It’s depressing, honestly. Supposed to be drive thru. This place is never ever ever able to keep up with demand. I don’t know why. Not going back. I’m tired of going through a drive thru to have them tell me it’s a 15 minute wait, hand me a beeper, 25 minutes later it’s not going off, I go inside and other people are being handed pizza at the counter, and i have to ask what is going on. People are visibly weary inside, leaning against the walls, windows, and counter, all just waiting on the simplest of pizzas. This is dumb. Do better.

Going downhill fast needs new management if current one can’t handle it, my pizza looked like they kicked it around on the floor when I got home with it. I’m done with this location however, good luck to the franchise owner in the future!

Terrible location, not enough parking. Slow service, staff not doing there jobs 30 wait time for a simple pizza is ridiculous, no refund. This place needs to go out of business

They can never get my order correct in the drive through, make you wait 20 mins in the parking lot to even get your food and then when you go inside the order is not correct and they tell you it’s going to be another 10 mins. Update 12/27 why is it an hour to get a pizza your slogan is literally hot and ready,

So I was disappointed previously due to getting wrong order several months ago . Decided to give them another chance . Order a supposed deep dish pizza that was door dashed and took over a hour and half. When it arrived it was not sealed like most door dashed deliveries. My order basically was just bread with a slight bit of cheese and sauce ( see pics )and no flavor at all. How this place is still open I don’t know. I highly do not recommend !!

This is my second time going to Little Caesars, and I regret the decision. First time I went, I was not acknowledged standing at the front waiting for someone to service me Promise 20 minutes. The second time I waited practically 40 minutes for them to make a hot and ready cheese pizza. Absolutely ridiculous I will never go back here again!!!

Unsurprisingly horrible customer service, as seems to be the norm ever since they changed locations. Pulled up to the drive-thru when there was only one other car in the entire lot, and one more car pulled up after me. The employee in the drive thru asked “what can I get you?” And after ordering one pepperoni pizza and a crazy bread I was told “that’s going to be an hour and a half wait” Again, there were now only two other customers on the premises and one of them arrived after me. I asked why it would be such a long wait when it seemed like they were very slow at the moment and was ignored. After leaving I tried to call multiple times and speak to the manager and they never answered. This place needs an entirely new staff including management

Just a terrible experience I had at my local little Caesar’s. The lobby is absolutely disgusting the employees are extremely rude and incompetent. Made me wait almost 2 hours that I orders online and came to pick it up almost 2 hours. Will never be going back and will be filling a form with the health department because that lobby looks like it has never been cleaned

Completely unacceptable! We placed a phone order with someone who barely spoke English and stated it would be 38 mins. We waited 40 mins and went to the drive thru and were told it would be 15 more mins. 20 mins later, almost an hour after we ordered, no one could find our order. The guy working the drive thru window laughed as we drove off! We went to Dominoes down the street and picked up our correct order in 15 mins! Skip the hassle at Little Caesar’s!

I can't even tell you how the food is here as the guy that was working the drive thru was extremely rude. Instead of just keeping us updated on when he could help us as we could tell the store was busy he was silent. After 10 minutes my husband asked if someone was going to help us where he proceeded to tell us we were being very rude . My husband stated we were in fact being patient as we had not said a word prior to asking if anyone was there. He told us we could just continue to wait another 10 minutes since we were being extremely rude and hateful. I was flabbergasted as we had not once used a tone in our voice or anything. My husband asked if there was any got and ready items available where he proceeded to laugh. Give us attitude and told us we would have to continue to wait. We then asked to talk to a manager because we were being treated in a manor that no understanding customer should be. I was then told once my husband went instead the employee proceeded to cause a scene. Telling my husband he would sue him for taking a picture of the publicly posted number for customer service. Idk how other customers were treated and assuming is never the answer but the vibe was totally off??

Very disappointing stop to grab a couple hot and ready stood there for 15 minutes and still was not acknowledged. Approximately 7 more people were behind me and three a head who had already been helped. The lady in front of me said she had been there for almost an hour because her order was messed up. When I first got there a staff member was arguing with a drive-thru customer and cussing. After that seems like they were all distracted with the commotion instead of their customers in the lobby. Very very disappointed.

Paid for an "extra most bestest" pepperoni pizza and what I got looked like a basic pepperoni. I love paying for something and not getting what I paid for.

Waited for 20 minutes to get a veggie pizza with no mushrooms and it was made wrong. Had to wait for a remake. Thankfully the cashier remade it because it looks like the backing wasn't willing to do so (not sure, looks like it). No offering of a drink, bread or anything else and I am still waiting for my pizza. My last time here as there are plenty of other pizza places to choose from with better service. Thirty minutes to get a pizza that was mostly crust.
