Easy, pleasant friendly drive-thru workers
Amongst the very best local Starbucks for customer service. Several baristas are very accommodating of my uncommon order. It's a smaller location without comfy chairs, but there's outside seating.
I ordered a coffee through the drive-thru. The line of cars, on a Sunday morning, moved at a steady pace, in which there were about, three cars ahead of me. The employee, she had been so nice. She had a great smile and her cheerfulness just brighten my day! Five stars!
Great Starbucks. Has a drive thru. Fairly quick service in the store and in the drive thru. They do a good job with the drinks and food. Seating for 20 inside with large and small tables. Okay location for remote work. Good location for a coffee date. Some outside seating. Lots of parking but the parking stalls are very narrow and not ideal for full size vehicles.
The staff here is great. I come every day since I work next door. They get my coffee ready as soon as I arrive at the door. I appreciate every one of them.
I work from many Starbucks locations as I’m always on the road, and so I say from experience that the people at this location are some of the nicest I have come across!!! The service was also the extremely fast, along with the servers being super nice and considerate, and talking to me when it was slow. Velma, you were so sweet for offering what you did! Starbucks corporate, you should definitely highlight this location :)

So kind! This Starbucks - I came through the line and asked about the sausage egg bites and they gave good feedback. But I went ahead and decided to go for the egg white bites. And when I got to the line to pay, they had made me a sausage egg bite to try which I thought was so sweet and honestly, it was also very good.
That was some great service of the night! We were heading to the game and the team was so friendly ,, the lobby was super warm we appreciated it Thanks!

During a recent visit, I accidentally spilled my coffee in my car. Without hesitation, Trevor immediately stepped in to help. This Starbucks is incredible! I don't know what they've done different recently but their customer service is OUTSTANDING! From the moment you walk in to the sitting down experience their treatment is like no other starbucks I've ever been to. Kudos to Gabby who greeted me and ensured I even got a free refill in their cozy cups! I LOVE this place!!!

We did the drive thru today and had the opportunity to get a free short hot chocolate as a special. I'm glad it was free as the taste today was off, and the cup was filled halfway. Our normal drinkers were fine and tasted as normal.
I understand I came in looking a bit homeless, but the cashier was still polite. The barista when I picked up my drinks wasn't so friendly. Drinks and food came out good, and the restroom was clean.
This is almost the perfect freeway adjacent suburban Starbucks location. It's a shopping center location in a building with a Nektar juice spot. Well designed wrap around drive through Lane. Parking lot is ample and uncrowded. Exterior is standard shopping center design. Interior is nothing special but the staff had a good vibe. I would come back to this one.
They are nice people working here, but this is one of the slowest and least attentive Starbucks around. You'll end up waiting quite a bit in cafe, but I'll admit they're quicker in the drive thru. Honestly, I only come to this one because it's closest to my house. But, it's still a Starbucks so they get points for keeping up a standard of food and drinks the consumer expects.
The Starbucks is pretty great. They seem to have some pretty long-term employees here. Parking is pretty simple and they are pretty consistent. The bathrooms could use a little more attention, but outside of that this is a pretty good place to meet with a group or hang out by yourself and get some work done. Good sized store.
Not sure what time we walked in the door, but we ordered our drinks and food and then the wife went to the restroom and I hung around for our order... At which point I observed a Starbucks employee the standing at the front door jingling her keys at first I saw her staring out the window and thought nothing of it. Then as I walked around and noticed her still standing there jingling the keys, I thought to myself maybe they're closing what time is it and it was 7:05. So I think to myself it's pretty safe to assume that they are in fact closed. Then one drink was ready to be picked up and I grabbed it, but who might dismay those keys are still jingling at the front door yet I still have a grilled cheese and another drink coming to me.. So i think to myself, do you suppose she will continuously jingle her keys the entire time until i get my full order and the wife comes out the restroom??? Well u got news for ya... YES, SHE DID JINGLE THOSE DARN KEYS THE WHOLE TIME!!! Talk about not feeling welcome.. i will definitely think twice before going back into this Starbucks...
This location is hit or miss. If they are busy, I’d suggest you wait in the long car line since it is usually faster than ordering ahead on your app. Sometimes it’s ready when I get there because I order on app but there have been too many times I’ve waited for 10-25 minutes. 25 minutes was the last straw at this location!
Not my fav Starbucks. I mobile order, so I get that you don't HAVE to acknowledge my presence but if you're standing right next to my drink when I grab it and I say "thank you", it's nice to get a response and I never do when I'm here. Awkward 😂

Utter swag, served with a smile. Sometimes, you're out and you want a cup of coffee. All too often, all there is around is Starbucks. You accept that your coffee will be over-priced and mediocre at best, but you order your cuppa and hope for the best. This particular location is a special case, as they serve drinks at 300 degrees so that it takes 40 minutes for your mediocre coffee to cool enough to drink.
I've been to this location many times, but recently had a really disappointing experience. I was served coffee in a cracked mug, which ended up spilling all over my car. When I mentioned it to the staff, they didn’t even offer a free coffee—nothing. On top of that, the last coffee I ordered tasted more like milk than actual coffee. This kind of inconsistency is frustrating. Sometimes the coffee is great—rich and flavorful—but other times it’s so diluted, it barely tastes like coffee at all. I really hope Starbucks can step up and deliver a more consistent experience, both in product and service. That’s what regular customers deserve.
This Starbucks is two sided. The food is always good and heated up correctly. The drinks on the other hand, well the one I get recently in the last month or two my drink has just become unpalatable. I always order a venti mocha frap, double shot with 6-7 pumps of mocha. At this Starbucks i have learned to ask for 9-10 pumps of mocha but even then it is very bitter with no taste of sweeter. Which I feel is too much but only at this Starbucks is it not enough. Every other Starbucks is go this doesn't happen only this one. Even when I go in to get it corrected or inform them it's too bitter, I get at least 3 workers look at me like something is stinky. The only time I get my drink right 99% of the time is when I go inside and inform them that this drink is not to my liking. Once again I don't get this treatment at any other Starbucks. I go to this one because it colse to me. As I am writing this i am looking at my drink thinking I just wasted $9. I am not going to make this a habit, your going to get my drink right. Even if I have to come in every time and every time I come inside I am going to write another review.

Our summer berry refresher was extremely watered down and my honey latte tasted like pure hot milk. We were given an extra summer berry refresher but it was so watered down it wasn’t finished. Service was great the person at the drive thru window was extremely nice. But these drinks were not enjoyed at all. I would’ve went back to ask them to remake them but we were on a road trip up to NorCal.

I asked what time they closed and they clearly state they close at 8pm. So tell me why they closed the door beforehand. Only because they want to go home early. I’m sorry but you can’t close early only because you want too. I could see the workers sitting while another was finishing up cleaning the restroom. Change your hours if you don’t want to be open.
Music is so loud like I am at a nightclub. And it is not the first time. I asked 3 times to kindly bring it down a notch. No luck there. Internet doesn't work. Forgot to give me "stars" and charged me a new cup as a refill. Maybe a drug test before they start their shift. This is a joke.
On Saturday April 7, 2024 I walked into this Starbucks and was greeted by a young tall man with black hair, I didn’t notice his name otherwise I would happily provide it. It was around 10:20AM, he kindly took my order, Venti mocha with whipped cream and a gouda bacon sandwich. He walked away as I continued to pay for my order, I entered my debit card and answered the questions on the screen, I did not leave a tip and skipped that option, usually I leave cash tips. However, once this Starbucks employee realized I didn’t leave a tip through their system he completed went cold hearted towards me! He pushed my order away and took the group of people standing behind me and quickly proceeded to make their drinks and provide them their bakery items! He kept ignoring me and wasn’t making my drink, he loudly says to me across the room, “we are busy your drink will be out soon.” Even though people who came after me had their drinks handed to them before me! He purposely took his time making my drink. He threw my sandwich in the bag which made it fall apart and he slammed my drink on the counter!!! I have never been treated this way at Starbucks and I will no longer visit this location, he was unprofessional.
I would not recommend this place at all. It was late and we are from out of town and thought some coffee would be great for the long drive home. It was close to be closing time and I honestly feel the girls were more focused on closing than making our drinks. They messed up so bad that they gave us 3 drinks because one of the drinks they said they messed up on. We got our drinks and how bad I can tell you they were was it was like we drank water with whip cream in them. We couldn’t even drink them that we had to toss them in the trash and had McDonald’s coffee instead. Didn’t even want to go back and ask for them to be remade because we felt they would come back the same exact way. Very poor quality.
No idea how their rating is even that high. I thought my experience would be unique but I’m seeing several other reviews of people who had the exact same experience. I put in a mobile order (there were no notes in the app about issues at the store). When I got there, they had locked the door and had a sign saying they had closed the cafe and you had to use drive thru. At that point, there were 10-15 cars in the drive through and I didn’t have time to wait. When I knocked on the door, I repeatedly only had a staff member make degrading and rude “driving” arms to me signaling that I needed to go to the drive thru. No matter how much I knocked and showed my mobile order screen, he kept doing the same thing or the entire staff would ignore me. Finally, I called and the staff member who answered agreed to bring my food out. When I asked why this issue wasn’t marked in the app, she said they had just turned off mobile orders because of it and didn’t know it was an issue at first. Fine, but you would think they’d realize that they need to bring out all the existing mobile orders rather than just mock and ignore customers trying to get what they’ve paid for forcing them to wait in a 20 minute drive thru. It’s mind boggling that this seems to happen all the time and they never learn from it. What a terribly run location.
Very poor experience today. Took 30 min to get 2 coffee drinks, but our hot(?) sandwiches were ready in 2 minutes. Outside tables were dirty. Need more machines, and stop closing nearby locations that cause other locations to be impacted. Even though workers were doing the best they could under these conditions, we will not return.
This location is the closest to my work, I usually study for class and will often do some work here because it is convenient; however, I hate going in because the employees behind the bar are consistently talking about personal issues, fooling around, and overall my experience I have received has been consistently unprofessional, and a very hard environment to concentrate in. There never seams to be a since of management on the floor. Today has faired no different and the issue has remained consistent for at least the month I have been coming here. Shame. :(
First in line, 1 simple drink and 10 people behind me got their order before me. When I asked about my drink I was told we are busy wait your turn. Yet I was first in line…amazing
Got in line at 9:45 in the drive thru and when it was our turn at the ordering box at 10:05 no one took our order. So we pulled up to the window and saw 5 employees standing there taking off their aprons and trying not to look at us at the window. How dare they not even tell us they were closed. Especially on a busy Friday night with a line of people. Send one of your employees just standing there out and stop the line early then. So upset. Manager should be fired if that's how they're running the closing staff.
Horrible service! We entered this Starbucks today, stood there for about two minutes, while five employees talked to each other. We did not get even a hello or we will be right with you, nope, absolutely nothing. Eventually, I started waving to get their attention, one of the employees walked to us and said that they were changing shifts and that she needs to go...we waited another minute or so and someone took out order. It took about 10 minutes for our order to be ready and our drinks came separately. They would do one for someone else , then one for us. We never got a thank you or even a smile, everyone seemed to hate working there. Well, to be fair the older lady working there tried to apologize for the one employee that was leaving, telling us that she is like that, when her shift is over she just needs to get out. Apparently they cannot handle the stress, or maybe a hot day. I would not go back there again!
Let me give my honest opinion. Came through the drive through, couldn't see the menu since it was covered in water on the INSIDE. Asked about a sandwich and couldn't find the one I usually order. Asked if I could pull up to order and said yes this is fine. This wasn't the issue. The issue after I found the food that I needed is they charged me for two sandwiches. One I asked about and one I actually ordered then my drink size was wrong. After being kind to my face. I just told the barista that I would come in. I come inside to find the original barista looking out the window to make sure I wasn't in ear shot. Then talking poorly about me saying "he didn't even know what he wanted" "kept changing his other" and then turns around to see me starring directly at get after her comments. The only useful person in the building was the young man who fixed my drink that was also incorrect
Why can't this global corporation that takes in billions and puts every other coffee shop out of business pay it's employees enough to keep its locations staffed??? This location especially is so hit or miss. I just scheduled a meeting with someone here and show up only to find it's drive-thru only. Come on, stop being so greedy, Starbucks.
Randomly closed for walk-in's. Mysteriously the drive thru is open. Had a mobile order I couldn't pick up without my car. Guess I'm out the money. BAD, BAD, BAD. Update: This looks to be permanent. Walk-ins are randomly shut down. I'm done with this Starbucks. Won't be back.
I got a drink like 30 min ago and later I walked inside asking for a cup of ice some rude “male” worker was like it comes with a purchase. I can’t get a cup of ice? How stupid is that? I have to pay for something else to get ice ? Is it the same for water? This workers think they are running the business as theirs. Like for Gods sake you work at Starbucks. You can’t give a cup of ice to a girl who gets Starbucks everything single day ? So rude and unprofessional. I wish I got his name. But it’s 12:28 on a Thursday and he’s working so hope that helps. I stopped by this Starbucks while feeling a little under the weather and decided a hot tea might help. When I walked in, I saw Yaya at the counter and asked if I could purchase one of the display cups. She said yes. Since the cup looked dusty from sitting out, I asked if she could rinse or wash it so I could put my tea in it right away. Instead of a simple response, Yaya gave me a look that made me feel as though my request was unreasonable. She then asked her coworker Heaven about washing the cup, but it seemed they weren’t sure what to do. They eventually checked with another employee, who confirmed they could wash it. Even so, Yaya appeared annoyed that I had asked. While I was waiting, I overheard Yaya talking to another coworker about me asking to have the cup washed. When the coworker asked who she meant, Yaya said something along the lines of “the one in the corner,” and they glanced over at me. At that point, I asked if there was a problem with rinsing or washing the cup I had just purchased from Starbucks. The whole interaction felt awkward, unprofessional, and uncomfortable. For such a simple request, the customer service here was disappointing, and it left a negative impression of this location.

The one time I dared to ask if they could add Caramel to my Caramel Crunch Frappuccino (because it usually comes with it and they forgot it) the girl took a new cup, filled it half way full with caramel and dumped the Frappuccino previously made on top. It was a drink for my child's birthday and it was ruined by her attitude and actions. Last week they made me a London Fog with no syrup even though I requested the vanilla and then today we ordered a Dirty Chai Latte with 2 pumps of vanilla for my daughter's teacher. She even decorated the cup and was so excited to give it to him. Turns out they gave us just a black coffee... no latte, even though they charged us for a latte and the sticker said latte.
