Great food and great service! We were immediately greeted as we entered, and provided menus to place a to go order. The bar with the indoor outdoor seating was the perfect vibe for the short wait we had for food. Super good food and amazing atmosphere. The waiters are really well and their takeout process is great! I usually get their Birria taco plate with goat meat which is always delicious. Parking is a little iffy as there is a huge dip in the parking lot, but there is more parking over by the seafood place.

I absolutely love this place. Staff is always friendly, $5.50 for a margarita with a full 12 oz beer upside down on top. 9 dollars for the upgraded premium don Julio beer-rita. Great selection of tacos, delicious rice. This is my go to spot after work. Be warned, they have some SPICY salsa, but it tastes so good.

You can tell a recent renovation has happened. Unexpectedly nice inside with all matching furniture. Husband had the birra goat tacos. Wow! Never had goat before. It's was amazingly tender! I had their menudo. Strangely it didn't have hominy in it and it wasn't very tender. Maybe because it was the Saturday morning menudo rather than the Sunday morning menudo that had been cooking all weekend. But still great flavor. Took it home and had it the next day, added my own hominy and let it simmer an hour or so... Also we got there before the Saturday morning crowd but by the time we left it was packed with 90% of the patrons Hispanic. Tells me, how truly authentic it is. Our waitress didn't speak very much English, but she was attentive and sweet. We'll definitely be returning.

I had been wanting to try quesabirria tacos and heard this place had them so came to try. The place is very unassuming, but just sitting down I was soon impressed with how fresh the salsa was, you could tell it was roasted and fresh as steam was still coming off of it when it got to the table. And this proved itself by how incredibly flavorful it was. The tacos themselves were fantastic and the soup that came to dip them in was itself packed with flavor, I can see why they sell it on its own. My only two critiques were that the refried beans were not the best I’ve had, and I can see why they also sell the plate without them, and that the restaurant needs to invest in better, less flat, spoons with soup this good!

Taco More- Round Rock is so good! It’s tucked back a little from 79 in Round Rock, right behind Long John Silvers (unfortunately). I don’t know how I hadn’t been here prior. When Spanish-speaking individuals are eating here, you know it’s gonna be good! The servers speak more Spanish than English. I got 3 tacos with the marinated pork (Al pastor) being my favorite. The chips and warm salsa are also great. Voy a regresar, gracias Taco More!!!

Recently moved to round Rock from Austin. Think we found our go to taco house! Edit: THIS IS THE GO TO Mexican/taco place in round Rock!!! They have a GREAT salsa bar, service is always fast and on point, cheap cheap cheap and super awesome food! The drinks=YES! $6 Mexican martinis and $5.50 beer-ritas(full size beers of course too)! We have been here about 7 times in the last couple months. Today we decided to change it up and go to another Mexican spot. It was really good but it wasn't Taco More. We ended up grabbing taco more to go on the way home to satisfy our mexi-craving! Definitely recommend this place!!

I used to love this place, last review in this location was done 6yrs ago, I moved to kyle 5 years ago so I currently visit the riverside location on a regular basis but this location was my favorite one and sadly not no more, every since they change from taco more to casa more, the service quality and food has changed. I appreciate the AC, but it was freaking below 65° inside. I understand staff gets hot since they are working but not the customers. It took 20 min before someone came to greed us, and Portion on my fajita tacos was poor, same thing with the mole plate I ordered. My daughter had a pozole and look at the pig feet..... yea, it had hair, and I'm sorry that I'm very picky, but I consider myself a pretty good customer. I don't know about you but we as regulars don't like change. I mean, the place was full all the time. Why change something that has worked for you. I guess I'm sticking to the riverside location from now on since it feels more like home. Good bye Casa more and best of luck in your new chapter.

Tried goat taco for the first time, turned out to be great. The chicken fajita taco and crunchy prawns are also super. Will come here again definitely. Moreover the hospitality is great.

The food at casa more is an authentic Mexican flavor, I eat at the bar and the bartender Ailyn is the best , she does the best micheladas and Palomas and she gave us 5 star service 👌🏻.

Looking for a GOOD $20 meal? THIS IS THE PLACE My mom and I, both very white, English-speaking women, came here as a last minute diner on the way to the hotel. The service is impeccable, the food was SO flavorful and affordable, and the drinks were strong! We ended up coming here three times on our 5-day trip. The food beat most of the fancy fancy restaurants we went to in Austin. Highly recommend the chips with salsa, pork/chicken tacos, and margaritas. Huge fan and would recommend to anyone staying in the round rock area or locals wanting to try a hidden gem.

Okay let me tell yall. This place right here hit a little different. The fact that most of all the food places closed at 9:30pm to about 10pm. My wife and I hurrying to find a spot to eat. “Quick date night”. 👏🏾🤩. We looked this place up and seen the reviews. Well this place did not disappoint. They greeted us, were fast and friendly and kind. Most definitely the food was phenomenally good. I had the refried beans and rice with 2 carnitas tacos and my wife had the refried beans, rice with birria 🌮 plate. We also added menudos bowl. Wow, omg all this was slamming. Kudos to the chef!!! Please don’t wait and get up and go. Let them know I sent you… 🙌🏾🙏🏾🤤

I looked on Google for birria tacos so I stop here I'm not from the area, I really enjoy everything including the music playing. Again very delicious tostadas I tried ceviche & camaron and bought this good beer sauce or chamoy but it was reaaaallly good 👍

We were in the area and saw the rave reviews on Google. This place truly is a hidden gem. The quesabirria tacos were legit!! My wife had the tostada and really liked it. They were out of the flan so I didn't opt for a dessert. Prices were very reasonable and the service and atmosphere were great. Our bill was about $25 for two people.

Taco More in Round Rock is a true hidden gem for taco lovers. We have always had amazing experience there. I ordered the chicken fajita and pork tacos, while my wife enjoyed the birria tacos and goat soup. Everything was phenomenal! The flavors of the chicken fajita and pork tacos were outstanding. Tender meat, perfectly seasoned, and served in handmade tortillas. The birria tacos and goat soup were equally impressive, showcasing authentic Mexican flavors. I was never fan of birria tacos due to the smell but last night I tried some and it was so flavorful. I am definitely ordering them next time. The salsas at Taco More are to die for. Especially their hot red salsa 🔥. The service was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall great experience. If you're craving tacos, Taco More is the place to be.

This place was pretty good just like the other location super fast staff!! Well I started off with a beer and a frozen strawberry margarita and a sweet tea lol … then on to some chips and salsa the salsa was great! Then I ordered Sautéed Tilapia with green peppers and onions on it sooooooo good I was super happy with the flavor of the fish and lime and salad together and those bean was the best I’ve had in Texas!!! And the rice held its own as well… I also ordered one steak taco!!! Really good portions of food they give out here for a great price!!! Highly recommend this place to everybody

I had to try this restaurant after my brother told me about it, so here I am. I had to try the breakfast and lunch tacos cuz why not right. It was fresh and hot, made from scratch and really good. The green sauce is a must. Service was good as well. I will be back 100%

Wasn't a fan of the way the menu was put together. The server was super nice and food was good. They catered to my diary allergy without an issue. Salsa was heated which was a nice change from the usual cold. My food was good but way overpriced ($20 for a small plate of fajitas).

Really tasty food. Appropriate portions. Very large beers. Comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Parking can be difficult, but still isn't too bad. Service was great; most staff here are native speakers of Spanish, so be sure to be specific with any complicated requests. Overall really nice place. Do intend to return multiple times!

Delicious tacos and had a good margarita. Service was a bit off, as a different person came to our table each time, and there seemed to be confusion on what we ordered. This was most apparent when the bill came and there were items we hadn't ordered or received on our check. They took it off quickly, no problem, but perhaps if there were better communication or organisation, it wouldn't be an issue. I'd still absolutely recommend, as the tacos really were amazing and decently priced.

We stopped by for an early breakfast. Ordered 9 tacos for 4 people, and everyone was full and had to save the last taco for later. 5 potato, egg, bean and 2 egg, chorizo, and cheese $32. I can't say much more. My nephew and I were the only customers in the restaurant. The food was hot and good, and the green sauce had a kick. Don't live out there, but I wouldn't mind trying lunch or dinner.

Great service. Great price. You have to ask for an English speaker for call in orders but it's never an issue. We go frequently for breakfast. The only reason I'm not giving them five stars is because they have forgotten something from our order on more than one occasion. They always make it right but it's a hassle to have to go back.

Food is really good and prices are awesome. Service needs a bit of work. You walk in and get seated pretty quickly. Then one waiter will take your drink order, and your menu order. Another waiter will bring your drinks, and then another waiter brings your food. Then you are lost to the abyss, don't see another waiter unless you flag them down. There is plenty of waiters and waitresses, they just forget to come back and check on your table. If they were assigned sections it might help that a bit, but they all serve whatever table they need to get food to. I went in one weekend and got an awesome waitress. She was excellent with service, I try to find her whenever I going. She could teach the rest of them a lot! I left her a glowing comment on my ticket that first time she served me. Like I said food is good, prices are great, just need better service.

Atmosphere/vibe isn't warming or exactly comforting but it's clean and presentable. Service was prompt and polite while the food was tasty and filling. Not knock your socks off great but definitely good and hot without a long wait time. Overall a enjoyable experience and will go again soon.

My 2nd time here. The dorada was good but the chicken was a bit hard at the end. Today I tried the quesabirria with consomme and I have to say that no one beats the lady's food truck in cedar park. It was good but the consome was missing flavor and the quesabirria wasn't fried enough, the shell was too soft. However, the service is phenomenal! The menu is small but I see many items coke out that look pleasing to the eye so I'll be back.

Most of the food here is amazing and I've never had a problem with the service. The only cons are that they send the food out as they make it and it's always incomplete. If you go with a large party it is lost certain that some people will get their food when others are finished. They don't mess up that's just how they operate. Also many of the plates that came out to the table were chipped. I love the food and that's what keeps bringing me here. Hopefully they will notice their areas of improvement and work on it.

This place has me with mixed feelings. The food is amazing. If your willing to oversee the customer service and having to continually remind the wait staff of your order and them having to bring out parts of your order example: if you request sour cream or sauteed onions on your tacos, they will forget the items and they will bring them out one by one even if you remind them of both forgotten items when you receive your food. If you ask for a cup of water. They will forget it. They will forget part of your order every single time. So you have to love the food. The prices are competitive, and the food is amazing and the drinks are awesome as well. I love to go there especially the morning after a night of drinking for menudo or pozole, and for a mineral water upside down in a cup of lime juice with salted rim YUM!!! totally worth the very mediocre service. Some waitresses are very nice and don't forget your order but that's not the norm. Overall. If they had better wait staff, I would give them a 5, but the food and the drinks are worth 4 stars, hands down .

The quesabirria tacos with consomme were great. I was amazed that the chips and salsa came with a plate of cucumbers, radishes, limes and to salsas. The refried beans were runny like a soup.

This place was pretty good. The prices were not bad, and the food was decent. I highly recommend the pastor taco. This place is WAY better than Torchy's.

I ordered for pickup. The restaurant sits behind the fast food places facing Hwy 79 , so there are lots of cars driving around. Parking is plentiful: however, there's a ginormous pothole in the middle of their parking lot. On the other side of it is lots of parking area. The service was welcoming and quick once I got inside. My chicken quesadilla was really big with lots of meat. I ordered online, and you can customize what you want on it from what is offered. I could even request no salt. The beef fajita taco had good flavor, too. The red salsa was spicy hot--too hot for me. I liked the green, milder one. You can even order breakfast tacos any time, per the menu. Tacos are $3 each.

The vibes of the establishment was great,wasn’t loud being a taco tuesday around dinner hours… Bartender was very informative of how certain dishes are prepared… I ordered Cabrito taco’s they was bold with flavor an was not over cooked like I’ve had many times elsewhere,this is definitely one of my favorite places now to visit when i traveling…

Not for Family’s night out. This restaurant was great a few years ago. The menu has slowly changed, dropping a lot of stuff off. No more chiles rellenos, chilaquiles. For kids now they only offer chicken nuggets and fries. Last night we went for dinner I asked if they had a kids quesadilla plate and they said no, we can make it but we would charge for everything separate. Then the drinks are $3.00 and up even for kids ($2.50). This place has really changed it’s more of adults eating and alcohol. Sad to say this but I don’t recommend this restaurant.

This place was alright. The queso was weird; it was not your normal Mexican food queso. It was satisfactory, but the drinks were great. They were well priced, mixed perfectly, and I enjoyed the quiet, tucked in atmosphere on the night we visited. We were NOT treated well. The staff was rude and all but ignored us. We had to ask multiple times for things, and the bathrooms were GROSS. We were going to stay and have dinner, but the service was awful. Good for drinks, maybe needs a second try for staff.

This is our last time here. The food and service gets consistently worse on every visit. Not worth it any more.. Shame we really liked it here.

It was extremely 'meh'. The frozen margaritas were weak and more white with ice than liquor. The food was very basic. It would be akin to any chain Mexican food place I've been. The wait staff was marvelous. Unfortunately, we won't be going back.

I had an ok time here. I've never had their type of salsa before. They actually warm it up. It's not bad. I tried their lemonade and liked it. I had 3 1/2 glasses! I also ate their enchilada plate. 4 enchiladas, rice and beans not bad for only 10 bucks. The enchiladas with red sauce and beef weren't bad. I liked the rice and the beans were on the soupy side.

The food was ok. My kids got breakfast tacos, which you can tell they over cooked the eggs a bit, or what I mean they put everything in the grilled and let it there and then they remember ooh we need to mixed it a bit and put it in the tortilla. Honestly, tortillas looked like plastic or cheap brand flour tortillas store bought. I created my own breakfast torta with bean egg cheese bacon. They hardly even added beans. I feel like in a torta, beans is the main ingredient. My husband got a menudo. It was good. You can tell it was homemade, and meat was very clean. The only thing he did say it was missing a bit more flavor. But it still passes. But we do not recommend if you are used to harmony in the menudo. This one does not have harmony inside. I mean, typically , the menudo doesn't need harmony, only the pozole. Horchata taste like it was artificial with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top. My son didn't like it, I tried it, and ehh I don't blame him for not drinking it. In the end is when I realized I forgot to take pictures of our food. But I was able to take a picture of the Horchata. Service was ok. Our waitress, you can tell she didn't want to be there. Showed no interest with her tables. We had to get her attention for refills on the drinks. We were ready to pay the waitress somewhere else, but she never showed up again. We had to get the attention of another waitress to let her know we were ready to pay. She took our payment and even brought it back.

There was a piece of plastic wrapper inside one of the tacos. The birria soup was okay but the tacos were mediocre to bad.

Over the years this place has lost touch with quality. From the beginning of the visit. We sat at a dirty table which the waitress said she would come wipe down and never did. The food was mediocre, tortillas seemed to be microwaved for a few seconds. The season of everything was just off. The salsas weren’t great either. And at the end I wanted to end with a treat and got a paleta payaso only to find it moldy. I tried 4 more and they all had mold. The bathrooms could also use some tlc. Toilets barely want to flush and the sink are is just sad. I most likely won’t be returning.

We started coming here 3 years ago and everything was excellent. Haven't been here in a year but we were excited to come back. I don't know if the business has changed owners but it's changed. When we sat down were given a paper menu with only a fraction of the selection they used to have when they had real menus. Also were given plastic utensils, not real silverware. Chips were tasteless no salt. Salsa was watery and served in a tiny styrofoam cup. My sister wanted queso over her enchiladas instead of red sauce, which they've done before and it took 10 minutes for our Spanish speaking friend to make our server understand what she wanted. My chicken enchiladas and rice were fine but beans were pale and watery with pieces of beans swimming around. It just makes me wonder what standards they cut back on in the kitchen when you have to print paper menus and make your patrons eat everything with takeout utensils, and cups. Tea glasses and plate was real. We won't be coming back

AVOID THIS PLACE! Horrible food/experience. They brought out the chips and salsa. The chips are from Costco and cold and the salsa tastes like tomato soup. They brought half our food out and then 10 minutes later brought the other half out. It was only 4 tacos and 2 tostadas. Not that much food for this mishap. The meat is rubbery and has no flavor. I would never go back here again.

Easily the worst food I’ve ever paid for that wasn’t rotten or raw. It was cooked, that’s all the positive things I can say about this place. I’ve never felt such shame paying for a meal in my life.

I found Taco More on a few best tacos places lists and I was more than disappointed. We ordered the Quesadilla Birria Tacos and they were the worst Birria I’ve ever had. I don’t even know where to start. The nachos were greasy chips and the salsa tasted more like tomato soup. The restaurant itself was well air conditioned but the restrooms felt like they were running the heater (it’s very hot outside today).

Our waitress was very nice, food was good but not great. We showed up at 9:15 & they closed at 10:00. It was around 9:45 and while we as well as several other customers were watching the soccer game & enjoying our meals. The gentlemen at the front desk walks up, looks at us enjoying the game & turns the tvs off. Guess the customer experience isn’t the most important focus of their business. I still left a 30% tip for our waitress. We will not be returning.

We ordered the enchiladas with their red sauce, and it was the worst tasting sauce I've ever had. The guy who brought the food just dropped off the "paper" plates and shuffled off quickly. The service was awful, the food was awful. The only thing I enjoyed was the Modelo. If I had a choice between this place and Taco Bell, I would pick Taco Bell. In fact, I would sooner eat a cheap TV dinner than ever go back to this place. I sometimes wish El Arroyo would come back to this location.

The food was bland, overcoated with extras not included on menu nor wanted. The meat was so dry I couldn’t eat it. The Staff snickered at my Uncle and I thinking it was a date gone wrong, when we simply find it rude to talk while eating. We were very uncomfortable.

From DFW and i wouldn’t recommend! When it was taco more it was great service and great food! The waitress refused to make fresh coffee it tasted like it had been sitting there all morning , we went around 2pm. She Took forever to bring utensils. She was also only Spanish speaker and I had to translate for everyone! It wasn’t even busy and she told my grandma to order something else she wouldn’t make fresh coffee.

I had good and terrible experiences. The meat was HORRIBLE, l had beef fajitas y al pastor tacos. The beef fajitas were Dry, dark, hard.no taste, chewy like rubber.l'm not exagerating..it was like if l was eating my shoe sole..the al pastor was horrible too, dry, hard and a weird color, like if they used food coloring..l just tried a bite and l swear l didn't eat and threw it to the trash. The al pastor meat gets its color because of the Chiles they supposed to use to cook it no because they "painted" to look red...l will NEVER come back. I don't think everybody gets served that horrible meat because the place would be closed already but l had nad luck and got that hard,obscure , tasteless and dry meat😖.🤮 On the other hand.The chips and salsa were very good, the salsa they serve with the chips is the best l have tried. I love that salsa and the service was great.Maria is an excellent waitress. Kind, smiling, she made sure we had everything we needed, checked our table constantly, she was so gracious and very knowledgeable. And it wasn't her fault the cook serves that horrible meat. Oh and the hostess was not helpful or caring. She was going to takes to the table and another employee stop her to chat.We had to wait til the finish, then she started chatting with the other employee instead taking us to the table. The place was empty and still we had to wait til the hostess finish chatting 🙄

Service wasn’t good and the food was way too greasy. I didn’t eat my place after 2 bites because it was so greasy and even though I told the waitress she didn’t do anything about it and I still got charged for it when I went to the front desk to pay. The waitress was nowhere to be found throughout. I had to ask someone else when I needed drinks, etc.

Ordered food to go from the bar. When I got home it was completely the wrong order, meat I don’t eat and cannot eat. I called where they made me talk to the bartender about my wrong order. He hung up on me multiple times and finally said give him 5 minutes and they would remove the charge. They closed in those 5 minutes and the charge was never removed!!!!! I will NEVER eat or conduct business here again. Now I am left with disputing the charge with my bank for something I never received. Terrible customer service!!! Do not eat here.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY! I came here today with my son. I was hoping to have a nice little breakfast with my child. I came in and there was a couple of tables. I noticed there there were plenty of waitresses! I counted 7 of them! I was like great! Excited for some tacos and great service! Not what happen! I literally waited there 10 minutes! I waited another 3 minutes before I had to get up and ask for service! All seven ladies were still just standing there! Even after asking for service they were still rude! I was not acknowledge at all. I continue to use my manners and was doing my best to be polite! I definitely did not tip but had no problem paying for the food! I should not have stayed and eaten there! I should have gone somewhere else. But I came out of my way from Pflugerville to come and eat here! Not worth the drive at all. These women were had terrible manners and appeared a little judgmental by the way they ignored me! I came in with my hair up in a bun just wearing shorts and a tank top. So I guess they didn’t think that I had the money to tip them. So they didn’t waste their time so don’t waste your time and money!

Business hours are 9am to 10pm (as advertised). I called 3 times at 9:40pm to place an order to go but nobody picked up. I decided to drive myself to the restaurant since it’s only 5 minutes away from me. I get to the restaurant and the employees closed the door and wouldn’t talk to say “sorry” or “we decided to close early”. Employees were hanging around the hostess stand and bar and nobody had the curtesy to talk to a customer. I would give 0 starts if posible because as a business they failed to provide customer service or even know what that it. I support local business but this is totally not acceptable. Don’t waste your time and money.

I ordered birria tacos and i got this… Just meat in a tortilla period. First and last time. Got charged $40

I visited Taco More today after a long and stressful day at work, and I was honestly just ready to eat. I noticed they had some new menu items and was excited to try the milanesa de res plate (as clearly written on their board). The waitress, a very nice young lady, took my order with no problem. But shortly after, she came back saying the cook told her that the milanesa could only be made with chicken. I showed her the board, which listed both beef (res) and chicken (pollo). This led to several servers having to check and communicate with the kitchen, which felt unnecessary and just made the wait longer — I was simply hungry and didn’t want the extra back-and-forth. Eventually, our server explained that milanesa de res is only available in tortas, but then added they were actually out of beef anyway. I accepted that and asked for a side of rice instead. About 10 minutes later, she returned saying the cook had decided they would go ahead and make the milanesa de res after all. At this point, I was frustrated — why say they didn’t have it, then later say they could make it? It really felt like the kitchen was making up rules as they went, which is not fair to the customers or to the servers. The only positive part of this visit was our waitress. She was kind, patient, and clearly just trying to do her job, but the disorganization and inconsistency from the kitchen left a very bad impression.

Terrible experience here. Reviews are deceiving! The waitress didn't give us the complete menu and when asked if they had more options, the waitress gave us attitude. She went back to the front and gave us the correct menus and left us for about 30 minutes to order. The ceviche was plain, with no flavor and only came with 1 tostada. Our party of 6 had 4 tortas and none of them came out correct. They had taken back the orders of tortas and when they came back, it was the same torta just either wiped off of what was wrong or added the 1 slice of avocado. We had to order a side of avocado because they only added 1 little slice. None of the tortas came back fresh and to top it off, we waiting patiently for refills but none was given til after we were basically "finished". As we were leaving there was an older gentlemen who started to choke, the lady from the table was asking for help but no staff made an effort to help. Instead 2 guys had to step in and help. Thankfully the gentleman was ok. Worst staff and service I've ever experienced.

Highly disappointed. The reviews are deceiving. I only ordered 2 tacos. One pastor and chicken taco. Idk what this bag of cucumber are supposed to do. First and last time here.
