This morning as the staff greeted us and told us about the gift cards my car stalled!! Quickly without waiting the staff rushed out to help me move the car so they could keep the business running smoothly!! They were extremely helpful and kind! Thank you Pine Bush Morning crew!! Yesterday I went and got coffee all new staff learning in training process so I was patient and they were wonderful .Car infront of me was rude to the staff so I Went back today again to tell them how I appreciate the good coffee. I come here daily and always have great service!

Hardly ever right. Sad if your order butter and cream cheese on the bagel toasted the bagel should never be burnt and should have both spreads....every time I have to check the bagel before leaving.....young staff can not even say sorry for messing up....like it was my fault they did not read the ticket. last time I ordered she charged me 1.99 extra for 6oz of cream cheese....I asked for my money back handed me .75.....??? Manager came and fixed it but it happens near on the daily here.

Sometimes they run out of stuff, but for the most part food and drinks are good. Staff has been good lately!

Expect to wait during peak hours. The place is small and gets quiet busy. Food and coffee are typical Dunkin Donuts quality. Staff is pleasant.

Quick service, never had a problem here, although I rarely get anything but a coffee . The drive through gets loaded quickly, it is often quicker to just go inside.

From where I live this is pretty much one of two Dunkin' donuts that are in the area. I only went through the drive-thru here and it doesn't matter what time you go it's always a pretty long wait even though it's not very busy all the time. But I will admit that the people that do work here are very nice for someone who just works the drive-thru window day in and day out. But all in all it's not a bad place

This place is really inconsistent. A lot of the times coffee tastes burnt.

They messed up my orders and some food are missing. Not the first time it happened. They need to revamp the place by making better food and hire workers that pay attention.

Sadly everything was terrible except the service considering only 3 girls working. Hash browns cold, cheese burnt on sandwich and coffee tasted so old. This is not the employees fault, you can only do so much with 3 people and a constant line on drive thru. Manager needs to try and get more help and it would fix all the problems! Management gets no stars, employees thanks for being there!😁

Although I will always love Dunkin coffee, this last experience made me wonder. And honestly it's only about the principle, but my change came out to be 78 cents. The cashier says he's got no pennies so he's going to give my 75 instead. So I'm wondering, why should the customer get short changed if there are no pennies?

Anytime I go, never any donuts. I'm not sure if that's a good or bad thing. Are they flying off the shelf? Have they stopped making the donuts?? Coffee is always good.

I have been a Dunkin' Donuts fan for more than 30 years. I live 4 MI away from Pine Bush Dunkin Donuts and I sit here and dread the thought of going up to get a cup of coffee and a bagel. This place is poorly managed understaffed dirty they lock the lobby so you can't avoid the unbelievably long drive through line. The orders are consistently wrong. What else can I say? I've contacted corporate and their response is.. it is a privately run business and they have no control. How sad I thought I'd post a follow-up review. It appears as though either they are Under New Management and or ownership. My drive-thru experiences have been very positive! The service and waiting time in the Drive-Thru has been acceptable, the orders have been correct and the staff have been very friendly. Keep up the good work!

Probably one of the worst locations I have tried. The iced coffee always tastes like it’s burnt. Doughnuts taste old. Won’t be spending money at this location again. Update as of 05/16/23 seems like this location has changed management. Was in a rush and wanted coffee went through the drive thru the employee was very polite and helpful. My iced coffee was perfect. I’m definitely going to give the new management and employees several more visits to say they have made drastic improvements.

After someone told me how filthy this place was, I now go to Middletown. A hike but I know we’re getting better service and food.

Steamer for specialty coffees has been down at least a couple of weeks, and jams/jellies were all rubbery, apparently very outdated.

Both Caramel Macchiato and the decaf caramel swirl coffees tasted burnt. The worst Dunkin coffee I've had in a long time. Perhaps the coffee makers need to be cleaned? Sadly we couldn't drink them.

The hot chocolate is awful mess. It is watered-down Yoo-hoo that is heated up. The donuts leave bad aftertaste. Dunkin Donuts has gone downhill ever since they stop making their own Donuts in their own shops.

Wholly cow are they slow... I was there for an hour before they asked me what I wanted. Maybe you should go to the drive thru. . I'm sure it is much much faster then going in. I won't be back.

I frequent this Dunkin almost daily. Over the last month I have seen many new faces. They look as if they are trying very hard. Some days I go in to the store, such as 3 weeks ago. I was in there and there was a very NASTY lady yelling at an employee. I mean Yelling. The poor girl looked as if she was ready to cry, but stood there and took it. and went back to work. The girls name on her tag was Mads. I took notice because she was professional. I honestly felt horrible for her. That manager has absolutely no respect for her employees. It has happened more times then I can count. I will be going to the dunkin on 302 from now on. You need to fire that woman. She does not know how to manage her staff. No wonder there are always new faces. Not to mention the wait times are horrible. The only reason i am giving this place 2 stars is because of the friendly staff as of recent. Get a manager that can speak and smile!!!(which she never is smiling btw) HORRIBLE MANAGER!!!

They never get my order right. Every time I ask for an iced latte they never mix it up and I always make sure to ask for whipped cream and they never put it on. I ask for liquid sugar and they give me regular sugar which doesn't desolve and again is not mixed up. I ask for ketchup and they don't put it in there. They messed up my veggie egg white sandwich this morning. They never tell you the price until you get to the window and some of them can be really rude. I've had a few good experiences but 95% of the time they get it wrong. I wish McDonald's had bigger sizes BC I would just go there instead.

"Espresso machine is broken" for over week now. Twice I've gone out of my way for a latte just to find a sign at the order menu and get stuck in the drive thru. The service is generally quick and friendly otherwise.

Come here often as it's very close to my job. I would say 20 percent of the time gets my order right. However, leaving this review with photos because this Dunkin has WICKED pot holes that rock my car whenever I try and use the drive-thru. Bonus photo to show the (cigar?) butts accumulating on the sidewalk. Posting so hopefully they fix it. Get it together, Dunkin.

No fault of the staff but this Dunkin is always understaffed and under trained. The lobby is often closed because they cannot handle the volume of customers they get and the wait is always very long.

I'm sorry I never write bad reviews for any place but these guys have to get it together. I had some time so I waited the half hour it took in the Drive-Thru when there was only one car in front of me. I watched about 12 cars drive away that couldn't wait. I watched them lose so much business in that half hour I was waiting there. That's such a shame. The better the store does the more money you make. I know I personally always tip a few dollars and I know other people do as well that's all money that could be in their pockets at the end of the night and they're just letting it walk right out the door. This time that I went there the person who took my order was actually very friendly and nice. The time before that the girl was very clearly unhappy to be there. I killed her with kindness so she couldn't exactly be rude to me but she was very stone faced and clearly did not want to be there. Got to work on service and wait times

This place is a disaster. Shame because it wasn't bad when I first moved to this town. Food is never cooked right. They run out of everything constantly. We once sat at the drive threw order speaker for 8 minutes with no communication. Like no "one moment we will be with you soon". We literally thought maybe the speaker was broken. We pulled up to the window and told the girl and then asked to place our order there. The girl was like "can you pull around again?" And sit in the massive line that has accumulated? No thanks. I only go to the Walden location now because while it's a bit of a longer drive they are competent and it ends up being faster because they take your order faster and make it correctly and get it out to you faster.

Staff is great but prices jump all over after covid and system upgrade. All locations offer ground coffee discounts. Your were the best deal until your system upgrade. Now there's no deal????? Dunkin’ Donuts service in pine bush is the worst I’ve ever seen food cold order not what I ordered let’s get it right this is every weekend

BUTTER & CREAM CHEESE. You always forget cream cheese, waited 10 minutes at an empty drive through to get wrong order.

This was once a very competantly run shop. Now it is a horror show. Long waits at the drive-through, equipment break-downs, product shortages, badly trained staff (some with bad attitudes). I use it now strictly for emergencies when I can't get to Walden or some other DD.

Constantly getting order wrong. Have not been there where they have gotten our order correct. Order rang up correctly but not made correct. Employees and either manager or assistant manager fooling around.

I have never been to a Dunkin before that takes as long as pine bush, and it’s not a one off thing. It’s every time I go. One time I ordered a sausage egg and cheese and a coffee and it took them over 30 minutes to get it to me. Whenever I go in the drive thru here, I have to give myself an extra 15 minutes at least because it just takes that long. I’m writing this review from the drive thru line. I’ve been sitting here for 15 minutes. This Dunkin needs to figure this out. I’ve gotten meals from high end sit down restaurants faster than this so called “fast” food. I just witnessed the most unethical treatment of an employee that I have ever witnessed. The manager thought it was okay to scream, not yelled but scream at an employee in front of co workers and customers reguarding her Doctor appointment from yesterday about her note not being good enough, I was so embarrassed for her, the last time I checked there are Hipaa Laws in place, that manager should have taken that young lady to her office. My co workers frequently stop there when on business trips. We all thought it would get better with new management but it got worse, we have witnessed a new employee bulling and rude to customers and co workers as well. We will no longer be going there as it has become a hostile work environment to the employees and customers this is just our opinion and we will not give our business to such a place. Oh and yes the young lady did quit her job, very sad.

I would love to give my local DD great reviews but the only good point is thier friendliness. They are very slow and usually get the order wrong. On the Go orders are off more then they are on. Usually out of favorites very early in the day. I will no longer be using this store

If the owner reads these reviews, do something about your store...the absolute worst dunking donuts location in New York state. Slow,and always f'ing up orders. Plan on spending at least 15 minutes if you use the horrid drive up window. Hey owner, fix it.

Everytime I go to Pine Bush Dunkin Donuts there is always a problem. Order a Latte today and the machine is broken until further notice. Then there new store hours are 5am to 5pm. Monday thru Sunday. You are going to lose a lot business with those store hours. There are a lot people that love to get coffee after 5pm.BEEN SITTING IN DRIVE IN FOR 15 MIN AND SHOULD HIRE MORE PEOPLE

They claim to close at 10pm (false advertisement) I placed an order on the app at 8:56pm the order went through, when I got there at 9pm I pull up to the drive thru window and they said they were closed. I was so upset because no one would come to the window and the employees were inside. Why take orders if you can’t fulfill the order.

I got a bagel and wanted a coolta,, but their machine was broken. My bagel was the size of my fist, cut very weird. The bottom part of my bagel half was missing and the top part of the bagel was cut very thin. The bagel top was inverted so the topping was touching the white bread inside of the bagel. No butter on it either.

This place is horrible! The latte machine never works and they rarely have donuts. We ordered food and pulled up to the drive thru window and no one was there. We honked several times and no one came. Then we knocked on the glass and encountered mad employee. Horrible service. The 1 star I’m giving them is way to generous.

I wanted a Cranberry Muffin, they had non. I ordered a Blueberry Muffin and Hot Tea. The Muffin was totally raw, there was no napkin. Later in the morning I returned and there was no manager to speak to. I showed the raw muffin to the staff and they made a face and said "yuk". I left my name and number for the manager to call me on Monday, I received no call. Some one is going to get sick and I don't even get a call or money back. Really! Not acceptable for a business serving the public.

By far the worst experience I’ve had at a Dunkin’ I’ve been to many Dunkin’s, I travel a lot and Dunkin’ is always my first stop. I went to this Dunkin and they messed up my order not once not twice but three times. And by the time they got my food right they were extremely rude. Absolutely will never go to this Dunkin again

I wish there was a lower one then 1 star. I was just there and yes this time they had SOME donuts but the last 3 times there was none at all. How about dunkin' coffee instead? There was hardly anything. My hot chocolate was watery and gross. I highly dont recommend this one. We were in line for about 15 minutes and they were very slow. The people in the drive thru got their stuff faster. I went with my mother and she said she rather go all the way to Montgomery to get dunkin donuts instead🙄

So I'm a truck driver. I went to the Dunkin In Pine Bush NY. So I went there at 5:30 this morning to get a cup of coffee after doing the stop. I understand we have a shortage of staff members in all restaurants. But not to serve somebody at the drive-thru especially a truck driver is really ridiculous. When Dunkin' donuts throughout the United States serve customers at the drive-thru if they drive tractor trailer trucks box trucks or vehicles that are incapable of going through their drive through. Unlock the lobby and allow that person to get a cup of coffee and food.. thank you Pine Bush New York for making me not want to use Dunkin' anymore. This is why I give them a zero star.. also you should not be wearing Crocs when working with food

I ordered a black coffee and they gave me one with cream and sugar. How hard is it to mess up black coffee you just put coffee in a cup and your done. Also messing up orders is the only thing that thus dunkin donuts is good at the food is par at best if you actually get what you paied for.

They never have donuts, 4 times I have stopped in for donuts for my kids and they have nothing to offer. The manger needs to learn to order. And today they barely had anything and it took almost 10 minutes for water downed hot chocolate. From now on I'm driving to Montgomery Dunkin donuts. They need to focus on front counter like they do on drive thou times. They need to clean house and get good employees in there.

Coffee is burnt as per usual, but service is incredibly slow. Drive-thru is always packed and the lady that takes your order is rude and uncaring. I have gone to this Dunkin Donuts about 10 times out of convenience and can count on 1 finger how many times they have gotten the order right. The dunkin stuffed bagel minis come sometimes almost frozen in the center. I have ordered snackin bacon that came almost raw. I have had to repeat the order many times at the window for them to still get it wrong. Today I asked for a medium hot chocolate and first received a coffee and then received a cup of luke warm water. They have kids in there with no supervision and too locked up in other conversations to really care. On 2 of the occasions that they got it wrong they argued with me that I said Iced Latte instead of Hot Carmel latte ( I never ask for or drink Iced lattes) and then decided not to put the carmel in it. I have been to Dunkin Donuts all accross the country and normally enjoy them but it is ashamed that the one so close to my house is soooo bad. And they have proven over and over that they don't care. They treat the customer as an inconvenience. STAY AWAY

Honestly the worst DD I’ve gone to. I live just outside of town, takes about 7-10 minutes to get there from home. I always order on the app so the food will be ready or close to ready when I get there. Not only is the order NEVER ready, it is often wrong, missing requested additions to sandwich’s that you have to pay extra for, and the staff seem to not know how to operate the ice machines. I’ve been trying to give them a chance for 4 years now, but no matter who’s working there, who’s the manager or if they’ve just been refurbished or remodeled, there’s ALWAYS an issue. At this point I’m just not going to go there anymore. Was great when you’re on your way to work and need a quick meal but it’s just made me late to work every time because of their incompetence.

Local coffee shop has been on struggle bus for years. THE GOOD: Convenient- perfect spot in center of town. Croissants are always yummy. I enjoy their avocado toast with bacon. The spot looks nicer on the outside. Some tech upgrades to the exterior and interior. Always plenty of parking. Some of the new crew is super sweet. THE SHAMEFUL: It’s a shame this Dunkin continues to struggle year over year. We miss the Dunkin’ aliens on the windows and hot, fresh coffee. Doesn’t matter what time you go- 6am, lunch time or after work- the coffee tastes burnt. The lines always crawl. The team is disorganized & appear to have no sense of urgency. Usually understaffed. I believe they went under new management recently before the grand opening but much of the same can be expected. Turn over of staff is crazy. Went recently for a first date/coffee date and the dining room was filthy. They just renovated! Pricing for Dunkin has become unreasonable for the quality & care given. Don’t expect much from any bacon order. Disappointed. But hopeful they make necessary changes because I definitely want to update a more positive review soon!

Only come to this Dunkin if you like getting a mystery order, because you certainly will not receive what you actually ask for. Today I ordered a bagel with extra butter and received a bagel with minimal butter on one half while the other half was bone dry. It doesn’t matter what time of day or if I’m the only person in line at the drive thru; my order will very often be incorrect.

My coffee tasted absolutely horrible and I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese and bacon and did not receive my bacon yet they charged me for it. Thought that the store getting fixed up would make the food better but it did not at all. Never will go here again!

My family and I just moved to this area about 4 months ago and every single time we come to Dunkin 4-5 times a week something is either broken, unavailable or they ran out of something. Can you please provide your crew with what is needed so that orders can be fulfilled!? What’s the point of going to a Dunkin’ when you can’t get a coffee half the time!? You should be able to write a review for every time they mess up an order. If so I’m sure every person who comes here would be able to write a new one every other time. They absolutely have to mess up at least one item or it wouldn’t fit in with what you expect from this location! Absolutely horrifying.

This dunkin has let us down time and time again. We sat in line at the drive thru for 25 minutes just to arrive at the window to complete chaos inside the building. The staff did not appear to know what they were doing in the slightest. We placed a mobile order and they only got half of it correct after having us re-explaining the order was at the window. We are fairly certain instead of the signature latte we ordered, we were given what appears to be a regular coffee that had been sitting out for hours as it was ice cold. We almost never complain or leave bad reviews but this was a horrible experience!!

I have NEVER received prompt service here since the new owners took over. Today I waited 6 minutes for someone to acknowledge my presence only to be told “we will be right with you” another 4 minutes passed before my order was taken. There were 4 people behind the counter “working” and I was one of three customers inside the store (the other two had already placed their orders). Once my order was taken, LX Midnight coffee black, they managed to fill it quickly. I wish I could say this was a one time mistake but it’s EVERY SINGLE TIME. Oh and they messed up my order, it’s not midnight roast. The only reason this place is still open is because they are the only Dunkin for over 12 miles.

Always the worst location. They are consistently bad. I stopped going for three months, went today, and it was still bad. The coffee is always cold and so was the sandwich. The drive thru lady didn't bother to make another when I told her this is cold. I want a refund but I don't want to deal with them. The coffee is also watery.

I need to start by saying, this location use to be a well oiled machine and was one of the best Dunkin' locations around and it was really good to know I lived near one. I had moved out of the area for a few years and recently moved back to town and Unfournantely it's gone massively down hill and has become hands down thee worst Dunkin' location around. I've given them three different chances since moving back and I can confidently say without a shadow of a doubt that this is a complete disaster. In all of my visits, they took my order at the drive through, I drove up and would be asked three, sometimes four different times by different staff members on what I ordered or what I was waiting on and I would then have to relay everything I ordered again multiple times and this becomes incredibly frustrating because what's even the point of asking my order at the drive through if I'll be asked a handful of times on what I ordered. To make matters worse I would constantly receive other customers orders, or my order would be completely wrong; the last visit I had was on Sunday the 25th we orders a small coffee, two sugars, and oat milk and they somehow messed that up. On top of that the one time walked in, the place is a complete mess; the floors were sticky, the counters are sticky, the lights were off and when asked why they were off I was told "I dunno, they're just off"; this location is so severely poorly managed, the manager who was there ' a women' shouldn't be managing a team, let alone staff because with how she treated her employees it's no wonder why it's become just a massive mess. I suspect this place will be close within a year if the ship is not corrected. Whoever is the franchise owner of this location needs to step in and correct it. Myself and wife will never come back and my family who live in town also will never return too because they also had terrible experiences; I just wanted to give this Dunkin' location the benefit of the doubt but gosh it really is awful.

It is especially a great place if you want some kind of surprise when you open or sip your order after you drive away. Wanted cream cheese? SURPRISE! It's butter. Wanted an egg and cheese? SURPRISE! Now there's bacon you didn't ask for.

The worst. Staff is consistently and EXTREMELY rude and they consistently mess up your order. They don’t even make the basic food right let alone if you have any modifications. I’ve been overcharged for modifications so many times here even though they don’t actually modify your food. Their ONLY saving grace is that they’re one of the only drive through places in town and the Walden location isn’t much better. The whole crew needs an attitude and quality check.

I don’t come to this Dunkin often, but for the times that I do, I rarely, if ever, have a good experience. From not being supplied with quite a number of their items, to never getting simple orders ready. But besides all that, the most frustrating part would be the wait time. I went to the drive through, and with only 10-11 cars in front of me…it was over a 45 minute wait time, and by the time i got to the window to take my order they had me wait another 5 minutes before even taking my order. When the line gets out to the road and begins interfering with traffic, you not something isn’t right. If you are looking for a dunkin that gets you in and out with your correct order, I strongly don’t recommend this location for you.

Friendly staff, however I have NEVER gotten a single correct order from here. Even when I was the only one in the drive-thru it came out wrong. But like I said, staff is friendly, so there's that I guess...

The worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have been to, going through the drive thru Brooke come on and asks what can I get you... then complete silence after the order, I say that completes my order her response “come around” rudely. We pay and get our items... no thank you, come again or have a nice day... nothing at all ignored completely ! It’s all of these workers, happens every time we go there! What ever happened to good morning can I take your order, or thank you drive around, have a nice day... I think all the employees need some more training! Unfortunate I buy a large ice coffee and tell them how many creams and how many sugars- 7:7 and 9times out of 10 I have the worst coffee that goes to waste. You can’t be rude and get all the orders wrong!
