Great place with wifi, a bit crowdy all the time but it's its vibe. There are a few tables and a bar to sit at with your laptop as many visitors here do. There are sugar free and various milk option almost for every drink.

Good tea! Love the ambiance. The postcards are free. The have a wide variety of tea. The service is fast even though there is a line.

The Korean banana milk drink was so original & delicious! Great banana flavor - add tapioca pearls!

Came for boba with a group of friends. They allow you to order ahead of time which saves plenty of time! Good value and a lot of boba in the drink which was nice. Employees were very friendly and super quick. Always a good experience!

Took my colleagues to Boba Guys and they loved it. I had the special of the month, a collab with Laniege. It was so good. Coconut? Yes! Ube? Yes! BOBA? YES! Again, 5 out of 5 stars.

Sigh. This was almost $9. But alas, this is the best strawberry matcha latte in all the land. Perfect blend of creaminess, sweetness of the strawberry puree and slight bitterness of the matcha. So that is the price I must pay. I think 50% sweet is the way to go.

5/5! Been wanting to try Boba Guys for a long time, and while visiting SF, I finally got a chance too! The Food: I went with the Horchata Specialty drink. It was delicious! Had that great horchata/cinnamon flavor. Was refreshing and made to my liking. The Service: Service was great. Staff were friendly. Ordered ahead of time and went to go pick the drinks up. Very fast service! The Atmosphere: Nice and small boba spot. Very Modern and minimal setup. Overall, a 5/5 Loved the drinks and service here. Would come back to boba Guys!

Simply the best boba drinks on the menu and consistent! Calling out consistency since there have been other places where I have experienced some unintended changes in flavors. The matcha lattes, non caffeinated, ube drinks are my go-to options and its fun to try and check-out their seasonal new additions.

Refreshing organic hot and cold milk teas and more with a nice variety. The tapioca are chewy with a hint of honey but not overly sweet. The jelly is made in house. Be prepared for a line but well worth the wait if you are a boba fan.

My friends recently took me here and I have been hooked on boba ever since! The Thai tea or horchata has to be my favorite and the staff are always pleasant. Only problem is it’s expensive but whatever

Boba is delicious and staff are so kind here! I dropped my boba while carrying my 2-year-old to our car and the staff remade my drink for me for free even though I offered to pay. There’s a reason I’m a frequent customer here!

I only take away one star because the employees were a little rude to me, compared to the other locations. Drinks are generally $4 to $5, and there are many accommodating options like non-dairy milks and decaf tea.

I particularly liked this location in sf because east parking and a small park nearby BUT make sure to order ahead, it’s a popular spot on a weekend. Classic black and matcha are my personal favorite and popular. PS: 25% sweetness is perfect if you are not a fan of too sweet drinks, you can actually taste your tea’s flavor then

I always rate a boba shop based on their standard milk tea, and unfortunately theirs is only okay. If you're getting boba, I would not recommend their standard 80% (or 75% I can't remember), and would actually recommend 50%, because their 80% is still very sweet and milky.

It was not as chewy as I've had it at other places. One thing that was okay was that they were playing music from the Disney movie "The Little Mermaid", so that made the experience comforting. As I've seen in other reviews, it is highly overrated and pricey too.

No sweetness adjustment which is fine, but it isn't authentic since authentic HK milk tea would be very sweet. This is like maybe 25% sweet relative to original. And since sweetness cannot be adjust, I can only assume that this is one of those powder/pouch-made HK milk tea. ----- 4-star review in 2019: The sweetness level of your drink is highly dependent on the person who make your drink. In other words, it may not be consistent as it should. I usually order my drinks half (50%) sweet, but there are couple occasions where the drink has absolutely no sweetness to it. I did ask them to adjust the sweetness for me, but I would actually rather ask the exact same person to remake the drink with a different sweetness category.
