Rachel sandwich was delicious. Salad bar contained a very good selection of items, and very tasty jalapeno ranch dressing. All ingredients in both sandwich and salad bar were fresh. Every Jason's we've been to, from California to Texas, has been excellent.

Had the pleasure to dine in at this location recently… The Roanoke team really goes above and beyond to provide great customer service . My food was deliver to my table pretty quickly and that already says alot . The cleanliness of this place is 10/10 ! I had Alexis , the manager come by my table to make sure food was correct and to make sure I had a good experience while visiting the restaurant . Highly recommend this place … you will love it !

Absolutely love the Roanoke location! They are super nice and reliable each time I order from them. Tonight I had put in an online order in and they didn't have the bread we chose and they called me while I was on my way to pick it up and asked for what substitute bread we'd like. This was amazing! Who actually calls people anymore? Both managers that I've seen are always on top of their game and run a great restaurant. All the servers/kitchen staff keep everything running well. Way to go Jason's deli!

In my experience Jason's Deli never disappoints. I have eaten at many if these over the years. This location once again reinforced it's positive reputation. If you want to eat a nice sandwich with chips this is a solid choice. I have not had one of their potatoes in ages but they used to be massive and maybe they still are. The salad bar is fresh and clean and all you can eat. Since I am avoiding carbs this was my recent go to and I left full, happy and guilt free. I was so full I could resist the free Soft Serve Ice cream. Price is reasonable. Check out their menu online.

The Chicken Alfredo was really good and the service was fast! Alexis was really helpful when it came to picking something off the menu since it was my first time eating at Jason’s deli. I would definitely recommend coming here and trying their pastas !

We eat here a lot and it is always great. We usually order a turkey or ham muffaletta. I have always eaten that since the first Jason's opened. The soups are great and the salad bar is always a good choice. Get the strawberry short cake. It is great!

I liked the fact that they were really busy shortly after opening. The customer service was very nice...the employees seemed happy to be there. The food was good. I noticed a good mixture of management and workers. Probably the best Jason's Deli I've been to...very consistent service!

There were three wonderful workers under the names of AJ, Jonathan, and Connor that made my day the greatest. After a horrible depressive episode all I wanted was some ok food, and I was blessed with the greatest service I have ever experienced in my life. I was given amazing food cooked with overwhelming love and care.

This Friday has been amazing to me and to make it even better I ordered lunch from here (for my first time) that came with great customer service from an employee by the name of Jennifer. With the fact that I didn't really know anything about their menu, I called ahead of time with some questions that she was very willing to answer with a great attitude. Which, she made my soup choice that much easier! Then, when I went to pick up my order, unfortunately, my drink was not brought out with my meal. For the record, it was not her that brought out my meal. Anyhow, I called the location back and informed them of this mishap and I simply suggested the possibility of me coming back on a different day to grab a drink at no charge. To this suggestion, she had a much better offer. She asked me to choose between having it taken off of my original ticket or she could have my drink delivered to me with some complimentary cookies. I must say, I honestly thought that I had misheard her because I've never heard of having your missed items delivered to you. All in all, the Ranchero Wrap is DELICIOUS and Jennifer made my Friday that much BETTER!!! Thank You Jennifer!!

Super friendly service, clean environment, delicious food! I highly suggest trying the strawberry shortcake because they make them so beautifully and they taste just as good. Strawberry in every bite! My tummy is so happy now.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant, me and my sister had went there the other day and I’m not usually one to go for this type of food but I decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did. The food was good and fresh. What really stood out, though, was the service. The manager Cielo was amazing—so friendly and attentive. She made sure we were taken care of throughout the experience.

I didn't feel like cooking today so i thought I'll stop here and get a sandwich but instead i tried the managers special. It was a half wrap and a salad, plus u can make the salad yourself ( can't beat that lol) so i filled up my to-go box with everything that could fit in it.

Yesterday took my wife an kids to this Jason's Deli in Roanoke. The food was delicious and fresh!! Been on a diet lately so the salad bar was a hit! The employees were nice and very Friendly. My Family felt really welcomed. Also got a chance to meet the manager of the establishment who was very kind to us Alexis Hernandez. We love the Jason's in keller but gotta probably swap to this Jason's in Roanoke. Family agreed tacos Tuesday's have been replaced with salads and sandwiches!!!

Tried for the first time… ordered tomato basil, chicken noodle soups… both are good. Chipotle Chicken and Avacado Panini is awesome, nachos chips are okaish.. great south west salad bowl is okayish as well. Santa Fe chicken sandwhich is pretty normal but everything is fresh and service is good. Complimentary Icecream is a plus for sure. Will try again.

Very good Caprese Panini! Kudos to staff for explaining option to make kids grilled cheese sandwich as Soup and Sandwich combo instead: tomato soup warmed nicely and tasty: hit the spot! Love the low key soothing soft music also - much easier on the ears and won't overpower our conversations. Food was seasoned just right because kid has particular taste buds! Very glad staff able to customize orders for us at the school also so not spicy!

today i ordered through the app. went through the drive through and was gone in less than a minute. definitely not a fast food joint, more of a decent restaurant with x-men's quick silver in a window. first time i went the power was out, they didn't have my app order. the manager met me at the window to apologized and asked what i had ordered. i left 3 min later with my food. i recommend the managers special ( 1/2 entrée, 1/2 soup or salad, a side and a drink) my choice... meatball or blt (comes with a fresh egg and sliced avocado on it) and broccoli n cheese or pot pie soup

Great salad bar for dinner on the last day of a looong road trip. I love knowing that jason's deli will provide fresh, healthy options for my family, whether I go to the store in Kansas city, in Fort Worth, or in Corinth, MS.

Food is ok. Atmosphere good for the summer time. It is so cold in there during dinnertime we stopped going. Must be the 2 story ceilings and all the windows. Not comfortable. Good tea!

Salad bar was fresh and pretty well maintained. Decent selection. A little untidy but it could have been because they were busy before we arrived.

We love Jason's deli. The Roanoke store is a little smaller than some stores. With that comes a smaller salad bar which is one of the best meals they offer. Other than that one thing everything else about this store is great.

I have a Pork allergy. I do not really go to Jason’s deli very often. I asked the the drive though attendant if the Carmela had pork as I’m allergic. She said it didn’t so I ordered it. I took two bite before I realized that it did indeed have pork. Two kinds of pork. *Edit* I called the store and the manager Doug refunded my order and made sure I was alright and that it wouldn’t happen again. Thank you, Doug!

They're famous for their muffletta sandwich which is basically Italian lunch meat and diced olives and it's definitely worth a try. The salad bar is also pretty good, probably best deal is with a 1/2 sandwich and a salad. Also, you get free soft serve ice cream with every meal. Worth a try.

The cashier was friendly and professional. Placing my order was easy, and my group of 3 didn't have to wait long to receive our dine-in orders. The restaurant was clean, and the person that delivered our food was nice. I ordered a club royale manager's special with a chicken pot pie soup since I have enjoyed the club royale sandwich on previous visits. The sandwich was good. The soup was excellent. I also tried a black cherry glass bottled soda, an organic peach tea, and the onsite fresh brewed sweet tea. The sweet tea by the fountain drink machine was underwhelming compared to past experiences with Jason's Deli. The black cherry soda was okay, and the bottle of organic peach tea was disappointing.

We love having this new Jason’s close by. The first experience was great with stellar service that went beyond what was expected. We have been back a few times and my kids enjoy the children’s meals with fresh fruit. I definitely love the wide variety of choices! My one and only issue here is please: don’t serve guacamole when it is literally brown/black 😳 as I’ve been served this delight more than once.

Great food! The salad bar is usually very fresh and kept full of veggies. There are times the tables are quite full of dirty dishes. They don’t seem to get cleaned off on a regular basis. That is never real inviting.

We had a long wait at 1:45pm. They should have opened another register. The bathroom was disgusting and the napkin dispensers were all empty. The restaurant just looked dirty- the tables, booth seats, and chairs.

10/17/20 Roanoke, Texas: When we arrived, ALL available tables were dirty. There were 2 guys cleaning off tables. After we ordered, we looked for a table. One looked pretty clean, but the bench seat and chairs had food crumbs all over them. A couple of tables across the aisle had clean seats, but the tables were soaking wet. Went to the other side and tables were basically half-clean. Come on Jason's!

Se always love the sandwiches but last 3 times the ice cream machine dispenses liquid cream on all flavors. Please fix ice cream machines.

Fresh salad makings. A little slow refilling Salad bar at times. Still delicious but would like different Fruit beside Apples occasion)y . Some sandwiches are very small and mostly bread. Some are as picture I do not order sandwiches because of this. Love the freshness of the Vegetables. They are just not up to the other Jason's Deli as yet but hopping they will soon be and it take care of it still better than the 25 mile round trip and traffic to other one.

Bailey who took out order was great. We had a big party and she was very patient. The food was great. Two complaints however. No boiled eggs at the salad bar. We love y’all’s boiled eggs. Kinda disappointed. Second compliant was our table was very dirty before we sat down. We had to clean it ourselves.

I ordered chicken noodle soup. I didn't feel well and didn't want to battle traffic going elsewhere. The seasoning was really strong. Really I wanted the warm broth. Couldn't eat it at all. Threw it out. Very 😢

I generally always give restaurants a chance if something is incorrect which I have in this case. This is about the 6th or 7th time (for this Roanoke location) we’ve had issues. All door dash orders. I order the same sandwich ALL the time. Shelly’s Deli chick. It comes EVERY single time without lettuce or tomato. WHY? Your menu shows the sandwich with lettuce and tomato, why am (without fail) always sent my sandwich with no lettuce or tomato? Is it a training issue? Are we cutting costs? This past weekend, they forgot my husbands whole order in a $100 order. People pay good money for food/door dash and it’s really annoying when meals are completely left out and sandwiches aren’t made correctly. The way y’all advertise them. Again, it’s only this Roanoke location. We never have an issue with the Keller location which leads me to believe this is a training issue at this store.

I like the Jimmy Cubano but it takes a while to get your order recently which deters me from going the the Roanoke location. The service is hospitable and they are fast with the staff they have. It still takes longer than it used to to get the order. It might be not enough staff. 🤷🏼‍♀️

The food is great! The prices at Jason’s Deli has gotten unaffordable for the average consumer. As long as Jason’s is happy and financially ok I wish them good luck. The price point doesn’t match the value of what you get imho.

NO ICE CREAM!! I came here for lunch and the ice cream machine is broken. An employee said it won’t be fixed for another month. Wish I knew that before I ordered. I can get a sandwich and chips anywhere, the free ice cream is why I chose Jason’s today. It would have been nice if there was a sign or someone had informed me before I ordered. I probably would have gone elsewhere. Despite, this disappointment, the food was good and the service was great!!

Normally I have decent service there. This visit (6/15/24) I came in paid in cash, the cashier (young blond female) miscounted my money and gave me incorrect change. No big deal just a dollar off but I mentioned it and she told me I was wrong. I counted the money she handed me and it was incorrect from the amount on the receipt. I once again asked her to recheck she said I gave her a different amount than I did and the change was correct. Anyways her till should have been about 5 dollars short. We came in later than the dinner crowd, our table wasn't clean to the normal standard, the salad bar wasn't stocked properly and my sandwich was missing it's pickle... Normally not a big dill. It may be some time until I try to revisit this location.

They changed the potato salad and I did not like it at all. The corn muffins were very dry there wasn't as many salad options as there use to be. I have had better salad bars.

My food was great, as it is at any Jason's deli location, but it did set a mood for dinner when the manager ignores taking your order to explain to employees why he gets a Christmas bonus and they don't. If I had not been with family I would have walked out after hearing that.

Waited for 25 minutes on a baked potato that never arrived so I went and asked for a refund and manager was notified. He did offer my refund and a option to get one immediately to go even but I was just done waiting any longer. He saw I was highly dissatisfied and quickly offered a $5 gift card to use at a later time which I accepted. I may not return anytime soon and nor did I take time to have dinner this evening as just angry at the circumstances. Reviews will always be seen as for feedback even when low in rating, hopefully this will be noticed about staff if one is at a table any length of time to check and see if a issue.

Usually love this place but today was just disappointing. 14 tables unbused with workers and manager standing about laughing and talking. My bread was stale and hard, the strawberries on our strawberry short cake were dried out and the fruit in the fruit salad tasted like chemicals. Called Manager over and he said the bread was still frozen. What?? It wasn’t even cold. He said the produce wasn’t very good this week. Just an overall bad experience.

The portions are measly and the food is mediocre. When you go to a place that specializes in sandwiches you expect a decent portion. This is not the case with Jason's. The soup is very good and it comes with a side but the food is quite bland. There's a lot of old people and little kids so its not a very fun location. Not advised

The lady at the counter snapped at us when we told her there were no clean tables. Then they forget my son's food and when we asked the employee, he argued with us. We even showed the receipt but he didn't care. So the manager came by and brought his food. She apologized. We watched people clean their own table to eat on, while one employee swept the floor.. yes she was sweeping floors with no clean tables. Weird right.... our food was good but I will probably not come back here.

Ordered a Turkey sandwich, came with smelly Turkey, some sauce completely covering the sandwich, lettuce tasted old. How do you muck up a Turkey sandwich?

All I ordered was a fruit plate with yogurt dip to go. My fruit and dip was warm, not chilled, and it smelled like pickle and/onion! I did taste it...several pieces, which only confirmed the smell! So my husband drove it all the way back to the store where the manager confirmed he smelled something off in the fruit. Another plate of fruit was made, and I tried it again when my husband brought it back to me. 2 bites in and the same thing all over again, but this time I also found a moldy strawberry chunk and a red grape chunk that was slimely and white on the fleshy part of the grape. Needless to say a refund will be requested! Response: A refund alone does not cover the gas and time it took to go back to this location twice for the same problem! My husband preferred to go out to eat, but I wanted to stay in. He didn't even get to enjoy his food bc he was so worried about me not eating! It ruined our childless night in.

I went to eat at this place and it is a terrible and unacceptable place to eat. The place does not have clean tables The food hurt my stomach. I think they have no control with the cleaning. I do not recommend eating here because you will have stomach pain. At this moment I feel sick to my stomach 🤮🤢 because of the food I ate there, the floor is sticky and the tables too nasty place to sit I don’t recommended 👎🏼

Hands down the nastiest restaurant, greasy floors, tables full of mess. Just a gross environment to eat at. Not your normal Jason’s deli. Not to mention 3 people out of the 4 got sick afterwards.

I understand that ordering through a 3rd party for delivery during lunch will cause a little bit of a delay, however, pushing the pick up time of an order 3 times because they simply have not got to the order yet is not acceptable. I ordered early understanding that lunch is a difficult time for restaurants and ONLY have one hour for lunch and work in a way that I cannot eat while I am working. First the order was going to be delivered by 12:35 then it wasn't even prepared by that time, then it was pushed to 12:45 which is understandable, but now its set for even later and the food has still not even been prepared. Unfortunately at this time I have no choice as there is not a way to cancel the order through Uber Eats. I am even now looking at my order and it is stating that the food has not even been been made over an hour after I placed the order.

Worst experience I have had at a Jason's s deli! The salad bar was not clean. They are supposed to be open until 10 and they started closing up at 9. They kept running out of food and drinks. Again, at 9, not 10, when they close. It felt like we were inconveniencing the staff by being there. If I could give zero stars I would.

There menu doesn't show what comes on there food. So I ask the lady what comes on the California and she said turkey and all the veggies. After getting my food there's bacon all over it witch I can't eat pork. So I bring my food back, she said they all come with bacon took my food pulled the bacon off and gave me back the food.!!!! So now I have $30 worth of food I can't eat.

Love there salad bar Update: 8/222 Have to change my review from 5 stars to 0. Just went into eat dinner 06:00 pm with my wife. Not only was every table trashed and noware to sit but the buffet that we love was empty. Lucky my wife was heading to the buffet while I was paying and she was able to tell me before we paid. Really was looking forward to the buffet but not today.😡

Left a 3 star review at first. Owner didn't like it. We went on 9/10/2022 our cashier stated multiple times he was on his last day. His service showed it. As I said in my original review, the food was great but service was equal to McDonalds.

Went for lunch, drive thru was open but no one answering at speaker so drove up to the window and waited and multiple employees walked by and answered the phone next to window but no one would come to the window to at least tell me they weren’t using it.

I ordered a chicken panini from this store last night and upon checkout, it showed me the the option to choose from "Sandwich" or "manager's special", I chose manager's special because I though it might have something extra since it gave me the option to choose side, there was nowhere it was mentioned that it is ONLY HALF sandwich in manager's special. I picked up my sandwich and opened the box at home and found that it was only half sandwich. I called the restaurant and asked about this, they understood and requested me to come anytime later to pickup rest of the sandwich. I called next day to pickup the sandwich and lady who picked up the phone this time was the store manager. Her response to me "you got what you ordered, that's not my mistake, it is a corporate website issue, not my problem". Great, I hung up the phone. I loved Jason's deli for years but I would never go back here again (at least not at this location). Absolutely lowest level of customer service.

Dirtiest Jason deli I have ever been in. We got here at 11:02. I couldn't imagine they have been busy enough since open to warrant every table to be dirty. And the floors to be dirty. This is clearly from yesterday. Very disappointing.

Wife and I got extremely sick immediately after eating there(3-29-25). We did notice the restaurant wasn't the cleanest it could have been, sticky floors, high chairs were nasty. Called the manager(3-30-25) after we could hold a conversation and she didn't seem to give a shit. She said "Well everything should be good on dates".

My family ended up extremely sick from the salad bar. Haven't been able to keep food down in over 24 hours. My husband called the restaurant to let them know but we were just informed everything is "in date"

If I could give them zero stars I would. I called food ahead and was told it would be done in 10 minutes. I waited 20 minutes in the line at the window waiting for the food that came out cold. 30 minutes for a call in order at 9pm, COLD. Taylor, and her staff thought it comical, she should not be working in this facility. Hire people that want to be there, because this clown show is a disgrace to the Jason Deli name.

1520 N US Hwy 377, Roanoke, TX 76262 This location needs some TLC and/or some adult supervision ASAP!!! Store is always a mess and staff is run by rude to borderline indifferent “kids” who just don’t want to be here. It’s a shame because the food is pretty good… but I’d rather not deal with them or sit in dirty seats. Every time I’m here, I’ve seen at least four or five dirty tables, full of dishes and trash, while the staff walks past them to deliver food. Not sure how many tables need to fill up with trash and dirty dishes before SOMEONE does something about it. This is basic stuff… If they can’t keep the front of their restaurant clean, I’d hate to see the kitchen.

My to go order had grey ham (about half of my sandwich) and when I called about it they wanted to replace it and got very upset and snippy when I said no, I wanted the whole meal refunded because it’s all going in the trash at this point. I just hope I don’t get sick at this point, and I’m sure I can’t be the only one that this happened to tonight.
