I like this location better than the one on 35 because it's newer, cleaner & they get my order wrong much less than the one on 35. Lately I've been ordering the food online and just make the quick run through the drive thru to pick it up. Easy-peasy!

Gave this a 5 stars awhile ago, but this time wish I could give ten! Amazing service! Had food out within 2 seconds! ( literally! Like had it out in less than a minute after we payed!) Food came out steaming and juicy! Amazing! Good job to this location!

One of the few places still open when I get out of work so I stop by occasionally to get something for my sibling and myself. Tonight the young person working there (possibly by herself?) did a fantastic job of keeping up with the long line efficiently and with a friendly demeanor. She was incredibly sweet and helpful and every one of the items (some of which had several alterations due to allergies) was made with what was probably the best quality I've seen from a Taco Bell. Made the end of my day much easier for sure and I appreciate the effort 100%!

Ordered the $5 nacho box. Very good, but messy as nachos are. Ordered one the app, very easy. Young lady at window was very nice. Only had one minor thing wrong. I asked for no nacho cheese sauce only grated, but the but the sauce anyway. Would love it if you could order chippless nachos. Make them like you do in one bowl with the chips on the side. Just a suggestion.

The current Store Manager “José” is and great guy with a good heart. I received a crunchy Cantina chicken taco and it looked like it had been punched lol. (I didn’t care all that much, but i didn’t even ask for anything free I just wanted to let him know for Quality Control) I called the store and José compensated me a free meal and made it Large! What an awesome guy ✌️

I love the 3 layer nachos they could have put more cheese it was a splatter on them. I wanted to go back but it started raining and in traffic. Next time Taco Bell I'll check before I leave!

My family typically places a large online order for pickup at this location. We customize items as well. We appreciate that the employees at this location give us an accurate order. I just wish they would mark parking spots for pickup orders; any time you go through the drive through for a pickup they'll always ask you to pull around and park. But no biggie.

The new management that runs this Taco Bell is on top of their game. Kelly to be exact will make you the perfect order. I always get the same order, Bean burritos with extra cheese, extra red sauce, and 3 cheese blend. I know a lot of cheese. Oh yeah. But she killed it. Best Taco Bell ever. If you have any problems go inside and talk to them. The only way to make it better is to let them know what a good job they are doing.

They replaced the person who receives your order in the drive-thru with an AI brick. You can hear when the AI messes up, an employee has to rush over to cover for it. If AI is for convenience, why does it make things for the employees more complicated?

Most of the time, the food is here is great! Only beef I have with Taco Bell in general is they can't spread bean burritos ingredients out to save their life, and the cheesy gordita crunch barely has meat anymore. Prices have gone up here but some of it is still pretty good for the money!

Twice I've been there five to ten minutes after the posted opening time of 7:00am. Both times the doors have been locked. The first time the lady behind the counter noticed me and unlocked the door eventhough she didn't look happy about it. The second time I didn't see anyone inside at all so I left. I wasn't going to beat on the door to be let in.

Normally I like Taco Bell. They’re quick and good! I went during lunch rush today and the customer service inside the lobby was HORRIBLE! There was one man in front of me and after having to ASK to be helped the woman told him to enter his order on the kiosk. He told her he didn’t WANT to use the kiosk and asked to have his order taken at the counter. She reluctantly took his order then finally asked me what I needed (I had a mobile order but went in bz the line was too long in drive through). While we were waiting the other man noticed he was overcharged by $2.00 for his order and called the lady back over. He even asked me to verify what the sign said. She argued with him saying “yeah but the prices changed”. He said it doesn’t matter…your sign says $12.99.” So the lady told him she didn’t have TIME to take care of the issue. He got mad and told her to cancel his order. I’m in customer service, too and you DO NOT EVER tell a customer you don’t have time to take care of their issue!! Good way to lose those customers and get bad reviews! Come on Taco Bell….step up your game!!

It was pretty good. Better than average. I don't usually eat at taco bell but my adult daughter wanted to drive through. It was better than I remember it pre-pandemic. The lady at the window was kind of rude and got our order wrong.

Service was good, and fast, the crunch wraps were made almost vegan style. I ordered 2 crunch wrap supremes and there was hardly any meat in them, just lettuce and sour cream. need to find another Taco Bell close by that can make them correctly... BUT, they didn't skimp on the sauces, there were 24 sauce packs in the bag for 2 crunch wraps... I could have floated them in the sauce, that's for sure.

You'd think with the kiosks and having more time to focus on the food, the quality of food would be better, but it seems like the kiosk systems makes the workers lazier. Barely and meat or toppings on the chalupas, all the sour cream in one side, slap dashed together and barely wrapped before thrown into a bag. And it took far too long with so many workers standing around pointlessly Hate the kiosks and it is making it so that the workers could be replaced since they can't do their jobs.

I ordered the #6, which consists of 2 chalupas and a crunchy taco, and specifically asked for beef but got chicken instead. Not only was the order wrong but the chalupas were cold and stale. That meal has gone up almost a $2 for the meal that now cost 9.19. Sorry but I'd rather go to my taco truck for authentic tacos, salsa, etc. for a cheaper price. Would have given 1 ⭐ but 2 out 3 orders were correct and staff was efficient.

My order # was 924083 on 04/11/21. I ordered through the app. Both of my 5-layer beef burritos that I requested to have NO sour cream had sour cream. And the cinnamon twists in one of my custom box orders were missing. We had the food delivered, so we were stuck with food we couldn't eat and didn't get some of the other food we ordered. We are not happy customers.

No issues with the food, actually this is one of the best taco bell’s I’ve visited. But I always pull through the drive through 1-3 hours before they close and the employees inside have already turned off the drive through sign (at midnight, 2 hours before they close.) I’m tired of it. Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Regularly out of ingredients and then claim they no longer offer them, while every other Taco Bell does. The biggest issue is that the employees use the parking spots right at the front door, plenty of other parking. Last night there were 4 parking spots by the front door taken by employees, leaving one regular spot for customers or we have to park out away from the door. This shows a complete lack of respect for customers and is a regular occurrence.

I really like this location because it’s really cool that the drive thru is not a person but automatic. It saves time on the “huhs” and mistakes people can make. You’d think because there’s less responsibility of taking orders everything else would run smoother but that’s not the case. I come here quite often because it’s close to my job but I’d highly recommend NOT going inside if you’re in a rush or on lunch. If you’re inside they completely put you on the back burner and focus on drive thru. So even if that line is long, stay in it because it’ll go by way quicker than if you go inside. I spent like 5 minutes in the drive thru and it was moving a little slow so I thought I’d just go inside to pick up my online order because it would be quicker. I was wrong and stood waiting for like 15 minutes until I just got in my car and went back in drive thru. I literally saw the people I was behind in drive thru leave while waiting inside. Then when I went back in drive thru and came up to the window they hadn’t even began making my order because they told me they were making it now. Also there’s no excuse of putting drive thru orders before online orders because had I ordered it in the drive thru they’d have to make it right then anyway so why wasn’t my online order ready. Just because I went inside? Weird. Anyway I was late to clock back in so don’t go inside. Lastly, many times when I’ve gone the beans taste old or like a strange taste I don’t know how to describe.

I purchased 4 items 2 soft breakfast toca and 2 breakfast burritos. Only reason I bought 2 breakfast burritos is because the employee at the drive thru couldn't get my order correct after 4 attempts I just agreed. When I got my food I bit into the soft taco too much cheese and hardly no meat, bit into the burrito way too much cheese in hardly no meat, after 2 bites I couldn't eat anymore.

The food is not the issue. I have been sitting in the drive thru line now for 25 minutes. I am trapped since it is one single lane and a line of cars behind me. This is not the first time this has happened. It is beyond ridiculous and will not be coming back. AVOID THOS STORE unless you have time to kill at the drive thru. As soon as I can escape I'm leaving. They can just keep my order. Awful!!

This TB is close to the house so we used to frequent it. Orders wrong 80% of the time. Don't waste your time with online ordering, you'll never get it. If they tell you to drive to front to wait and they'll bring it out, be prepared to wait 20 minutes and walk inside.

We used to love this taco bell... we are avid taco bell goers and this location has gone down hill. I NEVER complain. Everytime lately the food items have not been made correctly. Ordered no vegs on tacos multiple times still got them daughter refused to eat them (yay picky eaters), beefy frito burrito no fritos instead beef, onions, bean and sauce? What? Quesorito (spelling?) also made wrong, food extra sloppy. Maybe better training or quality control needs to happen.

Waited 10 minutes just to have the order taken. There was one car in front of me and they waited about the same time to place there order. Don’t know how the food quality was because it was an Uber eats order but I’m sure they found a way to mess up the order and it’ll probably be reflected on my tip. Avoid this place at all cost

Just got a breakfast crunch wrap and the manager on duty lied about one of the ingredients and tried to charge me for the missing ingredient when I pointed it out. I was refused a manager name and the manager stayed out of sight from the drive thru window. I was there at 9:50am on November 4th, 2022.

Asked for food I get a "what do you want man" after the 3rd time asking for the same thing. I get up to the window and get told oh yeah this is my favorite too chuckling with his little buddy. Needless to say I dont feel comfortable eating my food so it's now in the trash and I dont plan on revisiting this taco bell again.

This was my worst Taco Bell experience. I went inside to place my order but it took a least 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge that I was there. Their focus was on the drive thru. When I finally got my order the food was cold and there was hardly any meat on my Mexican pizza. I rated my experience 1 star but if I could have given 0, that would fit best.

Straight to the point. Today will be the last time i go to this place and will be the last time i go back to correct my order even though i checked In parking lot because they always screw it up. I guess its my fault I didn’t open up burrito to make sure sauce i asked to be off was in there , was on receipt and my 3 yr old screaming from the spiciness . Hate this place. How hard is it to read a screen and follow whats on the screen? I worked at taco bell for 2 years many years ago. Trust me, it aint that hard to get it right.

This has got to be the worst Taco Bell in Texas. I frequent this location only because I work in the area. I like their food but this one never gets my order right. The girls seem to get upset when you ask for sauce and napkins. They hand you your bag with just the food in it, and get this, they are counting the sauces now! She gave me 4 packets of fire sauce for four tacos. Then had the nerve to say “I cant give you any more at this time” when I asked for more. Not to mention the price increase on the menu items… sad.

It took extremely long AND I ordered a large pepsi and when she gave it to me, it looked like watered down tea. I then tasted the Pepsi, and it was disgusting. It tasted like carbonated water with a splash of pepsi syrup in it. Their drink machine sucks.

Terrible every time, no Matter how simple of an instruction and clear view of a receipt and recipe instructions, they never get anything right. Still got charged for all the food, but forget half of the items and just pack all the sour cream in everything we didn't want it in and go dry on everything we did. Seriously, what kind of restaurant can't handle their own menu and choices?!

Took the kids for dinner later Sunday evening. Waited in the drive-thru line for 40 minutes. Get to the window and Sebastian says he inputed my oreder wrong and I'd have to drive back around and wait in line AGAIN to input my order in order to get it. This was unacceptable customer service. Easily changed in the co.puter and have me pull around to wait like they do everytime I place a big order. Ill drive across town next time the kids want something on the run again.

Stop making us "pull around to the front" so we can wait an extra ten minutes for our food. You are cheating your times and your customers absolutely hate when you do this. A one-star rating is far too high to describe this restaurant! Ordered Nachos Belgrande via the drive thru only to get home and find no cheese whatsoever on my nachos. NONE! ZERO! ZILCH! NADA! didn't ask for cheese-less nachos! MY mom ordered 3 Taco Supreme, which were ABSOLUTELY DEPLORABLE! Our dogs even refused them! This Taco Bell location has offered nothing but poor quality food and service! I decided to give them one more chance due to the fact that things are very difficult for the restaurant industry, however, there is NEVER an excuse for incompetence!

Just ordered crunchy tacos and have never had such greasy ones as tonight. The bottom of the shell was so greasy it was coming through the paper wrapper and the filling fell out. The meat didnt even taste like other taco bells I've been to. Will never go back to this location.

Ordered an item with no sour cream or tomatoes. Got home to realize there were tomatoes and sour cream, went back to have it corrected only for them to put tomatoes on the “corrected” one. The girls on duty were obviously too busy gossiping and giggling to do their job correctly as well as the cook having obvious listening issues. Not impressed with this location.

I'm so sad and disappointed! Ask for freshly cooked fries and they gave me already cooked fries that tasted like they were put in the microwave. I went back through the drive thru before leaving asked again if they were made fresh, the drive thru girl said you can come around to the window followed by a man asking "what is the problem" I asked a 3rd time and he stated they were made fresh which THEY WERE NOT. They were flat and flabby not crisp! Update: After calling the manager, she offered to remake the order no questions asked. When I arrived at the window, the girl at the window continuously smiled like she knew it wasn't made right the first time. To the guy who lied, if you don't like your job, just stay home. Don't make Taco Bell look bad. I would possibly expect this behavior late at night, but it was 2:10 in the evening. Come on people! Sadly, I think I'm done with Taco Bell!

I just paid an insane $10 in the drivethru for three taco supremes with beans instead of meat. When I got home, I had three very skimpy regular tacos with beans. No sour cream. No tomatoes. What a rip off. Honestly, manager: How hard is it to put tacos together? I won't be back, and neither should you.

EVERY. TIME. we order vegetarian food, or ask for "BEANS instead of beef" they put beef in it. I specifically asked for a VEGETARIAN MEXICAN PIZZA....and got home and there was beef in it. Guess you get what you pay for, crappy food and shitty service. If you don't want to work correctly, then don't work! NOBODY IS FORCING YALL TO WORK. Jeeeeez give people what they are asking for, it's not bloody rocket science.

This location was confirmed by their manager that they are not apart of taco bell nor are they a franchisee?! Meaning they do not honor any deals givin on the mobile app. Terrible service ( there is a location in friendswood that's a lot more accommodating and understanding of promotions and REWARDS) just down the road

Ordered two items when coming through drive through. Only received one. Luckily we were never charged for the 2nd one so didn’t bother going back. Recommend always using the app to get your food here as otherwise something gets messed up. Also I don’t understand why they never put the mobile orders in the section for mobile orders which requires you to ask for your food. Would prefer just to pick up my order and limit any interaction.

So I am completely beside myself…..since when is taking an order “against policy”????? I walked in, have dietary restrictions, worked a 13 hour shift (by the way I’m a GM at a restaurant in the area) & just wanted someone to take my order & modify it so I don’t hurt myself. I asked the lady to take my order & she simply said “I’m sorry it’s against our policy”! Really???? You take orders in the drive through. Again “it’s against our policy”. No wonder this location always looks so so slow when I drive by nearly every single day. Patrons out there, if you are looking for 1 on 1 service…..this is not the place for you! I truly hope someone that reads this that is a decision maker for the company, cares enough to address this concern. Otherwise your P&L will continue to go down hill. Just food for thought.

Ordered all vegetarian items through the kiosk. When I asked the person who gave us our food that it was vegetarian, he told yes. Then went home and found out that few items had beef in it. Sent a message to taco bell through their website but have not been contacted yet. Very disappointed with this Taco bell.
