I come here with my boyfriend all the time and we live coming here the manager is so funny and always so attentive to all the customers. The crew that work with her are so polite and friendly and they keep our food hot and the restaurant clean we really appreciate that. Good job Tommys!

When it gets busy, I tell you- IT GETS BUSY. But even when it's packed, the crew working still work hard and make sure customers get their food on time. I love their service, and they also take the time to also ask what we want on the items, if we want everything on the item or not. They listen very well! Wonderful service, makes me wanna come back again!

ICONIC SoCAL CHILI BURGER FRANCHISE! My parents introduced me to Tommy's when I was a little one and I've loved it since day one! Tommy's has some of the BEST chili burgers in the business. It's a messy delight with classic buns and cheese. I always go full-on with the chili items, I recommend a chili burger and chili fries! You can't go wrong, I'm serious. The patties are a bit smaller these days, but what isn't? Tommy's blows In-n-out "out" of the water, it's a hot take but I will die on this hill. The fries are crispy, the meat is tasty, it's a good time. Service is speedy and you don't have to wait all day for a burger. Riverside's Tommy's is very relaxed and a great place to hang with family and friends. This is the nearest location to me so I try to visit as often as I can! I would say this location is on-par with the LA area franchises. The staff is calm and friendly. Tommy's has a drive-thru, simple menu, and plenty of tables, booths etc. for a quick or "slow-paced" bite. I spotted a soda fountain and a few unique menu items like chili tamales (which are the only item I do NOT recommend).

I mean, come on. It's chilly, it's cheese, it's messy, and it's DANG GOOD! Swing by, check it out, get you a double chilly cheese burger with a side of chilly cheese fries, and your drink of choice to wash it all down. Bring baby wipes, if you know, you know. 😂. Enjoy!

Went at 6 pm on a Thursday. Was empty inside. Got the chili cheeseburger, and got my food within 5 minutes. I thought the burger was pretty good!! The only thing is that the meals are as expensive as other restaurants that have much higher quality food...

I've been going to Tommy's for over 20 years. I drove thru and ordered chili cheese fries. Always get chili cheese fries. There were no cars in front of me and no customers behind me. Surprisingly because it was noon. This was the first time ever, that Tommy's skimped on the chili. My fries were dry and sad, look at the photo, dry and sad. Also, there was no party on my palate. Sad day, Tommy. Please gimme more chili next time. Fortunately, I won't be returning to this Tommy's location. Cannot afford to be let down again.

It was 11pm , this restaurant closes at midnight but yet all lights were off including drive thru. One neon sign in window was indicator they were open. Rude order taker to start. I guess we made them have to work. Surprisingly told they no longer serve ice tea and no longer have yellow chili peppers which actually makes their meals so good. Very disappointed as we went out of our way by 20 miles to stop here. We will no longer visit this Tommy's . I am positive the others do not follow this protocol. Its not worth the time or effort . Management may want to check on their staffs customer service skills.
