Absolutely no sauce on the pizza and yet argued with me she put it on. It's just dough cheese and pepperoni lol can't make this up.

Pizza was dried out. Phone said I could get just one pizza for 6.99 and I asked about the price of the lava cake and then said I did not want it. She couldn’t understand me and ordered it then told me I had to pay for both when I picked it up or I’d have to order two pizzas at the promotion, I saw you only needed one so I wasn’t very happy. Plus the pizza was not that great. So I got stuck paying $15 for poor tasting pizza and a greasy lava cake.

Never coming to this place ever again I basically got robbed they need to hire people who actually work instead of gossiping in different languages cause that’s all they do. So I know if I ordered a big order something gonna get messed up so I decided to order the new stuff, pepperoni bread, but I tried to order it to the cashier, but she didn’t understand English, which is problem number one number two like I mentioned the gossiping nonstop because at the end I saw people crying in the back. I don’t know if I’m bullying or whatever but anyways I I tried ordering it with the girl and sadly when I try to mention the promotion, she didn’t know what I was talking about as if I was the crazy one so I ordered Dips & Twists Combos and she still couldn’t understand what I wanted so I simply pointed at the picture in front of her and she smiled. They charged me 14 bucks. I waited 30 minutes. They gave me a pizza box shaped and it was just the dip I go back inside. they charge me for the pretzel or bread or whatever it was another eight dollars. Worst Domino’s ever surprised it’s still open

Just had a terrible experience with their driver Oden. He should be fired on the spot, definitely should not be allowed to deliver or receive gratuity from orders when he can’t even make a delivery properly. This store should be ashamed of themselves, and Oden shouldn’t have a job the way that he handles customers.

Worse dominos ever, how can you mess up Cheese dip!! Its literally melted cheese. I'd rather drive to HB, plus hampton bays is cheaper.

I'm never ordering from this place again. They literally passed by my house, I paid 20 dollars for the pizza and they never gave me back change. Pizza was great, but I'm never ordering anything from here again. I tried calling customer service, too, but I just didn't feel like waiting an hour to call them. I am just so mad right now that I could punch a wall. I'm going to order from Papa John's or my local pizza shop, next time. The service is just so ridiculous.

Hot and fresh are not words I would use to describe the food from this location. According to the online tracker my food was "checked for perfection" over 40 minutes ago and still has not left the store. I called to try and find out what is going on but had a bit of a lanuage barrier with the young lady who answered the phone. I asked to speak to a manager and was told he is not in the store. I was just looking for a quick bite before I turned in for the night in my hotel. Looks like that is not going to be happening tonight. I will stick with a local place next time and avoid the chains.

Very rude receptionist who doesnt know how to take orders and makes major mistakes and also the driver by the name Cuban is a thief. Each time delivers he automatically takes $2 tips without the customers consent and the store agrees with this. So he automatically takes $2 plus any amount you give him. I will be contacting dominoes personally at this point as you were aware of what you did.

Decided to give this place one more go at delivering a pizza. Normally I do carryout but the staff there are rude in person. Delivery guy is usually fine, so I decided to proceed with that instead. Should have known there was a problem as soon as I saw that they set themselves as not accepting orders until 45 minutes from closing. Ordered anyway; No pizza came, although on their tracker it says 'Delivered'. At first I thought they were just late like usual; Store is no more than *maybe* eight minutes down the road but delivery always seems to take 20 minutes+, but now I'm pretty confident they aren't even going to bother showing up

Store's Manager was very rude and nasty with employees and customers. He said that employees don't have to use good hygiene when they manipulate ingredients because the pizzas going into the oven. This is unacceptable. Employees need to wash them hands and use gloves. They touch boxes, trash bins, and money during the process. That's why some customers get sick (stomach virus). We are paying a lot of money for the product, so we deserve a great service.

Just order double the food you actually want because they will forget half your order. Absolute dump! Never will deal with them again! Manager takes no responsibility and has no clue. Step in corporate and take this store back over and put it in the hands of someone who knows what they're doing!
