Amazing service, and my drink was phenomenal! However, while waiting for my drink, a manager I assume came into the store out of uniform and immediately went behind the counter and was being extremely rude to the workers. As somebody who works in food service myself, I have had my fair share of frustrating managers, but nothing compares to the nastiness that came from this lady. I couldn't catch her name because she did not have a name tag on. The nastiness also was very easily heard throughout the establishment, making myself and other customers very uncomfortable. It was especially disappointing considering how great the service and food were. Overall, I praise those workers for dealing with a lady as rude as her. This event took place on 10/19 at around 11 am.

They keep giving me whole milk when I ask for oatmilk. I go everyday and they either don’t put it in the label (or the screen butchered in a rush) and then they forget. Or worse they don’t read the label and add whole milk when it says oat. They get my order wrong at least twice a week; it’s frustrating if I don’t have time to go back and then I can’t drink the coffee I just bought. But at least the whole team is very nice, I would just like my coffee order to be correct. The only person who gets it right every time is the girl with pink hair!

The worst of the already worsening Starbucks. This location is on the way to my new job so I've stopped 3 times and all 3 Times were a disappointment. Staff is very friendly but the drinks are either watery or lacking flavor. The peppermint mocha I got today is watery and had a weird mint flavor, not typical. I'm not one to go back and request a do over (I'm also usually in a rush) but it's become so consistent that I would be going back every time. I just give up. C'mon Starbucks, you used to be Soo good!!!

I went to the drive thru and order me a caramel frappe and and had to back literally 1 minute after I tasted it tasted like water and they give another one it tasted the same it was the worst coffee ever tasted definitely not coming back

Drove all the way here to get a coffee and to study and their not even open on the inside. It’s 5:40am.

This is the second time I get a drink from here and it taste water down it does not taste good at all it’s like they add no sugar no syrup even tho I’m paying for extra syrup in my drink

Skip this location entirely. It is worth the extra drive to the Starbucks on University because this one is a complete disaster. The customer service is nonexistent. The employees act like they are being punished just for showing up. The drinks are consistently disgusting, watered down, and slapped together with zero care. Nothing tastes right. The baristas clearly have no training or pride in their work. When you ask for a remake, they give you an attitude like you just asked them to perform open-heart surgery. This is not a one-time issue. It is a pattern. Management clearly does not care, and it shows in every detail. Go somewhere else unless you enjoy paying for drinks that look and taste like science experiments gone wrong.

Executive Limo

Online shows open until 11:00pm but management instructed to kick out people by 9:00pm and there is no outlet to patio my laptop. Horrible management. The servers are very wonderful and appreciate their quick service and respect.
