Clean place good service food is as good as you can get from a cafeteria style place

Today my meal was seafood gumbo. It was delicious, well seasoned and flavorful. It was enjoyed greatly! My server was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Thank You LUBY'S!!!

If you have an iron deficiency, get Lubys flFrench Broiled Liver. This is the only place that I eat liver. I like the way it's prepared at Lubys.

The roast beef was very tender and had a very good bold flavor. I liked the texture of the potato salad but my husband thought it was a bit chunky. The corn was really sweet and tender. The green beans were tasty and the garden salad was fresh and crisp. Our waitress was very busy helping so many patrons but was kind, apologetic, and helpful despite working so many tables.

Liver tough and lots of gristle. Mashed potatoes with white gravy very good. Mustard greens very good. Strawberry pie wasn't pie., it was cake in a parfait dish but good. Servers and dining room staff great.

Wait time was absolutely absurd for a piece of chicken had me waiting 20 plus min note I door dash so that take away from other order and money I could be getting wouldn’t recommend picking a order up from here unless your gonna miss out on other orders

I ordered a DoorDash order. Didn’t get my drink, got two sodas instead of lemonade. Didn’t get the ranch I paid for, nor did I get my cucumber salad or the extra gravy. Phone keeps hanging up on me!

We ordered delivery and when it got here no desert but charged. Called to talk to manager but he never came to phone then left message no return call. Next day tried to to talk to manager again same thing had to leave message and never got a return call.

I'm giving it 1 star, because I can't give it zero. I haven't been to Luby's since I was a child. This food is an assault on flavor and taste. Everything is cold and bland. My mom had to ask them to microwave her plate. Eating here for Thanksgiving was a mistake! Never again. Every dish is bad from the appetizer to the dessert. The only thing that isn't trash here is the soda and the water.
