You can't beat a fast food place that puts lettuce, tomato, and pickles on your burger! Come on, vegetables are the real saviors burgers are just kinda bland you need the crunch in those bites. Plus their coffee drink ie is really good and yummy without being overly sweet

I'm very rarily dissapointed with this place, they run a tight crew. I always get my burgers without cheese and mayo and they always ask me, unlike every other fast food place. And their accuracy is easily 90%+. Love coming here for late night burgers when every other place is closed

Yes, you read that right: the bathrooms. First off, they are immaculately clean. Like, spotless. The floors gleam, the sinks are sparkling, and even the corners that usually collect dust at other fast-food spots were perfectly maintained. It’s clear that the staff here takes pride in the cleanliness of the place, and it honestly makes the whole visit more pleasant. But what really blew me away was the artwork in the stalls. Every stall had beautifully drawn portraits of the employees, almost like a mini gallery. It was both hilarious and heartwarming to see the team celebrated in such a creative way. It made me genuinely smile and appreciate the staff more—it’s rare to see this kind of personal touch in any chain restaurant. And then there was the toilet paper. Not just any toilet paper—scratch-and-sniff toilet paper. I couldn’t believe it at first, but it’s true. Every roll had a different scent, and it added a quirky, fun twist to an experience that’s usually purely functional. I left the bathroom impressed and laughing at the same time. The rest of the restaurant was decent too—the food was what you’d expect from Burger King, nothing fancy but satisfying, and the staff were friendly. We got a great deal with the 2 for 10 meals. We had two whoppers, fries, sodas. Our food was hot, put together properly,and ready in about 2 minutes. The server was polite, professional and well groomed. Very satisfying experience.

I never have a bad experience at this particular location. One majorly big difference between this bk and others is that this one has a cool bouncy house out front for your children to bounce around in free of charge. In addition to that the service is great all the time, all give this place a visit.

They was very pleasant and even though I ordered thru the drive thru they let me come in to use the restroom. I think they close the dining area at a certain time. I'll find out later when that part closes.

To be honest this is one of my favorite fast food places. Quick service with pretty great tasting food. Staff is usually friendly and the place is pretty good in general.

Considering it's fast food to begin with, the burgers are second only to Wendy's. And the chicken and fish sandwiches are the best in the industry. Breakfast is pretty good too.

Good service food was served hot, is very rare to get hot food at a Burger King.

Honestly, I really am not a fast food person at all. But the fact that Burger King has the impossible whopper is a game changer for me. I’ll go there any day over a McDonald’s because of that. Also, their fish sandwich is amazing. Like I said, I don’t go to fast food places very often, but this is the only one that I do go to.

This one is usually pretty good - but a few issues this time. There is an upsell for hand fries half onion rings - in fact on the kids meals there isn’t a fries only option on the app. Fine but…. We paid for half and half and got just fries. Disappointing.

Shorted my order 2 10pc nuggets at drive thru. When in manager said I only ordered 2, I said I ordered 4. He checked receipt at register . Then apologized 2 times said he was sorry our mistake handed me 2 orders of 10pc nuggets in less then 1 min. All was good. Typical Burger King fast food. And fast service. Would recommend eating here.

Good food and service at this Burger King. However, the BK app would not let me add a reward on an inside pick-up order. I would have to switch to a web order. But I was already there and wanted to place my order at the counter. This has never happened before at any other BK location.

Food is great. However I simply told one of the female workers behind the counter that I wanted to exchange my burger because it didn't have bacon on it like I specifically wanted. Didn't put blame on anyone because I know people mistakes but the way she handled it was very rude by snatching it out of my hand and throwing it away. You don't throw food out because it's a waste first of all and second of all you don't treat customers that way. I'm having serious doubts about whether I will be returning to this disrespectful place.

I always go when I have coupons but I find that the burgers are never so hot. The burger gets cold on the way home. It's not even worth it.

Whenever me and my friends go to this burgerking they never get our order right, even something as simple as a drink with no ice, I still got ice in my drink even when the cashier repeated what I said. This burger king while most likely get your order wrong, it still tastes the way you'd except it too, but the constant wrong orders is frustrating.

The manager knew the sodas were coming out flat with no carbonation and still sold one to me. I called up to alert the store and the manager told me he knew they were having issues. I asked for a free meal and he said no. He complained to me he would have to give hundreds of free meals out today then. I told him that's your problem because you knew the soda machine was broken. I think he ran out of co 2 and was selling flat soda till he got a delivery. The fact he knew and still sold me soda was the deal breaker

Hey burger king I really didn't want to write this but I'm seriously disappointed my family and I ordered burger King from this location we ordered 3 burgers and 2 chicken nuggets but something went wrong when I checked the bag when I got home there was everything except the chicken nuggets and I had to give the bad news to my siblings than I saw as my siblings as trying to hold back their tears this makes me sad come on burger king :(

Using the phone app being a Royal Crown Club member I got free upsizes on fries OR beverages on meals but this store rips you off by downsizing the OTHER choice you didn't pick. Example, I buy a MEDIUM meal on the app and being a crown club member your given a choice of a free upsize to large on either fries OR Soda. I select large fries. Go to the counter to pick up the meal they give me a value size (smaller than a small) cup for the soda. Originally I ignore it. Then it sticks in my craw and at a later visit I make a stink and eventually they relent and give me the actual medium cup. At another later visit they look at the manager and he says give him the medium or he'll make a stink. I ask him why they downsize the soda and he tells me it's because I used a coupon. Duh he admits it! Got a free upsize on fries they downsize the soda. They've lost my business!

I bought two shakes, one vanilla and one Oreo, when I arrived by my order, I was attended by a girl who has no manners and left me with the word in my mouth, my shakes were like water, the truth is that if they are going to hire people who do not have the education and do not have the desire to attend they should cut them or send them back to sweep. Went at 2:50 am and they were closed (they close at 3am) it's not the fact that they closed early that im giving them a one. It's the fact they saw me, said nothing and ignored me for 5 minutes, instead of saying they were closed.

I’ve order food and it hasn’t arrived , then I’ve called the restaurant and talking to them about it next thing the last hang up , poor customer service and now nobody is answering the phone 📲 so I didn’t get the food and I of to wait until 3-5 days to get a refund??

Employees do not speak or comprehend English well enough to do their job effectively. All of the trash cans were full to capacity and when informed the worker/manager seemed not to understand what was being said and did not respond in the affirmative. Also the restaurant was generally not clean inside or outside, all tables were not cleaned and trash was scattered in the parking lot.

Very rude Spanish ladies in the drivethru & older black lady. They gave me about seven burnt to a crisp nasty fries to show how much they care.

Service was terrible. Food was cold. I only got one small piece of lettuce on my whopper. Beef was cold. Ordered a burger with no cheese and pickles but put pickles in it. I also asked for a double whopper but they only gave me a whopper of one patty. Onion rings were also terrible.

This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had. Ive been working all day at my retail job and one of the few joys in my sad unfulfilling life is the fries from burger king. On 9/2/22 I ordered a number 1 with cheese and a Dr. Pepper. It's a whopper meal. $12.16 is my total paid with Debit. I had to throw is out , the amount of salt was unreal! At one point it was a clump! Why are you salting already salty foods, meaning the burger. It was disgusting. Please talk and train you staff. The fries were caked in salt as well. Went to the Drive Up window for a fish sandwich and fries and a cold drink. The Big fish sandwich was like shoe leather all dried out. I had to spit out most of it. The fries had been dumped upside down into my bag and the cardboard container was upside down. They really dont care about their customers.

This is by far one of the worst Burger King ever. The manager is absolutely rude as hell. I don’t know what he thinks of himself. I have went there twice and both times he has done the same mistake and tells me it’s my fault. I order and pay for large fries and onion ring but yet he gives me medium instead, like what does he think I m stupid not knowing the difference in size. I even asked him to use two cupons and he said that he doesn’t know if it works, then he said that it worked, but yet still he charged me regular price for 1$ fires and onion rings. He is the most aggravating and rude manager I have met. He needs to learn better customer service.

I work local to this location, I have been visiting this location, on and off, and finally I guess I had enough. If I’m paying for up charges, I’m expecting to see those up charges in the food that I’m eating. Otherwise you robbed my money, and I have my order wrong every single time, I’m all good There’s a reason why Burger King is going out of business, and this one sets a clear cut example, the employees are trash, rude disrespectful, the location looks like the employees, and the accuracy and quality is a dream of the past.

Look at this "Patty's Melt With Bacon & Cheese" Everything is wrong with it, bred wasn't tested, nothing about it is a patty melt, it was dry and cold when I got it. Oh man this is trash, I hope manager reads this and steps it up with his staff. I love you all but I am a firm believer In GOOD SERVICE & efficiency. I flew down from Tucson AZ, and this was my meal. Won't visit this location anymore. -update- Tried giving this place another shot and they put a smaller Patty with almost nothing on my whopper. No pickles, asked for cheese, got none. They never give the receipt either. I don't know why I bothered.
