I went like 2 weeks ago and is was 10/10, bomb.com. Juan was at the register very attentive and recommended me to try a different wing! It was also really helpful that he speaker Spanish! I’m def be backkk
Not the best one of these WingStop's we've been to. Didn't think the place was that busy (no one in the dining room), but probably took a bit longer than usual. Yes, we know this isn't instant get your food, but 20+ minutes is rough. My wings were barely sauced (Original Hot) and my wife's tenders were over loaded with Louisiana Rub. Fry's we're disappointing. Love the chain - not this particular location Updated 12/20/25 - Much improved! Staffing was good and food rolled out fairly quick. Much better experience than last time all around.
Good food and service. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that they serve unsweetened tea, but don't supply artificial sweeteners. So, If you are diabetic and don't like diet coke, then you might want to go elsewhere.
Originally ordered bone in wings, but received boneless wings. Decided to keep them and try them out. The wings were really filling and had a nice crunch to them. I decided to try the original hot flavor which is rated 3 out of 5. The wings weren't that spicy and will try the next spice level, but the flavor was nice. Fries were a bit on the softer side and plentiful, but the seasoning tasted a little sweet.
Placed an online order and the estimated completion time was 5:20pm. I arrived at the store a few minutes early, but I ended up not getting my order until around 6pm. Checked my items before leaving and was missing a side sauce (which they gave to me once I asked) and thought I was missing wings but when I opened the box I saw that my two wing orders had been boxed in one container which I thought was weird. Sadly I did not realize my ranches had not been given to me until I got home. Also, even though I waited so long for my order, my wings and fries were cold (only a 10 minute drive home). I do appreciate how clean this location is but the food and service was really bad.
Great food and the staff is friendly but if you expect to get your food fast, don't order here. Even when you use the app add an additional 15-45 min before your order will be ready. Multiple times this has happened to me.
Not sure what to say, but I am not used to this amount of oil. The boneless wings are literally soaking in oil and I couldn't eat it. Maybe others like this kind of food, so I am not going to judge it in general, however my experience is not that good. Also when they deliver the food, it was missing half the order ,however when I called and complained, the manager prepared a new order for me to pick up, so service and customer care is excellent and manager was really nice and understanding.
I went to order 10-piece classic wings with two flavors, but the worker told me it had to come as a combo with a drink. I didn’t fully understand what that meant at first, but later I realized he had automatically added fries, a drink, and wings as part of the combo. When I sat down waiting for my order, I noticed the fries, which I didn’t want, and went back to let them know. They fixed that mistake, but the entire order was still wrong. I had asked for classic wings with two flavors, but after waiting another 20 minutes, I went home and found they gave me original boneless chicken wings instead. The experience was frustrating, and it ruined my order. I recommend ordering online to avoid confusion and mistakes like this.
Update review.- I ordered thigh bites again. This time was nothing like the first time. I got nothing but small bread bites. Literally no chicken inside the breading. Can't call cause the phone is always off the hook. See photo attached. Not happy and still hungry l. Initial review-impressed with the thigh bites. Its been about a year since I've to a wingstop. My fries were cold and soggy but it was a pick up order. Overall will be back.
Seems like the quality of the chicken just continues to plummet with this franchise. Broken bones and feathers throughout our last order. Not one in ten or one in twenty, more like every other piece completely mangled. I cant believe the cooks are doing any quality control on what coming out of the kitchen. Ruined a our family dinner. Please avoid!
The order was correct and on time, but the quality was horrific! I order these same boneless tenders at WingStop locations all over the Central Texas area and these were by far the worst I’ve ever had. First, they were literally dripping with oil and the oil apparently was not fresh and needs to be changed. Second there was way too much Louisiana rub on my tenders, and the amount oil/grease still on my tenders made a “mud” rather than a rub. They were so greasy in fact that I threw 3 of them away and the grease, along with the over-seasoning made my stomach nauseous.
Check your wings!! Wings were under cooked and had some blood. We had to throw away and they forgot the ranch. Never again will trust this specific location.
Do NOT order Door Dash from this location. Ever!!! Trust me, On a 3 year driver dealing with this location. The owner and/or GM still haven’t figured out how to push out times on their DD tablet. Causing several DD drivers to wait endlessly for your order. What do we do? We either refuse all Wing Stop orders, or we just drop it once the wait time is realized. So ur food just sits when it’s finally ready. Waiting for that desperate driver to pick it up. Just funny as heck seeing 10-15 drivers piled up in Wingstop waiting for orders. Those are the desperate drivers. Who also eventually give up in the order
Went to pick up orders today for my coworkers on my break when I was met with a rude and loud attitude by Molly because I didn't have a physical email copy of their orders. I did however have the confirmations from both orders and she still told me she would not give me the orders. I completely understand that there may be policies in place but for her to come to me with attitude yelling in my face over a screen shot of a confirmation while I was respectful and confused is completely uncalled for and unprofessional. My coworkers then called her and while I'm sitting across the restraunt I hear her yelling over the phone at them too with a nasty attire and so much confrontation. Overall a terrible experience and again I understand policies but the attitude and yelling was uncalled for.
Get a decent manager in here and competent staff. Waiting on 10 boneless wings for an hour. What a joke. I’d eat here here more if the service and food quality wasn’t so bad.
I got 10pc boneless with two different flavors, 2pc crispy tenders and fries. Everything was way too salty. They used so much salt that I had to trash all of it even tho I was very hungry. Definitely make sure you ask them salt it lightly since their regular level salting is literally chicken made of salt.
Today these people did not give a damn about anyone. They literally messed up everyone's food and hope they took it home if they were carry out or doordash. I ordered 2 sandwiches at 5:59pm it to until 715pm until i received it. But when I got home to look at it I wasnt sure if it was honey ribrub but my wife said it was oil as if they scooped oil from the fryers and dumped it on the sandwiches because it was on top of the sandwiches not inside. I took the meat and put it in Ms Bairds bread and finished it.. Beware that staff did not care. I am too far away to return it. Warning to all who eats there.
The food is terrible and the service is even worse. I ordered 30pc bone-in wings, large fries, 3 pc tenders and 10pc corn on the cob on the Wingstop app and the delivery person only delivered half my order. I received 15pc wing and the 10 pc corn. The delivered order was missing 15 pc wings, the large fries, 3 pcs tenders. I called the store immediately to complain and the guy that spoke with me confirmed that the delivery person only carried one bag of my order and that the second bag with the missing items was sitting on their shelf in the store with my name on it. I requested they send the missing order to me and they will feted I could either come int o get it myself that day or they can make a redo of the missing order the next day if I come in. Since it was already late at night, I offered to come in the next day. The guy I was speaking with assured me , the manager will put a note out so I could get my order when I come in. The next day, I called the store to say I was on my way and the manager was extremely rude to me, questioning if I really was missing an order, she did not want to remake the missing items for me. I insisted and she finally agreed it will be ready when I get to the store. When I got to the store, both the manager and the African American lady at the counter were again extremely rude, acting as if they were doing me a favor. I waited and finally after about 15 minutes was handed a bag with 15 wings, 3 tenders and no fries. I asked for my fries and the manager insisted there was no fries. I told her, like I told her on the phone that the fries was not delivered, finally she told the rude lady the counter to give me a small fries. When in fact the missing fries was a large fries. I can not believe the unprofessionalism and rudeness of manager and staff at this location. I made a complaint on the Wingstop app about the experience and I requested some one contact me regarding this experience but till this day, no one has contacted me. People, save yourself the hassle and order someplace else. The food was too salty and stale. Bad food, bad customer experience
Terrible service and food. I ordered the 20-piece boneless deal online, and now I understand why it’s so cheap. The food was awful—either way too salty or so heavily seasoned it was inedible. I had to throw it all away. I called to request a refund, and they claimed they had spoken to a manager and would process it—but that never happened. Instead, they still charged me. Extremely disappointing experience and unprofessional customer service. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again.
I ordered a 6 piece combo (received 5) and an 8 piece combo (received 4). I ordered through the app for delivery, however when the entire order was not delivered I was offered a 10 piece combo but it would be a credit, I needed the food for my kids so that wouldn’t do. Also being in the food business I know you can call DoorDash and get a new driver out in little time, the person I spoke with said they would call door dash. After an hour I hadn’t received any update, I called back and was told I would have to pick up, I asked to speak to the manager on duty, I sasked why I was told they would contact DoorDash, she said they don’t have the ability to do that. I offered to give them the merchant number for DoorDash and was told it’s not their policy to contact DoorDash and that they were busy (according to google it’s unusually slow right now) which is of course a tactic to get off the phone. I asked for a refund and was told I would have to talk to the GM and they would have to talk to the area manager since the entire order wasn’t messed up. It was also going to take a week to get the refund. Of course the person on the phone was getting upset because they had no reasoning for any of this, as any restaurant that uses DoorDash, especially the white label service through their own restaurants app, would be in contact with them. The manager was extremely rude and hung up on me because customer service was too much of a challenge. I know making a call can take a minute but hey they have other orders to mess up under this incompetence. The wings we did receive of course were cold and not well done as we had stated in the app.
