Ordered a couple of pasta dishes and some wings from Vic Pizza — everything was super tasty! The pasta was flavorful, wings were ok, and the portions were great. Definitely ordering again.
I miss places like this! Chicken orzo soup hit the spot on a cold evening with a slice of pizza. Great calzones and meatballs. I felt I went back into time when you can go into a pizzeria and just enjoy whatever you order.
Great food, great service. Highly recommended. You will not ne disappointed.
Vic’s Pizza Restaurant is a great spot if you appreciate solid, well-made food across the board, not just pizza. Everything tastes fresh and thoughtfully prepared, from the classic Italian dishes to the appetizers and sides. The flavors are bold without being overdone, portions are generous, and you can tell quality ingredients are being used. Whether you’re in the mood for pizza, pasta, or something lighter, the menu has enough variety to keep everyone happy. It’s the kind of place where you can order confidently knowing whatever comes out will be satisfying, comforting, and consistently good.
Family owned little place, happened upon it when picking up a pizza on the way to a freinds house. My sister has to have gluten-free due to an allergy and suprise they had gluten-free pizza! Which was actually really good. We were visiting from san diego, CA. Not many pizza shops on this coast have gluten free crust so this was an awsome experience!
After a long afternoon looking at modern outdoor sculpture at Storm King and an hour walking the streets of the historic town of Montgomery looking for a congenial place to eat, we were fortunate to try Vic's Pizza, where we had the dining room to ourselves and were treated to generous portions of delicious food prepared and served by family members who take pride in pleasing customers and their palates. Everything we ordered--Lucy's Favorite Pizza, the Greek salad--was pleasingly presented, substantial, and tasty. I got the chicken parmesan with spaghetti pasta and tomato sauce, and it was divine--the best I've ever had, anywhere!
I rate their pizza the best in the area. I have ordered from 10 different local pizza places over the past 20 years. The sauce, and the crust is the best around Montgomery.
Great place!!!The family staff is friendly ,accommodating and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.Usually we get take out,but utilized the dinningroom and the atmosphere is warm and inviting .All locals should take advantage of this gem.Thank you for great food and service(Chicken Franchise is my favorite)
Great place. At least for me. I may not sit I. The restaurant area, but order from there quite a bit. Other then the pizza, the bruschetta is great and so is the chicken noodle soup. It is worth giving them a try, even if your liking is a bit different.
A lady got upset because she can't bring her dog in the restaurant. Thank God! What happened to ya'll that you think it's okay to bring any animal into a place we're you eat! People have lost their ever living minds! Thank you vic's pizza for standing your ground. We need more Americans to stand up and bring back the old school values!;
I advise anyone who didn't leave a 5 star review to try this place again! Awesome pizza and sandwiches our entire crew raved about it today. Keep up the great work. We will be ordering again soon!
I love Vics Pizza! It’s a delicious and reliable pizza place and Italian eatery. My family and I enjoy eating there. They always make the food to order and exactly to our specifications. I’m always satisfied.
They were really nice and accommodating when my toddler was hungry and cranky. However, I ordered a eggplant parm but got chicken parm instead. Fortunately it was still delicious and I'm not a vegetarian. Good family restaurant that's clean and conveniently located.
Just stopped by for a couple slices. Pizza was pretty good. Such a turn off when the tables are dirty and you have to clean it off yourself before you sit. Staff was busy watching TV.
The food is good and the staff are cool. They seem to run out of items a lot. The pizza is definitely enjoyable.
Good entree's....lousy pizza. Fair prices. Owner acts like he would rather be anywhere else but there and is so incredibly rude it’s almost funny. He makes me feel bad about spending money there. I think the place would double their business in no time if the owner and his kid made even the slightest effort to make people feel welcome. The lady in the kitchen seems very nice and is a good cook.
First time customer, Orderd eggplant parm tasted like it sat for too many days, very dry and hard to chew...don't know how this place got an award for best pizza...
Feel like I am inconveniencing the staff and owner here somehow by ordering their food and giving them my business. The pizza is average, definitely not a slice you’re going to remember or crave, but the horrible vibe from behind the counter when you walk into this establishment is enough to justify the 1 star rating. Would never go back simple as that.
Called ordered food and waited outside the establishment with my puppy, asked if I can bring him in to pay. HE very rudely told me to tie it up no dog in his restaurant. So I left. No food will ever b good enough for someone to speak to another human that way. I will never attempt to order from there again. There was a better way of telling me my puppy was not welcome. VERY RUDE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
I kept trying this place hoping to give it another chance, and after this time, I'm done. The owner is never friendly, and tends not want to talk. It's like he's doing you a favor by giving you food. (He'll cut you short if he doesn't want to talk.) His daughter is somewhat more personable, but does the same thing when she doesn't want to talk. I've also noticed that he tends to give customers dirty looks occasionally when they ask questions. It was $16 dollars for a regular pizza, with half pepperoni, and half cheese. They don't have any specials on the pizza ether. His food is expensive, and alright. It's average food. You can't purchase drinks, or individual pizza slices if the total is under $5 on your card either. I asked one time if they made pepperoni rolls, to which they said do you mean a calzone? He tends to snap at his staff working at the back. Instead of pulling them aside, he corrects them in front of everyone, and that's just so wrong. Your employees are people too, not servants. There's other places around Montgomery that are better than this place. And honestly speaking, this Pizzaria hasn't changed names in a couple of years. Before that, it kept changing names constantly.
