The wi-fi connection was strong for the customers. Service was clean and updated. Staff was very helpful for customers. You can get a coffee anytime if you do a quiz online.
I was eating and I dropped a couple of my hashbrowns and the worker came over and brought me an entire new order without me even asking. They are super friendly and always get my order right!

Like two weeks ago, either I accidentally ordered the $6 meal twice or the app malfunctioned and ordered and charged me twice. Either way, I was told to just take both and come back the next day and they’d give me a free one — already a very nice way of handling the situation. Except I forgot to come back the next day. I came in yesterday, two weeks later, and mentioned it to the same person I had talked to after it happened. She said to just come back tomorrow and she’d give me the meal for free then. It was very kind of her to remember and to do that. Most places would just say it was my fault and/or to take it up with the people who run mobile orders on the app. Almost no one would let two weeks pass and still do that. I really appreciate her kindness and wanted to highlight how she went out of her way to be friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Smaller Dunkin donuts in a very convenient location. Price, service, etc. are typical Dunkers.

Only one person was working, but there were only two people in line (me included). I'd say they need more workers, but they seem to know that too since they had a "hiring" sign up. Not bad.
I love the signature iced lattes here. The food menu has much to be desired but the lattes are a decent value: better than Starbucks. 😝
A standard Dunkin' Donuts coffee shop. You can find all the regular fare here - warm and cold caffeinated drinks, breakfast sandwiches, pastries, and occasionally seasonal items. This is a typical chain store where you always know exactly what you are going to get, for better and for worse.
They are quick and make your coffee right!!! They are also veryvfriendly and polite and remember your order if you are a regular

I'm legally required as a New Englander to give Dunks a positive rating. Yes there is a better cup of coffee and donut out there to be found. But that's not always the adventure you want when you are on the go somewhere. Medium hot regulah and a crullah and you're good to go!

They normally are on point with making my orders, but some of the new employees make me not want to go back.

I don’t understand why the everything bagels at this location barely have everything. They mess up orders and the coffees are a hit or miss that they’ll actually be good.
Dunkin' Donuts is the best quick breakfast restaurant in the Boston area. With its numerous locations and quick service, it is a very convenient option. Sometimes depending on where you go your order is not guaranteed to be accurate, however the vast variety that they offer in breakfast foods makes it still a great option.
Extremely slow service. A line of four people takes over ten minutes, even with a staff of multiple people present. Despite the delay, food is rushed and not well prepared
They were alright. Their bathrooms were locked and required the person working the front to open it for you. The cleanliness is pretty bad as the floors looked dirty and there were paper wrappers and stuff on the counter. Otherwise it was like any Dunkin you've been to.

The last I was there they gave hot coffee but I ordered ice coffee. It's first time they made a mistake.
Atmosphere isn't that great. Loaded with loiders and bums. Windows leak in the rain and baby flies flying around
The woman who does the cashier wears her hair in a pony tail, tan skin.. she is extremely rude and just plain mean. She doesn't speak good English and gets mad at the customer when asked her to repeat hersef! Awful customer service

The charge was 12 for a coffee, a sandwich, and a donut. My moms coffee was a small instead of a large, and the wrong type. And the sandwich had some completely different order. But my donut was fine. The homeless man loved the sandwich. Just realized the coffee my mom got is black, she did not order that and it had no sweetener which she asked for. THE EMPLOYEE WAS RUDE. A guy named Asha was super nice though but the dark skinned lady had a nasty attitude and was rude and ignoring us. My mom knows how to deal with Karen’s though. It was pretty funny. I would love some replies, my discord is Splat<3#4649

DID NOT NOTICE THE POTENTIAL CUSTOMER STANDING RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE COUNTER, EVEN AFTER MOVING TOWARDS THE (2) STAFF MEMBERS ON THE RIGHT & LEFT OF THE COUNTER, DID NOT NOTICE AT ALL. THE PLACE WAS A HUGE MESS AS WELL, BATHROOM WAS ABSOLUTELY 100% ! DISGUSTING ! , IF I HAD THE AUTHORITY TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT AS THE OWNER ! I WOULD REMODEL THE BATHROOMS COMPLETELY ! Don't go in there early. The woman working is rude and slow. Wait until after 7 at least
Place is disgusting. Filled with nice, and fruit flies. Every time you eat a donut, it's probably been crawled all over by at least a dozen flies. Don't bother going here

Below Average. The staff is very rude, and direct. I order a sandwich, and its throw together the bread is supposed to be toasted it wasn't. When my order was done it was literally thrown at on the table. The man making called my number, and reading his eyes seemed very dismissive. The standards at this location is gone. So is my service. The worst Dunkin in existence. This place needs new management and tbh clean house completely. Been coming here off and on for the past few months and never had an employee treat me with much of little respect. Always cold, rude and sharp. It's almost like they despise their customers. Now let's talk about their food. Half the time they would short me, give me a smaller size especially if I order a medium, they would regularly try to pass me a small. The times I ordered iced tea, the tea tasted old and or dirty like the urn was not washed in weeks. Cheese on my go wraps or croissant was rarely melted. Fastforward to today. Large vanilla chi cup is 3/4 full, typical😒 Well finish my breakfast of hashbrowns and blueberry donut and decide to use their restroom because one was unlocked and I know they usually keep them locked down to make the lives of the local homeless population more miserable, but I digress. This was a mistake on my part because apparently there is a less than 5 minute rule for their restrooms. I do my business and decide to splash some water on my face and maybe do my makeup, (rough night, little sleep). Like I said earlier big mistake. Four minutes in employee is banging on the door, "one second I say" and finish up. Seemed to be ignored as I hear here yelling to another employee to unlock the door, which she does and proceeds to barge in on me. These are single stall bathrooms, mind you and what if I was still on the toilet? This is bordering on assault. Seriously this place should be shut down and not reopened until they have workers who know what they are doing and have respect for their customers. Zero stars if I could.

I will call cops.. second .I've never been in that Dunkin donuts in my life, Im here visiting my family member.im not from Boston, so what memories do you have of me. Employees did not let my mom buy a separate cup of mocha with a regular amount of pumps of mocha… they are all clueless. I work at dunking myself and we literally give people that for free…then gave me a blueberry muffin instead of donut…
The staff here don’t speak English very well. I went in looking for the elf on the shelf ornaments this year, and they didn’t know what I was talking about. We always get the elf on the shelf ornaments every year from Dunkin’ Donuts. The first woman could not understand anything I was saying and directed me to the Indian lady in the blue shirt Who also couldn’t understand what I was saying and stopped trying to help me and took her Personal cell phone out to make it seem like she got a call and just walked away saying I have no idea what you’re talking about
