Wow they had an angry white kid employee over there acting stupid and angry. Going off on other employees. The burgers that he made tasted strange my we threw them out. I would say bad management. This guy needs to learn how to behave. They need new management, we have had several issues. Our grandkids saw his reduculous behavior. He needs to grow up. I gave two stars because the kids enjoyed the ice cream and the other staff were great.

After 22 minutes, we went in search of our dood. Our order was somehow removed from their system. The manager offered to refund or make the food. We needed the food so waited an additional 20 minutes. (42 minutes total). They apologized and offered free ice cream. Shortly after the offer was made someone showed up at our table with the "free" ice cream. Both my daughter and I are allergic to nuts. The 2 of the 3 free ice cream desserts (that we did not order) contained nuts. I have eaten at this Braums many times. Perhaps tonight was just an "off" night.

I wanted to get some food for my family on our way back to our hometown. Decided we wanted braums. When we got to the window they took a while to answer, no biggie. But when they did answer they weren't paying attention so we went to the window. They asked if I wanted the chicken salad or the sandwich, I said the sandwich and asked for all the veggies but mayo for the sauce, they gave me only mayo AND charged me for the salad. I asked for a refund and had to wait 30 mins and had to go inside for it. We will NEVER be coming back to this location. Very disappointed and still didn't get my food.

Me and my partner are in the area for the Holidays and have been looking forward to coming to Braums for a while now since we don’t have any in our area. Our experience was anything but great. The guy at the register was very nice and respectful but the manager on shift was a different story. I asked if they had a certain type of ice cream and the cashier said that they didn’t have it anymore which is fine we can get something different not a problem. Then another worker was saying that they did have it then said once again they didn’t. Nobody seemed to know the true answer as if they had the flavor or not. We ordered our food and ice cream and spent a good amount of money here. We got in the car and my partner tried his shake and said that it wasn’t very good. I went up to the drive through and was very nice and explained what happened and the manager at the window gave us attitude saying that they couldn’t just remake it just because we didn’t like it. We were willing to give the shake back we just wanted it remade and the manager refused and was extremely rude and disrespectful. She said if we want a remake we had to buy another shake. Cheap beach couldn’t just remake a $3 shake after we spend nearly $50. This manager should be fired for her actions or at least retrained on how customer service works.That is not right I love Braum’s but I will never come back to this location ever again.

They only reason I have 1 star is because when we asked for no salt the ASST. MANAGER Leah I believe, talked crap about us where we could hear. She was more worried about dancing around than making sure guests were taken care of. My husband's chicken strips were hard and cold. There was enough mayo on each of our burgers for 3 burgers. We love braums but if management wants to treat their guests this way, we will go elsewhere!!!

It's been awhile since I came here and I was wanting some ice cream so I was so excited for my banana split and well I don't live in Plainview I live the town over so while I was enjoying my ice cream I ended up biting into a ONION 🧅🤢🤮 there was little bits of chopped onions in my banana split ruining my craving NEVER AGAIN SO SAD will NOT GO BACK... WATCH OUT if you get ice cream there

DISCUSSTING food,fries tasted old,chicken had no flavor, gravy if you can call it that ,tasted like just flour and water,chile tasted like old chile from a can. Service was not good.

First experience here , great customer service store side and very organized. Restaurant area the ladies gloves looked old and one was making a banana split with no gloves . Food was not good, McDonald’s is better in my opinion and the ice cream is horrible quality . You are better off wasting money going to a store and buying off brand ice cream and it tasting better or you going to Dairy Queen or something (and I don’t like Dairy Queen) . At least I tried it, had high hopes but it was no good. I don’t get the “craze “

I've had my fair bit of trouble when ordering from braums, but today was just sad. I start off by pulling up through the drive through and attempt to place an order for a bag of burgers. This led to the lady operating the speaker to give a passive aggressive huff which put me off as thats not the usual response you'd expect when asking for some burgers, but I wasn't trying to start any trouble so I didn't think to much of it. I then payed, received my order, and headed home. When I got home I pulled out the burgers to share with my family, and my niece bit into the burger then said something was off. We then opened the burger and found it to be severely burnt. I'm not sure if this was done on purpose or just coincidence but that initial interaction with the lady taking my order made me feel this was deliberately done as an attempt to get back at me for my order of burgers. I honestly can't even say anything good about my order, experience, nor quality of service. 1/5 stars

Went to Plainview Tx Braums order a banana split it was a pitful one it was all melt and horrible I give it no stars but had to give one coz it wouldn’t let me post take out but we didn’t even last that long in the line so there was no reason for it to be all melted

Go into have hamburger and ice cream had to Ask to get a table clean every table was empty except one and all tables were dirty and it is o’‘clock and I can count 7 people standing from where I am sitting some watch me take the pictures of the dirty tables and still no one has come to clean them and one more couple has sit down to eat. This is not me but this is unexceptable with the hospital full.of COVID
