Papa Murphy's

Atmosphere is busy so if you don't mind a bunch of people trying with everything in their soul to stay on top of the plethora of dinner pies being ordered, then you're going to love this place. No matter what they seem to always get the Pizza right. All Meat plus jalapeno and pineapple is to die for. Also the combo is stellar. Kids like the pep and pineapple. Amazing quality take and bake isn't bad. 425 for 16 minutes seems to be my oven's sweet spot. 10/10 will order again. And again... Also the salads are fire. The Tuesday deal is worth it.

Papa Murphy's is the only place that we go to. Pizza is excellent, so easy to order on app, and friendly people. You get your money's worth. When you want to treat your self and family this is your go to. Something to look forward to.

I went here today to get a pizza at noonish and it was busy. Brian was the only person there working and he did amazing. He was calm, handled the walk ins, answered the phone (that’s how I knew his name was Brian), was nice and made small talk with me. Pizza was delicious too! It’s hard to find good customer service and felt he needed a shout out.

Everyone at Papa Murphy's courteous and and professional. Our order was perfectly made. They were slammed at our arrival and still managed to get our order out in a timely manner, the gentleman let me know they were finishing up my order as we walked in. The pizza is consistent but the price keeps going up and the customer service at my last visit was awful. I ordered online 2 adult pizzas and 2 mini make your own. When I get to the store I only find the 2 adult pizzas. The staff will not stop working on the make line to let me ask if this is my whole order they just assumed I had all my items and said I was free to go. so I stand to wait in line to talk to the girl at the register but they all start talking at once instead and inform me that even though I placed my order online 5 hours ago(plan ahead order), that won’t guarantee that I get one of the few they make each day. Which is fine but why not call and inform the customer during the 5 hours that when you pick up your pizzas we won’t have the kids pizzas? They offer to give me a medium crust that I can top myself which I decline and ask for a refund instead. One of the girls on the makeline takes my receipt and says I will get a refund in 3-5 days, I asked her if she needed my card again then and she says no. I get home and within 20 minutes a gentleman calls me back to tell me when he tried to give the refund it declined the card so I need to come back in and pay. I tell him that I wasn’t willing to come back in over $8 and he tells me I still will need to come back because my whole charge won’t go through. I tell him I will come back later to deal with it but not that night. The full amount has now cleared on my account and the refund was not issued. I don’t care about the money but I will not return to papa Murphy’s.

To the guys doing all the work at 336 pm today. You deserve better to management do better he deserves his tips that you FORCED me to payonline and didnt give the option to not tip so I could tip in cash. Its absolutely disgusting I watched 4 of the 6 people working not do shit or ask the guy on the line to do something when he was the only one making pizza. Do better and fire your manager.

In the store, you end up standing around with a bunch of other people who are also waiting for their orders that were supposed to be ready like a half hour earlier. It's been a long time since I gave Papa Murphy's a try, but today I tried again only to experience the same thing again, me and a bunch of other people waiting for our orders that were supposed to be done a while ago. I didn't have to wait quite as extra long this time (more like 10 extra minutes), but still, I don't think I will continue ordering from Papa Murphy's. It wasn't like this years ago. I think they need to have more workers to keep up with the orders, and it seems consistent now that they just don't keep up, and their customers suffer for it.

Not sure if I caught all the workers on a bad day. Everyone is in a bad mood. When they handed me my pizza it was wrong. I ordered a chicken garlic add spinach and mushrooms. And there was no spinach. I asked if they could add it and they took it back and started to put it on top however, spinach will burn if it’s placed on top. So I asked if they could put on underneath. The manager got mad and snapped at the workers and said to make a new one while she stormed to the back, throwing away the “messed” up pizza. After they started on the new one, they again forgot to put the spinach underneath… and the other half of the pizza was bacon and pineapple yet they started to remake it with Canadian bacon…. At this point I’m overwhelmed with having to tell them they messed up my order again because they were getting so upset they were having to remake it. I’ve never had this problem with the placer st location so maybe the managers bad attitude is rubbing off on the other workers. It wouldn’t have been a big deal but I was charged extra for it and it was on them for continuing to mess up the order. I felt bad having to say something. I will just continue to go to my normal location and not this one. I hope their day gets better!

I think this is a good review for both Cypress and Placer location. Everytime I've ordered a half and half stuffed they never put the toppings on top to be able to tell which is which. That aside the fact online you can't add an allergy is ridiculous. I've tried to get a hold of the store manager to let them know that the Placer store laughed that they got my order incorrect and had tomatoes in it. It seems getting a call back is impossible. I'm severely allergic to tomatoes and it wasn't known until after it was cooked and they wouldn't remake it or anything. Said I could get 10% or something off my next order. Which did me no good that day. There is definitely lack of professionalism at both locations. Really disappointing.

I ordered online and arrived just before my expected pick up time. My pizza was not ready, I was told it would be 10 more minutes. It took them more than 30 minutes to finish making my food. The customer service was awful. The guy apologized, but then made excuses as to why it was taking so long. There was no rushing to put the pizzas together. This is a place that does not cook pizza for you. If I had gone to a place that did, I would have got my food quicker. I am so disappointed and will not be going back.

5 out of the last 6 times ive been here, they cant seem to understand what 1/2 of a pizza is. Dont waste your time to tell them only put a topping on half the pizza, cause its going to be wrong. Tried to give them another shot, once again, the order was wrong. Unless your going to go in and watch them make it, dont make changes to your pizza
