Ordered on the mobile app at 9 pm new years eve. When I got there at 9:06 pm they told me they were closed and refused to refund the 20 dollars.. I have reached out on the app twice now and have not received a response. This is only the most recent incident. This has happened before so I suppose I should take some of the responsibility for their poor practices

Hands down one of the worst Taco Bells you can go to. Takes a lifetime for you to get your order weather its drive through, dine in, pick up, or delivery. Order is almost always wrong and its always old. We have given them beyond multiple chances the management or workers simply don't seem to care to get things on the right track either judging by the other terrible reviews and all the complaints being the same. You would think it is rocket science to work at a fast food joint

I was at the drive thru line for 30 minutes, and there were 12 cars also waiting. Waited another 10-15 minutes for my food. almost 40-45 minutes of waiting. Not even road house takes that long. Y’all need to hire more people because that’s CRAZY.

No one at the counter to take orders, or check in for mobile orders. Drive thru and doordash take priority. No sorry for the wait or anything. I waited 10 minutes before I could get anyone's attention. Waited 50 minutes for food. Might as well have gone to a sit down restaurant. Just glad my kids weren't with me.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Our visit started out good guy behind the counter was nice but the others including the manager on duty had no clue on service. We waited over an hour and a half on our food which no one called our name at all instead it was sitting on the counter cold. The girl behind the counter asked her manager what to do. She'll be right over after she gets d one with drive thru orders. We ordered 10 items and spent over 50.00 in store. The manager didn't even apologize nor offer more than to remake it when they had time. If you had mobile order or drive thru order you were waited on right away. Beyond disappointed with this manager and location. Getting our money back wasn't enough especially for the t ime. Employees need to be trained better also. At this point Taco Bell has my business.

I ordered from the kiosk and selected pay cash at counter. I waited for over 15 minutes to find out the order was not even placed because they did not take the payment. If they would have someone at the counter, this would not be a problem. Seems like if Taco Bell would have someone at the counter, these issues would not happen.

I usually don’t rate places this low, but I have my reasoning. This Taco Bell is starting to get disgusting. I just ate my lunch and my tacos were absolutely gross. My food was dripping grease. There is no hot sauce on it, because I don’t put hot sauce on my tacos.

Ordered a chicken quesadilla and a Mexican pizza. Whomever made this you should be fired. I paid $10 for this in Nederland,TX. I'll never go back. Little to no chicken and the "pizza" was missing the tomatoes and was burnt.
