Got one of their new Southwest Chicken Sandwich is to die for (that is if you like guacamole.) The place needs to be updated but the manager of this establishment goes above and beyond for his work place and customers. He is always interacting with his staff and helping any customer that he may get the chance to.

Cleanest and friendliness fast food stop I've ever been to. Passing through this morning was a nice spot for a quick bite and bathroom break. Thanks!

Had a date with my wife. She had Bacon Cheddar baked potato and French fries. Hey starch. She needs it though she is trying to gain weight after an illness. I just want her to like what she eats. I had some of her fries. Great as always. Better than other fast food stores. They aren't as fast but, they don't seem to make mistakes. I will wait a little bit for quality. As always to anyone that reads my stuff. These are my personal opinions and observations. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!! I've been coming to Wendy's for 3 weeks straight. I dad was in the hospital here in Red Bluff and I would come to Wendy's because they make me wrapped sandwiches. I can have bread. Everyone here is so nice!👍

GPS gave wild directions to get here, but you can just turn in from the stoplight at Main and Luther and go through the gas station to get there if you're coming southbound on main. Normal Wendy's experience. No complaints. Food was great. Fries were hot, fresh made. Good times.

At approx 12pm, I came in with my 5 year old who everyone was really nice to and with a stroller. I ordered inside for here and without even asking the Manager and another Teammate carried our food to our table and told me to take my time while I got the kids settles. Food was great too. But I'd honestly just come back for the great customer service! Thank you!

Great meal. Fresh ready very fast. Lots of great choices for drinks. The menu is really confusing. Couldnt find drinks anywhere paided 3.39 for medium. You know I can buy a 2 litter for 2.5$ so that was a big downer. Other then that it was great. My small 4 for 4$ was a better price then buying a drink by its self. Funny but what ever i dont run the joint.

The food was cooked perfectly. The bathrooms and whole lobby area was clean and there was pretty good music playing. I really enjoyed eating here with my family during our road trip.

Usually fresh, hot food, every time. Soon to be serving Breakfast again, how awesome that will be. Clean building inside and out, including Clean restrooms! Not the easiest to get in and out of, but not the businesses fault, the city reconfigured the road in front, hindering southbound customers. Now southbound customers have to go through the turn signal and south through the middle of the AM/PM gas station to get there. Worth the work if you can get in there.

They brought our tray of food out, the fries were hot, The new southwest chicken sandwich was juicy and tasted great. My Southwest chicken salad had 2 big scoops of avocado and plenty of chicken. Wendy's employees were very polite, keeps the tables & lobby clean and were quick getting our food to us 👍

Not sure if I shared previous negative experiences, but this time was perfect. We haven't been here for quite sometime. I was really hesitant because of the previous experiences, but was way past lunch and needed to take meds. What a pleasant surprise. Staff super friendly. Food excellent. Very clean. Happy to recommend.

The best and cleanest Wendy's I've been to! The food is fresh and delicious. Friendly staff and we got our order quickly because we ordered on line before we got there.

Absolute magic. Went here at 10:00 p.m. last Saturday night and it has restored my faith in modern day fast food restaurants. Hot, flavorful, and fresh food served. I swear if every Wendy's prepared food like this I'd weigh 300lbs from eating here everyday.

It's kept clean, I was served right away, and they were friendly. Bathroom was in good shape too. This restaurant looks relatively new. It's right off the freeway, easy egress with a traffic signal if you drive through the gas station to leave, if you don't you're going to find a no U turn and have to do extra driving. Walmart and Dollar Tree are both close by.

Forecast for today was 99 degrees, I've been traveling on my solar powered electric bicycle, so when I saw the Wendy's sign ahead, you know I had to stop for a Large Frosty! Yum!

Toys are awesome! My daughter scored a Giraffe and, after I put it together, she played with it while munching on her fries. I hope these toys stick around for a while, my daughter loves them!

Food always hot especially the fries. I like that the food is for the most part cooked to order. Several other fast food places don't and I hate getting cold food especially the fries.

As far as fast food goes, Wendy's is a good choice and the Wendy's in Red Bluff is one of the best choices for a quick fast food meal around.

The food is hot and fresh and taste good. The service has gotten really good, clean and professional over the past couple years. It has gotten so expensive!!!! I suggest using coupons or the specials like the 4 for 4!

New building is super clean

This is one of the better Wendy's restaurants I have been to. The drive thru is fast (so don't worry about going through the lunch rush) my order is usually hot and fresh, and the staff at the windows are always pleasant and friendly. The only issue I ever have at this Wendy's is that my dipping sauces are almost always missing or incorrect. It is a very small thing, but I personally enjoy my nuggets dipped in something. Now I know to ALWAYS check the bag!

I appreciate the diverse menu. Their beef isn't spongy and blah tasting like most other fast food joints. Staff is usually pretty friendly and helpful and the prices are pretty good. The eating area and bathrooms are kept pretty clean. This Wendy's is a family favorite.

Good for a Wendy's, that means the service was decently fast/polite, the place was reasonably clean. I do remember their fries were piping hot but that is the Wendy's pledge these days so that's an expectation.

Its Wendy's, its fast food. I got the 4 for $4 deal. They made my burger right which is a surprise any place that happens. I do not like produce or mayo, I ask for mustard and pickles. Its amazing how many places can't do that. And I loved the strawberry lemonade.

Food was great as always but there was a delay on our order for a while and they never told us why. So we had to pull out of the drive through and wait for someone to bring us our food. We went in a couple times to ask what the hold up was but sure enough if finally came. No problems other than that.

Great nuggets, they are so much better than McDonalds. Other than that there was no honey mustard I left happy. It’s just a fast food restaurant but I was satisfied.

My biggest issue would be that every time we go there they ALWAYS forget at least 1 item. The food is good but some things are a little pricey if you dont get a biggie bag or a 4 or $4

I think the food is okay nothing to write home about but the service at least at the window could use a little work it says on the window open till midnight I go there at 11:30 and they tell me they are closed. I understand wanting to go home you're tired you worked all evening, but it's not good business

Service is pretty fast, staff is always nice. Tastes like average Wendy's. Nothing special, but they don't ruin anything. Except the fries. Wendy's fries are TRAGIC.

Wendy's is overpriced, and their discount burgers taste flat and bland like the grade school cafeteria, but the frosties, nuggets and chili are still ok. Today's chili tasted a bit like dishsoap actually, but I'm going to attribute that to the mutilated and oddly torn packet of crackers. If it tastes like soap a second time, I'm done.

My first visit in a long time, not because it's bad or anything just a little more pricey for size and ratios comparison. Well burgers were cold and fries were partially full I may or may not go back

I asked for salad dressing. She said there were two in the bag. There were none. Chicken in the bowl wasn't even cut. Had to sit in the parking lot w no sauce and bite the chicken to make pieces. Not so happy this time around.

I love that the vegetables are all fresh but everything else is not well prepared here compared to other Wendys. The fries or wedges were really griddy which is nasty. The meat is like nothing. The line always takes a long time to get through. I don't like eating here but if it were all that was available in a convenience situation, I would eat here.

I got the biscuits and gravy. There was one tablespoon of gravy on each half of the biscuits. It didn't even cover the top of the biscuit. You cannot call these biscuits and gravy....😢 Very sad... Will not be going back there.

It was very unspecial. We felt as if we were being rushed through the drive through even though it wasn't near closing and there wasn't anybody else in line. One of the burgers we ordered without mustard and asked twice for it that way came with it and they even repeated it to us. The price for two regular sized meals nothing upsized or out of the ordinary sodas fries was just over $27. That is crazy considering we didn't get what we asked for and it was just OK nothing special I would have been just as happy if nit happier in corning at burger King but we wanted something diffrent

This particular Wendy's had pretty horrible and slow service. The lady that helped us at the counter seemed to be on some sort of drugs, and kept on forgetting what we had ordered. The food took quite a long time to come out, and my burger was cold by the time it was served. Did not make me want to return to a Wendy's in the future.

Every time I visit I get the same combo. I'm a creature of habit. Every so often I come across this same lady taking the order. She interrupts me on EVERY SINGLE ITEM WITH OPTIONS. I have spoken with the manager, in front of her while she stared emotionless in my direction. I love Wendy's but I'm not eating there if she is on the drive thru, order taking. I guess I'll just roll the dice and leave if I hear her unpleasant, monotone voice that you cant hear enough to understand hardly. Maybe if Management would have done something when I originally spoke with them constructively in the hope's she would be better, I wouldn't be leaving this review.

I'm a truck driver, met my wife to get some food. Went through drive thru. Burger was good, but fries were nasty, brown and tasted terrible. Couldn't go back because I d have time. No manager would allow those fries to be served.

Everytime I order through doordash there's something missing. Plus they have a habit of only giving one ketchup even if you select ketchup for all the fries. They don't allow you to include special through the app and there's no choices to add more sides. Not mad, just disappointed.

Figured we'd stop in for a quick bite, but like everything else the prices are insane for the food you get. To top it off the staff could careless and just give attitude over the intercom. You get to the window and they pretty much throw your food to you and tell you to move on.

Must have come at a bad time. Seemed most of the items the grandkids wanted were sold out. They were excited about the peppermint shakes/frostys. But had to switch to chocolate or vanilla. Couldn't dig up a baked potato for another. Was another item, but by then it was just a joke on what else could not have. May be back sometime. Seems to be a grandkids favorite.

Not the best experience I have ever had. Bad even for fast food. Cashier was in her own little world. Her name was Patrice, customer before me had to come back to finish her order because she just was spaced out. Bun was stale. While waiting for my food another customer came back for a incomplete order. Poor management.

Tiffany was really rude to me as well as customers. I could hear her on the headset being really impatient with the person in front of me then with me. If thats her best customer service then it highly needs improvement

The crew are brain dead. Ask a question and they stare at the register hoping it will come up with an answer. Like, seriously. The good news is that it has a beautiful interior design and hardly anyone goes inside.

This place seriously sucks I paid for my order and didn't even get half of it. If you look in through the drive threw window you can see how filthy it is. The health inspector needs to pay this place a visit.

I have an allergy to eggs, and they refused to give me a burger without mayo, unless it had lettuce for the bun. I had to request multiple times to receive a normal burger, without mayo. Then they ganged up on me and accused me of trying to get food for free, even though I paid for the burger. This location is not willing to accommodate dietary restrictions in any way. I would recommend going somewhere else!!

I usually don’t have a problem with this location. Today I got a chicken sandwich on a pretzel bun. Everything was great, until I discovered what I thought was a chunk of plastic in my food...turns out it was a really old hard chunk of lettuce. My sandwich isn’t supposed to have lettuce on it. How old does lettuce have to be to become a plastic like substance?! I called to report the issue and the guy said “Can you call back we have something happening.” and hung up. I am furious and disgusted.

Absolutely horible service, The manger MARIA refused to remake my drink after the employee handed it to a completely different vehicle then took it back. Like im not taking something you gave to someone else then took back who knows if their sick or not and my gf has a compromised immune system.. You gave me attitude for asking politely to have it remade. Then refused to talk to me after handing the cash for it, instead of just replacing it your a manager and should be ashamed of your self I hope this cost you your job, you don't deserve it..

This used to be my favorite place to stop for food when I was in town working, I used to brag that I could order drive to work and it would still be steaming hot. I dont know what changed in the last 6 or so months, but whatever it was killed this place for me. Now it's usually pretty lukewarm and most of it seems refried.

I will never go back there again. Their fries tastes like they had been sitting out for hours and they were cold. Our burgers were a mess and they service was just terrible! The person at the window just tossed my food at me and did even say thank for coming or anything. I have never had such poor service at a Windy's.

Had not been to Wendy's for years and it will be years again before I eat here again. Staff acted like they definitely didn't want to be there. Recieved my food and the fries were old and soggy and the burger dry like it had been sitting for quite a while. The only thing that was decent was the lemonade. Very disappointing for a $16 meal.

Beware of this establishment!!!! If I could give no stars I would. Terrible customer service and management is just as bad. We came in spending $73 and drove all the way home to Manton. When we got home we started to eat and all 6 burgers were very pink and raw.. to top it all off, when we called in to speak to the manager to see what we could get done about this and she was so rude. Kept trying to hang up on us, refusing to help us, called us liars (even though we have receipts and photos as proof) and just plain rude and inconsiderate. Terrible terrible terrible.

How is it I go to school for my job and these jack wagons get paid the same starting wage yet are not competent enough to fill an order. Doesn't 40 dollars waited almost 45 minutes to get my food. Half of my food sat on the counter and was cold by the time we got it. When I asked the girl if I should have gone through the drive through so my food would be hot she said yeah sorry!!!!! This Wendy's disappoints. I did drive thru and got half way to my destination and my son said "mom" his plain JR bacon cheeseburgers were not plain. I drove back to the establishment and complained. The girl at the counter got a manager. This manager basically called me a liar and said we have headphones and listen to what your ordering. I'm not an amateur when it comes to ordering my son's food. For her to laugh and say I don't understand. Listen it's 2 freaking cheeseburgers that I'm trying to get right. And this was the 3rd time time within a week my order was wrong. Instead of apologizing like a true manager you basically called me a liar. What kind of management team does Wendy's hire. You guys are a disappointment.

I order a chicken sandwich and a sprite, and 2 burgers just the burgers. They charged me for meals in all of the items. Making my rab over 48 dollars. I gave the cashiet 60 dollars and asked foe my change repeatedly. Was completely ignored. Had to go ask again for my change and still didnt get my change. I told the cashier 3 times I didnt order the meals just the sandwich. The food was giving to me and they wouldnt help give me my change or the right food. Then told they didnt have ranch, mayo or ketchup. I was what the hell tried getting my change again. And they told me to leave, went inside to get a manager told no one ia thete to help me. So not only did I not get the food I ordered I didnt even get my change. It may be a new building but it has incompetent workers. Thanks for ripping me off. Appreciate it wont be returning.
