They were out of crispy chicken and insisted on serving me original instead because they hadn't started frying more crispy chicken yet. Most disappointing, but the biscuits were on point. 🐔

Tried to go through drive thru today on lunch break to grab lunch and was missing my Mac and cheese and my wings were rock hard. Have tried to call multiple times to resolve the issue but can't get anyone to answer the phone.

Took entirely to long to get hot wings. Was told 12 minutes. I was waiting 25 minutes after I had already paid. I was not given my requested hot sauce and the wings were just meh.....

After I placed my order at the drive thru I was asked to pull around and waited 20 minutes so I went back thru drive thru and all I heard was meaningless excuses. If I wasn't there for someone else I'd gotten my money back and went somewhere anywhere else. TRAIN THESE YOUNG PEOPLE. All I ordered was a #5 and a drink. How hard was that? 08/21/18 When your FORK bigger than the CHICKEN. KFC you gotta do better than this. This is bullsh*t.

Just left there on my lunch break highly upset due to me not being able to leave AGAIN to have them remake so I'm forced to eat this or starve. the fries were cold and hard as a rock, like if they were cook yesterday. they 1st was out of original so I had to to take crispy; never gave an Option to wait (which I would have). No BISQUIT!!!! PLEASE AVAOID THIS LOCATION

Tried making an order of 6 regular fried chicken and the lady seemed lazy as hell from the way she was communicating talking about we dont have a 6 piece combo offers so I said thats fine let me get 2 orders of your 3 piece then and she replied with Thats a 25 minute wait like how u gonna sell chicken and have a wait of nearly 30minutes.. the attitude of the big African lady is what did it for me. lazy employe I swear

This was by far the nastiest smelling KFC I've ever eaten at and the nastiest one too.the employees couldn't care less about ANYTHING! will never eat at this particular one ever again. Everything nasty.

I haven't been to Kentucky Fried Chicken in a long time. I ordered the $5 meal. I had to return because they failed to put an eating utensil for the mashed potatoes. Once I did eat my meal, I noticed it was crispy and I ordered original recipe. The mashed potatoes were so watery you could hardly tell they were potatoes and the chicken was so salty you could barely eat it. Also the biscuit was so crumbly you couldn't even pick it up, it would just break apart. My server was very sweet and kind at the drive-thru, which is the only reason they did get one star. But they definitely need to check out what's going on at this location..

Living just a few blocks away and by far the closest KFC to where I live I went there to get food for my family. When I arrived I informed them I had a coupon for an 8 piece meal (that I got in the mail) and they told me "we don't accept coupons here." I told them the expiration date says 12/31/2023 and it was a valid coupon but they refused to accept it and had me pull to the window. At the window I showed them the coupon which clearly says KFC, ans they said that their owner orders them not to take coupons. If true, I definitely do not blame the employees as they only work there, it isn't their fault, bu5 thus owner refusing to accept official coupons is ridiculous, will not go back and I contacted corporate about it!
