location a lot. They do so much well. It is hard to hit these details.
Service was good but the portions get smaller every time I come here 😔
Inconsistent. Tonight I paid over $15 for one burrito bowl that didn’t have enough rice to cover the bottom of the bowl. The teens that work there are worried about each other not their job.
I was overcharged for two kids quesadilla sides and had to fight with one of the managers to pay what I pay at every other chipotle in the denver metro area. My kids don’t eat the full kids meals so I usually order 6 side cheese quesadillas and chipotle charges anywhere between $1.47-$2.80 (seems like corporate should figure that out). Seems appropriate for a mini tortilla and a pinch of cheese. This chipotle tried to charge me for a single veggie taco which is $4 and then tell me that’s the rule. Not coming back as their service was rude and they overcharge. Then the quesadillas weren’t even melted, it was a cold tortilla with cheese. Wouldn’t recommend.
Okay I’ve never gotten a bowl that is like it was straight out the refrigerator. The chicken and rice was like it’s just been sitting out without the warmers. I ate my bowl 5mins after pick up and I was highly disappointed. Chipotle customer service didn’t even try helping with a refund or a small reward. Guac is brown and not fresh. Customer service was awful too. Mobile order was probably ready for several minutes but just sitting behind their counter and not on the mobile order rack. Restaurant was somewhat clean, I’ll give them that. Not returning
Appallingly dirty tables every time and no one cares. Don’t try and offer me a free burrito, or say you’ll pass the message along, just fix the problem. it’s disgusting to have to clean your own table EVERY time one visits here. Yeah I understand you have tons of line orders and to go orders, but hire more help or have the manager do it even.
Just received my delivery order. My bowl had (and yes, I counted) 7 small pieces of meat, about a 1/4 portion of black beans, a very small sprinkling of cheese, and maybe 10 pieces of lettuce. The quesadilla was stuck to the foil, beans so dry they looked like a semi-dry paste, rice was hard and tasteless in the kids meal. I haven't had Chipotle in quite a while, this may be the last. Poor quality and bad preparation equals terrible customer service.
This location always stinks. Teenagers whom have no sense of urgency and always prepare online orders before helping the customers that are in front of them. I wait 25 minutes to order and I was third in line. Ridiculous. Go somewhere else or a different location.
I was at this Chipotle today. As I was ordering, I looked up at the man who was working the grill. He was cutting up a lot of chicken that just came off the grill. He was leaning over the meat cutting it up WITH A MOUTH FULL OF FOOD. HE WAS EATING WHILE CUTTING UP THE CHICKEN. HE HAD SO MUCH FOOD IN HIS MOUTH HIS CHEEKS WERE PUFFED OUT LIKE A CHIPMUNK. THIS IS INCREDIBLY DISGUSTING AND AGAINST HEALTH CODES. WHAT IF A CHEWED UP PIECE OF FOOD FELL INTO THE CHICKEN? THIS ALSO MEANS HE’S PUTTING FOOD IN HIS MOUTH WITH GLOVES ON AND THEN TOUCHING THE FOOD TO SERVE WITHOUT CHANGING HIS GLOVES. I completely lost my appetite. 🤢 Also, every time you place on online order, it is always wrong.
This location and I guess some of the other locations that I have tried are not good. The food seems like it is sitting out for hours. The chips taste stale. Lately, it has been very disappointing! They all seem mismanaged. The Field Manager, General Manager and Owner need to work better with their team and try to act more professional with the customers and employees.
The only thing I can say is NASTY!!! Did not even eat here because it was absolutely filthy. Pretty much all open tables had not been cleaned. Food and silverware all over the floor. That is just the tip of the iceberg. Would wonder what score they would receive from the health dept. Bet they have vermin
Do not order online or door dash from this chipotle. Yesterday I ordered carne asada burrito and was charged for carne asada. Once I ate into my burrito it was chicken, the brown rice was not fully cooked and chips are ALWAYS stale.
I don’t come to this chipotle often. Most of the time it has been okay. I came in a couple nights ago around 10:15. They close at 11. As soon as I walked in, an employee noticed me and turned around and threw his hands down like he was upset I walked in. As I was ordering my food he barely talked to me. They were out of white rice and barbacoa which is my go to, but no problem I understand it was late at night. I get brown rice which was good. I got carne asada, which most pieces were supper fatty that I had to spit them out and the meat was luke warm at best. Not to mention the scoop of pinto beans on my bowl was about 30% bean juice. I spent $25 for a bowl and kids meal and it just was not worth it at all. I did not feel welcomed and the food was very poor.
I've tried and tired to give your location my money since I live in Ken Caryl, however I just can't stomach it anymore. The chips and queso I ordered tonight (small size) came with literally 2 ounces of chips. Not even enough to feed a child. The last time I went in, the line was so gross and unmanaged, the dining room was filthy and the kids working were on their phone. Coming from the restaurant business i question your sanitary standards, line checks and quality based on what I can see just from standing in line. What happens or doesn't happen behind the line frightens me. @chiptole management--are you doing anything about the negative reviews listed here?? There's a clear pattern. Who's managing this location? Anyone?
This was my first time ever coming to this chipotle location. I’m driving out of state and decided to stop here. When I got inside the restaurant there was no more steak so they put a new batch out. By the time I had already started paying I didn’t realize how red the batch of steak was. I then started eating to then notice how chewy, red, and cold this meat was. As I’m looking more at it there’s literally blood still coming out of some pieces. This absolutely so disgusting. 2 bites in and I’m already sick to my stomach this is literally breaking the FDA food code to be serving uncooked meet. I’m am so very disappointed. $15 later for food I couldn’t even eat and made me sick. Will NEVER be coming here again!
This Chipotle is truly the worst. A year ago, I got food poisoning after eating here. I don’t know if it was the queso or meat or something else, but I was violently ill for hours. I finally went back today in desperation for a healthier fast food option near my home. This Chipotle is again doing the least possible — forgetting ingredients, charging us for chips but not putting them in the bag, and overall looking dirty. We really won’t be back to this location ever again.
This place is terrible! Very poor service, absolute bare minimum food quality and serving size, and overall bad mood from the staff. Reese served me when I went there and did not seem enthusiastic about his job or to serve me in any way. And also, way to overpriced.
These are the steak tacos I ordered tonight. EVERYTIME i order from this location this is the tacos I get. I am beyond frustrated and mad I paid for this. Nothing happens when you complain, because I’ve already complained the last time this happened. This location sucks! By the way, I ordered through DoorDash also.
