I order from this Domino's quite a bit and I always have a wonderful experience, whether I order delivery or carryout my order is always great. I got the wrong order or bread once and they were very friendly and helpful to get me the right bread and even let me keep the wrong side of bread. I recommend using this Domino's.

Yes this a real person for whoever needs an honest review 2020. Ever since the pandemic hit I would always want something else instead of home cook, this Domino’s is the way to go. Great pizza, they don’t take forever which is nice, the delivery service is good too.
I have no Idea what happens with everyone else but the food from this location always comes to me right! Perfectly prepared and ontime with no hassle. Employees always have a good attitude even when dealing with not so pleasant customers. idk, but i've been ordering for years and they've been consistent. Hard to find businesses that ran properly nowadays so I'm grateful to have this spot close to the home

I had a glitch using a gift card through the Domino's app, which has NOTHING to do with this particular location (it's a corporate issue). Despite it being beyond their control, everyone I spoke to at this location was super polite, helpful, and patient while trying to help me troubleshoot the problem. I was impressed with their professionalism. The pizza is always good obv.

Quartz Hill location is always fast and accurate. Use the online ordering system and our pizza is always made quickly and tastes great. Online ETA was an hour, called the store and asked if they could make it quickly as it was for a pizza party at school and they immediately made my order. Really appreciate the quick response, the kids were super happy.

I don't know why the space from the end of the counter to the wall is so small but it makes me uncomfortable, seriously. It's big enough but I hate it. Anyways, Dominos pizza at night is the best thing ever. Plain cheese, nothing to difficult. You need to understand; Dominos was something else back in the the day. I don't know what they did with the recipe but it works. It tastes better than it used to. When we ordered two large pizzas the guy said 15 - 20 minutes wait time. Me and my dad went back inside after 10; guy asks us what the name was, dad says the name, the pizza comes out immediately. Obviously be patient with these workers cause I only saw like 2 or three last time I went in there but if they say 15 - 20 minutes, check in within 10. If it's not done by then, it's okay but I can guarantee you, you'll get your pizza on time. Anyways. There is nothing else to say; if I could by the dominos and build a bigger space between the end of the count and the wall, I would. Would I change anything else? No. Thanks to the guys working on June 28th at around 9:30 - 10.

However, I ordered from the Dominos in Quartz Hills on 50th St West because I live in between both. And I can honestly say that the pizza was actually really good! Usually they don’t compare to 10th S W domino’s location. However, today everything was beyond perfect and some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. When I arrived, there was a young boy with curly hair. He was very sweet with good customer service. When I looked around, I did not see any other employees there. Which made me think even more that he’s doing a phenomenal job! But overall, everything was perfect and a great experience. Pizza was 10/10 soooo delicious. That kid definitely knows how to make good pizza :)

This location was clean and quiet. I took away a star because there was nowhere to park in the lot, even though there was no customers in the store. The servers are always nice. I took away a star because I observed a worker handling the phone, register, and then putting cheese on a pizza, and packing food all without washing hands/no gloves. An oversight, I'm sure (we all make mistakes). Do yourself a favor and order the Parmesan bread knots. They are OMGEEE good! Their pizza deals are the best in the area. $7.99 for a 2 topping pizza vs. Little Caesar and Pizza Hut is pretty awesome.
Seriously, really appreciate how their quality has gotten so much better! I'm talking about the pizzas. The sandwiches are just OK. Also, they now charge extra for the crushed red pepper. And make sure to change the cut of your pizza to "pie cut" since by default it's now square cut. This location is pretty small. Cleanliness is all right. But they're open late and you're ordering your pizza to go, which is awesome!
Great choice when you want to satisfy a pizza craving and don't want to shell out the price of other pizza shops nearby. Recommend carry out rather than delivery, because Domino's has had a deal on large pizzas (3 topping / $7.99) for as long as I can remember. The only time I order something outside that is when they run their 50% off menu item deals.

This used to be one of my favorite Domino's. Service was good... Still is. But the quality of the food has declined. Clearly, the turnover of employees making the food has impacted the quality. Gotta find another Domino's.

Totally messed up my order. Was supposed to have three ingredients on half, sausage, pepperoni and mushrooms. They totally forgot the sausage and mushrooms ☹️

The order called for extra cheese which was not included. No remedy has been offered, although the delivery person said he would make them aware of the error. Pizza was still good, but we paid for extra cheese and did not get it. Wish we had skipped the salad. It was not that fresh looking and was way overpriced for what we got. Overall, disappointed, but no longer hungry.
Poor service employees super busy i was at the door for 15 minutes ringing the bell and knocking the door nobody came out until i call. Delivery was ok and tipped pretty well. The subs were good. The pizza was AWFUL! For 40 and change I could have a great dinner in or out....sorry.
Ordered cinnamon twist and the worker said I had to pay for the icing cup as it is not included. Online it says its included.
I have had two bad experiences with this particular Dominos. The first time they delivered the wrong order. This time after waiting an hour for delivery in called and they had no record of my order. Nice. They tried to fix the mistake by offering to deliver my order free of charge but proceeded to tell me I would still have to pay for the delivery. This will be the last time I order from this location. My frustration drove me to write this review which I have never been compelled to do prior to this.

Times of closure are lies..or they madame on the phone choose not to serve me..Google says it's open till 12 delivery closes delivery at 11...but they lady said delivery closes at 11.30. And it 10 and pick up done

ok so im not normally one to complain but i had a terribly embarrassing experience tonight at the dominos on west 50th street.So i had looked up the county ebt participating restaurant list so as to avoid this mistake in the first place..and yup there it was. Dominoes on 50th the closest one! so i order for carryout as my children are complaining that they want food call my friend for a ride because its soo cold....only to have them tell me they dont accept ebt. so not only did my friend have to go (no ride) my kids were going to be unhappy and now i feel that i wasted food. i know they said that they dont accept ebt but at least have the decency to remove yourself from a county wide list so u dont lose more customers. they lost me
Good pizza but the staff is incompetent. Online ordering said my order was ready, but when I got there they had forgotten to make the bread bites. This is the third time something like this has happened at this location. Why order ahead if they don't prepare it until you get there?
Discrimination against people with mobility issues. They keep their corporate cars parked in the only handicap spot. Hostile employees when asked to move it for a disabled veteran.
I ordered delivery and tipped online, when the delivery driver came to the door he not asked me but told me 4 times to tip him personally, after giving him 5 dollars he mumbled something under his breath, easily the most entitled person I’ve ever met. Wont be ordering from here again

Racist! African Americans stay away! My young adult son and I visited this establishment and were treated horribly. We were made to feel extremely uncomfortable for simply entering the store. From being meet with an up and down stare to the can I help you with no smile and constantly uncomfortable stares. I will never stop foot in this store ever again and will tell all my family and friends to stay away! I will be writing the corporate office next!
Pay attention to the reviews in this section. I read other reviews saying the same but thought I would give dominos an opportunity the right the wrongs they have made. Unfortunately this was nothing but a waste of time. I spoke to the same manager that was referenced in other reviews and told me to call corporate. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Bad pizza and worse customer service starting with the management. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this establishment. Update; After contacting their corporate office the receptionist was rude and I was put on hold for too long. Absolutely nothing was resolved.
Terrible customer service. We went to pick up an order for our family and was rudely greeted at the counter, then was told I’d have to pay for peppers and cheese (undisclosed amount when asked) then was told they were out of plates. When I left the cashier all but chased me out and condescendingly said “have a great day” we will not be going back here for our Sunday brunches again
Pizza was cold, asked for ceaser salad, they brought me what they had left. A garden salad. 30 bucks plus tip10.00 for cold pizza and wrong salad. Last time I order there. Warmed the puzza in my convection oven. Bits of bacon or something to hard to eat. Pizza was horrible. Trashing the salad to avoid another disappointment
Hot garbage, this location consistently makes my order wrong, as with all dominoes locations there is no such thing when it comes to special order. Absolute hot trash. Also they charge an almost ten dollar delivery fee and still expect the customer to provide a tip for the driver. Dominoes, pay your drivers a living wage if you charge such a fee. I'll not be tipping anymore. Remove this fee and I'll return to it.

Freaking horrible the girl named Genna didn't follow the directions at all we told her not to ring the door bell. We told her to call but she didn't. She also doesn't freaking know how to do math she gave me the wrong amount of money back but she was gone when I realized. She also didn't bring the sauce that we payed for. They need to be more aware of who they are hiring, she ended up getting like a $10 tip she didn't deserve nor did I want to give to her. Overall the service is horrible.
I'm not going to go to this Domino's location anymore. The tracker app is never accurate and they rarely make my pizza right. I usually just deal with it and fix it at home but I really should not have to do that.
After two and half hours, never received the order. I called three times and received three lies. First lie after an hour, the pizza (just one LG pizza, nothing crazy) just came out of the oven, so we waited. The second lie, Pablo left a few minutes ago, this is now an hour and a half. Now after two hours, still no delivery, still no pizza. At two hours and fifteen minutes, still no Pizza another call, another lie, Pablo shows he’s on the other side of the neighborhood. Now, at two and a half hours, No dinner, someone could have walked from the Dominos to my house quicker. Never received my order, so not only did I waste time waiting for a dinner, now I have to deal with the bank for the fraud, Dominos took the money and never delivered.
Update: its been two weeks since i made a formal complaint to Dominos corporate w/ no response. Clearly Corporate doesnt care. I initiated a charge back to my credit card company as they never refunded me for something they never gave me. the Tracker is not a true real time tracker. here is my stories. (2 of them several weeks apart) Story #1: I Ordered Pizza and breadsticks trying to work around my lunch hour at work. Tracker said my order was ready come in and get it.. i leave work 10 min away arrive and they tell me that my order hasn't even been started and they are sorry but a huge order came in before me but they will make it right now and it will be ready in 12-15 min. I told them i could not wait and to just to make it and ill show up before noon to pick it up (i'll sneak out of work and just get it). Well, I arrive an hour later and they made up another excuse. Told them just to forget it and i left as i had to get back to work no refund no coupons for future orders Whatever! Story #2: Same as above however i ended up waiting 15 min after the tracker said my order was ready and to come inside and it wasnt even started.. I have also complained to corporate 4 days ago with no response so in sense, Dominos ripped me off $21. Keep in mind the pizza is good but the service is horrible and corporate doesnt care, the local franchise manager doesnt care either when u want to make a complaint or want a refund on an order you didnt get.
Update: OK the hot dog chain has coupons that make their prices fair....almost the same prices as 3 years ago...Dominos is still too greedy, even with coupons (almost double the price on a 5 item large). I will go to Rigatony's next door for a way better Pizza. (Old) There are a few Greedy Companies that I have quit going to. This is one of them. Even at 1/2 off their pizza is still expensive. For what Domino's want for a pizza I will go across the street for a "much" better pizza. The Hot dog chain (W), and the Golden Arches (Mc) are also examples of corporate greed. I use to pay $11 for a large 5 item pizza..then it went to $13 (no problem I do know about inflation) then Domino's wanted $15...Now !!! its $17+ for the same pizza at "Half Off !!" Other companies are "not" that Greedy....I will eat there.
Placed a curbside pick up order, arrived and received message that our order would be right out. It never came. After 10 minutes, I went into the store where there were four employees and no customers. Asked for my curbside pick up. Pizza was cold and disgusting when we finally got home.
Was told 30 min for delivery of 3 chicken pastas. Hour and a half later and still nothing. Called them and was told must of got delivered somewhere else if I didn't have it n that was it . Was outside with my 2 year old ringing the bell. The guy just glanced up and continued what he's doing. Another worker came by and opened up the door. Then the first guy mumbled something with this grin... Not sure what that was about. But then we get the carbonara home and it's like half the normal serving. My wife's favorite dish so we've had it several times at several locations. Not sure if I'll be back to this one.
Last several orders have been coming out worse and worse. This place used to be consistent with quality. Here's an order we received with a bubble that took up nearly two slices. I called, spoke with "Nick" at this location and he refused to remake the pizza. No resolution offered. Overall, just a poor experience.
Has somebody who lives right behind the store? I frequently order here but the last two times including today have been a total disappointment. There is one particular staff member who is rude and comes off as extremely inconvenience. They’re not friendly and they are not welcoming. Honestly, I wish I knew what this person worked so I wouldn’t order from y’all for pick up at the end of the day, I’ve never had a problem except for this one person and the past 2 times. This is also the worst looking pizza or two giant bubbles that I’ve ever picked up from here .
I order 2 pizza with some wings and cinnamon twist, the cinnamon twist had buffalo sauce and diffently didn't had a quality check and yes I didn't request buffalo sauce on my cinnamon twist, must we check everything infront of them and do their job as well

I ordered a few pizzas here for delivery and received them in a reasonable amount of time. Credit where credit is due. One was a plain cheese pizza for the kids as that is all they'll eat. The 8 year old complained that the pizza was so spicy it was burning her mouth. I kinda felt like she was overacting. I felt like an ass when my 3.5-year old started freaking out and crying because HIS mouth was burning as well. I decided to eat a slice and can confirm the pizza had somehow been contaminated with jalapeño or peppercinni. I called and was super cool about the situation. I simply wanted the pizza replaced so the picky kids could eat. After being on hold for 8 minutes, the call disconnected. I called back and spoke to a young woman who had me on the phone with the manager within a minute (their choice, I didn't ask for her specifically), and her general attitude was I'm wrong (I guess I must've been lying) and that it's impossible for there to have been anything spicy on the pizza. She told me to bring the pizza in so she could verify, to which I replied I had paid for delivery and that it would be appropriate for them to have someone swing by with the replacement and that they could take what was left of the spicy pie with them. She said it would be at least an hour and a half. That's ridiculous, considering I already paid, and I'm right around the corner. I'm dealing with kids and everything else, hence the delivery. After her generally bad attitude and insinuations that I was trying to lie to score some free pizza, I agreed to go there in person. So I arrived about 10 minutes after hanging up, and they already had a replacement pizza ready to go! Hooray! However, after the manager fought so hard against providing decent customer service, I insisted I talk to her face to face. Would you believe it? She had JUST clocked out. She was still there, though, so I proceeded to call her out. I made the trip thanks to her. She should have to deal with this directly. She came out after I blasted her for trying to hide. At this point, I'm obviously pissed off. Her smug attitude continued as she opened the pizza and stated that there was, in fact, no hot sauce or peppers! Of course, there weren't. But, something accidentally found its way onto that pizza and into my kids' mouths somehow. The whole time I'm interacting with this woman, a young lady cutting the pizza behind her was smirking and smiling like this whole ordeal is funny. Overall, these women are ruining that franchise and putting their own jobs at risk. Maybe they don't care! That's fine, but they should quit instead of cutting corners and putting people through situations like this. The best part was when I got home and decided to look at the receipt. There was a special note under the pizza order that said ***clean pizza cutter plz***. I wish I could upload the picture (I just realized I could upload images)! Someone clearly knew this was a possibility and likely the cause of this issue! And yet they treat me like I'm some petty liar trying to scam them out of a pizza. Take your money elsewhere and support a business that doesn't laugh at toddlers and small children consuming jalapeños and experiencing genuine discomfort.
I placed an order here because I was out of town and this by far the WORST Domino's I've ever had experience. These are the pizzas I asked for and what I got. I'll let you be the judge if you would eat this.
Last several orders have been coming out worse and worse. This place used to be consistent with quality. Here's an order we received with a bubble that took up nearly two slices. I called, spoke with "Nick" at this location and he refused to remake the pizza. No resolution offered. Overall, just a poor experience.
I order 2 pizza with some wings and cinnamon twist, the cinnamon twist had buffalo sauce and diffently didn't had a quality check and yes I didn't request buffalo sauce on my cinnamon twist, must we check everything infront of them and do their job as well
Has somebody who lives right behind the store? I frequently order here but the last two times including today have been a total disappointment. There is one particular staff member who is rude and comes off as extremely inconvenience. They’re not friendly and they are not welcoming. Honestly, I wish I knew what this person worked so I wouldn’t order from y’all for pick up at the end of the day, I’ve never had a problem except for this one person and the past 2 times. This is also the worst looking pizza or two giant bubbles that I’ve ever picked up from here .
I ordered a few pizzas here for delivery and received them in a reasonable amount of time. Credit where credit is due. One was a plain cheese pizza for the kids as that is all they'll eat. The 8 year old complained that the pizza was so spicy it was burning her mouth. I kinda felt like she was overacting. I felt like an ass when my 3.5-year old started freaking out and crying because HIS mouth was burning as well. I decided to eat a slice and can confirm the pizza had somehow been contaminated with jalapeño or peppercinni. I called and was super cool about the situation. i dont know what the deal is with this location but the delivery drivers constantly mark their orders as delivered when the are not, you can watch them return to the main store and the order tracking stops. "we are busy so the drivers mark it early" doesnt work when the pizza is late as hell and cold, and i can clearly see them drive off to k and 40th when my order is over off 70th. this has happened now the fifth time. corporate needs to surprise visit this location and fire some people because at this point im not sure what will get through to current management that this straight up sucks. go elsewhere, the quality sucks, the delivery sucks, calling the store sucks, and the app reimbursement is a joke as they dont factor in delivery fees, just file a chargeback. screw this place.
I’ve been a devout dominos customer for years now. The pizza I got today did not meet the standard I’ve been used to from this and other locations. The dough had no rise and was hard like cardboard and there was only one person working the place who seemed to be overwhelmed with orders. I’m very disappointed in this location for not giving its employees the support and training they deserve.
I live is South Dakota and had a 77 dollar order placed on my card and the store won't even answer horrible service
Walked in screen said our pizzas were ready the male employee asked our name looked for our pizzas walked to the other male employee asked our name agin 2 more times I showed him our name on the list of ready orders he continued to ralk to the other male employee a female employee came into the area they all are talking NO ONE HAS SAID ANYTHING TO US. So its been like 10 mins of them asking our name and talking to each other they decided they need to remake our pizzas still NOT one work to us no apology nothing "its gonna be another 12 mins the lady told us you can have 1 soda" ok there is 2 of us and no one has even said sorry or tell us what is going on... just AWFUL service!
I placed a curbside pizza order and was waiting in my car for a long time before the order said it was completed. I had to go inside and they said they couldn’t find my order, and then they said they had to remake the pizzas because they got stuck on the screen. They told me they’d bring it out to my car in 5 mins, but after waiting another 20 mins I went inside, and told “we TOLD you we had to remake it and to wait.” Just a horrible experience!
If I could give less I would never had a problem ordering and getting food. On 3/20/25 my wife ordered food. App said ETA 805PM it would be delivered. She waited and called at 820pm and told give it 10 more minutes. She called at 840pm given the run around. She asked to speak to the store manger and was told she's getting ready to clock out and it's against the law since she's about to leave. Told again give it 10 more minutes. We leave about 5 min from the place. It's 850pm and still no food. It will probably be cold. It's not a holiday or weekend and slowest delivery ever.

I'm not going to go to this Domino's location anymore. The tracker app is never accurate and they rarely make my pizza right. I usually just deal with it and fix it at home but I really should not have to do that.
