Very peaceful vibes here. I came on a Sunday and it wasn’t overpacked! This Denny’s is very clean and the service is top notch. Mayra my waitress was polite and attentive. The food like always never lets me down! I order the Schamberger and upgraded to the onion rings! It was extremely delicious! I highly recommend it. Overall this was a great experience Thanx

Went to our local Denny’s today to have Banana Splits. Denny’s has a big menu full of many great choices, but we were really specific on what we were craving! The Banana Splits were delicious and hit the spot. Our waitress was very kind and professional.

Service was great, staff was great. But they switched the chips from what I remember. I barely got my fresh order of nachos, and they were soggy when I tried my first chip. So I tried multiple chips & they were all soggy. It was disappointing. But the service was great. Not their fault. They can only serve what’s provided.

First of all the moment we stepped in whoever this Indian man was he kept staring at us and watching us. You’ll know it he will keep eyeing you or giving you dirty looks. We’re Hispanic and after our waitress gave us the bill he gave it to us again as if he wanted us out or didn’t expect us to pay. Me and my mom chose to use the restroom afterwards and my brother and her boyfriend were waiting in the lobby. That’s when he approached my brother and said “What are you doing here?” Mind you he could’ve had a better approach but from the very beginning he was eyeing us. My brother answered “Waiting for my mom” but really this is racial profiling. This guy needs to be fired once I find his name and he needs to have some decency.

This Denny's is so old, run-down, dirty, and in need of a grand overhaul! We were sitting somewhat in the middle of the restaurant, and there was a smell of sewage the entire time we were there. We kept thinking it was the bathroom and would soon dissipate; unfortunately, it never did. The restaurant was pretty empty, and our waiter, who could barely speak in an audible voice, took forever to take our order, and then the cooks took an equally long time to get our food out to us. It's just amazing that in times like these, a whole team of workers could be so uncaring about the place they work or, specifically, their job to provide such an unpleasant dining experience. Makes no sense. They don't deserve to have a job. Give it to someone who really WANTS to work.

Worst service ever at any place I have ever been to. Server had a very hard time understanding us and every single person had something wrong or forgotten from our orders, and had to wait forever to even get silverware at our table. When asked to speak to the manager we were told our server is the manager and he got mad at us and said it was our mixups not his. Got a tiny discount in the end but food was very mediocre when it was finally corrected and terrible service will never be back.

We were on our way home from a night out at the casino and wanted to eat something. This Denny's, which we had never visited before was conveniently right off the freeway on our way home. When we went in a young man greeted us very kindly and professionally. He sat us down and in a few minutes, the only waitress on staff came to take our drink order. She was very kind and professional as well. From here I'll jump to our food order. It took a little while, but it was understandable as they were clearly understaffed. Then when my lady tried her salmon, it was extremely salty. She says to me; I don't want to sound picky but this salmon is super salty. So I told her to let the waitress know, which she did. The waitress asked if she wanted another salmon or something different. The waitress said that if she ordered something else or a new salmon, it was going to take about ten minutes. So my lady ended up telling her that it was okay, and that she would just eat it as is. Maybe 3 or four minutes after that was settled, my lady yells out; ugh there's a hair in the salmon. Which to my dismay there was. We told the waitress as soon as we could, she said she would remove the charge for the salmon from our bill. At this point I had eaten half of the sandwich I ordered, but didn't want to take a bite of the rest of it because I was severely grossed out by the hair. So I told the waitress that I would like my entire bill waved because of the hair incident. I kindly told her that she had done a good job on her end, but the whole hair thing just grossed us out so much that we didn't think we should have to pay for any of the food. Especially since most of it was still on our plates. This young lady proceeded to argue with me, saying that what a coincidence it was that first we complain about how salty the salmon was, and not long thereafter we conveniently found a hair in it. Like she was insinuating that we planted the hair in the food. Then she started ranting about how long she's been doing this job and basically saying that she knows that we were trying to pull a fast one on her. Then she said she didn't want to argue about the situation and that if we wanted to get up and leave without paying that was our choice. I tried to reason with her, but she was just being unreasonable at that point. So we did get up, walked out, and headed home. I'm still reeling from this whole incident. I can't believe that customer service, and most importantly, respect for the consumer had gone so far out the window. This woman said that she's been doing this for 15 years. Well I can tell you that she's learned nothing good from her experiences whatsoever! In closing: Don't go to this Denny's restaurant. By the way, the picture with the blue circle around the hair was taken before we started eating. We just didn't notice it until after cutting into the fish.

If you like overcooked food and watery pasta then this is the place for you. Took 50min for them to get our appetizers and then 20min later we got our food. For the place to be empty, I would've expected better food and service. Waiter showed up to take our order, bring our food and finally bring our check so no refills or checking up if we needing anything in between.
