Yes it’s only McDonals, but Food Safety and Food Quality are rigorously practiced here. There’s a consistency here that you honestly don’t find in some high class restaurants or eatery’s. You may only wait because by standard there are some menu items that by procedure must and will be “made to order” to assure freshness and a happy customer. Staff and crew members are dedicated to giving you the best fast-food experience possible.

My granddaughter and I visit every week after her dance class. The staff are very courteous, helpful and friendly. Nice to see young ppl with manners and being professional.

I’ve had food from the One on 211 and the one in Chester and the Pine bush McDonald’s is by far the best around. I have been there plenty of times and my food is always hot and tasty which apparently is not the norm when eating out in this neck of the woods. Thanks for the gr8 service👍🏽

This place is great! The prices are not great but I can’t hold that against the location. I usually get my order fast unless they are getting slammed. Out of all of the fast food establishments I visit the staff at this one stands out the most. They are always nice and if a mistake is made they apologize and make it right every time with no attitude. Would really recommend this place for great service. This place is also really clean! The best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to 10/10.

The service here in Pine Bush is unparalleled, I stopped for a quick to go order and the kid in back dropped the ball, forgot about my order somehow. So I was waiting for quite some time, just stood there cause what good is being a Darren gonna be? These people work hard as hell in adverse conditions, they do not need to be abused by anybody no matter what! Anyway, as I was quietly waiting, the manager(?)approaches me, gave me a new receipt and my money back, I didn't complain verbally or via physical language. Completely unexpected or asked for, she said it was because I had been waiting way too long. Yeah, I'll stop at McDonald's in Pine Bush everytime I want a fresh sandwich and fries, best McD's I've ever been to!

Amazing service. Had to wait on food but when it can it was hot and packed nicely. Staff were very apologetic about the wait, and gave me options to make sure I wasn't inconvenienced with the time. 10/10 service.

This is by far the best McDonald’s I have ever been to. We drive an hour and 45 minutes from NYC just to eat here. When my husband asked me where I wanted to go to dinner for my birthday I said McDonald’s in Pine Bush. The staff here is phenomenal. The are friendly and kind, they brought the food to the table with a smile, the cashier even came over and asked how we liked our food. The food is the freshest we have ever had and we have been to a lot of McDonald’s restaurants. It really does make that much of a difference. I absolutely love McDonald’s food but this place raises the bar so much. The staff and owner deserve so much recognition for what they do in this location. Thank you from two loyal customers!

The building was clean, the food was really good, but I wasnt too thrilled with my very first (and only) shamrock shake. That being said everything else was great.

Cashier delivered food to our table with a smile. That was impressive for McDonald's establishment.

Food was hot and fresh. The cashier needed some help up front. She shouldn't have to take the order, leave the rest of us in line, take the food out, etc. then come back and take the next order. Doesn't make sense.

Service was good. Some of the people that work there have attitudes but I would too if I worked there. But the prices are getting really really high. You could eat out at a restaurant for the same price as you could to get McDonald's burgers nowadays.

Grabbed lunch and it was good. They are an excellent employer as they are equal opportunity and hire felons. This is very respectable in a world that is so discriminatory. Food was consistent with McDonald's food.

Small town gets fast food spot right. THE GOOD: Coffee is always good, if you dine in I found there’s free refills still & wifi. Which is nice. Food is always hot and typical of Micky Ds offerings. The fries are always perfect, lots of salt like we love! They do fast well. They always get my order correct. The staff is pleasant & professional. The dining area is always clean and the new updates are great. THE SHAMELESS: Nothing much to add here, honestly. They are really the only drive thru fast food in town so they do get packed during rush hours. Dang it, now I want to go back for more fries!! 🍟 🥰

The food is hot and tasty but we need better attention to details. Requested extra onions, got no onions. Requested hot mustard dipping sauce, got honey mustard dipping sauce. I placed my order in the app so there should be no confusion but yet there was. It's raining and I have my 2-year-old daughter in my car so I'm not bothering to take her out of the car seat to march inside and ask them to correct it. The service was fast, the food was hot. Crazy that 4 piece nuggets are a dollar, 10 piece $4.50. Crazy 3 ,4 piece for 3 bucks 1.50 cheaper and 2 extra nuggets. Good deal.

Employees tend to mess up orders when they're very busy. Food items get switched between customers. The food is good, but they should pay a little more attention and stay calm under pressure. One mistake and you've got a 2 year old at home sobbing for chicken nuggets when she received a cheeseburger instead.

They barely smile, and a few not only don't smile, but won't give you eye contact, and have "pusses" on their faces. And pay attention! What is it with fast food restaurants not reading the screen with the order on it? They would make things so much easier if they would just take a moment and do their jobs. Look at the screen, and read it!!!!

One of the better McDonalds I have been too in terms of the taste and freshness of the food. 3 stars because at times I have been given an extremely difficult time getting sauce for nuggets, even when offering to pay the extra money. Has improved lately.

The young boy that waited on us was sweet, but the service was slow in that we waited a while to be served and I was the only one at the counter. During that time,I watched the manager giving the finger to someone I presume was working the grill.

When i went they gave me all my food without me going to the counter and asking for the rest of my food

The employees are friendly and seem to care about their work. The female manager this morning was screaming at the employees to hurry up. I obviously only saw one side of it, but I don't think screaming at the workers like that is appropriate in a space where customers can see it. The food is prepared and cooked well, no issues with any orders I've ever put in.

Probably the worst McDonalds ever. The staff is nice enough and it was just remodeled but not a time has gone by where they haven't messed up my order or a time they haven't messed up someone elses order. Watched an older man go through the drive through and come back in.... Twice! He literally took out every item and asked the manager what was missing... And what was wrong after holding the receipt inches from his face. Anyway I'll still go cause there isn't much choice when your droppen off or picken up the kids from their sports practices. O well. Enjoy. -edit: Now they are understaffed and there is often a wait.

Last 3 times McRibs are pretty much dry , used to be smothered with BBQ sauce. Large Fries are half full, but yet I'm paying for a large. Staff is polite and professional just not producing a product the customer is paying for.

This location is one of the few that is inconsistent. At times the fries and nuggets are so fresh and delicious. Other times the fries and nuggets taste like they were sitting out for hours. All the burgers are over cooked and dry besides the quarter pounder is the only burger that’s been consistently good for fast food. Good luck getting extra dipping sauces if you’re lucky they will give you 1 sauce for 20 nuggets.

Last few times I been hear either was missing food or was give what I didn’t order I prefer sweet tea and got unsweetened tea I ordered ac double no onion extra pickle got no pickle and. Onion food has been put together messy and some one of the mangers have been very mean to the way they talk to people not me but I have seen it with others when I go in there

When using the mobile app and choosing to deliver table side, I was told I have to announce to a person at the checkout that I'm there... I already took a table number marked im there in the app and waiting at the table with assigned number plaque for table side service... why would I need to announce anything to anyone?

The Service was terrible. They added one extra 3.99 burger to our order, when we only wanted one! They kept arguing that it adds up, when it clearly didn't. When we told them, they just said oh okay, sorry about that. Everything else was fine though.

I really hope that they were just understaffed when I went. I went through the drive through, ordered and paid and was then told to pull ahead to the parking lot and they would bring my food out. There I found the person in front of me and later the person behind me in the drive thru line. Together we waited 15 minutes before I went inside myself and asked for my food. They packed it up quickly and I was on my way. Waiting 20 minutes at a McDonald's drive thru was not ideal of a good time. Meal was standard McDonald's food, but at least it was calories.

Stopped here today 6/24/25 and ordered the filet-O-fish value meal but unfortunately I couldn't enjoy it at all cuz the outside temperature was 102 degrees and the inside temp was much hotter cuz their air conditioning didn't work at all! In my opinion, the dining room should've been closed until the a/c was fixed!

I feel bad leaving a negative review because most of the employees are very friendly. My kids love getting happy meals on Fridays as a treat, but as of late it seems like there is always an issue. We are either getting pulled over at the drive thru and waiting to be served cold food, dealing with a long wait times, or being told the soda machine doesn't work. Its really a shame they can't get their act together. Its the only fast food place around so they could really make a killing. Again, the employees are great. It really seems to be a management/upper management problem. I have even heard a manager yelling at the employees on the druve thru speaker before.

No matter how simply your order may be they always will find a way to screw it up.

Website and door say open till midnight but I get there at 11:15 and the staff are all there sitting around with he doors locked telling me they close at 11.... Maybe the owner of this franchise should look iinto to his employees practices and/or correct the information on the website. Thank you for wasting my time and gas.

Every time I go there I order the same thing as any Mcdonalds I go. The McDonalds in Pine Bush is the only one that seems to have a problem as far as reading customers' order tickets since every time my order is wrong. Not impressed at all.

Pulled up at 10:55 pm to the drive thru saying they are closed. Then someone from the window says can I help you. They say they are closed but online says that they are open until 12am. They say they are closed that they close at 11 pm. It wasnt even 11 yet and wont take my order I get a response of we are closed sir sorry . Oh well guess I won't be going here ever again.

Always check your bags before leaving. 3 weeks ago bought 2-20 piece nuggets get home and only 1 in the bag. Tonight my son goes, gets 2-20 piece nuggets $12.58 on receipt. Get home and there were zero in the bag. Absolutely ridiculous.

I’m arrived to Pine Bush with my friends with Uber, after a very bad journey, we was tired, hungry and have no car. We saw on google maps that Pine Bush Mc Donal closed at 00:00 and decide to go .. instead it closed to 23:00 and we was arrived at 23:10 -_-

I am extremely disappointed in the service I just received from this Mcdonalds. Everytime I have chosen to visit this particular one, they have forgotten or messed up my orders. Management doesn't even apologize. I had my infant in the car and had to come all the way back to retrieve my sons meal. All they were concerned about was seeing my receipt. There needs to be better training done.

Employee layed out on family bench like a couch with dirty sneakers. I had a family of 7. No other large area available to sit. Never got up to offer the sitting area. Men's bathroom was discussing. With self centered employees like that and restroom deplorable, the food must be affected somehow too.

No star only wanted to post a review. Management needs sensitivity training. Horrible bullying to staff and non appreciative of hard work. Too many different managers giving multiple orders sending them in different directions and then berating them humiliating and demoralizing them not knowing they were doing 5 tasks at once. You have hard workers that keep things running and others that stand around being bossy and nasty when they should pitch in when it gets crazy. Two years of bullying and sarcasm nearly caused my son to have a break down and has thrown him in to a bad depression and lack of self worth. I think McDonald’s needs a management clean up! Doesn't deserve a star..it use to be ok.. now.. the order is never made correctly. They always have everyone pull over and wait a long time.. even for 1 hamburger. Went through the drive through at the insistence of my grandson after a great few hours at the park and hiking. Paid for two happy meals, one cheese burger and one 6 piece chicken McNuggests meal with BBQ sauce (which has a higher cost point). They didn't give me a receipt, and then asked if I wanted one, as an afterthought. I didn't want to put them too any trouble so I passed on the receipt. When we got home no McNuggests, but did have the BBQ sauce; they substituted a cheeseburger in the second happy meal. The only reason we stopped was for the McNuggests. I didn't bother going back since I didn't have the receipt.

Every time I go through the drive through they say "please pull up to the reserved drive thru” spots because they are waiting on some portion of your meal. They actually put you there so the sensor is not seeing your car and it looks like they completed your order in a timely fashion. I have waited there up to 10 minutes for something that is "being made" to have someone come out and give me cold food and often wrong. Apparently no oversight here. And now they put in an additional lane. I am sure it looks like they are quickly filling orders at corporate headquarters but it is a lie

This location is absolutely pathetic. Ordered a simple mcdouble with cheese and ketchup first I got onions on it. So I nicely brought it back inside. Then there was no ketchup on it so again. I brought it back inside. And then they literally soaked the entire bun in ketchup, clearly being spiteful. How about just do your job? You're paid to do correctly and there would be no complaints. It's bad enough, the food is garbage. Let alone deal with terrible customer service. I didn't bring it back inside again. Because it was likely to land on someone's head if I did.

I rarely eat fast food, but made an exception. I ordered a chicken deluxe sandwich. The picture had tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, etc. It looked delicious. What I received after leaving he drive through, (and noticed 10 min later) was a tiny piece of fried chicken inside the buns. I live close by so over the years I’ve stopped there when I’m starving, and it’s always bad. This time I thought it was ridiculous enough to complain.

Extremely slow and tries to cut corners to make their numbers look better. They confirm all their orders in the lobby to make it look like they're moving at a good pace even though they aren't even getting food out to customers. They have 7 orders "confirmed" but the tags are stickered all over the back. Very unprofessional and will not be returning.

We're there at about 7:30pm last night. After we ordered our burgers, we asked for water cups. The lady, looks like the manager, told us that we should buy our drinks. Since when McDonald's doesn't offer free water? We are seniors. We don't drink the sugary stuff. This is definitely a first time experience in our life. We had never been told such thing at any McDonald's. Not any McDonald's in this country. Not any McDonald's we had been in many places around the world. Worst McDonald’s in the nation. Orders are constantly wrong or missing items. They use the “reserved drive thru” spots as a crutch to never have any sense of urgency in bringing you your food. They plant you in one and then make you wait forever to get your food and by then it’s cold or wrong. Waited over ten minutes last time in one of those spots to get chocolate chip cookies because apparently it was too much to just heat them up with the rest of my order that I got at the window. Finally had to go inside to see what was taking so long. Turns out they completely forgot about them And just had me sitting out there. Every employee in that location is absolutely useless.

The last 3 times I've been there around 7 PM were absolutely awful. Was so much faster before the renovation to just go up to counter order, pay, take your order and go. Usually faster than the drive through. Now you wait at least 15 minutes before you get your order. God don't leave without checking it because 8 out of ten times it would be wrong in some way. Usually incomplete. The last 3 times were it for me. I'll go to Subway.

I went inside to this Mcds yesterday and attempted to order in the kiosk. The kiosk froze and didn't let me choose the next item. I went up to the front counter and was ignored by the manager who was on her cell phone. She even looked at me and looked away. I waited for a few minutes and gave up. I went to use another kiosk but because the other kiosk accepted my code I could not use another one. Horrible service. Gave up and left without ordering. Go elsewhere for good service.

Went through drive-thru this morning 12/30/25. This older lady with a manager name tag gets mad because I guess I asked for more ores than she liked even though I paid the extra money for it… customer service very rude… I’m surprised because the area is beautiful!

I don't know who owns this location but your employees are ignoring your customers completely. Went in today at 12:15 for lunch. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes no one acknowledged that I was there. They had plenty of time laughing, making custom shakes for themselves and running around the counter telling each other that they need to find Jesus. Come on. When I finally saw an adult woman dressed in blue I assumed it was the manager and she would address the situation. Instead she joined in as if she was a little kid. Won't return!!

Absolutely slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. You can order 1 cheeseburger and a small fry and they still will ask you to pull forward to a spot and it takes 5-6 minutes for them to come out. No matter what time of day you show up.

Why have 2 lines on the drive thru if you are not able to serve both. Watched cars pull up and get their food before I could even order. Then I get the wrong food. Definitely not a quick stop.

I live in town and come here when I have to. Food is meh, service is meh, and it's just overall such a sad experience. I know it's fast food and a McDonald's, but for as much as they charge it should be at the very minimum decent. This location just sucks. I got a double cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato and in the picture you can see what I got. Plus, I said no pickle and got pickle. The lettuce is wilted, probably about 3 leafy greens and the tomatoes look like they were cut and put on the burger 2 weeks ago. Just overall a terrible experience. Doesn't matter what time you show up here, it's always the same quality. Avoid this place unless you honestly have to get food. And even then, DO NOT have your hopes high. One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, and again, unfortunately, it's in my town where I live.

This place should be ashamed. Every time we have gone here, there is an issue with our order. Today, we went and placed an order inside at the kiosk. We were left to wait at counter for 15 min and never once acknowledged. The supervisor just threw our bag up on the counter and walked away. Upon checking the bags noted two items missing. Waited another 5 min for her to come back to the counter to notify her. She obtained the items and again just threw them on the counter, without apologies, and walked off. Nothing stocked in the dining area. Could not even obtain a straw and definitely wasn't waiting again for an excessive time. I don't expect 5 star dining but for what is charged for fast food, I do expect accuracy and to receive what I pay for. Basic customer service isn't even afforded here. Management should be ashamed.

They always give you cold food or you have to wait. So I tried to order on my phone, but unfortunately, my order was canceled. I was ordering some breakfast food and I felt upset because I still had time to place my order. I went to the restaurant to complain. I also had to wait a little longer because there was no one in charge. I asked for the manager to be called, and she did arrive, but I also had to wait a little longer. Apparently, no one in that place has time for customer service. And it's a shame to say this, but it's unfortunate because a manager's presentation has to set an example for others. Her clothes were very wrinkled, and I think that's why there's no order at that McDonald's. In the end nothing was resolved, they are just going to give me my money back.
