Can't get an order right so I can't review anything about the food....because it's not even the food I ordered.

It never fails every time I make it to the McDonald's in Pearsall they get my order wrong or they never seem to receive it if I do the mobile app.

Edit: Tried to give them another chance on June 15, but still none of the employees pay attention. 33 minutes no food and food ice cold when they brought it finally. Only will come here if Preston is here because when he is managing, it is the ONLY time this place is run proper, food is hot, and employees are doing their jobs. Horrible service. Worst McDonald's I've been to in my life. Workers playing in back, so even if you use the kisok, if the cash reader isn't working, you have to wait for them to stop playing to notice you at the counter. They didn't even know how to pull up the order, and they are EXTREMELY rude and argumentive. I legit thought the girl was gonna start a fight with my dad over our order. Though I've seen managers here yell at teens who are PAYING customers who are not horsingplaying or anything but just want to sit to eat and do homework while they wait on their food all because they don't want them in the play area without someone 18 with them. Watched some nearly in tears because they couldn't sit because they were told to leave despite being a PAYING customer like any adult. 90% time the orders here are wrong and the store is alway filthy. Better to go out of your way to Devine. They are nice and have customer service skills.

Customer service is terrible, management and employees are not on the same page. I came for a DoorDash order. Lobby was closed but another customer was able to get order through the lobby door I was next and the lady employee told me I’d need to go through the drive through I asked why the other employee didn’t tell me that due to helping out the customer before me. So I go through the drive through for my order and the guy on the speaker told me I’d needed to come to the lobby. This is a total inconvenience for us dashes and a totally waste of our time. After getting my order finally I spoke to the management and all I was told well I can give you the order. Take a look at the line … and tell me this is not okay. My poor customer

Well…where do I start…. Ordered for table service and then found out it was sitting at the counter. They were cold. Waiting for 30 minutes for the rest of the meal. Playground area was piping hot. Flies everywhere. They lack staff and are overwhelmed. It’s not the employees fault. There needs to be more staff.

They always have trash service here especially the manager Alexandea without a ij.Breakfast is always till 11 and just because they are lazy she makes her own times to shut down we were there at 10:33 and the lady in front of us was there earlier waited in line for 5 min till attended while the McDonald staff was lolligagging until she spoke up to get helped and then refused breakfast then that’s when I spoke up. This restaurant has a real bad problem with service and the staff has a real attitude problem. Why say you serve breakfast till 11 and cut it off just because you don’t want to go and restock for the last 30 minutes.

It's easily the dirtiest, most disorganized disaster in pearsall. Watched a young lady sweep up some trash, turn to dump it, miss the trash can... shrug and kick it out of her way. There's food everywhere on the floor, employees eating and drinking in food preparation areas, food that should be under refrigeration just sitting out on counters. A whole lot of gross health violations that probably should be reported. No one seemed to be working together or on the same task, no one was working any one station it was all just a free for all, this resulted in 40-45 minute wait times for even simple orders. Everyone in line appeared frustrated. The back room seating area was extremely dirty, food and trash on the floor, drinks spilled across tables, and all the trashcans overflowing. Have some self-respect and eat somewhere else.

This is the worst service I think I’ve ever had at any McDonald’s. Not only did I wait over 10 minutes in the drive-through line but then I waited an additional 15 minutes after I paid to get my food. I don’t understand why it took so long for a place that is supposed to be speedy and quick.

For me to be a former assistant store manager, this place to be audited on the way they’re training they’re employees, they have lack of attentiveness and the managers don’t even help them but yet just stand there talking to them instead of helping them get the food out faster, with tht being said they need to retrain the grill crew cause there’s no way I should be waiting ten freak minutes for a meal let alone they’re putting way to much salt on the burgers and especially the fries, I have to order everything with no salt other wise I can even enjoy eating it due to heavy salt, this place needs to do better or needs a new GM and managers needs to get retrained on speedy and correct service.

Worst McDonald’s I have been to. Nobody ever came to the counter to take our order but I guess that’s what’s the kiosk was for. They took forever on the food. Flies was flying all around. One even dead on the floor. Pretty disgusting for it to be a restaurant with food.
