We came here for lunch right when they opened at 11 AM. There were no guests yet, so we were seated and served right away. The place was cozy, comfortable, and clean — even the bathroom was well maintained. They served water first, which was a nice touch. We ordered the sake nigiri and were surprised by how big the salmon pieces were — definitely worth trying! The tempura appetizer was also great — light, not just all breading — and came with their own special sauce. The katsu curry came with a generous serving of rice. It was good, though I found the katsu sauce a little bland for my taste. Still, the portion size was satisfying. It also came with miso soup and a salad on the side — both were delicious, especially the salad dressing! My husband ordered ramen, and the meat was so tender and flavorful that I might try it next time. :)
I gotta tell ya, I’ve been searching far and wide for some good sushi. You know how some sushi places have sushi rolls that taste similar to each other? NOT HERE! Every sushi roll I got tasted unique to itself and the flavors were so good! The Atlantic Roll was so good I still think about it to this day we also got a Rainbow Roll and the fish was so fresh! I meant it, FRESH and it tasted so good. The staff were so friendly and they made the experience way better. They were genuinely kind and welcomed us with smiles. The food here is amazing and I can’t wait to try more of the menu on my next visit. Thank you to the chefs and staff for making wonderfully tasting food and the contagious smiles!
I've never dined in, only take out. I've ordered on the phone & online. Both were easy. Friendly service. My go-to spot for California Rolls. The kids love them. I've also tried the Black Garlic Ramen & other sushi rolls
Came once for Ramen. It was super savory. Had to come back to try the sushi. Loved it. Tried the Sashimi Tataki (Seared salmon, tuna, hamachi with special sauce) appetizer. It was so fresh, and it just melted in your mouth. Had three different types of sushi rolls. All presented so beautifully and tasted even better. Fresh flavors and mixture textures all around.
The atmosphere is very mellow and chic. The location is sparkling clean (a big plus). The service was great. The sushi chef was amazing and gracious. Five stars.
02/13/2022 **A mask is needed to enter, and as of today's visit, the sign says "proof of vaccination is required"; when we stepped in, we weren't asked for it, but we showed it anyway.** Fabulous new place!! A must-try! My husband and I have been waiting for this place to open (thanks, COVID), and luckily, they were able to finally do so. The inside is lovely, spacious and bright. Our server was so kind and fast after we ordered. I was sitting in a place where I could watch my sushi being prepared--boy, was that cool! The two sushi chefs know their trade very well, and I was excited to see my meal. It was absofruitly wonderful! My husband got unagi don, a spicy tuna roll, and an Alaska roll. His meal came with miso soup, and a small salad. He raved about each of them. I got a miso soup, small salad, and a 49'er roll--one of the best I've ever had. The miso soup seems to be a dashi + miso base, which some people might find a bit too fishy (I gave half of mine to my husband). The menu isn't exorbitant, but its got a decent selection. It has enough regular staple sushi and sashimi orders to satisfy most sushi eaters, and the selection of ramen options is great--I'll be coming back for that when I've got more of an appetite. From what I saw of our distantly neighboring patron's meals, they're generous servings, and the contents look delicious! There was a steady stream of customers coming in while we were enjoying our meal, but there's plenty of room and space, so we weren't all squashed together. As a vaccinated, COVID-conscious person, I felt comfortable eating here. It was a date for my husband and myself away from kids and out in the world, the first we've had in two years! The outside of the little place isn't fancy, almost unnoticeable, but it's worth coming inside and giving them a try. All the old adages apply: "Don't judge a book by its cover" , and "Looks can be deceiving". Inside the nondescript restaurant is a hidden gem!!
We always have great service and food here. My daughter loves their ramen. Cannot go wrong with the gyoza, sushi, or chicken katsu with curry. Yum! I have always found a place to sit with no wait, but it can get busy. Parking is limited.
Went to this highly-starred restaurant to celebrate my new job and the reviews did not disappoint. My partner and I each got the black garlic ramen, and the spider roll to share. In all honesty, we probably could have shared the ramen, too! The ramen was cooked to a medium texture and the rebirth was beautifully emulsified. The edges of the the chashu were exceptionally flavory, and I thought the grill marks added a nice touch. The eggs were delicious (I actually got extra), and I liked all the toppings that came standard. The spider roll was also super good. It was the first one I ordered where they took the time to give us “spider-legs,” and I really appreciated that, while there was an abundance of sauce, the pieces of sushi were not actually over-sauced themselves. I was quite pleased with that. Overall, a nice find. Perhaps the sushi was a bit pricey for the portion, but the ramen more than made up for it and everything tasted really good.
We ordered the Pork ramen, the special Hamachi roll and the unagi sashimi. They were all delicious! The ramen was so perfectly balanced and the broth was so flavorful! As a plus, their whole restaurant was nice and clean, even the bathrooms were nice and clean! 100% recommend!
I ordered 2 of the deluxe sashimi( 1 order is $28) and let me just say the sizes were big and super tasty. 10/10 will be coming back
Ramen, gyoza, high quality sushi are always in order. This place would make you want to come back again whenever you can. Staff is super friendly, polite, respectful and provides the most outstanding customer service I’ve encountered accross many restaurants. Definitely you’d love this place.
Fast and friendly service. Sushi and sashimi was tasty. The only thing we didn't care for was the gyoza, it was fried in a fryer not pan fried so it was dry. Other than that we enjoyed our visit
Great customer service. I have yet to try the sushi rolls but the ramen and sashimi are great! The only thing is the gratuity of about 20% is already included in the bill when given to us. I understand for a group of 6 or more that’s normal for auto gratuity but there were only 3 of us in my party. That’s the only thing I had to knock 1 star out. Other than that. We enjoyed our first visit. We will be returning. Thank You.. Domo!

Great place, we got the edamame and it was perfectly boiled and salty! Ordered a lion king roll it was very delicious the salmon tastes great, also for a Philly roll it was good but the avocado tasted a little weird, for 2 orders of 49rs it was very fresh and delicious, and an order of Sake salmon sashimi ( 2pc ) the cut is very generous and tastes great. The rice ratio on the sushi rolls are very good, not too much and not too little, pretty good place, we were the only ones there today but it seemed like they were very busy with delivery orders, service was still fast thanks for having us

Overall, it's a good sushi place. The kid enjoys the Ramen, and even the curry katsu is good! Good drink selection, good service.

Pretty good place. Really good selection of Sushi and Ramen
I was trying to find a local ramen shop near me and this is the closest one that I enjoy. Black Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen: Has excellent flavors, not too over powering and the flavor of broth really seeps into the pork. I sometimes will substitute the protein for chicken. The egg is good but I prefer the yolk to be more gooey or jammy. Mixed Tempura: Really like the vegetable tempura and the shrimp tempura. There are time when the batter can be a bit doughy so it can vary. Overall pretty good. Atmosphere is a bit cold and the bright glaring lights can be a bit distracting. It could be a bit nicer. But this is not enough to deter me. Though it might be for others, just seeing it from the outside. I love the service here. Also very nice and kind people work here. Also another reason why I will continue to make this my regular spot for ramen.
We had the pork ramen for lunch and the place was not busy at all. It was in fact in the later hours of the afternoon and we happen to walk in when the place was tending to one other table before us so you know that it was pretty quiet inside. Place was clean the staff was all smiles and kind. Price was affordable but we were only there for the ramen and they had the option of ordering sushi, which we opt out on. Maybe next time we come for another lunch.

Ramen: great Sushi: average Atmosphere: seriously needs some music. It is loud and echoes and you can only hear the tv and the staff talking in the back. This detracts from the restaurant.
Visited this place a few weeks back after passing by the restaurant countless times. The food is okay, portions are fair, and the price is a couple of dollars higher than most sushi places. Our soup was lukewarm at best, which is a bit of a disappointment. Service was fast and the atmosphere is nice here, but the food could have been much better.
We have been driving by this Ramen restaurant a handful of times lately and thought we would try it this afternoon. The parking lot is not too big, but when arrived at around 2pm on a Sunday afternoon; there were plenty of parking. We were seated quickly and the waiter immediately brought us cups & 2 bottles of iced water. As a water drinking person, I was appreciative. We ordered the Hurricane Roll, Black Garlic Ramen & Miso Ramen (with everything on the side & extra ramen). The Hurricane Roll was okay; nothing to rave about. It got the job done. The Black Garlic Ramen was also good enough to get by. Surprisingly, there were no actual garlic in the soup. The soup in the Black Garlic Ramen was luke warm and non-spicy. If you like the soup to be "hot" I would recommend you let the waiter know ahead of time while placing your order. In order to make the Ramen spicy, there is also pepper oil and some sort of seasoning in the condiment tray. The plain Miso Ramen was good enough for some picky eaters 🤣😂😅😂. All in all, it's a nice clean restaurant to try; if you're tired of your usual eateries. The waiter and the sushi maker are nice people. Please drop by if you're in the area and would like to try a new restaurant. 👌
