Some damn good people. The manager, I think his name was David? Definitely took care of me. Im from out of town and constantly traveling for work so being able to call ahead and get a few pizzas for my co workers and I and have them fresh and ready for when I picked them up was absolutely refreshing. Amazing service and if im ever back in town will definitely be using this specific location again. 10/10

I had a great experience with Pizza Hut’s takeout service. Ordering online was quick and straightforward, and the pickup time they gave me was accurate. When I arrived, the staff was friendly and had everything ready to go, which made the process smooth and stress-free. The pizza itself was hot, fresh, and generously topped, with a crust that had the perfect balance of softness and crispness. The sides were packaged well and still warm by the time I got home. Overall, the food quality and customer service made this a really satisfying takeout visit, and I’ll definitely be ordering again.

The waiter, Mr Billy Joe was a class act. He was very attentive and professional. I ordered pizza and boneless wings, and both were delicious. The ambiance was extremely welcoming, with entertaining channels on the TVs as well as home style covers on the tables. Overall would definitely eat there again and give them my business. But don’t take my word for it, go there yourself and when you do I hope you have Mr Billy Joe as your waiter.

Undercooked, rushed pizza. Ordered hand tossed. What i got was closer to a thin crust. Glad I ordered bread sticks, too. They were good. I had to eat the bread sticks and feed the pizza to the dogs.

Same crap different box. Ordered large got medium...waited for the guy in front of me for 8 min to quit flirting to actually pick up my pizza....oh, he did get a soda. Burn the place down, collect insurance for new building and bring back same terrible employees. Oh but they will ask for tips about 4 different times.

Was overcharged from an online order days later no extra charge was authorized i have all receipts will not get again.

I wanna give zero stars. This goes out especially to my fellow semi truck drivers and everyone else as well. If you place and order from this place expect only some of your order arrive, the food to be barely at room temp, the driver smell like weed and hole bunch of smoke to roll out when they roll down the window to give you your order, supposed cheese chicken Alfredo to be just boiled pasta with melted cheese and chicken on top of it, pizza not sliced. And to top it off if you decide to complain and contact a manager. After you get done speaking I'm guessing with agm only for her to run an excuse that she wasn't working that day and she'll tell that she'll have you speak with gm , after which she'll put you on hold. And you'll be listening to elevator music being on hold literary for over 1.5 hrs. Oh and I'd spent $55 Guessing for you to hang up. I'll stay on hold to see exactly how long it'll take gm to respond I'll keep y'all updated

Ever since the new store opened here in Pearsall, they have also put on a new attitude of expecting tips. Every experience but maybe a few times has been an ugly environment. If we ordered inside especially online was worse, we would go pick up and they would take forever and then after waiting someone would pop their head in the window and would walk away and we would be there waiting another 5 or 10 mins. There was one time we had ordered online and my wife went ti pickup and no one ever came to the window she had to go around and then went inside and they told her the order wasn’t ready and then I had to drive all the way over there myself to help her to find out what was going on. Another 15 or 20 mins later we finally got our order. There are times where times are tough and we use our coupons or points to get free stuff at times and even then they give us they demeanor like they expect tip like come on I believe they get paid for their services and they did sign up to get what they are told. So yea once we get there after ordering online and they get to see if we leave tip they are just walking around finding things to do so they don’t have to tend us like making us wait on purpose.

Placed my order online got the notification that it was ready. Pulled up to get my pizza, they said it wasn’t ready when it clearly said it was ready an hr ago!!! Now I’m waiting another hr!!!
