The best of the best dive bars. Katie is sweet, warm, welcoming and makes everyone feel like a new friend. The regulars here make it feel like home, even to someone who just arrived from the airport. The gourmet food options include Lays, Fritos, Cheetos and Cheez-Its. There's a pool table and shuffleboard. Come for a good time, stay for a long time.

Cozy place. I visited San Carlos downtown for the first time in 15 years and I was so surprised that there were so many new restaurants. I found Orchid Room and got in the door. The interior was the same as it used to be. Nothing changed. So comfortable.

Have been here a few times, and it's a cool spot. The staff and patrons have always been polite with me. However, I crossed the line. Last night, I was a coward and blew a chance with a girl elsewhere, and chose to get wasted, harass a woman and try to grab her. I'm lucky I didn't get my butt kicked. I had it coming. To everyone that had to deal with me, I'm sorry. I was way out of line. Take care.

Small local bar. Full of regulars. Awesome bartenders and fair prices. Pool table at the back with good shooters consistently. Also has shuffleboard, internet connected jukebox, atm, and fireplace. Smoking out back.

Great locals bar. Very down to earth. Don't go if ur not a smoker. Good pool and shuffleboard albeit tight space but that's the norm.

Old school bar. Showing its age. Pluses are good prices, shuffleboard, and friendly bartenders. Negatives are regulars not always the friendliest.

Cozy watering-hole in downtown area. Drinks are reasonable and beer is cold. 4 stars as parking is somewhat of a issue

A breath of fresh air: if you want fun, good drinks, god people, a juke box, and no pretentiousness, then come here! It is one thing hidden gems on the peninsula for sure.

Great little place to unwind with a few beers in the afternoon. Several beers are on tap plus in bottles. They don't serve any food except snacks so I always bring a sub with me if I am hungry. The decor is subtle but well done. It took me a few visits to notice the old movie posters. They even have shuffleboard for retro enthusiasts (alas no Foosball.) An internet jukebox is always playing with great tunes and is accessible from your phone or the bar's wifi. There are several TVs on for sports fans. They love their dogs in San Carlos and some bring their usually beautiful ones in. Unfortunately some are quite noisy. So I can't give this bar five stars as much as I want to.

This is a dive bar in the heart of downtown San Carlos. It is probably the only late night bar in the area. The service is a good and drinks are pretty simple. There is a shuffleboard and pool, which makes it a great place for groups. You can also change the music with a touchscreen jukebox.

Fun dive bar in San Carlos just off El Camino. Good selection of draft beers and bottles, generous pours on shots, and shuffleboard make it a solid bar. Nice and dimly lit and divey.

TERRIBLE......DONT ASK QUESTIONS if you have doubts about your bill🤷🏻‍♀️.. Place is nice, but the service was HORRENDOUS... you can’t ask why every time you order the same drink... they charge $2 more. We got kicked out.... just like that. NEVER EVER GOING BACK....
