We stopped by for a quick lunch and were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. The food was brought to our table, fresh and tasty. We readily recommend this Wendy's.

Love Wendy’s. It is a great place to go with friends. The staff has always been very friendly and the food servers quickly and hot. Sometimes if the place is really busy they will get part of an order wrong but are very apologetic and quick to fix their mistake.

I don't know if we visited on a bad day but the staff were very short with everyone and obviously frustrated that we were there. The baked potatoes were mid and I would not suggest getting them. Overall, it's a darn shame I usually enjoy Wendy's but I can't recommend this one.

It's our usual go to, if we don't feel like going anywhere and just wanna quick bite. Always relatively good, fast service and the ladies and gentlemen at the window are very courteous. After eating here probably 2 dozen times or better, I can't remember an order that was wrong. Better than most fast food in town.

Why I gave a three. Many times the before crew 10 am crew are working without either cash or the ability to use credit cards. The stall are always great but hampered in other ways. Because of the availability of bus parking...they get a lot of school busses. This hurts the flow of non bus customers. If you happen to come during a bus run, be prepared to wait. They have some personnel who are great at customer service.

Wendy's is Wendy's. It been the same everywhere I been to. The food I mean. Customer service is always different. Tonight was different. Two people at the cash register when I walked in saw me and then took off to the back with the other 5 people, the place was not busy at all when I was there. No one in drive thru and I was the only one inside. Finally after 2 to 3 minutes a young boy came up and took my order. I ordered my spicy chicken combo he rang it up, I didn't see the cookies until after he rang it up, I asked if they were soft he said yes made fresh. So I said I will take the sugar cookie. He cancelled my order to add the cookie on. I paid for the meal. He asked if I wanted ice I said yes, I guess their machine was broke, I asked if I could get some of the lemonade that was was behind him he said "I can't sorry". I said why not he said he would have to charge me again for it because it's fresh made. I said, politely, you should ask people first if they want fresh made lemonade. He turned around without saying anything. I went to get my drink and napkins I seen my tray sitting there at the front desk so I went by and asked if that was mine and the same young man walked by me and nodded his head yes. Enough on that it is what it is. Food was hot and it was good. Cookie was hard as a rock though.

Everything was "down" service slower than usual. The lettuce in my burger eclipsed the patty and bun it was so big.

Location sucks and is not managed right. If you go through the drive through expect attitude from workers who act like it's a inconvenience to do their job.

Took forever to get our food. Ordered chocolate frosty then was told machine wasn't working. Asked for a refund and they couldn't do it cause there wasn't a manger there. I bit the bullet on 20$ after waiting 20mins for them to "fix" the machine

Ordered three items from their menu. I specified NO CHEESE and they added cheese. No fork for the salad and medium fries for the price of a large. Good lemonade tho...

We understand that it can be pretty hectic and forgetting food is common. Unfortunately this wasn't the case. There was one car ahead of us. The employees were too busy laughing and giggling as we tried to get their attention to give us the rest of our order they forgot. Even then they still messed up and we didn't get the correct food. Do your job and stop flirting! 🙄🙄🙄

We had to repeat our order multiple times in the drive thru and it still came out wrong. Items were missed but we weren't charged, thank goodness. I didn't even want to bother going back to get missing items or to correct wrong items. They definitely need a lot of help at this location. Food was ok but the chicken nuggets were cold. It is always freezing cold at Wendy's. It was cold outside and air conditioner was on. The chairs felt like sitting on an ice cube. I think they want to be comfortable in the cooking area, instead of thinking about customers. Food is good, but hard to enjoy the atmosphere.

This time it would've gotten more stars if they were to have gotten the burger right. I told them in the drive thru that I wanted no p/o & mustard only & they put the pickles & onions on it and put ketchup & mayonnaise. The receipt said what I told them, but the burger was different. Pay attention to the customer, cause some people don't like to waste ingredients that they don't like on their burgers.

I ate the ceasar chicken salad. It didn't have a lot of taste. The staff were in chaos. I don't know if they were all new or what but the lady behind the counter said she was new every time she made it to the counter which wasn't often. The one person working seemed to be the woman on the grill. The other staff were younger and they would do what they were told to do but nothing more. Service was slow and did nothing to boost your confidence. Ironically enough there were signs every where touting Wendy's quality.

I don't know what was wrong here but things were not good. They seemed to five or six people on the payroll but only the woman on the grill seemed to actually be working. Others responded to her orders but did little else. Slow service and long wait. The salad I ate was ok. A basketball team came in and I don't know if the store explained they would take a long time or they just figured it out but they left.

The burgers were good, but the chicken nuggets and french fries had been sitting for quite some time and were pretty bad. The soda machine drinks were flat. We ordered two of the 4 for $4 meals.

Drive thru was extremely slow with poor customer service. I waited and waited with just one car in front of me, then when it was my turn, they had lost my order. So more waiting and waiting. Forgot our dipping sauces.

It is sunday at 12pm my family and I stopped at Wendy's while traveling through. We waited for 10 mins while 4 or 5 employees stood around and chit chated so we finally left and went to McDonalds. What poor service I'm so glad our Wendy's in Amarillo has so much better service!

I walked up to the drive up window around 11:30 pm and the guy working the window would not take my order unless I was a truck driver, which I was After showing him I had a CDL he then took my order and I was happy after that However, my fries were cold and stale as though they didn't fry any fresh ones for my order I know it was late but they need to prepare meals hot and fresh no matter what time of day.

Burgers were cold and bland. Drinks were flat. Store was not very clean. I took two bites of my burger and threw it in the trash after we left, as we ordered to go. We will not go there again. We ordered for five people and no one was happy with their meal. Also part of our order was wrong.

One of the worst experience I have had in a long time. First, the cashier did not know how to run the POS and got my order wrong, then when I asked to get it fixed the manager argued with me, and then they were dumping water on the dining room floor and using a shopvac to clean it up while I was eating. I went out to eat to get out of the house and I was trying to have a nice meal but that not happen. Very disappointed.

It really doesn't matter what you order or for how many people you order, this Wendy's location will find a way to get it wrong. Our ticket time tonight was just over 20 minutes. That's not unusual. They forgot one of my drinks. That's not unusual either. It seems like they're short staffed with untrained employees. That would be the only logical guess as to why they do so poorly. I wonder if they even have a local manager. The employees seem nice, but they are definitely overwhelmed.

Terrible service after ordering the food they send you to the parking lot of the curbside pickub so that it seems that they are giving excellent service but it is not like that I was waiting for 20 minutes and the order was wrong they did not give me the sweet and sour sauce or the baconator fries I really don't know how the manager can allow such an outrage. My experience this time was terrible. The food was good,but service was lacking. The fountain drink machine was out of commission, no condiments were available,and there were no napkins either. I usually have no problems when I come here. But today was the exception. Not to happy.

We are from out of town and came to visit family and stopped in at the one here in Plainview to eat lunch and we get to the register and the cashier was rude and the restaurant was filthy...none of the tables were wiped down, the floors were dirty and there were flies everywhere. The employees were pretty rude. I waited at the counter for about 4 minutes while they were gossiping in the corner. They were loud enough to know that they were not talking about work business. The food came out pretty quick but not fresh at at. I ordered nuggets and a salad for myself and my husband and daughter had nuggets and fries. I haven’t been to Wendy’s in years, the prices have definitely inflated! Won’t return to any location in the foreseen future.

The overall experience of this particular Wendy’s was disappointing. I brought my entire family here for a late lunch around 2:30-3:00pm. The whole establishment was empty except for two workers who were staying over in a corner by the drive through window. We didn’t think anything of it and we all decided on what we wanted (about 5 minutes has gone by). The workers continued talking as if we were not waiting at all. We said “hello anyone there” to get their attention several times. Once a worker made eye contact with me he moved to where we couldn’t see them at all. After what felt like about another 10-15 minutes we left and went elsewhere. We even looked to see if there was anyone in the drive through that could’ve been the reason but no one was there. This is not the first time we’ve been where workers do not want to be bothered.

Some guy was inside cleaning the dining room, and told us we had to go around to the other side. We did and some young girl came out and said the dining room was closed and it was drive thru only. She was super super rude about it. We don't recommend this wendys.

I didn't even want to give this location 1 star. Waited in the drive through line after ordering FOREVER!!!!!!!!! They only had one window open instead of two where you pay first and then get your food at the next one. The poor young girl at the window was working fast and scrambling but how could she be expected to keep up with a long line of impatient customers on her own??!!!! Horrible service today and pretty much every time I go.

Due to limited options in regards to dining in plainview texas I opted to give wendy's another opportunity. However I was left wanting as always. I went through the drive up window to order simply a spicy chicken sandwich with no lettuce add jalapenos. I paid got my order, checked it and it had lettuce, jalopenos bit no tomatoes. I then asked them if they could please fix it again with no lettuce add tomatoes. I got my order a second time and it was wrong.It only had jalopenos. Not sure if it was the manager, but she could see me from the window.Shaking my head, she approached the window And I stated my order is still wrong.This is why I don't come here. As I proceeded to Drive off.She yelled she repeated to the order to you and yes she's did repeat it correctly yet my order was wrong twice. It is disappointing knowing one should expect such poor customer service most especially in a community with limited dining options. Will not be giving Wendy's any further opportunities to disappoint.

I was literally the only person in line through the drive through there was maybe 1 person inside. And and I was waiting Supposed to be waiting for fresh meat. So I waited pulled up to the door because I couldn't wait out the window. I guess there was a long line. I then looked at my kids mill. Patty and looked very old, so I asked her if I was waiting on fresh meat and she said yes, and I showed her the Patty and she said it was the big meat and not the kids meal meat. My burger which is one patty So I Had to wait 30 seconds She said for the smaller meat and ended up waiting a total of 35 minutes.

Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. If the staff would get their airpods out of their ears and actually acknowledge the customer. And not treat customers like garbage they might actually have a decent Wendy's. Staff didn't engage with me they just ignored me. Upper management needs to start firing some people and I guarantee you that won't happen again.

20+ minute wait until they hand you your incomplete order and another 20+ minutes waiting for one missing burger. Would not recommend if you're in a hurry. Would recommend making sure everything you pay for is in the bag. Also a great place to visit if you have social anxiety as no one who works there wants to speak to you to take your order.
