Serrano's Mexican Food

Love this place! As soon as I walk in I'm always greeted and their service is amazing. I've never waited more than 5 minutes for my order. All of the employees do their jobs with a smile on their faces and have great attitudes.

Went in there yesterday to get one of their Açaí bowl. Super yummy and affordable and the service was great there everybody super nice clean store.

wow what a jamba… my smoothie was quite scrumptious and yummy…. the only thing i thought was kind of strange was how good at eye contact one of the employees, sam was… kinda felt like he was staring into my soul, but his cutesy dimples and blending skills eased my nerves. would def smoothie again here.

Michelle and crew went way above and beyond to provide me with an excellent experience! For some reason, my Jamba app wasn't being read by the computer, but they honored the coupon that I was trying to use anyway. Then on the way out, I got caught up on the door and dropped one of my smoothies. As I was frantically trying to clean up the mess, they made me another smoothie to replace the one I dropped! I couldn't believe it! They reassured me that everything was okay and that they would finish cleaning up the mess. It was the kindest and most positive customer experience that I've had in a really long time; maybe ever. I feel so bad that I cannot remember the name of the second team member on shift, but I really want to thank her and Michelle both!

I ordered the the mango-a-go-go and slurped a small piece of wood through my straw. It wasnt a pleasant feeling but when it happend a second time and then a third time. I really got disgusted and didn't want to finish my drink. The servers didn't think much of it except say "sorry". Overall this place need to be more cautious what else falls in to their drinks.

Bummed walked in 10 minutes before closing, and the two girls working said they were our last order pointing to two other people who were standing inside. Didn't want to serve us acted as if they were closed. Then a lady walks in after us and picks up a to go order(even though It said the restaurant wasn't accepting to go orders. Did end up getting served just bummed at their lack of customer service and willingness to want to close before their posting closing time.

The açaí is fermented. Completely rancid. I’m amazed that this was able to be made. The person that made it somehow didn’t smell the fermentation. It smells like alcohol. I’m taking it back.

Horrible experience. I have a medical condition and staff was rude about it. Ordered same drink I ordered dozens of times at other Jamba’s and this location can’t get it right. They told me that is the way it is and take it or leave it. Poway location needs lots of customer service and product knowledge training. Pretty shocking.

The only fresh juice at jamba is Orange juice. They stopped all other fresh juice and it's only frozen stuff going forward. They should stop calling themselves as a fresh juice shop.

Honestly, I don't think I could get worse customer service even if I tried. No worries Jamba, I understand how to make things right. At some point in the future I'll return and place a very large order, then dispute it with my credit card.
