Excellent service! They were prompt; cordial, brought our food to our table instead of just calling us up to get it when it was ready. They also checked on us at least two more times while we were eating to see if we needed anything. Such good service. Loved our experience there. The food was also really good!

I was very pleased with my visit. Amrit was very welcoming and her customer service skills were above & Beyond. I would definitely go back to this location. The food was fresh in the store was very clean and sanitary 100% satisfied. My favorite part was the fried okra.

The lady at the counter was super nice. The brisket & coleslaw was good. I should have gotten that instead of the 2 meat combo w/pulled pork. I usually love pulled pork, but this tasted watery. Brisket came w/2 pieces, so not sure how many come in the full order, but I feel like the portions were pretty small. I know everything is more expensive, but dang. It was $25 w/$2 tip at the register after an added fountain drink. Also, isn't it supposed to come with pickles and onions? I got neither. Skip the Mac & cheese. Bread was soggy (came w/2 pieces, but I had already thrown one piece away in photo). I put the fork in the photo for size reference. I'll prob go somewhere else for BBQ from now on.

Food was subpar. I ordered fries with brisket and cheese. The fries were not crispy, and a lot of them were green. Very little brisket. Super disappointed!

Nice service during a slow lunch but the food wasn't as good as some other Dickeys I have been to. The pork and brisket seemed old carried from the previous day.

Went in for dinner for our family and we wasn’t greeted instead was met with a attitude by the cashier Armit, as we were ordering we ordered two orders of ribs for our plate and was told “YOU CANT GET DOUBLE RIBS for that” nowhere does it say we can’t double a meat, also it was said with a attitude. Then once we chose what we wanted she went ahead with the same attitude said “you don’t want nothing else” we say “no thanks” her “NO DRINK” me “No ma’am that’s all” again nowhere does it say you can’t order double meat for your order. She should definitely be taught customer service again because she has none and it doesn’t look good for the company overall.

Made online order for an online deal with coupon code. When I showed up they said system was down and couldn’t fulfill order. They said I wouldn’t be charged but after checking my account they took the money anyway. I called their service line and had to leave a message but they never got back to me. I was forced to do a stop payment with my credit card. SHADY!

Pretty sad, won’t honor loyalty offers, claimed to be out of food. It’s a shame that these places are closing but it’s not hard to see why with this kind of business.

Ordered online well before the dinner rush. Called me to tell me they were out of pulled pork on a family plate I ordered. I asked if they could substitute ANYTHING in its place. Was told no. So I had to cancel my order and take my business elsewhere. Terrible management decision.

I came here today, 8/22/2025, at 1:58 PM to pick up an order. While taking the order, I asked for a glass of water, and she started yelling at me. She made racist remarks, insulting me by saying I was Muslim in front of other customers at a volume that disturbed everyone. She was very rude and ultimately refused to deliver my last package. She said, "Go do whatever you want, complain whatever you want, and you won't receive any package." If the restaurant manager or anyone else looks at the security camera footage from this time, they will witness the incident firsthand. I hope they don't continue with this employee.
