I've always had a good experience when I go to sonic I use the drive thru another there just pretty fast no matter how long the lines are . And I love there ice. It's amazing. So keep up the good work Sonic emoyees..

This is a great place. Never a negative experience. Food is always hot and never messy. Tastes great. Customer service is great too. Not sure why the rating is so low. Highly recommend this Sonic from my experiences! ALWAYS GET THE TOTS!

Incredible service! My mother-in-law was in a biking accident today and was admitted to a near by hospital. We were desperate for food to bring to my father-in-law. The drive through line was very long and we pulled up to the self service spot and they explained this service was closed. We explained our situation and they helped us out immediately! We were able to get the food in time! Made our night just that much easier! Thank you Sonic for your incredible customer service and kind employees! <3

Here stopping through Salinas. The cashier was friendly. Their screens are advanced enough to make ordering simple. Still waiting for only about 5 min. Pulled into the drive in section and service is pretty fast. Big shout out to kylie. Sweet and helped me with my order. Great employee. No attitude. Works hard to make customers happy

Always good stuff here. Desserts and hot dogs, love the tater tots. My personal favorite is the Chicago Dog combo with tater tots and a Route 44 Ocean Water. Always a lot of desserts to choose from. During most of the day they have car hop service, but sometimes due to staffing it is drive through only. But still really fast and good service.

Wow. ! A few years ago I stopped going to this location because it was so horrible. Today however I decided to stop and I'm glad I did. Service was fast, friendly, and the food was great. And they got fry sauce back!

We had a young lady named Marissa serve us. She was amazing. She double checked our order as we made it and then when we got to the drive-thru she again read our order to us and made sure it was correct. That almost never happens. Marissa is very impressive. She also never stopped smiling.

Driving back home from SF I had to check if there was any sonics around… well… I found this one. I was a bit disappointed when I saw that it had 1.5 stars in yelp but I had to stop by. There’s no sonics in Ventura County and I couldn’t miss the opportunity. In short, I was not disappointed. People will always share a bad experience but will rarely share the good things about a place. I ordered some tots. Pretty great! Orange cream slush… also great. The wife ordered a limeade slush and she finished it. Coming from Texas I grew up on sonic as a teenager. Give them a try!

Used their app to order today to hopefully expedite the process. Well....that didn't happen. I arrived and pulled.into carhop space 4 and pushed the arriving button on my phone and saw my name and a corresponding message that the kitchen was preparing my order. I sat there for 20 minutes and pushed the order button on the cargo screen to be asked if I could wait a moment so he could take care of the drive thru. I sat patiently and then not so patiently pushed the button again and was asked to wait again when I said...I've been waiting 1/2 hour for an order that I placed on line to which he replied that he didn't have the order...So I explained that the screen I was looking at had my name on it and said the kitchen was preparing my order. He then asked me what the order was said he'd bring it out. One minute later he handed me my order, asked me if I wanted any sauces. I said no, took my order and started the car and drove away. Down the road I noticed there were no napkins. Total mistake using the app. Don't get me wrong I've eaten here before with much better results but this time was a nightmare. And to boot the app charges 10-20 cents higher charge per item. What a way to make customers happy...right?

I dont often get out to Salinas but when I do, I try to visit Sonic. I have always loved their tater tots but today I wanted to try their fries for the first time ever. I chickened out at the last moment and ordered the tots again. I mentioned this at the pickup window this and asked if she could maybe throw just two french fries in bag for me to try. She said she would have to ask. She came back with my food smiling and said they were able to put a whole small fries in the bag. This really made my day, whole week actually. Thank you Lizbeth! I will have to make time to come to Salinas more often and support this location. The fries were amazing by the way. Probably my favorite of all the fast food fries I have ever tried.

I came through drive thru around 930pm this evening. The crew was amazing!!!! I couldn't think of the name of the drink I wanted and they were so patient with me. Most of the time workers get mad, but these 2 young people were not. I just want to give them a shout out for that. To remember me I order the 🍒 sprite with cream aka I think pink flamingo. We also discussed the buttery root beer drink. Thank you again for your patience, and grace!

We parked in ordered and that the payment all in one process at the station. In the screen less us know when the food will be delivered. And the wait for the food was actually not that long.

I was pleasantly surprised. I had the Coney Dog and it was so huge and my husband had a bacon double cheeseburger and it was delicious as was the hot dog. The only thing I would say French fries were cold. And when we were paying we asked if we can get a shake and she said all we give a free Shake. I didn't really understand why we got it for free but we were quite happy. My husband didn't care for it but I personally thought it was a delicious Shake chocolate. So I would say we were pretty happy with our meal in general. Would we go back sure.

I popped in for a corn dog and a soda, was under $4, and the corn dog was crunchy and delightful. I normally think Sonic makes soggy fast food, but this location made my corn dog perfect.

Immediately when I pulled up I knew this was going to be a bad experience. The car in front of me wanted to place a second-order but was denied. But yet when they got to the front they place that second order. Without showing any regard to the cars behind them, Sonic employees proceeded to take this car is second order and made everybody wait. In the minutes immediately following, Sonic employees began to shuffle out food orders to people behind me. This was after about 12 minutes waiting by in the car. I would have film this with the camera my phone but I did not want to be that one. By the time they got to my order and give me the bag. My food was cold. And what the real shock was I was not offered one apology from anybody for doing such an idiotic thing to make so many customers wait because you had a second order. Never going back to this location again because of the managerial choices.

Great service and fast drive through. Would recommend trying the Asian sweet chilli boneless wings but make sure to check how much sauce it has before leaving. Sometimes they tend to skimp on the sauce but will gladly add more at request. Great drinks as well.

This place is hit or miss in terms of service. I went last week and had great service. I went today and one of the car stalls wasn't working. There was no sign posted. When I told the server, she treated me rude and acted like I should have known that the stall was out of service. She didn't even give me my complimentary mints. Luckily, every time I have gone, I have been satisfied with my food.

Very good service, great food, decent prices. I can't say enough of my pleasure at the service of the two young men who were running seemingly everything at lunchtime. However this place is a bit run-down, and the stall didn't work so I had to go through the drive-thru. Only reason for 4/5.

Fast online ordering, even with a drive-thru full of cars. Well prepared and hot. The carhop didn't have napkin, and when they said they would go get some, we waited several minutes and saw them and others take multiple orders to other vehicles. We left napkinless. Not a deal breaker but would have been a five star visit otherwise.

Love stopping by Sonic whenever we end up in Salinas, especially for happy hour deals on drinks/shakes & some food options too. 2-4 pm, I believe. Usually we like using the car hop stalls where they bring out your order on roller skates, but the last few times we've gone to this location they didn't seem to be working. We ended up pushing the button to order & waiting...and waiting...and waiting... only to eventually realize nothing was gonna happen even though it said "we'll be right with you." Not the end of the world obviously, just something to be aware of if you're in a hurry or anything—just go straight to the drive thru & you'll be back on the road in 5 min.

I go to Sonic for the drinks and ice cream, I occasionally order food, I really like the pretzels and the hotdog. The only complaint is that Im not a fan of the onion ring flavor, it's sweet, my guess is that they fry it in the same oil as the rest of the fried foods.

Went for the new smash burger combo. Sat at the drive in booth for 15 minutes pressing the button. Realized I had run out of time and went through the drive thru instead, was served instantly. Food was good because its sonic but the original roller blade experience has been left in 2012.

Absolutely love Sonic for their happy hour are there ice creams, shakes, slushies and limeade, but if they're not on happy hour the price is little much I mean for my taste I believe ice cream she never be that much or should I say with some flavoring mixed with it should never be that much I mean the slushies. What things cost so I get it the line in the Drive-Thru is always really really long and takes a long time, but I know it takes a while for things to be cooked or made and sometimes they're short-staffed so it's understandable. The employees are staff I pretty much respectable depending on I hope you and how their day is going that's anybody right, oh and when they have half price wings those are really good you should try them

Whether your stopping for a sit down meal in your car, or driving through to pick up food to take home, you can get sometging fast, hot, and filling. I usually get a chili dog combo (a #7) with with chili cheese tater tots and a strawberry cheesecake master blast (upgradeed). But even if you don't like strawberries, there's always oreos, peanut butter or a host of other flavors for you to choose from. If you don't like chili dogs or hot dogs, there's hamburgers and other things to choose from as well My daughter has no problem choosing from the children's menu for her kids. The menu is replete with a wild array of things for anyone to choose something for themselves. Handicap dining is not a problem as you can sit in your car and dine at your leisure. Or you can choose to sit outdoor patio and park at your convenience. Although sonic food is not haute cuisine, it fills the void when you're hungry and it is fast and hot.

Nothing healthy on the menu except for the applesauce. I got my dog the corn dog, tater tots and french fries. No I'm not a bad dog mom... It was his last lunch ever, today. I should have got him two corn dogs because he loved his corn dog and wouldn't touch the tots or fries. My sister and I got the chicken club sandwich and I had onion rings which were perfect. Which had iced coffee which was pretty weak lots of milk not too much coffee. This experience was good. My very first experience at this location was a Saturday night in the summer time I was in the drive-thru line for over an hour it was ridiculous and the food wasn't that good at all. They have a big menu, that is always available, so some of the writing on the menu can hardly be read because there's just so much information there, some of the print had to be really small.

I really like Sonic but this last time I ordered a shake and asked for toppings and the girl stated they didn't do that:/ so I get to the window and ask for some hot sauce for my chicken strip sandwich and she said we don't normally give sauce unless you get wings.... SERIOUSLY???? I go there alot and had never seen her or had a problem getting what I want. On top of that my kids corn dogs were burnt. I literally threw 2 out of the 3 away(they didn't like them) ..... bad service, bad day, or not trained well.

It's expensive. The best part about this place are the milkshakes. I had fresh banana shake with reecie cups in it. The cream is thick and taste homemade but I don't know how it's made it probably comes from a can okay.

Great shakes and ice... seriously, get a bag of ice, it's so good. The parking setup is nice, makes you feel of the good old days. Never really get food here though. Mostly get their happy hour drinks... HELLA bomb!

Always like going there for the happy hour slushies. A large will run you just alittle under $2. Other than that I go elsewhere the food doesn't impress much honestly. They need to put an In and Out in their place really to alleviate the congestion of cars that plagues the In and Out on Kern st.

When it's crowded, it doesn't seem like they serve customers in a first-come-first-served manner. I would suggest getting in the drive-thru line at least because you have a some sort of feedback of progress. Otherwise, the food is great. Boneless wings and blue raspberry ice cream slush are my favorites.

First time visiting a Sonic!! I’ve always wanted to try the drinks so I got I the cherry limeade and it was good! The sliced lime and cherry in the drink were unexpected touches. I’ll definitely try it again when I come across one.

Drive through really slow. I've been having bad experiences at all the restaurants in Salinas. Everytime I come to Salinas I am disappointed. Rather just wait to get back to Monterey to eat

Good food... Slow service. Kids wanted to eat there, but after waiting over 7 minutes and no one to get our order, we decided to just go to the drive thru. I get that they may be short staffed, but at least let us know that they'll be with us shortly or something to show that they acknowledge our presence. We still ordered there because my kids really love Sonic, but if it was me alone, I would have just left.

It is what it is. It’s Sonics. You can’t expect five star dining so you take it as you should. Cheap fast food with subpar quality ingredients. That’s not to say I don’t crave it every now and then. This location had friendly employees who eagerly helped me when I placed a mobile order and my large vehicle wouldn’t fit in the drive-up bays. For the Staff I give them 5 stars. However, the food didn’t seem fresh and most of my order was cold. The hot dog in my chili cheese dog had a greenish tint to the exterior so I’m certain it was sitting in the water for quite sometime.

Sonic has really gone down hill. We hadn't gone in about 2 yrs and it seems as if it just continues down. Not thrilled with the price increase & smaller cup size of drinks. And don't order a cherry limeade cause you'll only get a pinkish colored Sprite. No trace of cherry flavoring for certain not the 2 cherries nor the lime wedge. Pretty sure they don't change the fryers. A lrg chili cheese tots was something that appeared visually and taste as well of something scrapped out of the bottom of the trash can. The handful of blackened greasy tots im not sure if that was chili and something that resembles nacho cheese was the most disgusting thing I've seen in a long time. I gave a rating of 2 stars because the girl who brought us our food was pleasant enough hell she gave us 3 mint candies for the indigestion. And they do have the best crushed ice. IMO pass on this place your not missing out. Really your not.

I gave this place a second shot to see maybe it was me the first time. Nope! Still horrible. The lettuce was slimy and whatever mayo or dressing they used on their signature burger was horrible. They do have good drinks though. Only reason I was kind enough to give them two stars.

I tried to get some food and drink and when I pressed the red button they told me they were only serving the drive thru. Doesn't that defeat the purpose of a drive in? I'm rating this 2 stars because I usually get great service at the drive in at other Sonics and I don't know if this lack of service is normal at this one.

First Sonic experience was a sham. Very rude employee on the drive through had an attitude the whole time. Got the order wrong and then fixed it to only get it wrong again. In her defense their system was lagging a bit. Food was satisfactory since I have no point of reference.

The milkshake machine only works 25% of the time I suggest calling beforehand to see if it is working and that happens to be the only good thing on the menu when I can get a milkshake they are great tasting and a great value. I've never had a problem with the service so 2 stars seems fair

I was terribly disappointed. Perhaps my expectations were raised due to their terrific commercials, or it may have been the pictures of their food on the menu. Regardless, the food was greasy, typical fast food. Don’t be fooled by the pictures on their menu. Yours won’t look anything like theirs. They do have really good shakes though. I’d recommend ordering only a shake and then go somewhere else to get your food.

I love Sonic drinks but this is by far the worst fast food place I have ever visited. This store frequently does not open at the appointed time, the food never takes less than 15 minutes, is frequently incorrect, and they are always “out” of something. Last time I visited they were out of route 44 cups! I don’t understand how you can be the “drink stop” without cups. Additionally I have been given “regular” soda instead of “diet” more than once. As a diabetic, this is dangerous.

Order meals and shakes , ice was melted and shake was melted. Ask employee about them and she didn't care she just wanted to give us the order to get back to building . Multi people ask for restroom and we're denied males used garbage enclosures for restrooms . Overall very bad experience. Seen owners response regarding customer service is very important. Might want to express that to your Employees. Or may be time to close the doors. Put a A&W there

So, at first, super liked this Sonic, seemed to have good service and a good amount of candy in slushy/blasts. Lately, it's been absolutely terrible - drive through associate not understanding English, taking 30min in line once they do and then paying over $10 for two medium blasts/concretes that have no candy in them at all. literally vanilla ice cream topped with a little crumble of the candy that was supposed to be in it. Won't be back for a while to say the least.

Tried to charge $2.89 for mini tots, menu price $1.59 (4 minutes for employee to get it right). Hot dog order they could NOT get it right (no ketchup). After 3 tries, I took the refund offered, with stipulation that I get refund in less then 5 minutes. After 6 minutes, I left without refund, but left their mistakes in the parking space. Being over charged, getting order wrong, cold food and very slow service is offered by substandard employees at this sonic.

Who manages this place? They are always out of onion rings. They don’t pay attention to orders. The last time I ordered a cheese burger it came with NO cheese. They actually had the audacity to tell me they didn’t have any cheese. When I insisted on having cheese they mysteriously found some. I have never seen anyone that appears to be older than 21 at anytime I have been there. Happy to see younger people working but at Sonic it appears that they are hired and never trained. They have no service experience at all.

Speakers didn’t seems to work when ordering at the park and order so the order was wrong when delivered. Had to repeat myself several times. Took about 15min to get the food. The staff was polite but we left before the fixed food could be delivered. My kids said “this is not sonic” because they were hungry, tired of waiting and Sonic to them means fast.

I have always loved sonic but the this locations quality is not great. And the last time I went, I came 15 min before posted closing time and was just told "were closed". I asked what their hours were and was just ignored. I have worked at fast food so I understand these people are usually just want to go home and this is probably their first job but come on. This is another level

I went there last Saturday around 8pm. When we pulled up in car parking area where you can order from the car and they bring it out. We sat there for almost ten before she came in to tell us the drive through was only open, ok that’s fine. When we get up to order After waiting another 15 minutes for two cars to just pull away.. now it’s our turn and she comes on the mic and says our stove caught fire and we’re not seeing burgers at the moment I was like that’s ok all we want are drinks can we order drinks? She was like yes what would you like , I like a blackberry Slurpee and and large chocolate shake. She comes back on a says sorry our slurpee machine is out of order and the milk shake Machine isn’t making milkshakes properly... ummm why would y’all even stay open at this point.. I fell sorry how ever owned it!

Really disappointed on the box meal. I only got one onion ring and 3/4 of the box full of tater tots. My soft drink tasted like water and my chicken strips were burnt. Really really disappointed never coming back again and this wasn't the first time.

I don't normally give out 1 star but this place deserves it. I visited for the first time a few days ago and ordered a blast. After 30 min I pushed the button a second time to ask where the blast was (keep in mind they had maybe 4 cars total) they "did not see my order" yet they were able to tell me the size of the blast I ordered. They apologized and told me it was on the house. Now I gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned tonight. I ordered 2 junior deluxe cheeseburgers with no mustard and a medium fry. After 20 min we got the food and as my friend drove away I looked in the bag. He forgot to ask for no mayo also so we went back and asked to have it switched. They said they would and after watching an entire TV episode at sonic I hit the button again to ask about my order. They apologized, asked what I wanted again and brought it out 5 min later. I checked the bag before leaving and once again had to push the button to ask for ketchup because they didn't put it on the burger. The only thing that didn't go wrong was paying and that's because I used a card in self pay....needless to say I'm not coming back.

I placed an order online for a pickup. I arrived exactly on time. I parked and pushed the red button per the instructions. My food never came. After more and more pushing after 15-20 min of waiting they brought us cold food. Apparently they brought it to the wrong stall and didn’t bother to remake it.

Placed an order and asked if they accept Apple Pay and they disconnected us before we could even finish the question then they come out with our food and we ask again about the Apple Pay and they say they don’t but Sonic takes apply pay inside so the worker says he’ll ask and see what he can do and no one ever comes back. We get cash and the girl was very rude and we tried to tell her about the issue and she didn’t care at all and just cut us off and said “so are you gonna order” this isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had here the workers are very rude and unwelcoming. As much as I love Sonic I don’t think I’ll be coming back anymore.

We purchased 3 med popcorn combos 1 large popcorn combo and a 3pc tender meal and all of our containers were barely filled half way. The chicken was cold as it seemed like they just divide what was left rather than make fresh food. Tots were also soggy. Tenders and onion rings were fine. They gave us ZERO dipping sauce and when we asked for some they gave us 3 and we asked if we can have some more as we have 5 combo meals and they gave us 3 more. Either this was the B team or they just don’t care at this location. We spent over $40 just to have to go to somewhere else for dinner as we maybe got two complete meals with the amount of food that was given. Definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Sonic!

This place can't seem to get their act together. Went there once and the couldn't take orders because an employee was running to Gilroy (25 minutes away) to get change for the register in the middle of the day. Went for a special and they couldn't honor it because they ran out of cups. Went again this morning and even though they open at 8:00am today apparently they don't open until 9:00am. I like their food but man they are a pain to deal with. I'm not one to usually rant but it's getting annoying.

Been here a few times and my food is always cold the only thing I like are the slushes. Also, Last time I was there I ordered my food and gave them my debit card to pay but the cashier told me my card was denied. I knew I had money in my account. I ended up leaving and when I got home i decided to check my account and seen that I was indeed charged for the food. I ended up calling the place and I even when over personally to talk to the manager and told her what happened. She's got my number and told me she was going to call me that she needed to see in her end if I indeed got charged. I even sent her screen shots of my account being charged. She called me a day later and told me she doesn't see anything in her end that my card got charged even though I sent her proof that I did get charged. She didn't help me or refunded me my money. I'm never ever coming back to this place

Always out of cups, not honoring app coupons. Extremely dirty, feel bad for the good people that work there and have to explain all the time why they don't honor or have appropriate cups. Has happened more then once. I stop going but go again and same thing. My son loves their slushies...2 bad

Updated review down to 1 star (12/22/18). Slow as usual. Simple order for me and my son. They still messed up the order and didn't include the cheese sauce for the twisted pretzel. Waiting almost 20 minutes in the drive-thru. Ridiculous! Original review below...was 2 stars. Super slow ordering and customer service is less than desired for a food establishment. What was worse is there are no signs to tell customers to not smoke while waiting for their order. As soon as I parked it smelled like cigarettes and weed. Really great to have to endure with my little girl. I'd rather drive to Gilroy than have to deal with waiting 20 minutes for an easy order. Probably won't be coming back for a while. Train your employees to care about your business Sonic or get rid of them if they take their job for granted.

Worst experience I have had in a long while. They are out of half their menu, and was rudely told so over the mic by one of the employees . A good number of the employees have attitude here, including the woman who took my payment. She asked if I wanted any sauce, to which I said ketchup, and she didnt even give any. She then gave us our food and said bye, and when we got home our food was burnt, fries uncooked, and no sauce. Absolutely awful, I hope they both train staff better and cook the food thuroughly in the future...

Absolutely terrible customer service. We ordered at stall #11 at 4:00PM 05/09. We waited 30 mins and didn't receive our food. So we pushed the button to check on our order and they claimed they never got an order from stall #11. I know they did because our total was $18.21. We asked to speak with the manager and he is a poor excuse for anybody in management! When we told him, all he would say is I just got here and it doesn't show an order for stall #11. Wasn't helpful at all and even agreed with my husband that it could have been given to a different customer. Something needs to be done about the management at this store! We just left because he wasn't even trying to ask if he could make the order or anything. Will NOT be returning here!! I would rather drive 30min to Gilroy!

Came here for the nostalgia and wow. Quality and service have sure gone downhill from when they opened. I ordered a #2 without onions and I received a #1 plain and forgot other parts of my order. Don’t waste your time.

The last 3 times we have stopped there they ignore the drive in spots. We waited 10 mins with no answer. We just drove off. All 3 times so if it ain't through drive through than forget it

Horrible Horrible horrible App and service. All I ordered was a large Slushy and waited 30 freaking minutes while I saw car after car go thru the drive thru. I saw it was being processed in the kitchen and nothing came. And it finally said it was on its way then the app said they couldn't locate me. Very upsetting. I had to get out and walk up to tell them and just like that they literally made it on the spot in about a minute. I'm very disappointed by something as simple as 1 slushy. No apology no sorry NOTHING. Handed me my drink and walked away. Think twice before coming here.

Worst service. So much for it being "fastfood" more like slow food service! After waiting 30 min for 2 large slushies and a large popcorn chicken they still forget the ranch 🤦 Management needs to do better! 👎

We ordered 3 chicken sandwiches and they were all undercooked/raw in the middle. The lettuce on mine was also wilted and brown in spots. We returned them for a refund and the person was very kind and apologetic. I hope we don't get sick. :(

Ordered an Oreo sonic blast. Paid almost 6 dollars. It was a cup with vanilla ice cream and a couple Oreo crumbs on top. Definitely not an Oreo milk sake. Jack in the box has better milk shakes and cheaper.

I work in customer service and hate it when a customer complains, but when I’m on my 30 minute break waiting for a refund of almost $20 worth of food I didn’t order is wild. Every employee didn’t understand a word I said and instead made me pay for food I didn’t order. From my experience today every single employee working here should have a serious evaluation in their employment at Sonic’s lol. Prideful in every decision that they make and think they’re right. 🤦🏼‍♂️

Not what it used to be. The late night stall experience is over. Stalls close at 10pm. App doesn’t match store. Did an app order and I was able to check into a stall. After waiting 20 minutes I click on the button to see if they received my order. I was told drive thru only, stalls were closed. I went thru the drive thru, and got my sonic blasts melted.

I came here today order two strawberry shakes small onion rings large tots and a grilled cheese. Came home to no grilled cheese. I was trying to call the business about the no grilled cheese and they won’t answer their phones! Don’t come to this sonic they are very unprofessional

Horrible place took 30 min to get food just for them to not have it completed. And for it to take another 20 min just to mess it up again then give us attitude. Please hire better people than Cassidy or what ever her name is. She has no people skills and literally threw are food away because she said we gave her attitude! I am very upset and would like to speak to the GM or owner.

Asked for medium Oreo blast with extra Oreo cookies, they gave me a it with cookie dough, then I told them it was extra Oreo cookies and they remade it with cookie crumbs

We have had excellent service and a good time, but our last two visits in the stalls were horrible. The first time we gave the benefit of the speaker, the system was not working well, so we went to drive through, but the same attitude through the speaker was at the drive though. It was kind of pushy and rushing and seemed annoyed we were there. A few months passed, we tried again and pushed the button and waited 5 minutes for no service, so we moved on to the next restaurant. It was a good place for us to frequent but our experience left us saddened because the beverages are awesome at sonic.

Food and drinks were delicious. Customer service is so poor. Customer service needs help. Lizbeth at the drive through windows needs help or retraining. It’s not hard to be polite/nice too people.

They wouldn't let us substitute fries with a combo meal. They insisted we had to get the tots because that's what it came with. I had to end up ordering everything separately which was much more expensive. Would not recommend this sonic. They don't seem to know what they're doing.

I drove out of my way to come to sonic for ice cream. I had to wait over five minutes for the person taking orders to respond to me. When I requested a sonic blast I was rudely laughed at and informed that ice cream was no longer being served. The wait was a poor experience, the person who spoke to me was rude, to top it all off apparently sonic stops serving ice cream an hour before close. I guess this is why there aren't many Sonic's left. If you are going to be open, your menu items should be available. Treat your customers with respect it does matter.

Waited 15+ mins for a mobile order and checked into the stalls,after waiting pressed the red button and the girl said “only drive thru thank you” pulled up to drive through and all the drinks are melted and food is cold. Why not just turn off stalls or mobile orders? On top waited another 10 minutes in the drive-through not sure why three drinks were melted if it took them 10 minutes to make them. So like 25 mins of waiting in total for melted drinks and cold food. This isn’t the first time this has happened, I’ve learned my lesson and won’t be back 🤷🏻‍♀️

I ordered a 5 piece tender meal and got half a tender and some potatoes and half a piece of bread. If I wasn't so far from the store I'd drive up there and throw it in the face. I waited 20 minutes for this bs. Frankly I've had nothing but poor experiences here but this was my last straw. I usually check my bag before I leave but I was tired and was waiting so long I was just ready to go.

I don't often leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my recent experience. I visited the establishment today at 6 PM and ordered two hand-mixed shakes. Unfortunately, when I tried to enjoy them, I found they were spoiled. I attempted to call the restaurant directly but was unable to reach anyone. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I would leave zero stars if possible.

WORST SONICS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! Save your money and go across the street to Carl's Jr, at least you will have good food that way. I literally had something wrong with every item I ordered. Jalepeno poppers, some burnt, some not even fully cooked, how is that you say, I have no clue. Gives pretzel, I ask are you sure you put the cheese in the bag for it, they say yes, and surprise, no dipping cheese. Cinnabon snacks, under cooked and you could literally taste the dough. Double quarter pounder, has burnt patties, and needless to say super dry because of it. Oreo blast, hardly any oreos on top, and literally nothing mixed in, definitely not blasting with oreos. Included some of the photos for proof, you can see I'm not exaggerating. Just forgot to picture the poppers, threw them in the trash to fast and wasn't going to dig them out.
