I would say i go here pretty often, once a week. Customizations on your order mean absolutely nothing to them because they NEVER do them. And they ALWAYS forget something from my order 9/10. Today was the English muffin from my deluxe breakfast. I'm not driving back for one little thing because THEY forgot. Always check your order before you leave.

I went through the drive-thru amd Apparently the food prepares can not read. The order was simple, mustard only, pickles only on a double cheese burger. See the photos. Receipt is very precise. The burger has ketchup and no mustard or pickles.

Don’t waste you’re time going at 5am when they claim they open because they don’t actually open till 6 for all of us early to work people trying to get a quick bite.

The worst Big Mac i have ever eaten in entire life. Two pickle size burger patties. The owner and macdonalds corp will never fix this either because they trying to be big ballers living on the rest of my burger patties.

I went to the drive thru with 20 min still on the clock the drive thru was full obviously they were still open I had an employee come out to me and said there closing early become they are understaffed and behind on order wats makes it worse is that I was singled out she did not do the same to the car behind or in front of me so they continue forward in putting in there order I don’t under stand how my order would of made a difference in what time they closed and y they didn’t have a better plan to prevent people from making line in there drive thru.

I never make reviews but my god, the staff are absolutely terrible. I went in the other day and what seemed to be a manager tells a little kid with cash to go use the kiosk. 2 nights ago I used the app and wait in the drive through from 1030pm to 11:10pm and the big dude in the window didn't even care enough to look up at the window to see that I was there. Finally I get my food and when I get home the order was completely wrong. Cooperate needs to come in and get rid of the staff or do a major retraining. Unacceptable for a store that burnt down to get rebuilt after years to be as terrible as they are.

Didn't get bbq sauce that we ordered for my son's nuggets. Walked inside... and waited 8 minutes at the front counter and walked out after the manager ate eye contact with me and didn't even acknowledge me or help at all. Horrible service.

Absolutely the worst customer service of any place I’ve ever been to or ordered from. We ordered a double 1/4 pound burger plain. It cost over $10. What did we receive? An empty box. They claim they followed the order and there is nothing they were willing to do or even refund me. They found it comical and they were completely disrespectful. We refuse to ever go there again and I urge anyone that plans to go there, do so with caution. How can you treat people like this that ultimately pays for your overpaid wages?

Unfortunately I have almost never received hot food which is suspect. The two times I've been in the dining room it's filthy. That alone makes you wonder about the kitchen. I'd rather not drive to another town so it's sad that they can't get their stuff together especially since it took so long us to get the McDonald's back.

Wife and I went in on 6/25/25 and ordered a Mcgriddle, hash brown, coffee and pancakes.... Sandwich was cold, coffee had a funny taste, and best of all one of our pancakes had a bite piece piece missing (someone took a bite out of out pancake) Horrible place. It seems teenagers who don't care run that place. Super bad management.

Reverse Osmosis

It said it opened at 5 am, we arrived at 5:30. We sat in the drive-thru for 5 minutes. When we drove past, there was a young man inside by a tea container. We have also ordered and had people mess up several times in a row. I understand that it is McDonald's and fast food. I worked fast food. I know mistakes happen. It seems like they just don't care. The food industry is going down hill fast.

What in the world is going on on this McDonalds. 25 minutes for 2 freaking McDoubles. Ridiculous ! Should of trusted all these reviews. I can't believe it. There was only like 4 customers and all waiting for their food. Corporate needs to fire everyone here. Supervisor on green/blue was in the phone while we all where waiting on orders. 10.03 515pm.

It is incredible how long this McDonalds has been closed. This place looks bad and continues to be an eyesore. I am surprised McDonalds’ HQ in Chicago isn’t embarrassed to have their corporate logo on this building. The owner posts in the local paper that they are soon going to start repairs but nothing ever happens. It has now been closed since August of 2021. It may take time to get permits; but really, two years? Maybe another company should just take it over. Jack in the box, which is down the street, virtually tore down their old structure and literally rebuilt it in less time. It took them three to four months before it was up and running again.
