Probably the most expensive fries and chicken tenders I've ever gotten and it tasted worse than fast food.

Incredibly slow service

Poor customer service!!... Slow as molasses food prep!! (25 min. for single entree)... Unorganized team member management!!... Strong foul odor of burnt grease throughout indoor dining room!!... Get it together people!!

Some of this may not be the staff’s fault, but the experience was awful. The two stars was for the man bussing tables that truly earned it. The staff seemed confused and overwhelmed considering most of them shouldn’t be brand new. The manager was not helping much. There were severely aggravated guests that made the situation worse. We got our food thanks to ONE OF THE CUSTOMERS attempting to organize the line. It’s expected to have a long wait. It’s expected to have a lot of people, but that was ridiculous. Two words “never again.”

Lazy employees they refused to make my order after I waited 45 minutes, becuase frying a corn dog takes so much work.. mobile orders are never made unless it’s a single easy item like fries

By far the worst food I have ever had in my life. One bite and it was in the trash. How can 6 flags allow a place like this in their parks.

DYLAN was extremely rude. The food was disgusting and the place is not clean. Six flags should change or lease this restaurant to someone else.

All tables were filthy and the food was inedible. The fries were cold and stale and the burger tasted like cardboard. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Hamburger patties are grey and the bacon was cold. also supposed to come with seasoned fries but they were anything but season. 👎🏻

This was the most overpriced food I have ever ate the burger was $14 and the size of a McDonald’s burger and tasted like one to we got three burgers and the bill was 70$ the front desk lady basically had no job the only thing she did was give us our food and she still screwed it up they said our food was ready but it took an extra 5 minutes to get it when we walked up to her she just stood there and we had to tell her our food was ready and she took like 3 minutes to get our drink she was working at the speed of molasses there where ants all over the place

Very disappointed, how come yall run out of food during a busy Saturday especially at a theme when weather is bad and yall expect customers to wait over an hour. Do not recommend.

Restaurante bonito. Servicio bien. Tiempo de espera nulo, fueron super rápidos. Pedí la hamburguesa vegana y venía con bacon…al menos venian patatas también, menos mal…porqué cuesta 18$ y no es que estuviera muy buena, estaba sequisima…No recomiendo ir.

I just ate at Six Flags Fiesta Pete’s Eats Hamburgers today. Without a doubt, this was the worst hamburger I have ever tasted. I’m pretty sure the patty was made from soy. For sure it was not beef. You could get better tasting food dumpster diving!!! Do NOT eat at this place.

RUN! Do not eat here. This is a poor excuse for a burger shop. You get a low quality frozen burger that’s not even unfrozen and fries are prepared in the lowest quality. How can mess up fries??? Pete’s found a way to do it. I’m leaving my food on the table and not picking it up. Close it down

Wasted almost 2 hours in line for an order that wasn’t even right. 1 person taking orders at the register, while other employees are standing around in their phones. Meanwhile the place is packed with people waiting for their food. Worst part of my family’s trip to fiesta texas.

The most disgusting place I’ve ever been to. This is a 50’s diner located inside of Six Flags. It seems as if it hasn’t been cleaned since the 50s. This place is absolutely disgusting, dirty, and the food is overpriced. I went to get my girlfriend a water and they were gonna charge me for a water bottle. Go somewhere else!

Ordered ahead. They didn’t start the order until I arrived and got someone’s attention. Waited half an hour watching two employees standing around and eating and two cleaning the same areas over and over again. Finally got someone’s attention and my food had been ready for a while in the warmer (loose term, food was cold) Food not even tasty, overpriced if you don’t have the meal plan and small portions. Johnny Rockets Express around the corner has been a better experience.

The staff was halfway working and seemed to be like sloths. The food was not correct for our order but we ate it anyway since it took us an hour to order and an hour to receive our food. I don't know if they need a new staff that is going on grind time but me and my friends could have run that restaurant with our 3 years of highschool fast food experience.

Tried to get a refill to my “unlimited” drink deal. Waited in the line for about 60 minutes, because the whole restaurant had one cashier and a single short order cook. They helpfully kept showing adds for mobile ordering, but the app says this restaurant doesn’t actually offer mobile ordering. Will never go here again!

0 STARS!!! I’m honestly not surprised to see the rating this place has. I am standing in this line obviously for lunch and hydration. 2 HOURS go by and this line is moving maybe every 20 minutes. I am finally at the counter and I am seeing no one taking orders. The only people leaving with food is the online orders. I asked multiple times what they were doing and all they would say is to keep waiting. After these 2 hours, maybe longer, a cashier tells people in front of me to scan QR codes. So I ask her “so the people how have been in this line for hours, you just won’t take our orders?” And she said “sorry”. WHAT. This is ridiculous, we went somewhere else. SUDE NOTE: I didn’t order online because a family member wanted something on the menus that wasn’t online since it was limited edition.

The employees need to realize that they are actually working. The menu is very simple so it shouldn’t be that difficult to put orders together, they probably waste more food than they actually serve. They have all this food ready to go but since the staff is so slow, by the time they give you your food, it’s cold and they have to make it again.

I wish I could rate it lower. Sorry fam, them burgers just ain’t it. I thought it would been a 5/10 burger—I mean after all— it’s amusement park food. But then I thought to myself, $20 burger and $7 drink anywhere else would feel like I was ripped off. I was robbed blind. Well I was the bigger idiot for throwing my money at them. I should have bought a cooler and had some bomb sandwiches outside. I mean knowing I paid $50 for two burgers and a 24 ounce water down coke… it was straight up doo doo. Truly worst burger I ever had. Again I understand, but we couldn’t even eat it, it was salty and mushy and the bread and fries were cold. 1/10 ❤️ and I am being really kind. Plus dudes working in there are just kids, can’t blame them. Blame the $32-dollar-refillable-cup-owners.

Long time to order & wait for your order It takes abt an hour for ordering and receiving your food, a lot of people come, but even considering that, every single order gets done very slowly, which means they're taking their sweet time back there and they kept taking orders over and over that they can't handle so the waiting time will get longer and longer for people that come after. Food quality and choices, all they got is pretty much a burgers and.... chicken tender. Quality of the burger is honestly a trash. It's actually pretty sad that all they make is burgers and chicken strips and they can still fail miserably. Price is also ridiculous, 3 pieces of chicken strips is for $15... 5 bucks per a single strip. Was the chicken strip good? Lol you might as well buy a frozen chicken strips from the store and put em in the oven and I promise you that'd taste twice as better.... overly priced, lowest quality of food, small selection of foods, longest waiting time. This place already hits the rock bottom so they probably won't even care for this review but I suggest strongly to avoid this place... please do yourself a favor if you want to leave here with the good memories
