Got some breakfast with my son this morning and we had a couple of questions and she answered them all but what stuck with me is, everywhere you go it seems no matter what you say or do, people who are supposed to be professional while working. But this morning, even though we had questions and she had to spend more than 30 seconds with us she was very polite and she gave us the best answers and options she had. She was even apologetic when she couldn't do something we asked her about. I wish I had gotten her name. It was so nice to be treated like a human being from this location

Busy times it can be hectic, but they are good people working there. No complaints on the food, and they don't give attitude from what I have seen. Usually, they get things done and never had a mistake on an order here.

6/30/24 I stopped into the store to review the prices after the wage increase. A Big Mac combo $11.49 I got the 2 MacDouble for $3.99. Not that good. I stopped in to try the new Big Mac. It was good. ____ I have been having a Big Mac attack for a few days now. I got one here. It was very fresh and good. It hit the spot.

Update: 4-1-25 I ordered freshly cooked filet-o-fish sandwiches, with extra tartar sauce. and freshly cooked fries. I told the server (Francisco) that I am old and I remember when the fish sandwiches were hot, and I would love to have hot fish sandwiches...Francisco said I will personally see to it that they are fresh and hot, and they were. It also looks like they have reduced the price of their large fries. They use to be $6.20 now they are $5.29 (great to see prices going lower instead of higher). This was going to be my last visit to a McDonalds but after today I will be a repeat customer in the future. Francisco was polite and made me feel like a welcome guest. GREEDY !!! GREEDY !!! Update: 3-25-24 Food was good prices were B.S. McDonalds wants $6 for a large fry...Corporate Greed has set in !!!. Across the street (CJ's) they are only $4.39 for a large fry. I will not go to McDonalds anymore...the food is good but "not" that good..Also "No" more free refills. !!! SMH 4-3-23 Fail ordered Fresh Food...it was lukewarm...Cook was sloppy (should have took a photo) maybe it was the toddler crew (4-3-23 6pm) and they thought I could not type...or find Google Reviews...Fail McDonalds Wow !! I came here on 3-6-23 for the Filet-o-Fish deal.....I asked for freshly cooked fries...I noticed it was taking a while with my order...and thought {are they freshly cooking the fish ?}...OMG they were !!...5+ Stars...Staff was top notch...the Food was Hot & Delicious...OMG They follow the "Recipe" and the "Procedure" timing is everything...and these guys have mastered it. I came through late for the dinner rush, I specially ordered beef for my dog and they made sure to make it how he liked....Tyler in the drive thru was great....

Went yesterday to the drive through. 2 cars ahead of us. it took 25 minutes to get to The order window & another 5 minutes to get a Big Mac, double cheeseburger & order of fries.

The drive thru is pretty chaotic. There are two ways to enter but only one lane. And you can't really tell who got in line first and with no employee helping there were upset people.

Order is almost always correct, great when ordering several meals or with kids. Line can become quite long and take a minute especially when nearby schools are releasing

I love their Frappuccinos parfait yogurt I love their grilled chicken sandwiches you don't eat bread and take it off real chicken less calories people they're really nice. They now serve breakfast 24 hours a day

The employees are always nice and welcoming. We get cold fries every now and then, but they always make it right once it's brought go their attention.

The workers were friendly and the food was good. However, the past few times I visited, they messed up the order, it would seem any kind of speacial request throws off the order takers.

Ur typical McDonald's food. Service at this location is always good. I gave 4 stars because I order the same thing every time and its not always consistent. Sometimes get a ton of sauce and other times feels like they almost forgot.

Well as far as McDonald's go this one of the better ones. It's less busy which means you can usually get your food faster. The quality of the food is still sub-par, but that is not the staffs fault, McyDees just doesn't provide quality products, everything is meant to cut cost, and it shows.

I order online but I decide to eat there, the place were alone no one there and I noticed a lot of flies, they don't have any fountain drink available and ice cream, I have to drink iced tea with my meal!

Service was good 2017 to early 2019. After that, not customer friendly. Got my order wrong on two visits. Quarterpounder was like a piece of wood. If you have the time and patience, demand the staff to grill you a fresh one. They won't like it but you'll get it. The area is always busy when kids our out of school which is around 2 pm onwards...use the app if you really dig mickeydees.

Icecream machine never works past a certain time. So they say. When I ordered for pick up it said, "we'll see you in 4 minutes." I really don't mind waiting a few extra minutes but 20 minutes after saying 4. That is too long.

Quick going through the drive thru. We all love Mc Donald's fries so I was a little disappointed that they were not fresh. I guess it happens sometimes so I won't hold it against them, but isn't this Fries Month or something and we even get free fries if you order online?

I ordered an Egg McMuffin with Sausage. Got home and there was no egg. I had to make an egg at home for the sandwich I bought.

Of course I love Mc Donald's, don't we all? Or the majority of people do. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because they are always, always forgetting an item or giving us something we didn't ask for. Always. It gets annoying especially if you don't check your bag because you are in a hurry, or there's a long a__ line behind you and you don't want to be rude and hold people up! Ugh, just thinking about it gets me mad! But I still Love those Big Macs.

Slow drive thru (only can handle 1 car at a time it seems) and usually has a harder time than other locations getting order right on more than one occasion. If i say no whip for example I dont wanna pull up wait 10 mins and see manager just scoop it off because employee made it wrong. First off what if customer were allergic? Remake is policy but they take short cuts there! Plus the slow service is just why I avoid this location

Went today and it was a little packed but it was lunch time, I ordered at the kiosk and waited about 10 min for my order. I needed my cups still and asked the girl who seemed to be the manager and she yelled at the cashier to “make sure he gives the cups out” but in a very rude tone I spoke up and said “I paid at the kiosk and he did not know” I’m not sure why she is so rude to all the employees but when you are a leader make you are leading you’re restaurant by example toe everyone and demonstrating respect and integrity to customers and employees.

Consistant good quality of their food, but the size of the fillet of fish is hilarious. I haven't had one in years and now they look like a child's portion. Prices also seem to be higher than other fast food

The girl was very courteous, unfortunately, I really wanted breakfast n since I made it there at 10:30, since I had been waiting in like for 10 mins, no breakfast! I didn’t want anything else, so I just waisted my time.

They said my order 3 times, how wanted it, but gave me the wrong sandwich. It was through the drivethrou. When I got home it was to late for me go back and get what I wanted. I called 5 time and no answer. I don't think they care.

Please make sure the orders are correct.. or maybe its the speaker in the drive through i wanted the 2 for 3.50 chicken sandwiches.. i got the sausage mcmuffins.. great way to start the day..

I love Mac coffee, but; it seems their coffee machines don't work, most of the times coffee is "warm" not "hot" as it is supposed to be. Is only after I drove the drive through that I realize it.

Every time I go here, I go to the drive thru. And every time my order is not what I ask for. They just can't get it right. This has happened at least 5 times. When I get home I don't have it made the way I asked.

Very slow. Had to wait almost 20 mins to place order, people in the back were too busy clowning around. There was 1 car in the drive thru when I went inside, no customers inside, and I stood there for 20 mins before someone in back finally came to the register. Waited another 15 mins for my order to be completed. Simple order, 2 McDoubles and a larger fry. I give 2 stars only because the fries were good. The burgers had NO catsup sauce, 1 pickle and the meat was completely dried out, as if the burger patties were over a day old. Next time, I will go to the Carl's Jr. across the street.

Takes forever to get anything when you mobile order. 20min for one cup of coffee. They told me they prioritize the drive through which is true if you watch how inside people are treated vs the drive through so if you go in or mobile order expect a very long wait. DONE WITH MD. Eat healthy at home everyone and safe tome and money.

I have a suggeston! How about you remove your advertisement for shakes at the speaker box & post they are not being served. Twice in 2 weeks I drove through & ordered a shake only to be told you are not serving them at this time, which now seems permanent as it is now week 3. 1st time I got stuck in a long line & the other I was lucky enough to back out. I will not be returning. Other drive thru’s have shakes that are just as good & they are serving them!

It seems to almost always be a hassle to pre order on the app and walk in to pick up.... there is a good chance they forget about me, or seem to not have the order ready and I wait longer then if I walked in or went through the drive thru... Nevertheless, the sausage MCgriddles were spot on.

Placed my order the evening of 01/13/21 about 5:00PM. Was told the total paid with (2) $20.00 gift cards was told I didn't have a balance on either card. Purchase was $28.12 which left an $11.88 balance on (1) card. Questioned it and was given back a card. Pulled into the parking lot called and checked balance on card given to me $0.00. Which meant I was given the used card and the card kept had the balance. Called into the store and was told they would bring it out to me. And they did. BOTTOM LINE IS THEY TRIED TO STEAL FROM ME!! BUYER BEWARE!

I order from this one at least six times a month through uber eats. And I always call them after I get my food to let them know they miss something or some things in my order. Why? Didn't they tell the driver so that the driver could contact me and ask me if it was something else I wanted instead of what they don'thave. I'm Charged don't get what I paid for but I'm charged.🤬

I just purchased (2) QPC and I rush home to eat and freaking found out they sold me QP with out cheese you freaking pay high prices now days for them to screw your order not to put cheese on the freaking QPC, by the way the fries they were hot but with an old taste of old oil. Once again I went here and their Soda machine isn't adding the bubbles to the drinks.. they gave me the wrong drink and worse, it was flat soda. 2 weeks ago They said it wasn't working correctly, , last night Nothing was said. Clearly the mgr hasn't had it fixed.. I asked AGAIN for Fresh HOT fries.. the top 3 were warm, the rest cool to cold. PLEASE, whoever OWNS THIS PLACE, GET BETTER MANAGEMENT..

Order was not correct, service slow catered more to drive thru than walk in. No Iced tea available, granted they were SUPER busy but, seemed to have enough staff just not well organized. Should have 1 person per station and 2 for cooking 1 for putting together two for packaging food. Seemed like they were not assigned stations to keep up, they were bouncing from spot to spot. When slow then dining cashier should bag food but when customer comes in then stop and take dining customers orders. So frustrated at time it took that I scrapped off as much cheese as I could to not eat it. I ordered no cheese, coffee with creamer. Had to ask for creamer, ugh! So disappointed.

Who likes to wait almost 20 minutes for a burger, nuggets, fries, and a drink? If you do, stop by this spot. Not sure if it was a bad day or not but it ruined my whole lunch break. Will think twice in the future. Nuggets were cold but I didn't have time to go back and complain

I really love McDonalds coffee and the affordability. Drove through this location on a cold morning while out of town and asked for a pump of French Vanilla in my Hot Coffee and was told flavors could only be added to Iced Coffee ?! Found that rather odd because I’ve ordered and received it at all other locations ?! The coffee was cold, bitter and definitely not up to normal McDonald’s standards. Will not be driving thru here again 🤨

says they are open till 1 am was here at 12:08 they are all closed up. drive thru closed. i always come here. someone got lazy tonight. employee cars are here. assuming they just closed until they can clock out. must be nice to close whenever you feel like. lol

They refused to give me a courtesy cup of water. I ordered a 15 dollar meal so why did they refuse to give me a courtesy small cup of water? They said I had to pay them for a small cup of water that they don't offer courtesy cups of water. Are they living in the twilight zone? I went to the McDonald's in Palmdale CA on West Ave N and was very disappointed with my visit. I ordered a big Mac meal with extra mac sauce which cost .50. Which I did not mind because I was getting extra sauce. I also ordered a Fil-A O-Fish meal but I wanted the tartar sauce on the side. I was told that I would be charged .39 just to have my tartar sauce on the side and not on the sandwich. That is absolutely ridiculous. Why would I have to pay just because I want the sauce on the side!... So I ordered the Fil-A O-Fish meal with no tartar sauce and when I get the food the fish sandwich had tartar on it!... I'm sad to say that I won't be returning to this location. Its sad to nickel and dime your customers to death. And to have workers that can't get orders right.

This location has he worst customer service of any McDonalds I've gone too. The milkshake machine machine is always down. I rarely go to McDonalds because the food is so bad, but I had a taste for a sausage McMuffin. So I went over and ordered a breakfast meal. I asked for an orange juice for the drink because I don't drink soda or coffee. They told me there was a $1.70 upcharge for the orange juice. I checked the price of a coffee which was $1.40. So they wanted to charge me $3.10 for a small orange juice. Yeah right, I said no thank you, I'll just get the sausage mcmuffin and a water. They tried to charge me $.30 for the water. I asked for the manager and he told me I have to pay for the cup. I asked if this was a joke. He said if I bring my own cup he wouldn't have to charge me. I'M DONE WITH MCDONALDS FOR GOOD! They are a complete joke now.

The experience here was horrible I will not be going back to this one and I will be telling people not to go to this location again. My order was wrong and I told the lady at the window and she told her supervisor and she kept questioning our order in which I keep explaining than she called the cashier and forgot what we order and instead of just saying sorry and giving us the right order they kept us there for over 10 min just to figure it out the supervisor just kept giving us attitude thru out the whole time than on top of all that the food was old and cold we ended up correcting the order more than 3 time when it should of been right the first time.this will be the first and the last time I will be going to this mcdonald's your employees(especially the higher management ) need to be more respectful to there customers.

My complaint is for the night crew.I got the most dried out burgers and I'm assuming they were old, Constantly out of main ingredients, takes about 25 minutes to receive and order and manager thought the window was closed (dont know if this was directed at me or not) and dropped a couple f bombs while talking and then proceeded to read off my order with an attitude. Before they used to close this place an hour or so early until I'm assuming someone complained. By far one of the worst restaurants I've been to in a while and I'm not gonna bother saving myself 10 min and drive to the other McDonalds. Side note if the profanity was directed towards me, if you're having that hard of a time with people showing up about an hour before closing and wanna give someone attitude for making a food run for people, you should step aside and allow the opportunity for someone who actually wants to work hard the job opportunity.

I was unable to pay with american currency, (cash)they wanted me to pay with debit card. I asked the manager for the phone number to corporate she told me to look it up, then gave me the wrong number, called to tell her, she put me on hold for over 15 minutes then came on and gave me a different wrong number. tried calling back but now she doesn’t answer. the manager was a rude lady .

After waiting in their 20 minute drive thru they got my order wrong. I park really quick and got it of my car to get it corrected, and left my purse in the car. The lady inside refused to correct my order without me paying more, because they took my order wrong and i didn't the price for the meal. Since I left my purse in the car and I was in a hurry they wouldn't correct their error. The lady also told me if they said my order in the drive thru and I missed the fact that they had it wrong it was my fault. I find it ridiculous that these people complain about not having a livable wage, however they've completely forget anything about customer service.

Every time I come here its 20 min wait. I'm currently in line with 2 people a head of me at midnight and I've still been waiting for 20 min. Seriously I have worked fast food if you don't have the order park it or get new employees that can get the job done. Definitely don't deserve 10$ and hour for a 20 min wait at midnight. Smh.

Why do I keep coming here? I must like to be disappointed... My nieces and nephews wanted Mickey D's, so we caravan over. The line was really light for Saturday at 10pm. I was 3rd. Great! The person taking the order asks if I'm using a mobile code. I did and he asks for my order. I had a bogo coupon, so I asked for 2 Big Macs. The person responds "We're out of Big Macs...". Why not tell me that before I use my code? Why not say "Welcome to McDonald's, we're out of Big Macs..."? So I order something else (and the rest of my order) and ask for it fresh. I knew better, but asked anyway for an apple pie. "We don't have apple pies". You NEVER have apple pies! Tangent, whenever I come here, they NEVER have apple pies. They have nasty guava and strawberry cream pies, all the time, but NEVER have apple. I'm talking early in the day, 12pm, 4pm, 6pm, 8pm, NEVER. Back to tonight... I get to the front window and forgot to order a Hi-C orange. I politely explained that I forgot and asked if I could order 1. The server said yes, no problem. I told him I had exact change for the trouble. His Manager, however said a rude no. He apologized, whatev... My fries were piping hot. Bomb. My fish sandwich was mushy w/too much tartar sauce. I asked for it well done/crispy. It wasn't...

I go there just for the frappe or shake after I get off at 10 pm ..everytime they say they are deep cleaning the frappe machine..isn't it just a blender? Or no shakes because it's broken..then I have to wait through the line just to get out..soo frustrating then they cop a minimum wage I don't care attitude..and this is from the manager at the time..male with blond hair..ugh

Typically, when it is just one time where a fast food restaurant makes a mistake, I’m not the person to complain. However, when every time I go to this McDonald’s there is some thing wrong, I’m going to complain. Someone might ask why I continue to go there… But when you are the only McDonald’s near my house and my kids happen to love the food for their special treat, I’m not typically willing to drive the distance to a different restaurant. So, I will complain here, hoping that somebody sees this and begins to get that restaurant’s business together. Whether it’s giving me the wrong drinks, forgetting someone’s burger, or leaving out the fries, I’ve experienced it all at this location. Their staff isn’t friendly and the manager on duty always looks clueless. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAGS BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE DRIVE THRU.

These clowns aren't worth $2.50 an hour let alone $25 an hour. They let your food sit and get cold for over 10 minutes instead of bringing it out curbside. They also expect you to pay for refills.

Terrible service, they refused to validate my app when I bought a Frappe! They refused to throw away some trash and they don't have a trash dispenser at the end of the drive thru! There's plenty enough other food places where I get better service in the same area and there's plenty of other McDonald's if I really want something from them!

Place in Palmdale has been filthy the last two times we have been there. Now there is a sign saying no free refills. They charge an arm and leg for soda and make around a 300% profit on it and we can’t get a free refills. Took 15 minutes to get our fast food today and it was literally egg McMuffins. Staff was to busy playing in their cell phones.

My wife pulled up with the grandkids, placed the order, and was told to pull into spot #4 where the food would be delivered to the car. That didn't happen. The food never showed up. My wife went inside after about twenty minutes and it was obvious that they had no intention of delivering the food. Total waste of time. It was getting dark, and my wife does not drive at night. She gathered the food and left. The house is only two miles from the McDonald's, but upon arriving the food was cold. Also missing was an expensive drink that was paid for. My wife called the store manager, who would not provide her name. The 'manager' told her she could come back. Not happening at night. The 'manager' then mysteriously disappeared from the phone without explanation, but the call was still active. My wife hung up and tried calling back three times over 15 to 20 minutes...busy signal. Totally pathetic, dysfunctional communication, pitiful attitude. Disgraceful, but all too common type of treatment these days. It's not worth visiting this establishment.

Went here for breakfast at 10 am. They were sold out of breakfast items. No sign posted or any forewarning. And despite the two cars in front of me not ordering anything it still took another 15 minutes to get through the drive thru. Trash location.

Was getting food at a non busy time, nobody in drive thru, they made me park in a spot out front so their timer in the Drive-Thru doesn't show that they take too long, I asked the guy about it and he said oh yeah, it makes our managers look good. I'm sorry but how about putting the customer first and not your Managers for what reason? Honestly, a $16 meal at McDonald's is not worth it. I wasn't even buying it for myself. It was for one of my workers doing a job for me and honestly I will never ever go back to McDonald's especially this one. Food is garbage. Not even real food, and In-N-Out is fresh and a hundred times better in my opinion and half the price. Just check out the boxes when they deliver the food grade E meat, why would anyone knowingly eat that? Disgusting. And on top of all that these workers are making $20 an hour to do what? $20/hr is gonna lead to unemployment. I placed my order on the app. When I arrived to the location I let the app know... 15 minutes later I had to walk into the store and ask for my order which hadn't even been made yet. They were overwhelmed with 3 customers in the dining room and 5 cars in drive thru.

The new little paper bags that they are using for the French fries now are such a rip off, you get significantly less food and are paying almost $7 for a large which in reality is the size of a medium and they can’t even fill it up all the way. I’ve only seen these bags used at this location, so I am weary of even going back to spend any more money there. Price gouging people and giving them less food than they paid for is ridiculous. Super disappointing

This is the worst Mcdonalds in Palmdale. Rude staff and they charge for a soft drink refill. Not just a small refill fee but you have to buy A WHOLE NEW CUP just to get another refill. That is ridiculous.

After watingon mobile and waiting on slot number, food was brought out. I asked for condiments and was told i had to pay for such(bbq sauce 1) I said it was fine and would pay the .39cents and it was never brought out. After seeing young girl come out again i asked where was my sauce and was told to go inside and get it my self. Very bad service. Was very upset my self!!

The 3 Employees working Friday Jan 27th 24 are very rude, would not talk through drive through order. And when i drove to the window at 12:40 They would not take My order even though the sign says 2am on Fridays. They said it was a new rule they stop work at 1am, so they can leave at 2am. I told them they are suppose to be open until 2am that's what signs says and internet says. 2am. They were very rude.

I ordered a 10-piece chicken nugget crispy chicken deluxe. It took me over half an hour to receive my food. The food was cold. And when I asked for the sauce that was missing from my order. They told me I'd have to wait in line again and pay again for the sauce.

Short story long, I wanted to impress my date with fine dining this morning for breakfast. I went to the drive through because we wanted to take our food to eat in Apollo Park, then toss our left overs to the ducks (I hope they don't get diabetes). I ordered 2 Deluxe breakfast platters. I was the only one in line. I was handed the bag and I quickly looked inside, there were no forks and I asked for them. I drove away and when I got to the park, I noticed other things were missing too; no syrup for the pancakes, no sugar for the coffees, no cream (half and half), no ketchup, no Mexican salsa packets (actually they are red vinegar packets). They ruined my opportunity of impressing my date. I think this is a corporation wide strategy to save a penny here and there because they know you will call them names and cuss at them until your heart content, and you are coming back anyways, except me.

I go to McDonald’s for my SFV iced coffee, it’s rare when I buy food from here. I went tonight to get 5 double cheeseburgers, a spicy chicken, S and M fry and and a 4 piece nugget. I was missing a double cheeseburger and the S fry. I tried calling 4 times and they never picked up the phone.

In n out is faster than this place. Manager stands around, drinking, or kissing her partner on the floor. Everytime i place a mobile order, i give them an hr to have it done. I have to arrive to the place & tell them to do my order & wait another 30-40 mins to get my mobile order!! This place has about 10 people in the kitchen but is always somehow slow?? service is so bad

Quality and service is always an issue here. Ordered 2 Fillet-O-Fish and 2 fries (no salt...due to high blood pressure) tried to order 2 milk shakes. No milkshakes again ! Haven't been able to get a milkshake from here in over a year! The machine is always being cleaned...for this, shakes should be removed from the menu! Was directed to park in front. Waited 20 minutes watching others come and go. Food finally showed up and was told it was nice and fresh. Drove home 2 miles and unpacked cold fries. The fish was half way off the bun (just thrown together) and of course no shakes! Unfortunately, cold and trashed food is the price you pay for the convenience of Drive Thru!

Won't honor McDonalds food tickets because they "aren't McDonalds." They're McMarro's. ????? Slow service Run out of spoons Fries come in smaller bags instead of rigid cups (less fries) No more free refills No one works the counter No employees pay attention to customers when they need something. Needed to add on a happy meal after my toddler saw the sonic toys in the happy meals on a sign.. I got to the window to pay, mind you there was no line and she told me she can't add on at the drive thru paying window. I had to go back through drive thru to order the happy meal for my son.

I do not know how you burn a burger patty when all they do slap a patty on a conveyor belt cooker. Owner should Check under the hat and between the ears. They gave me some potato chips (shaped like fries) with the mound of salt that was delicious as a horses Salt lick. What a pleasure!

Absolutely Revolting. I’ve never been more disgusted in my life. I went to the McDonald’s on Avenue N in Quartz Hill, California, and ordered a McMuffin—simple enough, right? WRONG. I took a bite and immediately felt something weird. I pulled it out of my mouth and, to my horror, there was a sticker lodged inside the sandwich. Not on the wrapper—inside the actual food. I nearly puked right there. How does a sticker even end up in a McMuffin unless nobody back there is paying attention to basic hygiene? If they’re this careless, what else is going into the food that we don’t see? This isn’t just gross—it’s a health hazard. I reported it, but honestly, that whole place needs to be inspected. I’m never coming back, and if you value your stomach (and your sanity), steer clear of this location.

This place sucks!!!!! I usually order a deluxe crispy sandwich from other McDonald's and always get a thick piece of chicken breast BUT this McDonald's is complete trash, see picture of the crispy chicken sandwich absolutely no white meat, I don't even know what the hell this is. It's just this McDonald's, they cut corners and still charge a premium. Go to a different McDonald's. This is the 3rd time this happens at this McDonald's.

Literally idk what it is but nobody works with a sense of urgency. Yes they are mc Donald’s and people regardless are going to come but it’s FAST food but you have me waiting in my drive through for 30 mins . The part that I hate the most and it never fails when you get to the window nobody greets you or even acknowledges you the just ignore you when you get to the window. It’s frustrating because I want to get in and out.
