Really good wings and fries. The service was fast and friendly. The place is clean and the tables are not too crammed together like other locations. Really enjoyed all their flavors and their iced tea is really good.

My order was ok, considering previous purchases before. I eat at Wingstop once or twice a week, which is usually good but not this time. I'm not sure if it was the new location.

I have not had WingStop in a long time, it was always great, tried location in Rockwall and sorry to say it was not great, tasted undercooked, flavor was just not there, fry’s were great, service great and store was clean, just was not as good as I remember maybe they have different supplier or something…

In comparison to other Wing Stop locations, this one is by far near the bottom of the list. Fries were awesome, ranch dressing awesome, the dinibg area was awesome. The reason I won't be going back here is the wings. The main reason for going to this restaurant. They cook them entirely too long and the breading gets way over crispy. Crispy to the point that it hurts your teeth to bite into them. I'll be frequenting the location on Buckingham to get my Wing Stop fix.

The fry basket sizes have been reduced and the fries have switched to frozen. I loved that Wing Stop's fries were different than all the other fast food places. The wings are still fine but it feels not worth it to get just wings and no fries. WingStop has been my go to since middle school. Guess I will have to try to like Buffalo Wild Wings again. You can't reduce the size and switch to frozen from hand cut fries.

I'll never eat here again. I ordered from this Wingstop and ended up throwing up within two hours of eating the food. The chicken was drenched in oil, so I removed my chicken from the black box & put it on a plate here at home, also dapping it with paper towel to simple dry up some of the oil. I called the store to let them know what happened and asked for a refund because not only is this the first time happening to me, but the second, at this location. The manager told me I'd have to "go to the doctor and prove I had food poisoning " in order to get one. That was honestly one of the most disrespectful and ridiculous things I've ever heard from a restaurant. I wasn't asking for anything crazy -- just accountability after getting sick from their food. Be careful ordering from this location. I literally ordered 5 Honey Hot boneless wings ( which is a dry rub ) and 5 regular plain boneless. This oil is DRENCHED on this shit. I'm livid. I'll never eat here again!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WINGSTOP! l've been a loyal customer for 23 years, a regular customer at least once a week. My family loved Wingstop...however today we were told we cannot request flats and drums for different seasonings in the family packs. "The new system doesn't allow it". Yes, looks like we'll have to find another wing place or a substitute.

When I received my order I question the fries, they were like potato wedges and not done in prep correctly making them not what I always get at a Wingstop. As you can see in picture below with change to how the thickness is it makes fries mushy and not cook all the way as well as different than quality you’re usually paying for. When I asked to have new ones the host told me that’s how they always are; I then replied and said no this is the first time I have ever gotten fries from Wingstop and they have looked and tasted like this. The manager then proceeded to continue to make rude comments in the back about my complaint and all of us could hear it in dinning area. Super unprofessional and if I’m Wingstop from a corporate standpoint I would not want this franchise store to be a representation of Wingstop, it is far from the quality and professionalism it should be!
